  Stuffed Figs with Almonds

  Prep time: 10 minutes

  Cooking time: 5 minutes

  Ingredients:

  2 figs, dried

  1 oz almonds

  ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  Directions:

  Mix up together the ground cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir the mixture.

  Make the cuts in the figs and fill with the ground cinnamon.

  Add almonds and place in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the figs for 5 minutes at 360 F.

  Then chill the figs and serve!

  Pear Chips

  Ingredients:

  3 pears

  ¾ teaspoon nutmeg

  Directions:

  Wash the pears and cut into the halves.

  Remove the seeds and slice.

  Place the sliced pears on the air fryer rack and sprinkle with the nutmeg.

  Cook the pears for 25 minutes at 350 F.

  Flip the sliced pears during cooking if desired.

  Serve the cooked pear chips and enjoy!

  Ingredients:

  6 peaches

  Directions:

  Remove the stones from the peaches.

  Sprinkle peaches with the ground cinnamon and water.

  Then place the peaches on the air fryer rack.

  Cook the peaches for 15 minutes at 380 F.

  When the time is over – remove the cooked chips from the air fryer and chill well.

  Serve.

  Buffalo Wings

  Prep time: 10 minutes

  Ingredients:

  1 tablespoon arrowroot starch

  17 oz chicken wings

  ¼ teaspoon minced garlic

  ½ teaspoon salt

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  2 tablespoon ghee

  2 tablespoons Whole Food hot sauce

  Directions:

  Mix up together the arrowroot starch, minced garlic, salt, chili flakes, and ghee.

  Stir the mixture.

  Then mix up together the chicken wings and minced garlic mixture.

  Leave the chicken wings for 10 minutes for marinating.

  Then place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket and cook them for 12 minutes at 400 F.

  Stir the chicken wings after 6 minutes of cooking.

  Then sprinkle the chicken wings with the hot sauce and stir well.

  Cook the chicken wings for 1 minute more.

  Serve the chicken wings and enjoy!

  Chicken Cutlets

  Ingredients:

  15 oz chicken fillet

  3 tablespoons almond flour

  1 tablespoon coconut flakes

  1 egg

  1 teaspoon minced garlic

  Directions:

  Chop the chicken fillet into the small pieces.

  Then beat the egg in the chopped chicken fillet.

  Add minced garlic and stir well.

  Add the almond flour and coconut flakes.

  Stir the mixture well and make the small cutlets.

  Place the cutlets in the air fryer basket and cook them for 6 minutes from each side at 360 F.

  When the cutlets are cooked – serve them!

  Onion Fries

  Ingredients:

  1 big onion

  2 eggs

  1 teaspoon dried oregano

  ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

  ½ teaspoon ground coriander

  ¼ teaspoon salt

  1 tablespoon almond flour

  ¼ teaspoon chili flakes

  1 tablespoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Beat the eggs in the bowl and whisk well.

  Add dried oregano, dried rosemary, coriander, salt, almond flour, and chili flakes.

  After this, add the olive oil and stir the mixture until smooth.

  Slice the onion into the rings.

  Dip the onion rings in the egg mixture.

  Preheat the air fryer to 400 F.

  Put the onion rings in the air fryer basket and cook them for 8 minutes.

  Stir the onion rings after 4 minutes of cooking.

  Chill the cooked onion rings and serve!

  1 tablespoon avocado oil

  Directions:

  Blend the avocado and put it in the bowl.

  Add ground beef and salt.

  After this, add the diced onion and ground black pepper.

  Stir the ground beef mixture until homogenous.

  Make the medium balls from the mixture and put them in the air fryer basket.

  Sprinkle the avocado balls with the oil and cook them for 16 minutes at 365 F.

  Stir the avocado balls time to time with the help of a spatula.

  Snack Chicken Kebabs

  1 teaspoon ground paprika

  1 teaspoon cilantro

  1 teaspoon olive oil

  Directions:

  Cut the chicken fillet into the medium cubes.

  Sprinkle the chicken with the salt, ground paprika, and cilantro.

  Then skew the chicken cubes and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers.

  Sprinkle the kebabs with the olive oil and put in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the chicken kebabs for 11 minutes at 360 F. Turn them into another side after 5 minutes of cooking.

  Serve the cooked appetizer immediately!

  Garlic Tomato Circles

  2 tomatoes

  ¾ teaspoon chili flakes

  Directions:

  Slice the tomatoes into the circles.

  Then mix up together the chili flakes, olive oil, salt, and chopped garlic.

  Stir the mixture.

  Rub the tomato circles with the oil mixture well.

  Put the tomatoes on the air fryer rack and cook them for 20 minutes at 345 F.

  3 red onions

  4 tablespoons chicken stock

  ¼ teaspoon salt

  Directions:

  Chop the red onion roughly and separate them into the petals.

  Then sprinkle the onion petals with the dried basil, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and chicken stock.

  Stir the onion petals carefully and transfer in the air fryer basket.

  Cook the onions for 10 minutes at 400 F. Stir the onion petals every 3 minutes.

  Then chill the cooked onion petals to the room temperature and serve!

  1 teaspoon ground paprika

  3 teaspoons olive oil

  ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  Directions:

  Mix up together the thyme, minced garlic, dried rosemary, ground paprika, olive oil, and cayenne pepper.

  Stir the mixture well.

  Then make the pins in the bell peppers.

  Brush them well with the herb mixture.

  Place the bell peppers in the air fryer basket.

  Add all the remaining herb mixture and cook for 10 minutes at 360 F.

  Stir the peppers occasionally.

  Chill the appetizer little bit and serve!

  Sprinkle the papaya sticks with the almond flour and vanilla extract.

  Stir gently with the help of the spatula and cook at 400 F for 5 minutes.

  Stir the shrimps during the cooking once.

  Place the ground beef mixture in the muffin molds and put them in the air fryer.

  Cook the beef muffins for 25 minutes at 360 F.

  Then chill the beef muffins little and discard from the molds.

  Beat the egg in the mixture and add almond flour and dried dill.

  Stir it carefully until homogenous.

  Make the small balls from the fish mixture with the help of 2 spoons.

  Place the fish balls in the air fryer basket and sprinkle with the olive oil.

  Cook the trout balls for 8 minutes at 380 F.

  Chill the fish balls little and serve!

  Pour the olive oil in the air fryer basket and add the dipped cauliflower florets.
