He smiled at me, “You were never in any danger. The light protected you and it always will.”

“What do you mean?” I asked needing to know.

“Since you have released it, it will always come to your defense.” He then came and stood next to me. “I was watching and saw the light take over. I knew your human body would be weak after so I was there as you fell and caught you.”

I did something unexpected; I hugged him. “Thank you.”

Later after dinner, I was standing alone on the balcony watching the world come alive with the glow of the night. I heard soft footfalls walking up behind me, and I glanced to see Xipher standing next to me looking out over the landscape. “Now you understand this is much bigger then you all believed.” He glanced my way, “You will be surprised who is at the center of it all.”

I felt chills go down my spine as I glanced over at him. Then different images of Queen Joanita and even Lucas flashed through my mind like a slideshow, and I knew. I gasped as I looked back up at Xipher, and he smiled and softly nodded his head.

To Be Continued in BOOK THREE “GUARDIANS KINGDOMS”

  Preface

  “Guardians Kingdoms”

With the help of our new friends from Staxon, a plan to rescue Galen and his parents from Amadoria had been formed, using me as the secret weapon. I still cannot believe who is at the center of all these terrorist attacks on our worlds. Our only question is why? And how is Lucas whom we destroyed involved? We are just fortunate for our new friends and his training me with my new-found power.

My parents have been overseeing the repairs on the worlds, as well as training themselves for a much bigger battle that we know is imminent. King Xipher is confident we will win this storm as he calls it. I sure hope he is right. I look forward to it all being over once and for all. God willing!
