He had to be the best dressed cowboy at the wedding, dressed in an all-white cowboy outfit complete with a hat. The moment that she had stepped into the chapel, Clara could not stop looking at him. She had known him for close to six months now, but each time that she saw him, he looked more and more handsome. She had kept her eyes on his and it was as if Lowry also couldn’t stop looking back at him. The wedding had gone better than planned and although she was tired by the time that the day came to an end, she was the happiest woman in the whole universe. She had turned from a Texas bride to a Texas wife.
“I can't believe that we are actually married, six months ago I never believed that I would ever get married, you know,” she said to him as they rode on his white stallion away from the chapel, heading in the direction of the hills, where his shack was.
“Me neither, I thought that I would still be wasting myself. I think that god brought you to my shack that very first day with a purpose,” he said into her ear as she leaned back into his chest.
One of his hands was on the reins and the other one was around her belly, holding her closely and protectively. She leaned her head back on his shoulder, enjoying the breeze as it ran through her blonde locks. Lowry took off his Stetson and placed it onto her head, shielding the afternoon sun from her eyes. As his hand moved back around his belly, he felt it trailing over her leg. He then pulled her dress a little higher, his hand now touching the bare skin of her thigh as he began to bring it up higher, towards her center.
“What are you doing?” she asked Lowry, already starting to feel turned on in the most enormous way.
“You can't imagine just how much I've missed you, honey,” he said as he slipped his hand into her thong, pressing a finger all the way to her pussy lips.
“I'm already burning with need for you. This is going to be our first sexual encounter after we have gotten married, and I would like it to be the most memorable,” she said to him, still leaning against him as she felt all the goose bumps on her forearms coming alive with desire.
She could already feel the excitement of a sexual encounter with her hubby running through her body. She was feeling more turned on than she had ever felt before, and she let out a moan as she felt him beginning to rub his finger over her clit. She felt the heat within her sex becoming even more as he continued to pleasure her, and she knew that she was going to get her first orgasm right there on the horse. Behind her, pressed into her back, she could feel the hardness of his dick, reminding her of all the months of pleasure she’d had from it since their first time at the river. Now it was hers alone and she could have it anytime that she wanted. She could feel Lowry rubbing it against her back and it felt very arousing. He took her clit in between his forefinger and his thumb and began tugging at it in the most arousing way.
The hand with the reins came to her breast, beginning to massage it as the other one continued to pleasure her sex, a finger driving deep into her heat. The pleasure that she felt was so intense, and the fact that she had not had sex in a week made her to climax immediately. She felt her pussy muscles tightening around the finger as pleasure washed through her whole being. She moaned softly as her body trembled from all the pleasure, and it did not stop there because the finger just kept ploughing through her vagina as if it was the end of the world.

He watched her sexy figure as she walked into the shower. She had the sexiest hourglass figure that he had ever laid his eyes on, and the fact that she was naked made him want her even more. He tossed off his hat and then began removing his wedding clothes. He kicked off his boots and then pulled off his socks before dashing after her in the bathroom. He walked over to her under the water and pulled her into his arms as she turned around to kiss him. Their lips connected as they began kissing breathlessly, Clara twisting her face a little so that their mouths fit together perfectly. She pressed her body against his, her hands going around his neck. His dick was aching with lust as it pressed into her belly. He felt her hand moving over his body, going down to his crotch. Her fingers circled his manhood as she began jerking it up and down pleasurably. She played her thumb over the slimy tip and the pleasure was explosive when he felt the precum spreading over his sensitive skin.
He wanted her now more than he had ever wanted anything in his life before, and she probably felt the same way because she locked her fingers at the back of his neck. She then hoisted herself up onto him, wrapping her legs around his waist as he reached for her hips to help support her. The whole while, she never pulled her lips away from his, kissing him with more passion than he had ever felt before. He could feel the tip of his dick poking at the entrance of her cunt and it filled him with anticipation of what was coming next. She began lowering herself onto him slowly and he felt his dick sliding into her pussy, her tightness enveloping his thickness the way that he loved it. As it drove in, he felt it brushing over every inch of the inner flesh, and it drove him crazy, his balls burning with need.
“If only you knew how much I have longed to feel you inside me, Lowry. You have become like the air that I breath, I can't live without you or this tasty cock of yours,” she breathed, lowering herself all the way until he was fully inserted into her.
“And I promise to be the best husband for you, my princess,” he said, sealing his lips back onto hers as she began to move up and down, riding him under the showering water.
He began driving his dick in and out of her love slit as she came down on him. The pleasure that she was feeling was so intense and the feel of their bodies rubbing against each other one of the most arousing things he had ever felt. He knew that this was probably going to be the biggest orgasm of his life as his dick moved in and out of the love slit. He could feel it brushing over her swollen clit with each movement. He felt her cunt gripping over his shaft, and he knew that she was climaxing already. Lowry loved the way that he could easily make his bride climax many times and it always excited him when he felt her juices flooding over his dick.
“Oh yesss, I'm cumming, fuck, I'm cumming!” she breathed as she peeled her lips away from his.
She rode him furiously until her orgasm came to an end, before he finally let her down. As she stood on the ground, Lowry made her turn around such that her back faced him. He pushed her forward, making her bend over so that he could intrude her heat from behind. As he took a hold of his dick and guided it into her pussy, he slapped her butt cheek. He slammed his dick into her snatch hard and she moaned out loudly. Lowry began driving his dick in and out of her hard and fast, and it was not long before he felt the heat within his balls feeling as if it would blaze him to death. He fucked her even harder and she turned her head around to look at him, telling him that she was climaxing already. The intensity of the pleasure that he felt was too much, and Lowry felt himself letting go. He exploded into a wild orgasm, his cum shooting into her cunt and blending with her own juices. He held her tightly by the hips, sending his seed as deep into her as he could, and it was the most glorifying feeling of his life. This was his first sexual encounter as a married man, and one that he would never forget.

Sanguine Kisses
There was nothing, Leola thought, quite like jazz music. The sensual wailing of the saxophone, the chime of ivory piano keys. It all came together in the kind of sound that penetrated the spirit to lift the soul, and, despite what certain angry fringe groups might say, she most certainly had a soul; being a vampire didn't change that.
She let her hips, impressive and clad in antique sequins, sway as she sauntered through the first floor of the Eros Club, casually making her way towards the second.
A good portion of her Coven, her vampiric family, were here to pay their respects to her, as their chosen Queen. Some of the shape-shifters and even a few magicians were here too. She schmoozed along the way, pausing to kiss the cheeks of old acquaintances, and traded witticisms with new
ones. Her signature red lipstick stood out where her lips had graced skin. No one deigned to remove it, not here. It was good to be the Queen.
The club door opened and a blast of Carolina winter poured in, along with the chattering voices of new patrons. Humans, she felt them like a weight on her mind, eager and enthusiastic. Good. She liked happy people no matter the length of their lifespan or the depth of their unnatural abilities. The Eros Club had only one rule, no fighting.
When the brass section reached an intensity and one of the local werewolves pulled her unto the floor to do a quick dance, Leola decided that tonight was definitely a good night. There were cheers when the music ended. She bowed, and continued on her quest for the second floor. She had a yen to view her club from her favorite spot.
“Miss Hahn?”
Leola's gait slowed yet again as her club manager and right hand man swiveled up to her. She smiled at him. Walter, who preferred now to be called Arik for some godawful reason, had grown up in the 80's, and it showed. His stance was all stern lines and imminent doom as if waiting for a bomb to go off. He peered down at her from the safety of mirrored lenses. She didn't have the heart to tell him they looked ridiculous inside a dimly lit club.
“Yes?” she asked in a voice like smoky honey.
“Simon is here.”
“Here?”
“Upstairs,” Arik motioned.
Her lips curled into a delighted grin. “Oh?”
Arik's tone was flat when he explained, “He has a friend with him.”
“Oh. Well then.” Her smile tightened at the edges.
She took the next step upwards, Arik on her heels. “He asked to see you personally tonight.”
“Of course he did.” She couldn't quite keep the snip out of her voice. She took a moment to smooth it out before she continued, “it's fine, Arik, really. Despite our last falling out, Simon is my friend, and he is part of my Coven. As Queen, it is my job to protect and shelter him should he so require. He is, unless I adamantly state otherwise, always welcome here.”
“And his friend?”
Her hazel eyes turned a cool slate. “Well, we'll see. Won't we? Watch the floor while I go deal with this.”
She paused for a moment on the stairwell as Arik headed down to the first level. The walls, decorated with mirrors, gave her a moment to check herself out. She wondered in bemusement why so many thought that vampires couldn't see themselves in mirrors. Another one of those ideas about being soulless, she assumed.
She ran her palms over her hair, styled into a carefree bob of frizzy black finger waves. Her lipstick was flawless, and her dress sat just right on the thickness of her figure. It was as good as it was going to get, which was pretty darn good.
“Alright, Simon,” she said to herself, continuing her trek up the stairs, “let's see what you brought me.”
She took one look at him and forgot all about his supposed friend.
Simon was sitting in his favorite seat, the one right next to hers. One long leg was casually perched on top of the other. He hadn't bothered with a blazer or a suit jacket, he rarely did, just a button down shirt beneath suspenders with the sleeves rolled up to show well-formed forearms. It was a perfectly acceptable body, and a familiar one, but it was always his face that got her going. It was all angles, romantic and sharp. A sculptor’s dream, an angel's mirror. In the center of it all was a set of eyes in a misty shade of green.
Simon Gallagher swung his long body up as she approached and opened his arms. “There's the beauty herself.”
“Hello, Simon.” She took his hands and offered him a kiss on each cheek, careful not to leave a mark of red behind on his Irish-pale skin. “You look well.”
“You look lovely.” You could almost hear the accent in his words, he tried very hard to disguise it.
“Yes, well. Now that the pleasantries are aside, what brings you to me?” She suddenly remembered the details of his arrival. “Or rather, who?”
His grin was charming. “Jealous?”
“No.”
“You're a bad liar.”
“You're worse.” She swung past him and towards the private bar. The afterlife didn't allow her much in the way of bad habits, but drinking was one of them, and she sorely needed a glass.
“Leola, I'm sorry for the way I left things last time.” He sounded sincere, that was a new trick for him. “I was a goon.”
She poured out a bit of bourbon and brought it to her lips. For a moment she turned to the memory of waking up in the bed that they had shared with nothing but a note saying that he was sorry, but he needed to leave or a while. No explanation, nothing. She took a long drink. The burn put a fire in her belly. It felt good. It felt like anger and she would rather be angry with him than be charmed.
She turned back to him. “I'm upset with you.”
“I know.”
“There will be groveling.”
“I planned on that.”
“You brought someone else.”
“It's not what you think.”
“You don't have the first inkling what I think,” she snapped.
“That's not true,” he said gently, “and that's the problem.”
She took another long sip, letting the flavor linger on her tongue before swallowing. She heard the blast of brass that signaled the end of the band's first set list. There would be fifteen minutes of quiet before the next. She didn't want quiet, not right now. Her thoughts were too big and too heavy for the quiet.
If she concentrated she could keep from feeling his presence against her skin, the push of that particular something that bound them together. It wasn't just the carnal knowledge she had of everything under those suspenders. It was their blood bond that she was feeling. Having been turned from human into the living dead by the same person, she would always know him, and he would always know her.
“Then what is it?”
“Come out,” Simon called.
Leola turned as she heard footsteps. One of the far tables had been occupied and she hadn't even realized it. Damn Simon, he always distracted her. She schooled her features into polite nothingness and lifted her chin to greet this unwanted newcomer.
Her first shock was that the person was male and attractive, the second was that he was very human. His skin had that particular rosy hue that you only got when fresh blood was pumping in the veins. The scent of it was more intoxicating than the entire first floor. He was wearing fitted jeans and a clean white t-shirt. It was a simple outfit, but he wore it with the same confidence some men wore an Armani suit. His hair was a soft golden brown, and hung in careless curls down the back of his neck. He'd tried to style it with some sort of product, but the locks had rebelled.
Only years of practice kept her interest from showing on her face. She kept her gaze as cool and distant as an ice cube on Mars.
He bowed his head to her and offered the kind of smile a super hero ought to have. “Ma'am.” The drawl was unmistakable.
“You brought me a cowboy?” she asked, taking another sip. What little jealousy remained slid away and the emotional void blossomed with amusement.
The man's cheeks went rosy and she paused. Oh, he was cute. Not the kind of cute you might notice first thing, but cute none the less.
“Leola Hahn, may I introduce Caleb Grant.”
He even sounded like a cowboy, and she said as much.
“He's from Texas.”
She tossed her head back and laughed then offered her hand. He didn't even pause. The cowboy took her palm lightly in his hand and bent to place a light kiss on her knuckles. He was deliciously warm and she left her fingers linger in his before pulling them away. If he was meant as an apology gift of some kind, Leola thought, Simon had done well in the choosing.
“How polite,” she murmured.
“Pleasure's mine, Miss Hahn.”
“Oh no,” she said teasingly. “I'm not entirely sure it is.”
He blushed a deeper rose. She wondered if he knew just how charmi
ng he was. Probably not.
She gave his fingers a light squeeze before finally releasing them. “Alright,” she said, “my curiosity is piqued. What's going on?”
Leola arranged herself in her favorite seat, a soft leather chair with a high back. Simon replaced himself at her left. Caleb, to her surprise, took up the chair to her right. Well there were certainly worse ways to spend an evening.
“Well, as much as I enjoy telling a story, I think it might be best if I let Caleb explain himself.”
The cowboy didn't even wait a beat. “I want to be a vampire.”
She quirked her elegantly painted brow. Since vampires had become en vogue again, there were mortals scrambling to get bitten and become part of a Coven, or find a vampire lover who would adore them and them alone. Leola found the movement sometimes charming, but altogether tedious.
Yet, for all that, the Texan in the snug blue jeans was different from most of the mortals who wished for the bloody embrace of being turned. After seventy years in the immortal game she had come to believe anything that she wasn't used to was suspicious by default.
“Are there no vampires in Texas? I realize that the legislation for us if fairly new, but not nonexistent. Surely there is a Coven there for you to make your request to. Coming all the way to Charleston seems...unnecessary.”
“There are plenty, as far as I know. But see, my parents know them all.”
“Oh?” she asked, sitting back. “Are they Shifters then? Or Mages?”
He shifted uncomfortably in his seat. The two men shared a glance and she felt her warm bourbon turn to ice in her belly. Her fingers tightened around the elegant glass. Already her mind was forming a thought that she hoped wasn't true.
“No, ma'am. They -” he swallowed, “they're Hunters.”
The glass broke in her hand as the music started up again.

“Get out.” Leola's voice was surprisingly calm as she picked pieces of crystal from her hand. “Leave now and don't ever return.”
