Siofra's Song: Book 1 The Broadus Supernatural Society Series Page 6

by Hewitt, Theresa Marguerite

Standing from the couch, he carries her into her bedroom and sets her on the edge of her bed before he kneels on the carpet in front of her. Their eyes lock when he pulls his lips from her’s, and Siofra is bathed in that sexy green.

‘MINE,’ her wolf growls with the sound rumbling in her throat.

“You’re mine, Conall,” she states, pulling him in and kissing him roughly. Her fingers slip down his collar and into his shirt, releasing him of his button down flannel, before rubbing her hands along his chest, igniting both of their senses with her touch. “You are mine.”

“And you are mine, Siofra. Forever,” Conall answers her growl with a possessive one of his own as he pulls her hips to him, knocking her down on her back. He hooks his fingers into the waist band of her jeans as she looks up at the ceiling, reeling from all of the emotions rolling around in her. She can’t stop the squeal of shock that comes out as Conall tugs her jeans down, leaving her in the lace of her panties as he settles on the floor before her again.

Sitting up on her elbows she loves the way he’s looking at her, as the rough stubble of his cheeks brushes her thighs; his lips running ever so lightly up until he’s hovering over her lace covered core. He gives her an evil little smirk right before his lips meet the lace, applying enough pressure to her swollen clit that she throws her head back, her legs quivering uncontrollably. She’s close, but she doesn’t want to give in just yet. She bites down on her bottom lip, hoping to edge the wave of ecstasy rolling through her body.

“Don’t hold it in, love,” Conall’s warm breath rolls over her and she feels his fingers dip into her soaking panties, pulling them aside. Her legs are shaking, as his thumb finds her clit, rubbing a slow torturous circle. “Let me see you come for me,” he growls right before she feels his tongue meet her entrance and sweep up, licking all of her juices.

She can’t hold it in. Siofra gives into the wave of her climax, letting out a passionate scream as the tremors fill her body; Conall’s tongue working it’s magic between her legs. She runs her hands through his hair as she comes down, her breathing heavy and rapid.

She wants him, and she wants all of him. She needs him to claim her and her wolf whimpers in her head, the needy sound vibrating over her lips as she sits up. She gasps as Conall’s fingers, still hooked into the crotch of her panties, rips the thin material free and tosses it aside. Her eyes never leave his as he stands, his chest rising and falling, and she leans into his touch as he cups her cheek.

“That was amazingly beautiful, my love,” he grins as he pulls his belt free of his jeans, flicking the button loose and dragging the zipper down slowly, as if to tease her. Up on her knees, Siofra hurriedly tugs her shirt and tank up over her head, unsnapping her bra and flinging it aside to be left kneeling on the bed, panting, and fully naked for her mate.

Conall gives her a cocked eyebrow and she feels his gaze rake over her body, making her self-conscious and she moves her arms to cover her breasts. The growl that fills the room shakes her to the core and she snaps her eyes back to his, watching him point for her to lower her arms; she listens, feeling the pull of his wolf on hers to comply. She’s fully open and bare for him, and only him. She can’t help but lick her lips when he lets his jeans drop to his ankles, his massive erection springing free.

Before she knows it, he’s on her; she’s flat on her back, her legs wrapped around his waist as he crushes their lips together. She melts into him, feeling the pleasant tingle of desire building when his cock settles against her entrance, just teasing her. His lips move from hers, down her neck and across her chest, pulling her hardened nipples in between his teeth making her groan in slight pain before soothing it with his tongue and making her arch into him.

He kisses back up to her neck as her fingers dig into his sides; her legs squeezing him tighter to her, urging him to thrust into her and claim her as his. She whimpers again as his lips brush over the crux of her neck, his teeth grazing the sensitive skin and she freezes.

“You are mine, Siofra O’Hana, my true mate. I will trade my life for yours and defend our family as it grows. I will provide for you in any way you need. You are mine, a piece of me from today until forever,” he speaks the words as he runs his nose over her cheek, only grazing her lips with his.

Siofra shivers under the weight of the words and her wolf springs to the surface, spurring her on. “You are mine, Conall Johnson, my true mate. I will trade my life for yours and defend our family as it grows. I will mother your pups and nurture them in every way. You are mine, a piece of me from today until forever,” she basically pants the words, sinking into the kiss that he places on her lips before his hand tugs in her hair, pulling her head to the side and exposing her neck.

She senses the magic pulsing around him as she knows his teeth are growing to mark her. A ferocious growl rips through his chest as his lips meet her skin and she feels his elongated canines brush the crux, making her tremble deliciously and causing her own wolf to jump to the surface, shifting her teeth as they had before the hunt. She’s panting, trying to pull his hips to her so that he can impale her, but he’s holding off, teasing her, and her wolf whimpers.

The sound spurs his animal and another growl rumbles through him right before his teeth break the skin at the crux of her neck, making her scream out in pleasure as her blood flows over her lips. Conall issues a sensual growl this time and it fills her with need for him; as she grabs onto his hips, Siofra forces him down, filling her to the hilt as she bites down on his crux, the taste of his blood bonding them forever.

The shock of him entering her passes through both of them, and within only a moment, Conall’s wolf is urging him to claim her. He has one hand still in her hair as the other grips her hip as he thrusts, bringing them both to a massive climax. Swiping his tongue over the four puncture wounds to close them, Conall releases her to sit up on his knees and watch her as they both crest over that delicious edge.

Siofra licks her lips of his blood and arches up into each and every thrust. White stars line her vision and she doesn’t try to hold in the scream of Conall’s name as she falls over the edge; her entire body shaking as Conall’s cock strokes all the right spots. Hearing his groan of pleasure only adds to hers and she’s whimpering nonsensically as he collapses on top of her.

They don’t let go of one another, their lips finding each other as the seemingly undying wave of desire descends upon them both. In the early morning hours, as the sun peeks over the horizon, they lay covered in a thin sheen of sweat and tangled up in each other, neither wanting to let go.

“You are mine, Conall,” Siofra repeats, stroking her hand over his rising and falling chest and up to her marks on his neck, circling them and loving the sexy growl that rumbles within him. “I love you.”

“And you are mine, Siofra,” he whispers kissing her forehead, “and I love you with all my heart. Forever.”

The words may seem simple and the actions barbaric, but Siofra knows now that their wolf spirits are intertwined and they are forever linked. Their hearts are one. She sighs as she feels for the first time in a while, that her wolf is content. They finally fall asleep in each other’s arms; Siofra drifts off to sleep soothed by the lullaby of Conall’s beating heart.

  CHAPTER EIGHT:

“Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep,” pounds through her head and reaching over, Siofra slams the alarm on her bedside table to the off position. Stretching her arms wide, she realizes she’s alone. Sitting up on her elbows she looks around her bedroom, the sun peeking in through the blinds. Her heart starts to race thinking that Conall left without saying goodbye, but it only lasts for a second before the smell of bacon wafts into the room from the open door.

“Mmmmmm,” she mumbles, spying Conall at her stove as she meanders from the bedroom. She takes in his gorgeous, shirtless physique. God, it’s like he’s an Adonis; his muscles are defined and seem to beckon her. She wraps her arms around from behind, running her fingers across his chest, digging her nails into t
he lines and tweaking one of his nipples making him jump.

“Don’t start something we don’t have time to finish, love,” he growls, smirking as he turns and grabs her waist, lifting her and encasing her mouth in a spine-tingling kiss. When she nips his bottom lip with a whimper, he sets her down, making sure to brush her body down the length of his. She can feel how aroused he is through his jeans, which only makes it harder to release him.

“Mamamamama,” the babble comes from behind her. “Connie! Mama.” She spins around to see Roan in fresh clothing, sitting in his highchair. He smiles at her, face covered in drool, orange juice and cheerios; her heart flutters for her little boy. Walking over to him she takes his face in her hands and blows raspberries on his cheek, making him squeal even more. She gets lost in the moment, muttering to him how much she loves him and how happy he makes her when she senses Conall’s wolf calling to hers.

Glancing over her shoulder, she catches Conall smiling at them. It makes her heart flutter again, feeling the love and desire to be a part of this, flowing through him and into her. She also gets a little hint of pride from him as Roan starts babbling again.

“You got him outta his crib, bathed him and dressed him?” She asks, a little astonished.

“Yeah and he didn’t fuss once,” he smiles and places a kiss on her forehead. Conall hands her a plate with eggs and bacon piled high, followed by a wink. “Well he did whine a lil’ when I told him he couldn’t go get you, but he got over it with Cheerios.” Conall sits on the opposite side of the table, putting Roan’s highchair in-between them.

Sitting, Siofra stares between the two men in her life and she can’t be happier. One she had labored seven hours to bring into this world and the other she had pined after for over a year; now he is finally hers.

“Wow, I just don’t know what to say,” she whispers almost to herself. She sees Conall grinning from ear to ear and he shakes his head, laughing lightly while he digs into his eggs.

“You never have to thank me. What I do, well, I do it because I love you, Fry,” his eyes turn a shade darker, almost black, boring a hole into Siofra’s soul. It seems like she’s waited forever to hear those words and feel the meaning behind them emanating from another.

Blushing, she takes a forkful of eggs. ‘They are heavenly’ she thinks, making herself giggle.

“Well, thanks for the food, and well…. thanks for getting Roan ready for the day.” Smiling at him she ends with, “I love you too, Conall.”

He just looks at her for a second before winking; comfortable conversation leads them through the rest of breakfast. Siofra has to work at the bar at 11; they start to get ready to depart for the day. While putting Roan’s jacket, boots and hat on, she watches Conall putting on his boots from last night.

“Do we have to swing by your parents for you to get clothes?” She asks, finishing pushing Roan’s boots on, she leaves him to crawl around while she gets her own shoes and a jacket.

“No, I have some clothes in my locker at the shop,” he laughs to himself, buttoning his flannel shirt, he swings around to face her. “So you felt our wolves last night too, right?” He suddenly looks sheepish, running his hands up and down her arms.

‘What kind of question is that?’ she thinks, giving him a funny look for a second as she pulls on a jacket. Embracing him around his waist, Siofra presses her chin to his chest so she can see his face. She can feel his heart racing and hers matches and she kisses his shirt right above his heart.

“Of course I did. We’re mated; you are mine, I’m yours. Forever!” She gets up on her tiptoes and presses her lips to his. She can’t fight the heat of desire that rushes through her as his arms wrap around her waist and hold them together. She parts her lips a little, waiting for his tongue to take advantage. He does without waiting and it elicits a moan from Siofra.

Setting her feet back on the floor, Conall places a kiss to the tip of her nose. “Come on, love, we gotta get goin’ or we’ll both be late. I’ll drive.” Snagging the keys off the hook by the door and picking up Roan he says, “Meet ya in the car.” Winking he shuts the front door behind him, leaving her to gather her purse and Roan’s day bag.

The drive is filled with laughs and Roan’s squeals and babble. Handing Roan off to Cassie and taking in one scandalous look from her, Siofra bounds back to the Jeep with a laugh. Waving out the window as Conall pulls back to road she yells, “Mama loves you Roan!” Roan waves along with Cassie, and then they are out of sight.

Sighing she turns back to Conall. “How will you get home after work; I work later than you?” Taking his free hand in hers, she kisses his knuckles and he does the same to hers. The little action sends a wave of tingles throughout her and she can tell when he smells her arousal; a low growl ripples through him and he squeezes her hand again.

“I’ll have Jason take me home,” he adds, pausing and giving her a sidelong glance. Siofra can tell he’s nervous now. “Um, would it be okay if I brought some clothes over to your place, ya know, to stay the night again?” He clears his throat, adjusting in his seat as she lets him sweat it out for a second.

“Hmmm,” she contemplates loudly, tapping her finger on her chin. “Of course it is,” she answers, giggling; she can see the relief wash over him. She play-swats him on the arm, sticking her tongue out at him. “My house is yours now.” She leans over and kisses him on the cheek as they pull into the bars back lot.

Meeting him on the driver’s side as he stretches, she leans in for another long kiss; running her hands up and down his arms, over his shoulders and pulling herself flush against him. Lord, how she wants him. She doesn’t care if the fall air nips at her skin, she’d let him take her up against the car if he wanted to. She can actually tell he’d like to, as her hand trails down over the front of his jeans, squeezing the engorged cock hidden behind the material, making him groan into her lips.

Releasing her mouth, Conall grins, “Alright love, I’ll be in for lunch around three. If I miss Marcus, tell him I say hi.” One last quick kiss ends with him swiping his tongue across her bottom lip before biting it, and he’s off down the street, glancing back once with a sexy wink.

Leaning on the driver’s door she sighs deeply, feeling her wolf whine with missing him already. ‘We’ve fallen hard this time ol’girl,’ she whispers inwardly. Gathering her purse she heads in the back door, stopping in the office to set her purse and jacket in her locker. Grabbing an apron and securing it around her waist, she goes through the swinging doors to behind the bar.

“Fry!” greetings go up from the few patrons dotting the bar and from Trey Rainwater, whose grin tells her he heard the news of her joining the Pack. He had been the one to forego shifting with the Pack to watch the bar, as they all take turns closing it down on full moons. He saunters over and places his arm on her shoulder.

“Heard the news, welcome to the Pack girl,” smirking he adds, “also heard about the kiss. ‘Bout damn time that boy stakes his claim. I was about to make my move, but I didn’t, outta respect for him.” He gives her a cocky smile as he squeezes her shoulders.

“Oh sure you were,” poking him in the shoulder, Siofra heads to the end of the bar closest to the dining room. Checking on the patrons there and getting one a bottle of Coors, she turns back to Trey, where he’s wiping down glasses.

“My brother Marcus will be here sometime this afternoon,” he gives her raised eyebrow. “He’ll have some suits with him. You’ll be able to spot’em,” she waves her hands in the air as he mockingly salutes her with a smile.

“Alright I’ll direct him your way missy,” he sticks his tongue out at her and goes back to his glasses. The lunch hour goes by quickly and smoothly after that, and before she knows it the time is already ten after three.

“Taking a break. Trey!” she shouts to him over the jukebox and he nods her way. Taking her phone out of her purse in the office, she decides to finally read her friend, Francie’s, email from last night.

  “Hey girl- how’s
it goin? It’s ok here in the B-lo, you know same ol same ol. I hate to send this to you in an email, but I have heard some strange rumors to send ur way. Word has been flying around that the Niagara Pack is gathering people to make another move, and Zamuel said he could’ve sworn he saw Kyle in Clifton Hill two weeks ago when he was there on business. Yeah, I know, no way that’s possible, but he is a Bokan relative??!? At a Pack meeting your dad said not to tell anyone this rumor, but I figured you should know. Call me when you read this, I miss you sista. Love u--Francie Barnes

“What?” Siofra mumbles. ‘There is no way!’ She had been there at their funeral; she had even identified his body in the hospital morgue.

Panic and fear grips her heart with hands of steel and she feels as if she might throw up. Trying to calm herself, she puts her head down between her knees and begins taking deep breaths. Rapid footsteps and a creaking door mean she has a visitor.

“Hey girl, your bro and Conall are out here…” Trey stops when she looks up at him, her face pale. Sliding on his knees over to her he says, “You okay girl? You need a bucket?” Standing up, he starts looking frantically for a vomit receptacle, anything, and Siofra reaches out grabbing his hand. His frantic attitude is only making her feel queasier.

“Trey stop, I’m ok. I just got a weird email that made my stomach turn,” she pats him on the side, and he gives her a half smile. Using her special power for the first time in weeks, she reads off of him that he doesn’t believe her. “I’m okay, really. Tell Marcus and Conall I’ll be right out.” Nodding, he rushes out, no doubt going to tell Conall she looks sick.

Gathering herself and looking in the mirror on the back of the office door, she straightens her apron, as she approaches the swinging doors. Stepping through, she emerges to a full bar and a half full dining room.
