Wicked for You Page 22

hard, pounding rhythm that had her whimpering, then moaning, then calling his name.

Every thrust of his cock rubbed against sensitive tissue along the front wall of her sex. He doubled the tingles with every lunge inside her as his pelvis rubbed her clit. The sensations climbed. She pressed her fingernails into her palms, tossed her head back, and keened.

Mystery felt herself spinning away, the absolute pleasure overtaking her body, her brain. She tightened on him, throwing her whole body and heart into his kiss as black spots danced behind her eyes.

“You want to come?” he growled. “For me? Right now?”

“Yes. Please . . .” She nodded frantically. “Yes!”

He ramped up his hard surges into her body, the headboard pounding the wall every time he slammed inside her. Above her, his eyes had gone a sexy shade of midnight blue. He stared at her intently, knowing he held the power to grant her orgasm . . . or take it away. She waited, breath held, dissolving for him.

“Beg me more. I’m not convinced you want it enough yet.”

  Chapter Eleven

HE’D barely finished speaking when he drove deep in her pussy again, setting off a chain reaction of tingles. Climax was right there, just waiting for him to give her that perfect touch. Axel withheld it, studying her, watching, waiting.

Mystery quivered around his cock, her flesh constricting tightly. With a low groan, he plunged harder, shoved his way deeper. Sweat beaded at his temples. Moisture coated the bulges of his shoulders. She felt as if he’d stretched the muscles of her inner thighs to their breaking point and knew she’d be sore as hell in a few hours. But she didn’t care. She just wanted more.

“Please . . .” she cried out. “I need it. I need you, Axel. I can’t take much more.”

“That’s a little better. I might let you. Sooner, if you’re louder.”

Louder? Did he want her to shout the building down? She jerked against the restraints and writhed as much as his big body on top of her allowed. “I don’t know what to do or say. It’s overwhelming and I’m desperate. What else do you want to hear? Please . . .”

“You’re getting there. Let me see if I can help you along.” Axel hesitated and flung himself off the bed, rummaging around in the nightstand again.

“What are you doing?” Didn’t he know she was on fire over here?

“Looking for just the right thing to blow your mind. Here we go.” The smile that crossed his square, so-male face made her heart skip a few beats. It dripped sin, promised to push her.

“Hurry,” she breathed. “Pretty please. I really need to—”

“Oh, you will.” He palmed something and shut the drawer, then shoved whatever had been in his hand under the pillow. “Turn over.” He helped her onto her stomach, the chain holding her cuffs together crossing near their hook in the wall. “On your hands and knees.”

As he clasped her hips and helped her up, Mystery adjusted herself on the mattress. His stare heated her back. She felt so vulnerable as he grabbed the item from under the pillow, hiding it in his palm again, then positioned himself behind her, planting his knees between hers and spreading them wider.

“You ever been taken from behind?”

Mystery searched her memory, but he’d fried it. “Maybe once or twice. I don’t remember.”

“So you don’t know if you liked it?”

“Well, sex in general never wowed me before you.”

“That’s beautifully honest. I definitely want to make sure you continue to feel that way, princess.”

She heard what sounded like a plastic cap popping open, followed by a squishy noise. He closed the top in place again, and she felt a gentle plop as he tossed the object across the bed. Something drizzled along the small of her back, liquid and slightly warm before it trickled down into the crease between her cheeks.

With a yelp, Mystery raised her ass and tried to lean her torso forward and send the liquid running in the other direction and off the sheets.

Axel wrapped his arm around her waist and pulled her back up. “Don’t move.”

Her rational brain wanted to argue that they were going to make a mess, but the commanding note in his tone silenced her. She closed her eyes, refocused, breathed.

“Good. The way you understood me instantly and complied turns me the fuck on.”

Mystery sincerely hoped that meant that he intended to fit his wide cock against her empty, weeping opening and fill her until he released her to orgasm. If not, she wasn’t above begging him again.

For now, she settled for wriggling her hips in what she hoped was an enticing sway.

He palmed one of her cheeks, chuckling. “Believe me, I’m fully aware of your gorgeous ass right in front of me. I could stare at it all day.”

Please don’t just look. Do something!

“But at the moment, I’d rather fuck you more and hear how well you can beg.”

What more did he want her to say? She’d blurted her feelings and added more than one please. She’d told him that she was desperate for the pleasure. What else could she give him?

He answered that question quickly, bending over her body and feeding his cock inside her again. This time, he slid in slowly, easing one molasses inch at a time into her clenching pussy.

“That’s it,” he crooned. “It’s so good.”

As he filled her to the hilt, she sucked in a sharp breath. In this position, he felt even bigger, plumbed even farther inside her. His size overwhelmed her, the stretch even more of a burn.

Axel pulled back, nearly withdrawing from her until he surged inside again, a little harder, a little faster. He repeated the process a few times, picking up the tempo and the drive with every thrust.

Mystery closed her eyes and drank the sensations in. She’d loved having him on top of her, but in this position, she felt taken, like his to use at will. Somehow he also made her feel as if he needed her more than he wanted her, and every thrust, grunt, and groan told her he wanted her with a desperation that blindsided and shocked her.

  “Axel . . .”

  “Yeah, princess. Tell me.”

“Oh, god,” she panted. “Every time you enter me, you rub something inside me way deep.”

“I do.” His voice sounded rough, like gravel. “I feel every fucking inch of you.”

To prove his point, he sank all the way in again, his balls gently slapping her slick folds, then he gyrated against her spot, prodding, poking, driving her out of her damn mind.

“Yes. There. Oh, right there. That’s . . .” She couldn’t manage more than a groan.

“Oh, yeah. I know it’s right there. You’re closing around me. So tight. So fucking sweet. But I need more. I need to touch all of you.”

Mystery couldn’t fathom what he meant until he brushed his fingertips across the small of her back, spreading the moisture he’d poured onto her skin earlier all around. It was some sort of oil. She could feel it lubricating her now, running into the crevice between her cheeks, pooling around her back entrance.

His thumb joined the fray, sweeping up and down that fissure before circling the opening no one had ever touched.

When she clenched, Axel pried his fingers into the shadowy cleft of her ass and pulled the two halves apart. “Mine.” He growled the word, an animalistic sound from the depths of his chest. “All of you. Mine.”

The part of her brain that functioned now realized how caveman and possessive he sounded. The woman inside her approved. Her pussy suddenly pulsed. She tossed her hips back at him as he thrust, helping him spear her even more completely.

When he dredged that spot again and he inserted his thumb in her back opening, the sparks lighting up her sex converged with the new ones he’d just introduced. Climax sat right there, so damn close she could just cry for it. One more teeny-tiny sensation would send her tumbling into an abyss unlike anything else. Her vision closed up.

“Axel. Oh . . . my . . .” She couldn’t even form the rest of the sentence. Instead
, she tossed her head back and wailed. Her voice sounded high-pitched and desperate and rife with the pain of unfulfilled need. She clawed the sheets, sucked in a breath, and thrashed on his cock.

He withdrew so slowly, Mystery swore she would lose every shred of sanity. But when he hurtled his way back in, tunneling past each sensitive spot, she screamed at the top of her lungs.

“Please. Fuck. Me. Yes . . .” She gasped in a breath. “Now. I need it! So . . . good.”

“So fucking good,” he agreed. “Come for me!”

He plunged inside her again, urgent and fierce, his thumb sliding all the way inside her ass. The sensations coiled just behind her clit. The tingles, the heaviness, the desperate ache all melded together in a dizzy, crazy, sublime euphoria that tightened and gathered before exploding through her limbs, lacing every vein, utterly filling her. Arching to him and clawing at the bed, she screamed, the sound shrill and loud and lasting seemingly forever. So did her orgasm.

God, she never felt anything remotely like this climax that turned her body inside out, dismantled her brain, destroyed her defenses.

When her breath ran out, the ecstasy still pulsed and twitched inside her, battering her like the tide against the rocks of the shore—constantly and without mercy. Mystery had only thought she and Axel had shared combustive sex earlier today. Now? Holy crap, would she even be the same woman after this mind-bending bliss?

Behind her, Axel’s grip tightened. He swelled even more inside her, scraping her sensitive flesh once more and prodding a spot that had her crying out again. The headboard banged the wall harder, faster.

And behind her, he leaned over her body and breathed into her ear. “Oh . . . Fuck me, princess.” He groaned, the sound vibrating through her oversensitive body. “I’m coming!”

She gave him a warbled little moan as he picked up the speed of his thrusts, bit into her neck, then snarled out his satisfaction in long, plowing strokes. She spiked into another sharp peak.

Timeless moments later, she tumbled down into a soft cloud of satisfaction. Except for the sound of their harsh panting, silence prevailed. The headboard stilled. Axel stopped. Mystery melted into the mattress, her arms and legs giving out under her.

He went down with her, collapsing on top of her in a heap of limbs as he petted her hip absently, as if silently apologizing for crushing her underneath him.

“What happened?” She really didn’t know. Her body still pulsed, pinged, and glowed. But right now, she absolutely didn’t have a brain.

“Holy fuck.” He groaned as he raised himself off her smaller body and let out an exhausted breath. “That was mind-blowing.”

Understatement of all time. That had been more than sex, more than two people exchanging pleasure. They’d flowed together, melded, fused somehow. Mystery hadn’t ever been in love. She’d always known she had a crush—maybe more—on Axel, but she’d never imagined that she’d fallen for him completely and irrevocably.

That probably explained why she’d never been able to muster more than passing interest for another guy and why she’d so often avoided sex or emotional intimacies. When men had wanted to get to know her, she’d suggested loud clubs and public settings to make that impossible. She’d appreciated having company and often gravitated to dates who would make her laugh. At the time, she’d thought she merely liked guys with a sense of humor. Now she suspected it was because they hadn’t been serious about her, either.

How had less than an hour in bed with a man she hadn’t seen in years been the most revealing, intimate exchange of her entire life?

Mystery didn’t have answers, and emotions she’d been stomping down and burying bubbled to her surface. She burst into tears—and not dainty little sniffling cries. Of course not. These were giant, loud blubbering sobs. The total embarrassment only made her cry harder.

Axel eased out of her well-used body and rolled to her side, taking her in his arms. “It’s all right, princess. I’m here. I know. It was big. Powerful. Look at me.”

She squeezed her eyes shut, fighting him. He’d only see the love in her eyes. He’d see how badly she wanted to do things that had likely never crossed his mind, like wearing his ring and having his babies and going into debt for a dream house together. Lord, she was so pathetic.

He caressed her back, big sweeps of his palm comforting her and promising more. “Look at me.”

Mystery tried to school her features and crack one eye open at him. Understanding lit his blue eyes. Sweat dampened his hair, and he looked spent. But happy. A smile broke out across his face. She answered in kind, even as tears ran down her cheeks.

“I’ve got you,” he vowed. “Hold on to me.”

She sniffled and pressed her face to his chest, absorbing his strength and the sense of belonging to him. He kissed the top of her head, rubbed absently at her back. Mystery allowed herself to sink into the lethargy, the sated peace.

“You surprised by how good we are together?” he asked.

Her lids fluttered shut as she fitted herself even more tightly against his big chest. “Yes . . . but mostly no.”

She felt him smile above her, and he held her closer. “I’m not surprised much, either.”

“It’s weird. I don’t know you fantastically well, but I feel like I know you deep down, if that makes any sense.”

“It does. I understood you from the beginning.”

  He had, she realized. “Exactly.”

Axel stroked her hair, and Mystery floated in a bubble of peace, liberally laced with happiness. They’d found something wonderful. Maybe it was chemistry. Maybe it had been love at first sight . . . delayed by six and a half years. She wasn’t sure. But she knew that she couldn’t wait to find out what happened next. It sucked that someone felt compelled to chase and threaten her, but that had brought them together—twice. Things happened for a reason, at least to her way of thinking. Maybe all this grief was meant to be because she and Axel were meant to be.

  One step at a time.

  “Anything hurt? Sore?” he murmured.

“Beside the obvious?” she winced, then laughed. “Not sure how well I’ll be walking tomorrow, but at least I’ll be smiling.”

“I’m hoping so. I’m also hoping that tomorrow I’ll be inside that sweet pussy again. Maybe even sooner.”

Even if she was tender, that sounded great to her. “I won’t complain.”

He laughed, then eased off the bed. Mystery lay in a dreamy haze, staring at the ceiling, wearing what was probably a stupid smile. And she didn’t care.

She heard the shower in the adjoining bathroom cut on. A spray of water hit the tile. He flipped on a harsh overhead light, dimmed it to something soft, then prowled toward her in all his big, masculine glory, minus the condom. He looked so amazing naked that she could barely remember her name.

When he reached her side, Axel uncuffed her before he wrapped an arm around her waist. Sluggishly, Mystery got to her feet and let him lead her to the bathroom. Steam now fogged the edges of the mirror, and heat rose from the sleekly tiled shower big enough for five. He opened the heavy glass door, and she entered the stall, moaning as soon as the warm spray hit her chest. Axel slipped in behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and kissing her shoulder.

“If you don’t force me to stop touching you, I may not be responsible for what happens next,” he warned.

“Force you?” She giggled at him. “How would I ever do that? And why?

Axel would never cross a line with any woman. Mystery knew that personally. He’d make damn sure he had consent before he touched her. She was just so euphoric that he’d finally chosen her.

From a nearby soap dish, he grabbed a bar and lathered it in his big hands. “Hold up your hair.”

She did as he asked, and he rewarded her, gliding his wide, soapy palms over her shoulders, back, hips. He bent to wash her feet, her legs, her ass, all the while kneading and rubbing at any knots of tension.

Mystery moaned. Was Axel just the
perfect man? Hmm, no one was absolutely perfect. But he was perfect for her. Vaguely, she wondered what she’d tell her father about them when they talked next. He’d known years ago that she had a crush on Axel. She wondered if her dad would be surprised that nothing had changed.
