Kim let out a gasp as she shifted her hips, his cock filling her completely. His gaze shifted to where their sexes were joined, and his balls tightened. Watching her body take him was erotic as hell. “Ethan, please,” she whimpered.

“What do you need, honey?” he asked.

“Just please. Take control. Oh!” She cried out a second time, and Ethan released her hands, moving his to her waist. She was so small, his hands felt like they could almost span around it. He held her gently but began to thrust into her, pulling her down as he bucked up.

Kim gasped as he began to move faster, her hands coming to a rest on his chest as he took her, and then she was crying out again, her body squeezing his cock as she came. She looked like a goddess sitting atop him, her cheeks flushed, small breasts bouncing, and silky hair wild around her. Ethan’s cock hardened even more, and then he pulled her down, coming as he thrust once more, deep inside of her.

He gathered her into his arms, brushing her hair back from her face as they both lay in his bed, sweaty and sated, his softening dick still buried inside her. Kim’s body was limp atop his, but he felt her softly kiss his shoulder.

“I love you,” he said gruffly. “I know it’s quick, and you don’t have to say it back, but hell. I love you so much, sweetheart.”

“I love you, too,” she said, looking up to meet his gaze.

His hand lightly ran down her back, cupping her bare bottom as she ducked down and kissed him. He was already growing hard again, and he knew he’d spend the entire night kissing, caressing, and loving his woman.

  Epilogue

  One Month Later

Kim shrieked in surprise as Ethan captured her in his embrace, swinging her up into his muscular arms and jogging down to the water. He chuckled, pretending he was about to toss her in as she clung to him, then set her down in the shallow water and kissed her deeply as her hands flew to his biceps.

“I thought you were going to drop me!” she laughed, lightly swatting at him as he grinned.

“Never. I’ll carry you everywhere, sweetheart.”

She looked up at him, warmth washing over her face at the heat and intensity in his brown eyes. He gently caressed her cheek, and she felt shivers racing down her spine at the feel of his calloused fingers on her skin. The sun was just beginning to sink lower in the sky, and although the Pacific Ocean was cool this time of year, her body heated at Ethan’s touch.

He brushed her hair back as it blew in the salty breeze, and Ethan ducked down, kissing her again. Kim heard one of his teammates whooping in the distance, and she flushed as Ethan straightened back up and jokingly saluted his buddy.

“Let’s go say hi to everyone,” he said, and they walked hand-in-hand toward their friends.

“How was Florida?” Blake asked with a grin. He tugged Clarissa to his side, wrapping an arm around her shoulders as she snuggled against him.

“Wait, you met his parents?” Troy asked with a whoop. “Way to go, Everglades!”

“Maybe we’ll be planning another wedding soon,” Grayson joked, glancing over at Hailey.

“No, one wedding at a time!” Kim laughed. “I’m already helping Hailey plan yours. And we’re not engaged or anything.”

  “Yet,” Blake quipped.

Clarissa shushed him. “Don’t tease them. At least our wedding will be extremely low-key. No big planning involved for anyone.” Blake leaned over, kissing her temple, and she relaxed against him.

Jackson and Taryn walked over to join them, Jackson towering over her petite frame. They looked cute as hell together though, and Kim could see Jackson was protective toward Taryn much in the same way Ethan acted around her. His entire team was full of macho, alpha men, but Kim swore each of them were practically mush around their women.

“And to answer your question, Florida was good,” Kim said. “Ethan introduced me to his parents, and we went snorkeling and then spent a few days at the beach.”

“Florida was awesome, and my parents are already asking us to come back,” Ethan admitted with a chuckle. He glanced down at Kim, his dark gaze sending sparks of heat shooting straight through her. They’d spent a few days with his family and then a few days alone in a hotel. She flushed, recalling how they’d barely left the hotel room the first day, preferring instead to spend the day in bed making love. Ethan had wanted her to ride him, then he’d taken her from behind while she muffled her cries with a pillow. She’d been embarrassed to even leave their room after the way she’d cried out his name, but Ethan had assured her they’d been quiet.

Kim playfully nudged him. “No way we can go back to Florida until my mom gets to cook dinner for you. She’s still badgering me about that.”

He winked. “You’ll have to invite them out here to stay with us.”

“Wait, so you’re really moving here?” Hailey squealed in excitement.

Kim looked around at everyone and grinned. “I will be. I accepted the job offer, and I’ll be working in a building right near Hailey’s.”

“Wow, that’s fantastic!” Taryn said, smiling at her. “Congratulations. I’m sure you’re thrilled to have a great job out here so you can be with Ethan.”

“Congratulations,” Jackson said. “They’ll be lucky to have you here. Although I’m sure you’ll be missed at the Pentagon.” He glanced over at Ethan. “And congrats to you for convincing your girl to move out here.”

Ethan jokingly swiped his brow. “It took a lot of persuading.”

“Where’s Logan?” Kim asked, realizing he was the only one not there. Ethan nodded to the right, and she followed his gaze to where several women stood laughing with him.

“I can’t let him out of my sight,” Troy joked. As they watched, another woman was hobbling down the boardwalk on crutches with a cast on her leg. She looked over toward her friends but seemed resigned to stay where she was. Ethan frowned as he saw the access ramp to the beach had been damaged. She’d have to navigate the steps with her crutches to join the others.

“Hell, I can’t let him have all the fun,” Troy said. “Check out that pretty redhead over there,” he said, nodding at the woman on crutches. He jogged across the beach toward the woman, leaving the rest of them chuckling.

“So, is this a party or what?” Jackson quipped. “We brought a cooler of beers, wine coolers for the ladies, and fruit-flavored sparkling water for Hailey.”

  “It’s really good,” Taryn promised.

“Let’s have a beer!” Ghost said.

They all grabbed drinks from the cooler, popping the caps off as they stood around talking and laughing. “So what are we toasting to?” Kim asked.

“To us, sweetheart,” Ethan joked, clinking his beer bottle against her wine cooler. The others grew louder, talking around them, but Kim looked up into Ethan’s eyes.

“Hell, when you look at me like that, I want to give you everything,” he admitted.

“You already have,” she said, smiling as he gently took her hand in his.

“I love you,” he said huskily.

“Not as much as I love you.”

Then Ethan ducked down and kissed her as the ocean crashed on the shore, their friends talked and laughed all around them, and she realized she was exactly the one place she’d always belonged—in Ethan’s arms.
