4. Get K&E together. K&A have long discussion about their relationship before K will even hear them out.
5. Wardens break down the door. J about to kill them, but A, fresh from her revelatory convo with K has conquered her darkness enough to convince J to stop. They break down the walls of the mental ward, ending up in a lush forest.
6. Try to convince K&E to give up power. K&E resist. J&A "tree" them. Bargaining ensues. They agree in exchange for a baby. J&A use an extraordinary amount of power to make this happen.
7. The darkness feels this, comes back, tries to take power back from J&A. They nearly succumb, moments of freakout, weakness, flashing in and out of their coma-ed bodies.
8. Darkness. Graham appears with a Tarot card. The Hanged Man. The sacrifice. He shows them to reach back to the time when everyone thought they were awesome and to unleash the pent up power against the darkness. But the process means they can never go home.
9. J&A discuss, especially babies, leaving Chance behind, etc., etc. But in the end, they feel as if it is their penance for all the harm they've caused. And know they can do a better job from inside, keeping the powers fragmented.
10. Big showdown. Lots of tension. Moment of near defeat. The win. They walk off into the sunset, holding hands.
Phase 5
They've never woken up, everyone's powers are gone, the world is a better place.
