"Yes, she hasn't spoken yet, but after tonight she will talk. Polasky has prepared a special place on tomorrow’s train for the girls. I have already sent a dispatch to Generals Von DerGraff and Heidrick of the prizes we obtained. The girls will be shipped to Nuremberg and bred, and the boy will never see the light of day again. I will explain all of this to her before I pleasure myself again at her expense, or should I say, her pleasure." Both men laughed.
"Herr Major, if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to call. I am prepared to give my all for the Third Reich." Major Ernst smiled as he re-entered the building. Kruger lit up another cigarette and noticed movement to his left. He checked his watch in case he would need to make a report, the time was 2:55am.

"Now," commanded Nikoli, in a hushed tone. Yakov and Taras slowly moved down the dark alley providing the impression they were drunk.
"The woman is mine,” slurred Yakov.
"No woman in this fine town would give you a second look. Your face is that of a used potato sack and if that doesn't scare them, once you open your mouth, those rotten teeth will end any chance," chided Taras.
"My friend, it is not always looks that can entertain a fine woman."
"Who goes there?" yelled the guard.
"Friends of the glorious Third Reich, comrade. We are the finest Poland has to offer and wish to join up."
"Stop where you are." The boys stumbled up to the young guard. They could sense the sweet, warm fluid moving through the young guard's veins and arteries.
"Don't shoot, comrade, we are just humble servants enjoying a bit of night air after a few drinks." The guard was not impressed with their sincerity.
“Halt dogs, or I shall be forced to shoot you."
Both men noticed the hesitancy and nervousness in his voice. They were now only two meters from him. Yakov could sense Kirilli approaching from the other direction. His shadow blended in perfectly with the dark alley-way, but his outline was noticeable if one focused hard enough.
"Comrade, where do we sign up to glorify the new conquerors of our fine land?" The guard was becoming extremely nervous and irritated.
"I will warn you one more time to leave or I shall shoot."
Taras pushed Yakov towards the guard as if in a drunken stupor.
"They have no room for a boy of your talents. This is the master race, not the cesspool race." The distinct sound of branches breaking was coming from the west side of the alley. The air was becoming thick and stale. Yakov easily lifted the keys from the guard’s pocket as he bumped into him.
"What is that noise?” asked the young guard.
"The last sound you will ever hear, comrade." The noise was now coming from both directions of the alley. His face was confused and anxious. He moved his hand into his pocket looking for the key. It was gone.
"Where is....." he was lowering his rifle at Yakov and Taras when he felt a hot breath pouring over his left side. The veins and arteries in his neck felt like they were trying to burst through the skin. He turned to his left. The sight he saw was two fire-filled eyes and two white, steely, razor fangs flying at him. Kirilli dispatched with the young guard in seconds. He motioned for Nikoli and the guards they had brought along to join them. Taras started his transformation. It was time to deal the Germans a heavy blow. Yakov, as instructed, knocked on the door twice and turned the key. The light from the room flooded the doorway entrance. There was only one guard sitting behind a desk. "Fritz, you are........."

The movement he noticed while talking with Major Ernst became clearer. A group of guards (whom he hadn't dispatched that night) came into the light with more prisoners, all women.
"What do we have here?" questioned Kruger. "What unit are you from and where did you find such wonderful prizes?" Two of the guards maintained a respectable distance ensuring no trespassers would interrupt the group. A gust of wind blew through town. The sound of branches breaking from the tree tops filled the square.
"Private, what have you brought us and what unit are you from?"
Sasha stepped forward as the private remained silent. "Sergeant, we were scavenging the forests for food when these men captured us. They honestly believe we are partisans. Look at us." She slowly opened her wrap revealing a stunning body. Her velvet dress was cut low, exposing the upper part of each firm bosom. Her blond hair cascaded around her shoulders and face.
"Do we look like partisans, Herr Sergeant? Do we really look like feared partisans?" Kruger was lost in his thoughts, the least of which was if they were actually partisans. The woman's bright, deep blue eyes had transfixed and confused him. Two of the guards approached Kruger to examine the finds. The other two went to talk with the ones protecting the perimeter.
“Sergeant, do you have any food for my small child, Zoya? She hasn't eaten in days or perhaps you have something for my older daughter? She too needs to feed." Her words were not those of a beggar but of a hunter. Kruger could not clear his mind. Her gaze was hypnotizing him. He needed to go inside and inform Major Ernst of the new arrivals, but his feet wouldn't budge and his mind would not respond.
"Sergeant, surely you have something for one of the children?"
Kruger could hear the sounds of fluid splattering on the ground as if water were splashing off a roof. "Frau, I might...."
"Mein Gott!" The words echoed and bounced through the square. Kruger looked to his left where the perimeter guards had stood. His eyes must have deceived him. What he witnessed couldn't be. One of the men who brought the prisoners was latched onto one of his men. The sound of bones and muscles tearing and crackling grew louder with each passing moment. He looked quickly to his right and witnessed the same events happening to another guard.
"What is going on here?" For a brief moment he was able to focus.
"Sergeant, let me introduce my daughter, Zoya." Kruger was attempting to remove his sub-machine gun, as now every warning bell in his brain was ringing. Zoya's teeth sank deep into his neck. It was her first kill. Two of the accompanying converted guards moved inside the building. Before the aide behind the desk could sound an alarm, the sound of bones splintering and muscles being torn silenced his tongue and his life.

"Do you wish to talk, swine, or shall I beat the truth out of you?" Sergeant Mauser was tired of the game with Stephan. He would have much rather been with Major Ernst where the real action was.
"One more time. Who are you and what were you doing on the road?" Stephan would say nothing. His silence was met with another massive blow to the right of his cheek with the sergeant’s rifle butt.
"Well? Are you going to talk or just let blood pour out of your mouth?" Stephan slowly opened his mouth and spit out a tooth. He knew his days were numbered. He must act now.

"Frau, it is time for another chat. Is there anything you would like to tell me before we start this session? I must admit, last night was very entertaining. I hope you can repeat the performance again." The hatred from her eyes pierced deep into the major's.
"Ah, I see you are still in a fighting mood. Well, do not worry, I will be gentle tonight. Now, tell me what I want to know for I shall take what is mine despite your silence. Did I mention the small ones? You will never see them again. They are being shipped to Germany on the first train in the morning to breed more soldiers for the Third Reich, and if they can't breed, they will be excellent amusement for their keepers."
Svetlana could not stand the thought of any man touching her girls.
"Major, I promise, before this night is over, you will learn more than your feeble mind is capable of comprehending." Ernst struck her face hard with the back of his open hand.
"We shall see Frau, we shall see." His hands moved down to unhook his belt buckle.

The two guards downstairs lay dead on the floor, one by the fangs of Nikoli, the other by Sasha. The men were caught in utter fear and shock as the figures approached with their flashing teeth. At
first glance they appeared to be dirty ragged peasants, but as the light showed on them, it revealed creatures from nightmares of old. Before the shock could wear off and they could react, the assailants sprang and ended their lives. The two groups swept the rest of the first floor. It was clear. Nikoli gestured for the second group to start clearing the upper floors. Kirilli took the first group and moved towards the basement. Small cries were heard from the stairwell. Nikoli flashed by Kirilli. The cries were those of Natashia and Dina.
There were four guards standing around a door laughing and joking with each other. Nikoli sprang at them before they could react. His force and size sent them sprawling across the floor. Two of them were knocked unconscious for a moment. He regained his footing, picked up one of the Germans and hurled him twenty meters down the hall. His body shattered as it impacted the brick wall. The second guard was shaking off the initial impact but much too late. Nikoli hoisted him off the ground revealing the full width and depth of his teeth. The man tried to scream but the claw gripping and squeezing his throat made it impossible. Nikoli bashed the body into the wall then planted his teeth into the neck. He wasn't feeding this time; he was acting out of rage. He could hear the whimpers of Natashia and Dina very close now. He bit down hard severing the spinal cord and proceeded to rip it out of the man. The others watched as Nikoli continued his rampage. He motioned to Sasha and Darya to finish the other unconscious men which they gladly accepted.

Roman and Sergei took the others and went room to room. Most of the men they came across were sleeping, making their work very easy. Those who were not asleep never had a chance to fire a shot or shout out a warning.

Nikoli crashed through the door where the sounds of Natashia and Dina’s voices had come from. Two guards were in the act of removing their clothes in order to properly interrogate the girls. They both displayed a sinister grin.
One of the guards was talking to Natashia, "Don't worry little one. We will be gentle."
The grins rapidly disappeared as they focused on the man who had just interrupted their fun. No, it wasn't a man, but more of a beast. Blood surrounded his face and clothes. His hair was jet black and stringy. His eyes had balls of red fire pouring forth. His hands and claws were rough and covered with black coarse hair and blood. What had been fingernails were six inch long claws. They reached for their guns but a second too late. The beast grabbed them both and slung their heads together with a sickening thud. Both men died instantly; half of their heads were caved in from the impact. Nikoli dropped them to the floor and stared at the frightened girls. They recognized him only after the raspy harsh words came from his lips, “you are safe now."

"What is all that noise, Rudolph? How am I to concentrate on interrogating this woman properly when my concentration is being disturbed? Check it out immediately," Svetlana could feel the presence of the combined clans near. She knew the time had come and she would survive the night. It was now time to properly address the major.
"Major, I wish to talk now." The words came as a true surprise, especially since he wasn't quite finished filling her with his fluid. He raised his hand and struck her face hard.
"You will talk when I'm finished." She didn't flinch from the strike. The major bruised his hand with the strike. Her face was becoming hard and tough. The skin was rapidly losing its soft sensuous qualities. The sound of bones breaking was resonating through her body. He watched in disbelief as her jawbones started moving side-to-side, allowing something to start growing behind her skin. Her auburn hair was turning stiff and wiry. Her dark green eyes were filled with more than just hate; they were filling with fire. He also noticed he couldn't move anymore. She was constricting every muscle in her body and locked him to her.
"Major," the harsh voice spoke. "Now I will talk." His eyes were the size of eggs as he stared at the mouth which yielded two four inch long fangs. "Yes, it is time we talked."
"Rudolph, come in here..." The body of Rudolph sailed through the open door and crashed into the wall dead. His throat had been ripped out and his face unrecognizable.
"What is going on!" screamed Ernst. Two figures entered the room; he wasn't sure but thought one was a female and the other a male. They had the same fire in their eyes and were covered in blood. As Svetlana transformed, the bonds that kept her human form restrained on the table broke like rotten wood as her body flexed and grew. One of the creatures moved towards the naked major, but stopped as Svetlana held up a hand. Her other hand grabbed the major's throat and squeezed hard, but not hard enough to cut off the windpipe. She relaxed her internal muscles, freeing the major from her body. She rose off the table and pushed his body against the wall.
He could barely make out the words talk as this creature started taking huge bites out of his body - right shoulder, left arm, right and left breast all the while uttering the word talk. She was inflicting as much pain on her once captor now victim as she could without killing him. He could feel her grip loosening as some of the features he recognized started returning.
"Major, what would you like to know?" She looked to her left and nodded to the two figures in the doorway. She tossed the major towards them. He could feel their bodies shaking from what appeared to be laughter.
"I believe the major has something to say." Both creatures displayed large grins and the same steely white razor teeth. He looked side to side, full of fear and fright. His screams were never heard due to the blood blocking his windpipe. The two creatures sank their teeth deep into the carotid and jugular arteries and veins slowly pulling the lifeblood out of his body. They both stopped after each had sucked out a liter each. The major was still conscious but weak. The creature he had been interrogating now stood three centimeters from his face. Her face was covered with his own flesh and blood.
"Major, TALK!" She opened her mouth as wide as possible. Her fangs had grown another inch longer. His vocal chords were covered with blood, silencing any final words from his body. She detected his heart rate had increased to the point of exploding. The last words his ears would ever hear were in her harsh, raspy voice: "T A L K." She sunk her fangs deep into his throat just as his heart exploded.
Nikoli and Sasha let the body fall to the floor. Nikoli stared at Svetlana and slowly approached her. She was prepared for the worst from her husband. She knew that Nikoli would punish and brandish her for their capture. He stood in front of her for a moment revealing his blood covered incisors. Instead of digging them deep into her hide, he stretched out his arms and pulled his wife close to him.

Shots were heard from the end of the hall. Two figures were seen flying down the corridor, Roman and Sergei. A few more shots rang out and then silence.
The figures made their way down the hall coming to the room where the smoke was trailing out.
Two more Germans lay dead on the floor; that was to be expected. What wasn't expected was the body of one of their own. Kirilli was kneeling by Stephan. He had been shot twice in the chest before Roman and Sergei had broken down the door. Neither of the shots would prove to be mortal, yet they noticed something much worse. Blood was pumping out of Stephan's mouth with each heartbeat. Kirilli turned and opened his hand. He was holding a tooth, not any tooth, but a feeding tooth. Everyone knew what would happen. Stephan would eventually starve to death.
"My son, I am so sorry. We could try and reattach the tooth. It might work." Came a voice from the hall.
"Father, you know as well as I do, it won't work. I am going to die; it is my fate. Are the women okay?"
"Yes my son, they are fine." Svetlana, Natashia and Zoya came from behind Nikoli. They knelt down with longing and pain in their eyes.
"Stephan,"
"Mother, it's okay. You know what must be done."
"Yes, my son, I do."
"Son."
"Yes Father,"
"I'm sorry I misjudged your abilities. I should have trusted you and your mother mor
e than I did."
"Father, it's all right. You and Kirilli have seen to it that the clans will survive. I have no doubts the Germans will be convinced to leave. It is time." Nikoli knew what he meant. It was his decision, no one else's. All of the arguments seemed so pointless now. If he had acknowledged and given his son more responsibilities in the clan, maybe it wouldn't be ending like this. Stephan interrupted his thoughts.
"Father, kill them all." Those words reawakened Nikoli to the task at hand.
"Son, I promise, we will avenge your death with honor." He nodded to Svetlana and Natashia.
"Make it quick and painless. There is still more work to be done." She and Natashia turned towards Stephan and moved close to his neck. The last words he heard came from his mother.
"Son, you will live on in all of us." They both sank their teeth deep in his arteries and slowly pulled the blood from his dying body. The time was 3:45am.

"Kirilli, the guards from the compound across the square will be coming soon. It is time to enact Phase IV."
Kirilli agreed. He instructed the women to take Stephan to the carriage and take him to Bezpieczenstwo. He would be properly buried when the final task was performed. He had two of the converted guards stay with him and Nikoli. They needed to provide a believable scenario they had been captured. The others departed. Nikoli made sure he had passed on the written order from the now departed Major Ernst to Svetlana, ensuring her and the others safe passage home if they were stopped.
