She trembled from the contact. Soft pleading sounds poured from her throat. “Mmmm, that’s good. I want more.”
“Baby wants more? Take it, baby. Take my cock.”
She engulfed his length, her pussy stretching to its limit, and then some. An instant orgasm tore through her from the pleasure-pain, the anticipation of a good fucking refusing to be detained a moment longer. She cried out as she rode him.
He held her hips, bouncing her up and down on his cock.
“God, fuck me. Fuck my pussy, Luke.”
With a final thrust, he pushed his hips up until he was completely buried. Her head bucked back and forth as another orgasm rocked her. A guttural moan rose from his throat.
“Fuck, I’m coming.” He groaned with powerful spasms and shuddered as she continued to gently ride him.
When they were completely spent, she collapsed on him as they caught their breath, Luke mumbling things into her ear that she couldn’t understand. But it didn’t matter. She knew enough of what he was saying. And it was sweet.
After a time, she slowly pushed herself up to standing. Brushing the sand from her knees, she extended a hand to help him to his feet.
“Oh, man. I have sand everywhere,” he groaned.
“Here, let me brush it off you.” Running her hand the length of his body, she brushed until the graininess was gone. Then she ran her fingers through his hair to shake it out of his locks.
He turned to wrap his arms around her. “What a night.”
“No kidding. I never thought I’d have sex on Baker Beach. I suppose it’s only slightly illegal.”
Luke laughed. “Well, at least we’re on the clothing optional end of the beach.”
They stopped to admire the navy blue sky, dotted with stars and a sliver of moon. In the distance, the Golden Gate Bridge rose into the darkness, the lights from the moving traffic snaking across it.
“Shall we?” Luke asked, extending his hand.
“Yeah,” she answered, accepting it.
Chapter 13
“Hey, Tab,” Gaia said, dropping her things on the wrap desk at Kiki’s. “I gotta get some coffee, I was up late.”
“And who were you up late with?”
“A certain someone,” Gaia said with a sly smile. “You want a coffee? I’m going to the shop around the corner.”
“Sure. Latte, please.”
Fifteen minutes later, she returned to the shop, managing to open the front door while balancing two coffees. “Tab! I’m back.”
No answer.
“Tab?”
Nothing.
“Tab, where are you?”
As she headed for the back of the shop, Tabitha emerged with red eyes, a wet face, and a tissue held to her nose.
Gaia’s heart thumped against her chest.
Please, no more bad news.
“What the hell? What’s going on?”
Tabitha waved her free hand in front of her face and took a deep breath to calm herself. Her head shook back and forth as if to clear itself, and she burst out laughing.
“What is wrong with you?” Gaia asked, rushing to her sister. “Are you hurt? Did something happen while I was out?”
With one more deep breath, Tabitha could finally speak. “Yeah.” Her voice wobbled as she sniffled, and she wiped her eyes again.
She grabbed Gaia’s arm. “You won’t believe what just happened.”
“What? What the hell happened?”
“I got a call from the broker selling the building.”
“Why?” Gaia frowned.
“Because…they’re accepting my offer. I’m buying the building!” At that, she jumped up and down, and burst into tears again.
Gaia scrunched her brows. “Huh? How can that be?”
“The guys who bought it—I guess that means Luke and his business partners—rescinded their offer so I could buy the building. Can you freaking believe that?”
Wait. What?
“You get to buy the building? You mean Kiki’s is not getting kicked out?”
“Exactly!” Tabitha squealed. “I get to keep the shop open.”
“Oh my god. Oh my god.” Grabbing her sister’s hands, she jumped up and down and finally threw her arms around her. “What made them change their minds?”
“I don’t know, and I don’t care. All that matters is that they did.” She clapped her hands in glee. “Will you watch the shop while I go meet with the broker and get the financial stuff moving?”
“Sure. Oh my god. This is so exciting.” Gaia gave her sister a kiss on the cheek as she grabbed her bag and hustled out, red eyes and all.
The weight of the past weeks dissolved from where it had planted itself on her shoulders.
Moments later, the bell on the front door tinkled. Three lunch hour customers floated in.
“What may I help you ladies with?” Gaia asked. Her good mood was exploding from every pore.
“Hi,” the first one said. “We’re looking for something special. One of our friends is getting married, and we want to get some really great underthings for her trousseau.”
“You’ve come to the right place,” Gaia explained. “Everything about Kiki’s is special.”
Chapter 14
Three hours, and a long but profitable lunch rush later, Gaia plopped on the stool behind the wrap desk, kicking off the sky-high heels tormenting her feet. Despite her screaming toes, which she tried to massage back to life, she couldn’t help but grin as she looked around the shop. Things were going to be fine, after all.
The question was, did Luke make it happen? And if so, how?
Her cell rang.
“Jewel, hi!”
“Geez, you sound cheerful. What’s going on?”
“Kiki’s gets to stay right here! Tab is going to buy the building.”
“What? How? I thought it was a done deal?”
“I don’t know how it happened, but it did.”
A woman approached the front door, and Gaia stuffed her feet back into their implements of torture. “Hey, I have a customer coming in. Will I see you for drinks later?”
“Yup, absolutely. I’ll see ya later, then.”
Gaia swiped her phone closed. Slowly approaching the woman, she held one of the clothing racks to conceal her limp.“Welcome to Kiki’s. What can I help you with?”
The pretty blonde looked up from the silky midnight blue nighties she was fingering. “Thank you. I understand you carry the ouvert panties?”
“We do. They’re right over here.”
She showed the woman to a small display of the little treasures, adding, “You know, we just received a new shipment. Let me get the box for you. You’ll be the first to see them.”
She clapped her hands in excitement. “I’ll be the first? Sweet!”
Gaia dashed to the storeroom and, just as she was returning, the bell on the front door jingled again. Her heart slammed against her chest for the second time that day.
Luke.
An inconvenient warmth washed over her, leaving her face blushing like it did several times a day. Breathing deeply, she presented the box of delicate merchandise to her customer, who was so thrilled she was oblivious to the heat building in the room.
“Incredible,” she exclaimed as she greedily dug into the box, each pair she pulled out more beautiful than the last.
With the blonde sufficiently engaged in selecting some beautiful underthings, Gaia locked gazes with Luke. He’d parked himself on the other side of the shop where he could watch her in action. Leaning against the wall with crossed arms, he looked her up and down. The amused expression on his face was enough to set fire to Gaia’s core.
“Hello, sir. Welcome to Kiki’s,” Gaia said to him with a sly smile.
He unfolded his arms and slowly made his way across the shop. “Thank you, miss. Wonderful place you’ve got here.”
The customer joined in. “Isn’t it the best? I just love this—”
But she stopped short when she got
a good look at the handsome stranger. Quickly assessing him with clear appreciation for his dimpled chin, dark eyes, and thick black hair, it appeared she liked what she saw.“Oh, hello,” she said with a tilt of her head.
“Hello,” he said to her. Then he turned to Gaia. “I’m looking for something for a…friend.”
She fought a giggle.
Game on.
The customer inserted herself into Luke’s gaze. “You should take a look at these panties right here.” She held a set up to him, moving them so the beads strategically shimmered.
“Oh, yes,” he said, touching them lightly. “These are very nice.”
The woman went right for the jugular. “I’m getting some for myself. Maybe you could help me with my selection.”
This must be what’s known as cock blocking.
Luke fidgeted. “Oh, well, I don’t know if I could do you justice. Thanks all the same, though.”
“No, I just mean, help me choose a color. They’re all so pretty, I find myself totally confused.”
Ah, the overwhelmed airhead move.
Backed into a corner, he acquiesced. “Well. Okay. Um, these silver ones are nice.” He pointed from a safe distance. As he started to turn away, she caught his sleeve. His gaze flew to where her hand held him in place.
“I was thinking of trying them on. Do you think I should try them on?”
Gaia, biting her lip to keep from laughing, gave him a discrete nod.
He got it. “Um, yes. I guess you should try everything on before you buy it.”
The shopper seemed pleased with her progress. “Okay. I will.” Walking toward the dressing room, she turned before pulling the heavy velvet curtain closed. “I’ll be right in here.” She looked directly at Luke.
He waved at her. “Okay.”
As soon as the curtain was closed, Luke put an arm around Gaia’s waist, pulling her to him. “You naughty little vixen. Watching that woman flirt with me,” he whispered.
She shivered as he ran kisses up the side of her neck. Grabbing his face, she planted her lips on his, closing her eyes. She released a low moan, her sex throbbing.
He kept his voice low. “God, I’d like to—”
But the dressing room curtain flew open. “Hello, I’ve tried all the panties—”
“Oh,” she said when she saw them. She pulled the curtain closed as fast as she’d opened it.
“Oopsies,” Gaia said in Luke’s ear.
She hustled back toward the dressing room. After all, she was supposed to be working. “How did you do? I can’t wait to see what you liked.”
The curtain flew open again, and the blonde emerged. “I’ll take these,” she said coldly, handing Gaia a half-dozen ouvert panties.
Guess she’s got big plans.
“Super. I’ll ring these right up for you.” At the wrap desk, Gaia folded each, wrapping them in crunchy tissue paper that matched the color of the shop’s walls.
While she did her thing, the customer turned toward Luke. She shot him a dirty look, and then turned her back to him. She signed her receipt and grabbed her bag.
“Thank you. Enjoy your new goodies,” Gaia called after her. “Hope to see you again soon.”
She left, leaving Luke and Gaia alone.
She threw her arms around his neck. “Wow. She was really going for it.”
“And you were really enjoying watching. You’re bad.”
She leaned into his growing erection. “Does that happen to you often?”
He chuckled. “No. No, it does not.” His hands slipped up to her breasts, and she shivered as he thumbed her nipples.
“Well, you handled yourself well. You were very polite.” She pulled back to look at her watch. “Hey, it’s closing time.” She ran for the door to lock up.
“Whew. This has been quite the day,” she said, sauntering toward Luke. “As I’m sure you know.”
He smiled. “I might know a few things.”
“What do you know about my sister being able to buy the building?”
His head tilted as he studied her. “A little.”
“So…are you gonna tell me what happened?”
He moved close enough to rake his fingers through her hair. “I had a talk with my business partners.”
“Yeah?”
“I told them the truth, that I knew the business owners in the retail space, and that I didn’t want to put them out of business. I promised to find another building.”
“That’s all? It was that easy?”
“Well, I wouldn’t say it was easy. I had to pay them for the money they’d put up.”
“You did? Are you serious? Why did you do that?”
“It’s not a big deal. I can afford it. It was more important to me to see a small business thrive. You know, I was there once.”
“What do you mean?” she asked.
“I was working out of my bedroom, developing games. Eating ramen noodles. Drinking cheap beer. I know what it’s like to work hard and sacrifice.”
“Did you know, before we went out last night?” she asked.
“I did. But I didn’t want to say anything. I wanted to make sure you weren’t being nice to me just because we changed our position on the property.”
“Ah. Smart boy. I hope I passed the test.” She threw her arms around him again. God, that felt good.
“I don’t know how to thank you. I mean, you saved my sister’s business.”
“You can thank me by kissing me. Right now.” His lips pressed against hers with a hungry passion that she happily fell into.
This was living. And she deserved it.

Devi’s Bliss: a story of Jewel
Book 6
Prologue
Gabe pulled Jewel to him. He ran a hand over her long, loose hair, carefully pushing it behind her shoulders. He seemed to lose himself in her locks, and his preoccupation gave her time to study his thick black eyelashes and tanned, craggy skin. If it was possible, he was even better looking up-close. And he smelled so…clean and manly. Her mouth grew dry as thoughts of the dirty things she might like to do with him ran through her mind at triple speed. His potency was intoxicating, and she leaned into him to remain upright.
As naughty thoughts collected in her mind, his firm lips fell on hers in an exploring kiss. She closed her eyes, ready to melt. But almost as soon as he started, he stopped. He pulled back.
“Okay. It’s time,” he said.
Devi’s Bliss: a story of Jewel
Chapter 1
Jewel Naphine tapped on the door. On the other side was a waiting—and soon-to-be very happy—client.
“Hello?” she asked, tipping her ear toward the door.
Silence.
“Hello? Mr. C?” she asked again, repeating her light knock.
Something rustled from the other side of the door, followed by muffled gibberish. It wouldn’t have sounded like much to most, but it was music to Jewel’s attuned senses. Mr. C was ready. For her.
She popped inside the Heart Chakra treatment room, easing the door shut behind her with a soft click. Kicking her flip-flops to the corner, she tightened the belt of her short, white kimono robe around her ample midsection. Boobs tucked in? Check. Well, mostly. The girls occasionally had minds of their own, leaving Jewel unsure whether they were friend or foe. Actually, that could be said of her love-hate relationship with her entire, curvy-girl, body.
Small votive candles threw light up the cozy room’s walls and across the ceiling, casting a delicious, but spooky, glow of hungry yellow fingers. A bowl of fragrant eucalyptus leaves perfumed the air with a wild, spicy outdoorsy scent. All manner of massage oil, lotion, clean sheets, and towels were stored in a stout teak cabinet, on top of which sat a carved statue of the Buddha, round-bellied and grinning in his enlightenment.
And then there was the client, a Mr. C, who lay on the massage table in the center of the room, his silver-haired head
nestled in the face cradle that had caused his muffled words. Jewel reached up to adjust the loose topknot in her hair, then rested a hand on the white sheet covering Mr. C from shoulder to foot.
Her voice added to the peaceful environment. “How are you today, Mr. C?”
“Mmmm.” He lifted his head just enough to be understood. “Great,” he mumbled. “You?”
“I’m well. Thank you.”
She eased into light, long strokes over the sheet, beginning at his shoulders, down past a lovely muscular ass, and over his thighs to warm him to her touch. A good massage therapist never just dove into the heavy kneading of flesh; she helped the client get ready to accept her touch, in order to achieve maximum benefit.
But those shoulders! And that ass! And the way he shuddered so responsively. She forced patience on herself.
Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Take your time…
“Mr. C, I’m going to peel back the sheet a bit.”
He lifted his head an inch, muttering, “Mmmm-hmmm,” and dropped it right back into the cradle.
Jewel exposed the man’s rocky shoulders, folding the sheet to his mid-back. She paused, running her fingers over the tattoo of an open book, before loading her hands with warm oil.
Never seen a tattoo like that before.
Her hands slick with emollient, she kneaded the smooth skin of his upper back with her strong fingers, leaving a trail of goose bumps in the wake of her touch. Pushing the sheet to expose more of him, she smoothed her hand over the dip of his lower back. In response, he shivered, releasing a long sigh. His ass rose under the white sheet like a tempting mountain, and when her rubdown moved there, he convulsed again, giving Jewel her own goosebumps.
In response to his intense reaction, Jewel’s nipples strained against the fabric of her kimono, the scratchiness of which made them all the more erect.
His thick, silvery hair contradicted his taut and muscular body to the point where it was difficult to determine his age—at least while he was facedown—driving Jewel crazy with curiosity. Nothing like a handsome, older man in tip-top shape.
