Plaything at the Royal Wedding: An MFMM Royal Romance Page 18

The agent shrugs. “Not my department.”

“You won’t need anything from Lacey or any of the other models, right?” Adam says.

“No, this is pretty cut and dry. Common case. No clue how the guy thought he’d get away with it, especially with this sum of money. Seems like a pretty stupid plan to me,” the agent says as he scrawls the last few lines of his notes.

“Hey, that’s—” Charlie begins, but I grab his arm. “Uh, yeah. A really stupid plan. Cooked up by a complete moron!”

We share a light laugh as the FBI agent glares at us.

“You’re free to go. Get yourselves home. I’m pretty sure the airport is tired of loiterers.” The agent walks off and gestures to his team to leave.

  “Good fucking riddance,” I mutter.

Adam and Charlie nod beside me as we watch the greasy fuck Denham get carried away in handcuffs.

We finally head back to our office to finalize some paperwork. With Denham gone, we, as the primary shareholders and heads of the departments, are now co-CEOs of Denham’s company.

We should be excited. This is a huge thing. We get full control of every aspect of the company—including the whole self-pay thing that comes with that—but it’s pretty hollow at this point.

Without Lacey with us, we don’t even really care.

Charlie sighs behind me. “What the fuck do we do, guys? There’s no way I can focus on designing something when all I can think about is Lacey wearing it—and if I can ever see her wear it.”

“Yeah, I can’t think about fuck all else either,” Adam says.

I toss a stack of papers at the wall in frustration. “I couldn’t care less about this goddamn company, or the fucking throne!”

Much to my surprise, they only nod in agreement.

“So, what do we actually do?” Adam says.

“Give it up. Give it all up,” I say quietly.

“What do you mean give it up? Just walk away? What would that do? Then, we’re just crawling to her as a bunch of penniless assholes. Plus, it would turn the investigation back on us, and we’d look really fucking suspicious,” Charlie says.

  We sit together in silence.

Sounds of the office echo in our ears as the whole company moves along. Eventually, an assistant comes with a question to break our focus.

“Oh, yeah, I’ll be right there, I guess,” Charlie says as he shoos her away.

“We give it up,” Adam says.

“Yeah, I said tha—” I begin, but he holds up a finger to cut me off.

“To her. We give the company to her to restructure as she wants. She obviously has the design knowhow, and with us helping her run the parts she doesn’t know, I feel like it could really go places,” Adam finishes.

Charlie and I stare at him in stunned silence. There’s a thousand things wrong with that plan, but realistically, none of them are all that bad. This...could actually work.

“This could actually work,” Charlie says, as if he pulled the thoughts right out of my head.

“I can’t really see why not...” I say slowly. “But we don’t tell her about the island. Not yet. Not until we have the successful company Father wanted first and foremost. We have the girl, what’s a little while longer to him right?”

“The last thing is just getting a hold of her,” Adam finishes with a nod.

  Chapter 38

  Adam

I read Lacey’s last text again for the hundredth time.

Fine. I’ll be there at three. Only because I do still care about you all after your asshole moves.

  Yeah, she’s right.

I was an asshole. Self-centered. A huge fucking dick.

But almost losing Lacey has given me a new perspective about commitment and the relationship we’re building. Sam and Charlie are good guys—smart, funny, and kind. We’ve always gotten along, and I know that won’t change.

“Five to three.” Sam is counting down the time as we stand in the front entrance, waiting for her.

We’ve been here for over ten minutes now. Pacing.

Sam is the one that started the group text and finally got her responding. I’m impressed.

But we work really well as a team, with different strengths and weaknesses. I mean, I don’t have that many weaknesses, but thinking about Lacey never in my life again—unthinkable.

The fear of losing her is a real reality check. There’s no telling what that fucker Denham would have done if he got off the ground again in Switzerland. I hate to even think too much about it.

I wish that I had taken a little more time to really fuck him up, but we all knew going in that we had to be controlled. If we wanted to get Lacey out quick, we couldn’t permanently maim him, tempting as it was.

“Three.” Sam looks at us both as he says it, and Charlie just tilts his head back, staring at the ceiling.

She’ll come. She has to come.

“There she is.” Sam’s voice is breathless, like he was just punched in the gut.

I can see why, as I spot her outside the glass. I feel punched in the gut.

She looks like a million bucks. My cock hardens in anticipation of just being in her presence.

Charlie is ahead of us, holding open the door the second she walks in.

It’s the first time any of us have seen her in person since Switzerland. They look as starstruck as I feel.

“Thank you,” she murmurs to Charlie as she walks in.

“You look beautiful,” he responds and stands behind her, gazing at her ass.

  Yes, she’s perfect everywhere.

Lacey’s eyes bounce from me to Sam. “Well, I’m here.” Lifting her arms, she gestures with a shrug.

“Can I take your coat?” I’m trying so hard not to just descend on her and wrap her in my arms.

“I don’t think that’s the best idea.” She looks at me hard. “I don’t plan to be here long.”

  Damn. Okay.

Sam’s walking up to her as she says this and captures her hands in front of them.

“Come on, let’s not hash this out right here. We have something to show you.” Dropping a hand, he pulls her towards the elevator as we follow.

She smells so wonderful and familiar. I’m sure Charlie’s thinking the same thing because he’s on her other side, trailing close behind.

Waiting for the elevator to open, I notice that she looks a little teary-eyed. I hate seeing her like this. We have our work cut out for us.

I feel horrible that our relationship has come to this. She shouldn’t be hurting—ever.

From here on out, it’s only smiles. Once we get her settled into our lives, we will take turns surprising her and lavishing her with attention.

The doors ding open, and we file inside. Sam pushes the top floor button. She doesn’t say a word as we all stand around, staring at her.

Sam’s right. We don’t need the entire office witnessing our groveling. I plan to do some of my groveling with my tongue and fingers.

As the doors open, Sam leads the way down to the corner office. The interior designer just finished yesterday, and the muted tones really play off the light streaming in the windows.

I shut the door behind us as Sam leads her to the seating area just inside the door.

“Sit. Please.” Sam sinks into the leather couch, trying to get her to relax.

Perching on the edge of the sofa seat, she takes a deep breath, squaring her shoulders.

I take the chair across from them. Charlie sinks next to her on the sofa.

  “Do you like the office?”

She looks puzzled as she looks around at my words. “Sure. Is it yours?” Her beautiful, big eyes meet mine.

I can’t help smiling as I answer. “No. It’s yours.”

She just stares at me blankly.

Sam and Charlie start to speak at the same time, and a small smile breaks her lips before Sam continues.

“We ended up with control of the company, and we’ve designated you as the new CEO.
” He grabs her hands again.

She looks at him in shock. “What do you mean?”

Her head swings to Charlie as he pipes in. “You have the final say on all the designs.”

She pulls her hands from Sam and is covering her mouth now.

“This is going to be great!” I’m ready to sell her on it. “You’re perfect for this position. With your eye and how great you are at putting things together...” I stop talking as her eyes fill with tears.

Her hands move into her hair and up to her head as she stands before slowly walking toward the glass walls on both sides of the office.

“I’m so angry with you all.”

Sam hops up and follows her to the view while Charlie and I give each other looks, moving behind him slowly.

I can’t hold back any more. Wrapping my arms around her from behind, I kiss the top of her head. Her hands are still over her mouth, and I can see tears sliding down her face in the reflection.

“I know. I am so, so sorry, Lacey.” I squeeze her briefly before stepping back for Sam or Charlie to take a turn.

Charlie turns her stiffly to him and hugs her next. “We’re going to make this up to you. I promise.” His heartfelt words make her sob in earnest.

Sam wraps his arms around her from behind. “We know we’re assholes, but this can be fixed. We can fix this.”

I grab a tissue from the box on her desk and step closer to wipe her face.

“Lacey, we won’t give up on us. We need you in our lives. Please don’t give up on us.”

Her blue eyes are so beautiful, even filled with tears. They seem lighter as the light reflects her gaze.

“You’re all on probation.” Stepping back from their arms, she straightens to her full height. “I was taking you all at face value, thinking that we had this great relationship developing. And not only were you playing Mr. Denham, you were playing each other! How could you do that? How can I trust you?”

“You’re right.” Charlie shoves his hands in his pockets, looking sheepish.

“But we weren’t talking like we are now,” I quickly add.

Fuck. We have to get her up to speed on what was going through our minds and how that has changed.

“We were all working individually, trying to steal your heart and the money from Denham. When we thought that you might get taken by him...” I trail off, overcome with emotion.

Her eyes stay locked on mine, assessing my sincerity.

“You can trust us now. We will do anything for you, Lacey.” Sam’s quiet voice captures her attention.

  “Anything,” Charlie echoes.

  “Anything,” I agree.

Stepping closer, I pull her into a hug, and we all wrap our arms around her.

“We are united now in our love for you.” Her quick intake of air at my words lets me know that I’m getting somewhere. Finally.

“I love you, Lacey,” I continue. “So, so much. Please give us the chance to show you, too.”

We have to show her how committed we are to making this work. She thinks that we’ll just play each other again—and she couldn’t be further from the truth.

Dropping my arms, I step back to kneel in front of her. Sam and Charlie do the same on my left and right.

In unison we say, “Will you marry us?”

  Chapter 39

  Lacey

I look over the faces of my three boys. All down on bended knee, each one presenting me with a ring.

I want to be angry. I want to punish them more for lying to me. But the truth is, I’ve missed them so much.

I see the sincerity on their faces. They want to make it up to me. I look carefully at each ring in turn.

Charlie’s is a thin white gold band, glittering with icy diamonds. Sam has a yellow gold band with a sprinkling of champagne diamonds. And Adam is holding a slender rose gold ring with a scattering of rubies and white diamonds.

“Will you say yes, please?” Adam asks.

“I love you, Lacey. Please forgive us.” Charlie’s eyes are very dark and serious.

“All I want is to make you happy,” Sam says urgently.

My eye for design has noticed something about the rings. With a silly grin, I stick out my left hand.

“Okay, boys. It’s yes. Yes to all of you.”

As if they had it planned—and I bet they did—they slip the rings on to my finger one by one.

I hold my hand up, spreading my fingers to make the stones catch the light. I laugh in delight, looking at the rings.

The bands are narrow enough for all three rings to fit on my finger. When they’re in the right order, as they are now, the gems make a tiny distinct pattern of three hearts linked together.

“It’s to show our devotion to you,” Charlie says, getting up and holding me tight.

He takes a deep breath into my hair, as if he’s missed me so much he can’t stand it.

“We wanted a ring that showed you how serious we were about pleasing you. All three of us. As a team.” Sam gets up and holds my hand, looking seriously into my eyes.

I’ve never seen his green gaze so dark before.

Adam hurries over to the desk, grabbing the big gift basket there.

“We didn’t presume your answer, of course.” He grins like the mischievous devil he is. “But we figured it couldn’t hurt to be prepared.”

He places the basket near my feet, and it’s full of champagne, glasses, chocolates, and some very luxurious oils and edible body glitter.

“Well, what are you waiting for?” I can’t stop smiling. My joy is stretching my face apart. “Pour the champagne. Let’s celebrate!”

We tuck into the champagne, and I sit on the desk. Charlie starts feeding me dark chocolates with rich cherry fillings. Adam kneels down, gently taking off my shoes and rubbing my feet.

He pours some sweet-smelling musk oil into one hand, warming it in his hands before smoothing it along my feet and ankles. He moves his hand smoothly along my shins, rubbing my calves and moving up to my knees. Sam starts slowly undoing my blouse.

“Want to try a white one? Salted caramel.” Charlie holds up the box.

“Yes, please. Got any hazelnut cream?”

Charlie has a look-through, then drops a white chocolate drop on my tongue.

“Yes, there is.” He reaches over, whispering in my ear as Sam pulls my blouse off my shoulders. “But would you prefer your favorite when you come?”

He gives me a cheeky smile. I grin back.

“How about I make you the chocolate monitor? If you think I need one, go ahead and give me one.”

Sam reaches around me, rubbing my breasts through my bra. The sensation of my nipples rising through the soft lace, his fingers gently rubbing the fabric across, starts getting me wet straight away.

Charlie holds up a chocolate, and I open my mouth. He places it on my tongue, waits a few seconds, then kisses me.

Sweet strawberry cream in white chocolate spreads between our tongues. Charlie flicks his tongue around, spreading the sweetness. Sam’s hands knead my breasts, and Adam’s hands move from my knees to my thighs.

I take a big gulp of champagne, letting the bubbles cleanse my tongue.

“Hmm. It’s a bit too much excitement for me, lovers. I need to lie down for a bit.” I feel Sam snap open my bra strap just as I start to lean back. Charlie takes my champagne as I lie on the big, wide desk.

Sam pulls my bra off and starts gently rolling my nipples over his tongue. He’s on my left, on the side of the desk. On the other side, Charlie works my other breast.

Sam is a performer, always fixing for a response. Charlie, meanwhile, is fully involved in his task, not minding me for a response.

At the end of the desk, Adam pulls off my skirt. I look down at him as he looks over all of us. He rubs my pussy through the lace panties, the extra friction making me gasp and rock my hips towards him.

He pulls my panties down and brings his lips in to my clit. His moan as his mouth touches me is a
sound of need and release.

“I’ve missed you so much,” he whispers, letting his tongue roam deeper.

I lean into the pressure, feeling that sharp ache start up inside me. It was there before, and it’s been there since the last time I was naked with my boys...but now it’s keen, sharpened to a fine edge.

Sam and Charlie start using their hands as well as their mouths. Sam looks up at me, clear green eyes serious and almost sad. He reaches up, kissing me.

His kiss is like Adam’s moan a few seconds ago—full of need. It’s a deep, emotional kiss. I can almost feel tears in my eyes, the emotion is so strong.

Adam moans, leaning forward, wrapping his arms around my legs. He brings his chest onto the desk and plunges his tongue into me. His hands, slick with sweet oil, slide over my thighs.

The extra sensation of the oil is phenomenal. It’s more sensuous than anything I’ve ever felt before.

Charlie pauses in his work, smiling at me. He ducks over to the gift basket, pulling out the small jar of edible glitter. He sprinkles it over me, a beautiful, cool fall of sparks glittering against my pale skin.

Charlie pulls off his jacket and shirt, coming over to smooth the glitter with his hands. He uses his tongue across my belly, leaving a slick white trail through the field of dusky gold.

Immediately, his own hands and face pick up the dust. We both shimmer.

I’m starting to feel pressure building inside. My pussy is throbbing with tiny explosions, starting to get hotter. Adam slips one leg up over his shoulder, sliding his hands across the oil as he uses his lips and tongue deeper.

Charlie pops a chocolate on my tongue. Sam is starting to get undressed. Charlie doesn’t immediately get back into it, but he looks into my face.

“You look like you’re thinking too hard. Is there something you need? Anything. I’ll get it for you.”

Adam looks up. “Are you okay, sweetie?”

I sit up, looking between them, my pussy starting to burn.

“There’s something I want to try. If it’s okay with you.”

  “Sure.”

  “Of course.”

  “Why didn’t you say so!”

I grin, half wickedly, half innocently. “I want all three of you inside me. At the same time. I want to come with all of you in me.”
