His Virgin Bride Page 8

His mouth went dry. Did she have any clue that she’d just gotten smoking hot in the last couple of seconds?

“Any now?” he asked. His voice sounded croaky even to him.

“And now, you’ll have to wait and see what I’ll do.” She gave him a wink before climbing off the bed. He watched her ass jiggle before going to join her. Tillie had turned the shower on. Kurtis was all about saving the environment, and so he jumped into the shower behind her, sharing the water, and washing off their cum. This summer looked like it was going to be the best of his life.

His only problem now was making sure Tillie wanted him for much longer than the summer.

  ****

Later that night, Tillie sat out at the beach with Cynthia and Collette. The guys were running into the ocean, screaming at the waves. They’d brought some music to play in the background. Tillie was so relaxed. She felt for the first time in her life that she actually belonged with her friends.

“So, you and Kurtis,” Collette said.

  “We’re just friends.”

“I don’t think so.” This came from Cynthia. “Kurtis isn’t just friends with girls.”

  “He’s friends with you.”

  “I know, but it’s different.”

“How is it different?” Tillie asked.

“We’re friends because our men are friends with him. Kurtis doesn’t try with us, whereas with you, he actually tries to get along with you,” Cynthia said.

Turning away from the glory of semi-naked Kurtis soaking wet from the ocean, she focused her attention on her friends. “He tries?”

“Haven’t you noticed how he’s like with you?” Collette asked.

“No.” She frowned. Tillie had always assumed they’d been thrust together as they were two spares of their group. “Have you forgotten that he fucks everything that moves?”

“And yet you were sleeping naked with him this morning,” Collette said, reminding her.

  “We’re friends.”

“With the benefit of getting naked, and fucking?”

“We’ve not actually had sex,” Tillie said. The control Kurtis had shown in the last twenty-four hours had surprised her. He hadn’t tried to rush her, and they’d talked nonstop. Well, nonstop when they weren’t making out, or giving each other orgasms.

“Exactly. Have you ever seen Kurtis with a girl for longer than a few hours if he’s fucked her?” Cynthia asked. “He’s different with you. You’re the only one that doesn’t see it.”

“When I first started dating Steve I asked if he would be okay hanging around with you. Steve said that Kurtis did whatever he wanted, and didn’t much care to be ordered around, or made to do what he didn’t want to.”

Tillie rubbed at her temple unsure what to make of the revelations. She’d not really thought about her friendship with Kurtis. They’d been thrown together, but looking back, he could have been with anyone. He didn’t have to hook up with her, and yet he had.

  “You like him,” Cynthia said.

Glancing toward her friend, Tillie bit her lip. “I don’t know if I like him.”

“Do you enjoy his company?” Collette asked.

  “Yes.”

  “Has he made you laugh?”

  “Yes.”

It didn’t matter to her who was asking the questions anymore.

“When his arms are around you, do you feel safe, protected, cared for?”

  “Yes.”

The questions kept getting fired at her, and each time Tillie answered, she grew a little more scared. What if she was starting to fall for Kurtis, but it wasn’t just recently? What if it had been happening over the past couple of years?

Glancing toward the ocean, she saw Kurtis making his way toward their group.

“I think you need to really look deep into yourself, Tillie. There may be feelings there you weren’t exactly ready for,” Cynthia said.

There was no time to respond as he was upon them before she could.

“Come and take a walk with me,” he said.

Danny and Steve flopped down beside their women, chuckling.

“Fuck, baby you smell so damn good,” Danny said, pulling Cynthia into his arms, and inhaling her scent.

Standing up, Tillie brushed the sand from her ass, and followed Kurtis up the beach.

  “It’s really beautiful out here.”

“I know. My parents when I was younger always found it hard to leave this place. They wanted to stay forever.”

“Did the beach house belong to them?” she asked.

“Yeah, in the beginning. They knew how much I loved it, and that I wouldn’t destroy the gift they’d given me, which is why I got it as a gift.”

“While everyone is getting gift cards, or maybe even a small trinket, you got a house.” She tucked some hair behind her ear.

“What did you get for your eighteenth birthday?” he asked.

“I got a necklace. It was a diamond heart necklace that belonged to my mother.” She glanced over at him. “Lewis believed it was right for me to have it.”

  “Damn.”

“It’s okay. Cynthia and Collette got cars for their eighteenth.” She smiled recalling how freaked out Lewis got when both of her friends turned up with new cars. Tillie had known from a young age that her family didn’t have a lot of money. She didn’t need a new car, or designer gift cards. Her brothers being around her had been gift enough.

“I got a car as well,” he said.

She chuckled. “You don’t have to be uncomfortable. Can I ask you a question?”

“Of course. You can ask me anything.”

“The women you’re with, do you ever think they’re gold-diggers?” she asked, stopping on the beach. Tillie looked up at him as she only came to his chest, and he towered over her.

“I don’t think that about you.”

“Believe me, Kurtis, I’m not after your money.”

“I know you’re not. Some of the girls know I’m from money, and I steer clear of them. My dad is down to earth. He expects me to be the same, and to steer clear of the gold-diggers.”

“How do you know I’m not one?”

“Not once have you ever demanded that I pay for anything. You’re always determined to have your own way. You don’t bat your eyes at me, nor do you hang onto my every word. You’re different with me.”

He reached out, and cupped her cheek.

  “What’s going on here, Kurtis?”

“Cynthia and Collette were talking to you,” he said.

“It has been a day, Kurtis. We’ve been here a day, no, two days.”

“This hasn’t been happening for a day, baby. This has been happening for the last three years. We’ve been skirting around each other for a long time.”

Tillie couldn’t look away from him. She didn’t want to. Had they been dancing around each other for the past three years? “What exactly changed for you?” she asked. “Was it finding out I’m a virgin?”

He shook his head. “Do you see me rushing to claim it? Do you see me making you promises I don’t intend to keep? I’m not after your virginity, but you will give it to me.”

  Kurtis sounded so sure.

“What was it then?” She folded her arms over her chest. “If it wasn’t my virginity that changed your mind what was it?”

  “Brandon.”

  “Huh?”

“Brandon was talking to you. He was trying to ask you out, and I realized that even though you’re mine, you didn’t know that.”

She didn’t know what to make of the thrill that went through her as he told her that she was his. “I shot Brandon down. I’m not dating him.”

“I don’t care. You’re mine, and that fucker went near you. I realized I couldn’t handle you being with anyone else.”

“What about you? You’ve been with a lot of other women.”

“They weren’t you, and I’m not with any other women.”

  “How can I believe you?”

  “My f

ather was a player. He fucked around on all the women in his life, so much so, that it took him years to convince my mom he could be faithful. He told me that the moment you find the one, no other woman would ever take her place.”

She didn’t know what to believe. “Are you telling me you think I’m the one?”

  “I know you’re the one.”

Blowing out a breath she looked out toward the ocean. “I really don’t know what to make of this right now.”

“We’re taking things slowly, baby. I’m not interested in rushing you.”

Tillie believed him. She believed every word he said.

“What does this mean?” she asked.

Never in all of her life had she been so confused as she was in that very moment.

“We’re together, baby. You, me, we’re it, the real deal.”

  “I’m your … girlfriend?”

“Don’t sound so horrified by the idea. There’s a lot of women who’d consider me a huge catch.” He gave her a wink, and she slapped his shoulder.

  “Stop it.”

“I’m not going to cheat on you. In fact, I’m going to spend a great deal of time showing you how much fun you can have with me.” He stroked his fingers down her arms, and she watched him until he slid his fingers between hers, holding her hand.

She gripped his hand tightly, and looked up into his eyes.

“Our friends are going to ask questions,” she said.

  Kurtis laughed. “Come on.”

They walked back up the beach toward their friends. Kurtis didn’t let her go. They dropped down, and he tugged her into his lap, still locking their fingers together.

“In case you hadn’t figured it out yet, we’re together, and that is how it’s going to stay,” Kurtis said. “I don’t give a fuck if you don’t think I’m good enough for her. It’s me she’s dating, and I’m not letting her go, not ever.”

There were a few seconds of silence, and then everyone just seemed to breathe a sigh of relief.

That was it, and Tillie was happy with that. She leaned back and rested her head against his chest. They may be together, but he wasn’t getting sex out of her, not yet at least.

  Chapter Nine

The second week of summer and Kurtis didn’t want it to end. He stared down at the woman in his bed, as he’d moved Tillie into his room after the night at the beach when he finally declared her as his own. Their friends hadn’t tried to come between them, which he was thankful for. He’d have hated to tell Danny and Steve to keep their women in line.

They still hadn’t had sex, which he didn’t mind. She wasn’t ready for sex yet. He’d seen the nervousness in her eyes when he’d placed his dick between the lips of her pussy. Kurtis had only done it so that he could slide against her clit, but she’d been so shaken, he’d spent a good few minutes relaxing her before he showed her what he was going to do to her. They may not have had sex, but they’d done a whole lot of stuff.

She was lying on her stomach with the sheet wrapped around her legs. Her arms were underneath her head. She was so beautiful.

His cell phone started to buzz, and he saw his father was calling.

“Hello,” he said, answering the call. His parents were away for the summer, and he’d been free to do what he wanted. The beach house was his anyway, but he still told his folks what he was doing.

“Hey, son, how are things?” his father asked.

“It’s early in the morning.” It was a little after eight, but it was still early, or at least it was to him.

“I know. Your mother is sleeping, and I don’t want to wake her.”

“My woman is here as well.”

“You’ve taken a woman to the beach house?”

Kurtis stared down at Tillie. “She’s not just any woman.”

“Is this that Tillie woman you’re talking about?” he asked. “The one that goes to college with you?”

  “Yes, it’s her.”

“Ah, so you’re finally feeling it. The possessive feeling I’ve been warning you about.”

Kurtis hadn’t believed his father when he was told that the moment he found the right woman for him, there would be no letting her go. He’d want her, need her, desire her, and do everything in his power to make her his. From the moment he’d seen Tillie, she’d inspired a great many things. His father had been right. He wanted to possess her, every part of her.

“I’ve got to make her realize she’s special to me.”

“Do you want to know what I did to make your mother believe she was special to me?”

“Yes,” Kurtis said. He’d take whatever he could get.

“I put a ring on her finger, and made her mine.”

“You’re telling me to marry her?” Kurtis asked. He wasn’t afraid or nervous about marrying her. She was his woman.

“I’ve done some research into your friends. Tillie Powell is a good woman, and she comes from a good, hard-working family.”

“You’re not expecting me to marry some kind of heiress?” Kurtis asked.

“No. I wouldn’t make you do something that I wasn’t willing to do myself. I married the woman I fell in love with. I expect you to do the same.”

  “Thank you.”

He talked with his father for another couple of minutes before he hung up, and stared down at his woman. She looked so peaceful.

“Will you stop staring at me?” she asked, opening her eyes.

“How long have you been awake?”

  “A couple of minutes.”

He swallowed past the lump in his throat. “How long?”

“Long enough to hear you talking about marriage, and I’m a little nervous.”

He chuckled. “You don’t need to be nervous. How would you feel about marrying me?”

  “Kurtis, it’s too soon.”

“I know, but we’ve known each other for three years. It’s not too soon to me.”

She shook her head. “I’m not ready.”

  “We’ll take it slow.”

“Yes, I’m happy taking it slow.”

He’d never taken things slow before, and yet he found himself at every turn taking things slowly with this woman. “I’ll take a lot of things slow, but I need help, baby,” he said, tugging the sheet away from his lap, revealing his hardening cock. Wrapping his fingers around the length, he turned her over, and slid between her thighs. She looked so fucking beautiful, and perfect.

Kissing her lips, he plunged his tongue into her mouth before licking her lips. Pressing his face against her neck, he inhaled her scent before sliding his tongue down her chest to circle her nipple. He nipped on the hard bud before moving onto the next one. Kurtis loved her tits. They were so large, and more than a handful. He loved watching them shake when she came, and he couldn’t wait to see how they would look when he had her riding his dick. He just knew his imagination wouldn’t be as good as the actual thing.

Sliding down her body, he watched her moan and wriggle beneath him. Opening the lips of her pussy, he stared down at her swollen, wet cunt. He couldn’t wait to fuck her. Well, he could wait until she was ready. He wouldn’t pressure her into doing something she didn’t want to do. As much as he loved sex, he wasn’t going to force any woman to do what he wanted them to do.

“You’re already soaking wet for me, baby,” he said, moaning.

  “Please, Kurtis,” she said.

“You want to come? You want my tongue?”

“Yes.” She screamed at him, and he chuckled. He loved it when she started to get agitated. She was always so responsive to him. Kurtis was going to give her exactly what she wanted from him.

He moved so that he was facing her pussy. All it took was a swipe of his tongue, and he’d taste her. “Do you really think I’m going to let another guy steal you away, Tillie?” he asked.

  “Stop torturing me.”

“Who do you belong to?” he asked.

  “You, I belong to you.”

She didn’t make him wait this time to
get his answer. Circling her clit with the tip of his tongue, they both moaned together. She tasted so damn sweet, and what turned him on was the fact she’d not known another guy. This all belonged to him, and he fucking loved it.

  He loved her.

Kurtis didn’t stop in his ministrations.

He was in love with Tillie, and had been in love with her for some time. What had stopped him? He didn’t know.

The truth was, he’d never seen it before. He’d witnessed the love between his parents, but he’d never once felt it before. The feelings Tillie inspired inside him scared him, but he wanted it. He wanted her.

He’d be more than happy to marry her.

“You taste so damn good, Tillie.”

“I want to taste you, Kurtis.”

He didn’t need to be asked twice. Moving from between her thighs, he laid out so that they were top to tail. “You know what, this will be so much easier.” He guided her so that she straddled his face.

  “Wait, I can’t do that.”

“You can, and I’m not letting you go.” He kept a firm grip on her hips, keeping her into place so that she couldn’t run from him, no matter how tempted she was. Kurtis smiled as she wriggled, and he simply stared at the beauty of her cunt. “Wrap your fingers around my dick, baby.”

She paused, and in the next second her fingers were around his cock, moving up and down. Closing his eyes, he took several deep breaths to gain control. Tillie was spinning his very controlled body all over the place.

“You don’t know what you do to me,” he said.

She moved her hips from side to side, and he laughed.

“Do you want me to taste you, baby?”

“You’ve got me here. You may as well put me to good use.”

He fucking loved it when she got impatient.

Swiping his tongue over her clit, he moved down to circle her entrance. He didn’t penetrate her. When he did finally take her virginity it was going to be with his naked dick. Suddenly, a thought struck him making him pause.

What if he arranged a wedding?

He could spend the rest of their summer making her fall in love with him, and then surprising her with a wedding. The more he thought about it, the more he liked it.

  She’d be his virgin bride.
