“I told you this shit was going to be live brother!” Bailey shouted over the music.
“I know, I’m glad I came!” Demoto yelled back. He, Bailey, and a couple of other dudes Bailey had invited were all sitting in the VIP booth above the dance floor. They had bottles of Jack Daniels circulating, along with small pipes of meth. Demoto indulged in neither. He told Bailey he liked to get high in private, so he would pass for tonight. Surprisingly Bailey didn’t give him a hard time about it. He was cool. He poured him a glass of Jack instead. Demoto pretended to be drinking it, but in reality he was watching Taryn. She was in the next VIP booth over with a couple of other girls. To everyone around them, they looked to be a group of friends out having drinks. Taryn had met the girls in line and invited them in her booth so she wouldn’t have to sit alone. Every so often, she would look his way and smile before returning back to her new friends. Demoto winked at her and turned his attention back to Bailey.
“You should go talk to her brother,” Bailey said into his ear.
“What? Talk to who?” Demoto asked. He didn’t know he was that obvious.
“The black girl in the white. She keeps looking over here giving you the eye; I think she wants your cock man,” Bailey laughed at his own joke. Demoto joined in on the laughter to play it off. She’s getting the cock alright, he smirked to himself.
“I don’t know man; I don’t really want to get turned down.”
“Dude fuck that! I’ll go tell her for you” Demoto reached to stop Bailey, but he was already on his way. He watched as the girls in the booth with Taryn swooned over him. They obviously knew who he was, and figured he had money. Demoto watched as he leaned in Taryn’s ear and rubbed his hand down her exposed back. Shortly after, he pointed in Demoto’s direction with Taryn’s eyes following his finger. She smiled and gave a light wave before nodding her head no. Bailey talked to her for a few more moments before returning to their booth.
“She said you’re not her type,” Bailey said as he slapped Demoto’s shoulder in sympathy.
“Not her type? Well let’s see about that, I love a challenge,” he rubbed his hands together as he watched Taryn get up and head to the dance floor.
“Jason, I’ll bet you one thousand dollars and a bag of meth that you can’t get her number,” Bailey said, calling Demoto by the fake name he’d given him.
“Bet.” Demoto rose from his feet and headed towards Taryn. When he walked up behind her, she tried walking away but he pulled her back to him.
“So I’m not your type?” he whispered as he bit her ear. She giggled and shook her head no. Both of them were aware that Bailey was watching; Demoto looked up and winked at him. Bailey raised his drink, acknowledging the bet. Demoto smiled before turning his attention back to Taryn.
“Tell me what’s your type so I can be that for you.” Taryn was getting weaker by the second. Demoto was pressed up against her so tight she could barely move. She pretended to pull away a few times to make it believable, but stopped when her favorite reggae song came on. She wound her bottom all over him. She could feel the massive hard on he had for her.
“You see what you’re doing? Rubbing your ass all over me and shit.”
“I need you inside of me Moto,” she moaned with her eyes closed. Her head was lying back against his shoulder as they danced. He reached up and choked her lightly, startling her.
“You riding my dick all night tonight, you hear me?” She nodded her head.
“I’m making you cum all over my face when we get back. I can’t stop fantasizing about all the shit I want to do to your pretty ass.” She clenched her muscles tighter, trying to compress the feeling he was giving her, but it was no help. She couldn’t think straight with him on her like that, so she pulled away. She turned to face him before holding her hand out for his phone. When he handed it to her, she programmed her fake name and number in there before handing it back. After that, she walked away.
Demoto was so proud of her. She did an excellent job at pretending. He readjusted his hardness in his pants before heading back to his booth. Bailey was waiting there with a smile on his face. In one hand he had a stack of bills; in the other he had a small baggie of meth. Demoto smiled and freed him of both items. For the rest of the night, they partied and talked. Demoto was past ready to go, and had been for a while. Every time he looked up, there was a different man in Taryn’s face. It was like she was a man magnet tonight or something. After looking her over again, Demoto realized that’s exactly what she was. Men gravitated to pretty women, and Taryn was that effortlessly.

“Keep it moving!” the bodyguard yelled as everyone exited the club. It was a quarter past three, and the city still had life. Taryn, on the other hand, was barely making it. She’d danced and enjoyed herself for half the night, the other half spent feening for Demoto. He and her had been secretly sexting since their dance, and she wanted him something terrible. He and Bailey had just walked out behind her and were deep in conversation. She could barely hear them because of the drunk partiers around her. She didn’t want to seem too suspicious, so she texted Demoto that she’d meet him at the hotel, but that was a quick no. Well, more like a hell no! With her body wrapped in her arms, she aimlessly walked down the sidewalk. She was about to lean against the VIP pole when one of the bodyguards walked up to her. He wrapped his arms around her body and leaned his chin on her shoulder.
“Let me help you stay warm.” Taryn was about to pull away, but he smelled so good, not to mention he really was warming her up.
“Oh, so this is your way of helping me stay warm?”
“It sure it! Where are you from? It has to be the south; I haven’t heard an accent so sexy in all my life.” He leaned back against the pole, pulling her with him. Taryn was about to tell him Georgia when she remembered what Demoto said about telling their business.
“Thank you, but I don’t know if you should be hugging all over me like this. My man might not like it.”
“Sweetheart I’m not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but if your man is here with you, why are you by yourself?”
“He’s talking business with a friend, that’s him over there,” Taryn motioned towards Demoto. The man was friendly and keeping her company, but that was it. He needed to know he didn’t have a chance.
“Bailey Elmore is your man? No offense darling, but you can do better. That meth head doesn’t deserve you.”
“You don’t know him like I do.”
“You’re right, I probably know him better. I did security for his pedophile ass father a few times. I’m sure you already know that though. If you’ve been around him, it’s obvious; you’re just his type. Do me a favor sweetheart–run as far away as you can. That family is poison. Listen, you seem like a nice girl so I’m only trying to help you out. I know you guys aren’t serious because he’s over there kissing that brunette right now. He’ll be dead before the month is out; there’s people looking for him. He’s owes money to a lot of people. Please don’t get too caught up with him; you’re too beautiful to take a hit because of him.”
He kissed her cheek before letting her go. She turned around and his face caught her off guard. He was gorgeous. He was tall and had muscles everywhere. The blonde hair on his head was cut short and pushed up in the front. His piercing blue eyes were making her hot. She reached out and grabbed his hand, pulling him back to her. Once he was close enough, she wrapped her arms around his waist and lay her head on his chest.
“I thought you were keeping me warm.”
“What if Elmore comes over?”
“After what you just told me, I wouldn’t care. How about I give you my number and we hang out while I’m in town?” She smiled up at him, enjoying the feel of his strong arms around her. For a brief moment she thought about what Demoto must be thinking, but she’d handle that later. He smiled and handed her a business card from his pocket before kissing her cheek again and leaving.

Demoto was busy talking to Bailey about meeting up tomorrow when he looked up and saw Taryn. It was like a flash of heat came over his body. She was all hugged up with some white dude, like he wasn’t even there. He didn’t know where this had come from, because one minute she was alone and the next she was holding on to him. He focused on his conversation with Bailey trying to calm his nerves, but it wasn’t helping. The vein in his jaw jumped as he clenched and unclenched his fist. Who the fuck does she think I am? His heart was beating so fast he could hear it. He was just about to go over there and hem her ass up when he noticed the man had walked away.
“You okay brother?” Bailey asked as he looked in Taryn’s direction. “Oooh, you want to say goodnight to the black beauty? I feel you my man, go ahead. I’ll just call you tomorrow.”
“Shit, you caught me man! I’m going to see if she wants to go home with me! I’ll catch you tomorrow,” Demoto said as he shook Bailey’s hand and walked away. On his way over, he noticed Taryn reach out to the man again. He stopped in his tracks. He had to go calm down before he caused a scene and blew his cover. He paced for a few seconds before he looked back in her direction. This time she was alone again, and standing on the curb. He made his way towards her.
“Why the fuck you was all over that nigga?” She turned around and looked at him like he was crazy. Before she spoke she held her hand up in face.
“Demoto chill. It’s not what you think.”
“It looked like you were all hugged up with that fucking security guard to me. That’s not what I think?”
“Listen Demoto, I said calm your ass down.” She turned and headed towards their building. The club they’d attended was right down the street from their hotel . He walked behind her furiously. She acted like she got some room to have a fucking attitude. He watched the way her hips swayed and hated that it was affecting him. Her ass in those white pants had his joint brick hard. As he stuck his hands in his pocket, he sped up so he could catch up with her. They walked side by side in the freezing cold until they reached their building. It was quiet and warm as they boarded the elevator. Taryn stood in the corner with her arms folded across her chest. She was pissed, and it was funny to him. He held out his hand to her, and she slapped it away. He chuckled lightly as the doors opened, and in walked three ladies. They looked to be in their late fifty’s. What they doing out this late? Demoto wondered as he walked around them and stood in front of Taryn. Even with her heels on, he towered over her. After placing both hands on the wall behind her head, he kissed the tip of her nose.
“Ne pas être en colère contre moi BELLE. (Don’t be mad at me beautiful),” he kissed her eyes before leaning down some more to kiss her lips. She stood still trying to hold on to her attitude. “Je suis désolé. (I’m sorry).”
“Move Jason,” Taryn said. He smiled hearing his fake name. Instead of moving, he got closer. He pressed his body hard against hers and ran his hands down her back and onto her butt. When he kissed her, a small moan escaped her lips. He knew she wouldn’t stay mad long. As much as he hated to, he pulled away and looked at her. She looked back at him with need. Demoto would never get tired of being in her presence. She was the best thing to ever happen to him, and he hadn’t even known he was looking for her. The elevator dinged and the ladies got off. Well, two of them did; the last one touched Demoto’s back so he would turn around.
“You two look lovely together.”
“Thank you ma’am,” he smiled as the door closed behind her. With Taryn’s hand in his they waited until they got to their floor. Once in their apartment, Taryn began to undress for the shower. She wasn’t in there a good five minutes before Demoto came in behind her.
“I don’t like you talking to other men.”
“Well baby, that’s a fact of life; it was nothing. When I talk to anybody other than you, believe me it’s friendly. Nobody makes me feel the way you do.”
“I can’t tell! He was all over your ass and shit, then when he let you go you went back to him.” Demoto didn’t like sounding jealous or possessive, but when it came to Taryn he couldn’t help it. Taryn smiled as she pulled his naked body to hers. She licked the tribal tattoo that covered his upper body until she stopped at his neck, where she left a kiss. Demoto being jealous was the cutest thing ever to her. A man as fine as him wanted her. She felt so exhilarated. Demoto Youngblood was all hers.
“It was for you. He meant nothing. Don’t be jealous baby, there’s not a man on this planet that could take your place.” Taryn placed his hand at her opening. He instantly took the lead and played in her wetness. The ragged breath escaping her mouth escalated the faster he moved his fingers. She looked into his green eyes as his free hand roamed her body. The water cascaded over them as he pulled away turned her around. She leaned against the wall as he entered her from behind. She screamed once it was all the way in. The shower bar was in the perfect place for her to keep her balance. He was sliding in and out of her when her head jerked back lightly. He had a hand full of her hair, and had pulled her head back. His mouth was inches away from her ear as he spoke sensual things in his deep voice.
“You still need me inside you?” he asked, referring to what she’d told him at the club earlier. She nodded her head the best she could with her hair still wrapped in his hand.
“You’re fucking beautiful! Seeing you with other men fucks me up.” He had sped up his pace now and was slamming into her. She was sure the people on both sides of them could hear her. She was moaning and screaming so loud. Demoto was so big and vigorous when it came to sex. The pain was a welcomed one.
“You’re hurting me Moto.”
“Good! Tomorrow it’ll remind you how my dick felt inside you.” When Taryn heard that, she got weak.
“Ah shit Moto! Hurt me more baby.”
Demoto let out a small laugh laced with lust. He slapped her butt and pulled out of her. As soon as she turned around, he sat down and pulled her onto his lap. She slid down on him and his head fell backwards against the shower wall. He moaned and bit her shoulder lightly. She rode him so good he could barely talk. She stared into his green eyes. She’d never love another person the way she loved him. The pleasure was evident on his face as he bit his bottom lip.
“You love me baby girl?”
“Always.”
She rode him faster until they both climaxed. She was so tired she fell forward and lay her head on his shoulder. Neither of them bothered to separate from the other. Demoto wrapped his arms around her body and held her. He’d never known a happiness so profound until he met Taryn. It was unexpected, and nothing he had been looking for. Now he couldn’t imagine not having it. He had to be her one. He wanted to be the one person she had to see every day, the one she missed, the one she trusted–he wanted to always be the one person she needed. She made him whole; she made him feel things he’d never known were possible. Before he saw her in the park that night, he couldn’t see himself being with just one woman. Just the thought seemed boring to him back then. Now he never wanted to see a day that didn’t include Taryn. He looked down, and she had fallen asleep. He kissed her forehead before turning off the water and taking her to bed. He dried her off and was about to slide his shirt over her head when she woke up. She smiled and drifted right back to sleep. The D got my baby gone.

As the shag rug beneath her feet warmed her toes, the fire lit in front of her warmed her hands. She’d just gotten to Bailey’s house with Demoto and she was nervous as hell. She didn’t want to slip up and say the wrong things, so she sat quietly. As far as Bailey knew, this was her and Demoto’s first time seeing one another outside of the club. Demoto had made up some lie about his place being a mess, so Bailey offered his place for them to chill.
Demoto had been with Bailey nonstop for the last two weeks, and Taryn busied herself with school and shopping. Her fall classes had just started last week, and she was loving college already. She’d told Demoto everything the security guard had told h
er, so now he was in overdrive. He wanted to handle the family before someone else had the time to. It was even better, because now he would have someone else to take the fall for the murders. Hearing that other people were after them as well gave him the extra push he needed. He’d been strategizing his plan every free minute he had. Like today, the family was having a party and Bailey had invited Demoto and told him to bring Taryn. He said it was a small gathering for his father’s birthday and there would be a lot of people they needed to meet. Bailey turned out not to be a hard person to crack. He was friendly and whenever he was high, he got loose lips. He’d just about told everything except the password to his computer. She was casually dressed in a pair of jeans and a sweater. Her hair was flat ironed straight today with a crème knit hat on her head. The high-heeled boots she’d worn matched perfectly with her Burberry coat. She was cute and would fit right in with the rich family. Today her name was Jessica, and she was in New York doing an internship. She was a student at USC in California, and was only in the city for a few weeks. Her and Demoto had gone over her story a thousand times before she left the apartment. He left first, and she would join an hour or two later. That was over three hours ago, and she was just getting there. Bailey’s sister Emily had answered the door and from the looks of it, didn’t care much for her. She had no idea why being that they had just met, but that was not her concern. After Emily pointed towards the living room without bothering to open her mouth, Taryn took a seat and waited for Demoto to come. She had been sitting there for five minutes or so before Bailey came in and greeted her.
