More from Madison Creek Bed and Breakfast
Soon to be released in late April!
Ethan and Haley are working hard to turn their grand ideas a reality. Some of the Madison Creek council members, interested in helping fund Ethan’s plan, challenge him to create a video of his violin music. Ethan calls on the two people who matter most in his life to help start his recording studio.
Bekka Winters, Ethan’s sister, has just graduated from college with a degree in film media and photography and is stuck at a “what now” crossroads in her life. Helping her little brother with his music production business sounds like a wonderful distraction until she can figure her life out and plot her next course of action.
Stephen Gains is Ethan’s best friend and music partner. They called themselves the “String Brothers” while trying out for various television talent shows. After a couple of near successes, Stephen took his cello and joined a New York orchestra, but Stephen is starting to feel it’s simply not for him. Ethan’s call for help comes at just the right time, so he packs his bags and heads home to Michigan, hoping for a fresh start and a better future. Except, the past has a way of latching on and never letting go.
Nobody knows about their history and as far as Bekka is concerned, nobody will ever need to know, especially her nosy, interfering brother. She’d hoped to build a life in the pretty town of Madison Creek but not now. Soon as they get the video done, she plans to skedaddle, as Haley likes to say, and get as far away from the heart-stomping Stephen Gains as possible.
When Stephen sees Bekka again, his old feelings for her are stirred up and begin to boil over. No matter how many women he’s gone through, none have ever broken through his brick heart like Bekka did. But if Ethan finds out that Stephen is having feelings for his sister, he’ll risk losing the only friend, brother, and family he’s ever counted on.
