“Yes, it is almost as beautiful as the ones on my planet. You will see when I take us there,” I said with a smile remembering the beautiful sunsets of Xeion.

“You love your planet?” she asked.

“I do. I love it very much, and I'm very proud of it. You will love it too human… I mean Lauren.”

“Well, I love my planet too. I want to go back to Earth. I will go back to Earth,” she said.

“I am afraid that is never going to happen. But for now, let us enjoy this sunset before we move inside, and before it gets very cold out here.”

She shivered a bit and I realized that the humans probably did not run hot the way the Kynon did. We were always radiating heat, and even though she had on long black pants that hugged her curves and legs, and a long sleeve shirt that covered her upper part of her body, she wasn't wearing much else. I wanted to put my arms around her to give her some of my warmth, but something told me that she would not be accepting of it. But why did I feel that way? Why did I want to make her comfortable and make sure that she was safe and warm? It did not make sense; I only knew her for about an hour now and yet she was having this strange effect on me. She was making me care for her. How was she doing that?

  Chapter Three

  Lauren Kate

I was starting to believe it. I was with an alien on an alien planet. But why didn't I remember them taking me from Earth? Something traumatic must have happened in order for me to suppress that memory.

Still, I was trying to wrap my head around what was going on. It was impossible to do considering that I was still trying to understand the fact that I was in the desert on an unknown planet with a large blue alien that looked like a man but wasn't.

He was right to tie me to him, or at least he was coming at the situation from his perspective; if he untied me, I would run away again.

But then I remembered what it felt like to have his body on top of mine; it was terrifying, but it was also electric. Why was I thinking about it again? It kept popping into my mind over and over, the weight of is heavy body pressing on mine, and the way he smelled. The way his silver hair, tinted with hints of purple, framed his face when he loomed over me. It had scared me but also turned me on; what the hell was wrong with me?

He wasn't mean-spirited, and he was trying to provide shelter for us, but I still didn't trust him. He was up to something, and I did not know what. I had to keep my wits about me. Now, we sat inside the wreckage capsule that we would call home for the night. I was glad for it. There was nothing around, and the nearest shelter looked like it could be miles away in the form of a patch of boulders on the horizon. This would be good for now; it had walls, and one end of it was closed. The other end had been torn open in the crash. There were cabinets and every time that the alien Jion opened one, he pulled out something useful, like a blanket to lay on as well as food and water. I saw him messing around with wires and electronics with something that I could only assume was some sort of radio, but he was frustrated, and it didn't seem to work. Now I sat down on the blanket across from him, unable to get much distance between us.

“What is that?” I asked as he pulled out what looked like a Ziploc bag that was shiny silver. He opened it, and a distinct smell hit me.

“It is food. It is in powder form. You add a couple of drops of water like this. Then you seal the bag and shake it,” he said as he went through the motions of pouring a couple of drops of water in the bag and sealing it. Then he shook it, and I watched the bag expand before my eyes. He opened the bag and what looked like a large loaf of bread was inside. He pulled it out and pulled it apart with his hands offering me a large chunk. I grabbed it. He grabbed a chunk off for himself and then put the rest of it on the blanket between us. He bit into it.

“Is this safe for humans to eat?” I asked.

“Yes, it has never hurt any of the human females before,” he said.

I smelled it and then took a small bite. I was surprised. It tasted like a blueberry muffin with a hint of a grassy taste. It was actually good. As I chewed on the piece, his words finally hit me.

“Wait, what do you mean? What do you mean any of the human females before? I don't understand; how do you know this is not harmful to humans?” I asked.

“The humans that have eaten this before, on Xeion,” he said.

“The humans on Xeion? Humans have already been to your planet?” I asked in shock.

“Yes, of course. How do you think that I know such a thing? How do you think that we figured out that we can mate with the human females? You are not the first human females for the Kynon to find and take back to our planet. We have done this a few times before, and we plan on doing it more and more. It is necessary,” he said as he bit into another piece.

“Mate? You mate with human females?”

“Yes, that is the whole point of taking you from Earth. To mate with us,” he said.

“You dirty pig! I can't believe it. You travel across the galaxies just to have sex with human females. You aliens disgust me. Can we not talk about this anymore? I just want to eat and get some rest. I am very exhausted,” I said. I couldn't believe it. Just when I thought that maybe this alien wasn't so bad, it turned out that he was extremely awful. These aliens were stealing women just to have sex with them! I didn't want to think about it any longer. I just needed to get some rest so that the next day I could figure out how to get away from him, figure out how to get back to Earth.

“Yes, getting some rest is a good idea. I don't know how long the night lasts on this planet. We should make the most of it and get some sleep. Here, have some more. You will need your energy,” he said getting another chunk of the food and handing it to me. I had already finished the first piece and I was still hungry. I grabbed it from him and ate. He put the rest of it back in the bag and stored it away. He drank some water and left the jug out for me. Then I watched as he stretched the blanket out. I wondered if there was another blanket to cover myself with. It had grown cold with the sun disappearing. This desert was just like the desert on Earth: very cold at night. There was nothing to retain the heat from the sun and nothing to stop the wind. I could hear it howling outside the wreckage capsule. I finished off the piece and realized that we were going to have to sleep together. I was chained to him. I couldn't go far, and there was no way that he was going to untie me while we slept. He would need to keep an eye on me, and he wanted to sleep as well.

“I am going to turn the light off now. Ready?” he asked as he moved to the hanging light. I nodded my head yes and laid down on the blanket. Then the light went out. I lay there with my eyes open wondering what was going to happen next. Then I felt his heavy body lay down next to mine, but he did not touch me. But I could feel heat radiating off of him, and it felt good. I almost wanted to back into him, but I didn't. I just laid there listening to him breathe. Before I knew it, I was fast asleep. The crash and running around in the desert had left me feeling very tired and foggy.

The next morning it was more of the same. Jion had decided that we should stay put another day. He wanted to see if anyone would find us and it would be easier for them to spot the wreckage, so we stayed near it. The next day was much like the first. We ate and drank and stayed tied together. Even when I had to use what I called the ladies’ room, he would not let me go. Instead, he put his back against the wreckage on the inside, and I walked around to the outside and squatted down with him still tied to me. It was embarrassing, but I didn't have a choice in the matter. Luckily, I was very dehydrated from being in the dry desert with the sun beating down on us and very little water available to us, so I didn't have to do it more than twice. And then night time came again, and we found ourselves getting ready to go to sleep. It had been a very strange day. The first day I was filled with panic, but the second day I just felt like I was going through the familiar motions. But this night was much, much colder than the first. I laid down shivering.

“You are shivering, human,” he said to me.

“That is because it is cold. I don't suppose there is another blanket or piece of material that I can use in those cabinets?” I asked.

“No, I would have pulled it out for you,” he said. Before I could say anything else, I felt his body against mine. He was spooning me.

“What are you doing? Get away from me,” I said even though the warmth he was giving me felt extremely comfortable.

“Don't be stubborn. We Kynon are not easily cold like humans. We emit heat from our bodies. You have to admit that you feel warm already,” he said with arrogance. I didn't want to admit that he was right. But he was; he was right. I felt like there was a heater all along my backside down to my toes. It felt heavenly.

“Fine. If you insist. There is not much I can do about it because I am tied to you,” I said, but even though I was protesting, I snuggled against him, wiggling backward just a little to sink in against his body. I heard a slight groan escape his mouth. My eyes grew wide. Suddenly a flash of him on top of me came to my mind. I was thinking about it again. Damn it.

I turned my head over my shoulder to him. I was going to scold him and tell him not to moan for rubbing against me. I was going to tell him off and tell him that this was just because of the heat that I needed from his body. But I didn't get a chance to. As soon as I turned my head over my shoulder, his mouth was there to meet mine. He kissed me. He kissed me so suddenly, and as soon as his lips brushed against my lips, I felt heat radiates inside of me, and especially between my thighs. His hand wrapped around my waist, making me feel very petite with his long arm and giant hand.

I was opening my mouth to him and welcoming his kiss. Now I was the one moaning. It was unbelievable. I was kissing him back as my backside wiggled against him and I could feel his staff getting hard. I kissed him deeper, and he moaned and moved his hand up and down my belly.

What was happening to me? I didn't trust him at all, yet his body next to mine was making me do things, things I wouldn't do with someone I didn't trust.

“In here,” I heard another voice say. It wasn't me, and it wasn't Jion that was speaking. The voice sounded strange, almost like it was a computer. I felt something grab my ankles, and Jion sat up immediately, but it was too late for him to react. We were both yanked from the capsule by our legs. Something had us. I screamed in terror, scared that it was some sort of animal that was about to eat us. At least I got one last enjoyable kiss.

“What have you got?” I heard one computer-like voice say to another.

“It is more of those creatures. A human, just like the others,” the computer said.

I finally got a good look after they stopped dragging me. They looked like they were both machine and man. Half of their face was covered by a shiny chrome plaque like the Phantom of the Opera. Some parts of their body were covered in the chrome, and others were soft flesh just like mine. I didn't know what to think of this.

“Cyborgs,” Jion sneered. I looked at him. He clearly knew what these were.

“Yes, and you are Kynon scum, just like the others,” the cyborg said. He seemed to be in charge of the other ten that were surrounding us. They all had guns aimed at us.

  “Others?” Jion said.

“Yes, we have seen your kind stealing human females, just like this one. It is not your property to take,” the cyborg said. My eyes grew wide. Did he really mean it? He had seen other human females like me?

“Wait, you have seen others like me? Humans? Where?” I asked surprised.

“Yes, there are two at our village base. We rescued them from these blue scum, just like this one,” the cyborg said.

“Rescued? Do you mean stole from us?” Jion said.

I didn't know who to believe. I didn't exactly trust Jion, and new that he was hiding something. Was this what he was hiding from me? That he had actually stolen me from the cyborgs and the humans were with the cyborgs?

“No, we are helping the humans. We will help this one too. Untie her from him,” the cyborg ordered.

“Don't you touch her,” Jion said.

The cyborgs untied me from him anyway.

“Tell us, human, do you want to stay out here in the desert with this alien scum or do you want to go to the village and be with the others of your kind, the other human females? We can take you to them,” the cyborg said holding out his hand to me.

“Don't listen to him, Lauren. He lies. He does not tell you the truth,” Jion said.

“I do not lie to you, human. You will see for yourself that the others like you are in the village. It is up to you. I will not force you to do what you do not want to do, not like this alien. We will not keep you in chains; you can come willingly or not, it is up to you,” the cyborg said.

I looked at Jion. Should I go? I didn't know what to do.

“You do know that you are on the cyborg planet of X003? This is our planet. We have been dealing with invaders like the Kynon for a long time. You are not safe with these aliens called the Kynon. They want to make you a sex slave; has he told you that?” the cyborg said.

I looked at Jion with wide eyes. He didn't deny it. It made sense because he already told me that they took the human females to mate with and that was in line with being a sex slave. This cyborg had other females like me, humans in his village. I wanted to see them. I wanted to talk to them and find out what was really going on. Maybe this was a good thing that the cyborgs found us when they did because Jion had just kissed me and I was just about to give in to mating with him.

“I will go with you if you will take me to the other human females,” I said finally making a decision. My desire to feel safe by being with other human females made me pick going with the cyborgs over staying in the desert with this alien that was trying to mate with me.

“No, don't go, Lauren. It is a trick. The cyborgs are deceiving. They are deceiving you now.

I looked at him; there was real concern on his face. But I had not known him long enough to trust him. I looked at the cyborg trying to figure out if he was lying or not. I would never know if he was tricking me.

“What are their names? What are the names of the human females in your village?” I asked.

“I believe one called herself Nancy, and the other Vicki,” he said.

I gasped. Nancy was the coordinator of the yoga retreat. I remembered her very well. I also remembered speaking to a Hollywood agent named Vicki.

“That is right. I know them. I can't believe it, they are with you,” I said feeling hopeful.

“Yes, I told you I was not lying. Come with me if you want to see them,” he said with his hand still out. I put my hand in his. I was surprised by the firmness of the chrome and flesh combination. It was very strange. I looked back at Jion on the ground with guns aimed at him.

“What about him? Will he come with us?” I asked.

“No, we do not take Kynon to our village. They are the enemy; they are your enemy too, human. We will leave him here where we found him,” he said.

“You won't harm him?” I asked.

“No, but we cannot have him following us. Tie one arm to the metal,” the cyborg said. Then he put his hand on my arm and started to lead me away. I looked over my shoulder at Jion. He had a very angry look on his face as the cyborgs used the rope that tied me to him to tie his wrist to the wreckage. I was glad they were doing it in a way that would give him access to the food and shelter inside. Plus, I knew that he knew how to untie himself. If he really wanted to follow us, he could, but I was not going to say anything. I was glad to be rescued and on our way to an actual village where I would see human females that I knew. Plus, the cyborgs had saved me from becoming a sex slave. Still, I hoped that I had made the right decision. I walked along with the cyborg as he talked to me about his planet and before I knew it, we were out of sight of the wreckage. I knew that there were cyborgs that were still with Jion. I wondered what they were doing? Maybe they were just questioning him.

  Chapter Four

  Ambassador Jion Lek

>   I watched Lauren walk away willingly with the cyborg. I watched until she was out of sight. I looked at the five cyborgs around me.

“What are you going to do with me? I know that you are not going to just leave me be the way your leader said that you would,” I said to them.

“The Kynon are scum, but this one is not stupid. You are right, blue creature; we are not going to just leave you without a proper goodbye,” he said.

They all laughed with each other. I knew of cyborgs and had come across them from time to time, but I had never come across ones that looked like these. I needed to know more. But what good would information do me if I was dead?

“And you, Himant cyborg, will serve your leader well by doing his dirty work,” I said.

“We are not Himant cyborg; we are the Vindon of X003. How dare you confuse us with the low Himant!” the cyborg said, giving me the information that I needed.

I turned to realize that I could no longer see Lauren. I should have left with her long ago instead of staying with the wreckage. But how was I to know that there were Vindon cyborgs around? He had easily tricked and deceived her, and it didn't help that I had kissed her as though I was about to mate with her; to be honest I wanted to. I was hoping to. At that moment, I couldn't help myself; I'd lost myself in feeling her. Trying to keep her warm in the desert night made me feel good. I wanted to keep her safe, and now that urge was bigger than it was before. Within a short amount of time, I had fallen for the human female, and now she had willingly left my side. But how did the cyborgs know the names of the human females? Perhaps they did have females in the village, but I doubted that they were there willingly. I hoped that I could get out of this and get Lauren back away from these savage cyborgs.
