Pregnant to an Alien King Box Set Page 9

by Gloria Martin

One evening, Keith was already sleeping in his own bedroom after the three of them came back from the lab. Cathleen had wanted to put in some work for Dr. Brown, who could not fly back yet because of the threat of alien attack.

She tiptoed out of Keith’s bedroom and joined Shawn on the sofa. Their shoulders brushed as she sat down beside him, causing electricity to shoot up her arm.

Shawn turned to her then, cupped her chin with his hand, and gave her a sweet, gentle kiss. “I really care about you, Cathleen,” he said. Then he kissed her again without waiting for her to answer.

Cathleen let go of all her misgivings right then and there. She allowed herself to melt in his embrace while returning his passionate kisses.

His hand stroked her body, slithering upward to her breasts. He cupped each of them, fondling them and stimulating her even more.

She could feel the heat pooling in between her legs as their tongues glided across one another in a sensual dance.

After a few seconds, his fingers fumbled with the buttons of her shirt. His tongue moved down to her neck and onto her chest. He took off her bra, exposing her heaving breasts, eager for his taking.

He took each one in his mouth, sucking, licking, teasing. It was such an erotic gesture that Cathleen felt her libido increasing even more. Her whole body was aflame with intense desire. She wanted him so badly.

They kissed some more before he took off her jeans completely. He moved in front of her, kneeling, his hands on her butt. He pulled her closer until his lips grazed the thin fabric of her underwear that was now soaked with her wetness.

She moaned, her eagerness and anticipation increasing. She watched him with intensifying desire as he pushed her legs apart. Using his fingers, he pushed the fabric aside and slid his tongue to her slit, licking and feeling the folds of wet skin.

She caressed her own breasts as the erotic indulgence consumed her. He took his time licking, shoving, sucking. She was so aroused, so filled with pleasure.

He finally stopped just long enough to remove her panties, and then undress himself in front of her. He stood straight in front of her nakedness, exposing his own body. Without hesitation, she gently wrapped a hand around his shaft and started giving him a blow job.

A groan escaped his lips as his hands got tangled in her blonde locks. He watched her, growing wild by the minute. He felt himself climbing higher in ecstasy, almost there but not quite.

At that instant, he placed his hands on her shoulders to stop her. Then he gently pushed her toward the couch, making her lie down. With his eyes blazing with great desire, he climbed on top of her. Slowly, he pushed his rock-hard cock inside.

They moved gently in unison. She arched her back as he rammed harder into her. The impact was mind-blowing.

Their movement quickened, their bodies seeming to merge into one. Their sounds of pleasures blended, their quick heartbeats thumping in rhythm.

Her eyes rolled up involuntarily as she came in an explosion of pleasure. He too reached his climax shortly, bursting with immeasurable bliss.

In the dimness, they lay pressed to each other on the couch, their skin tingling with burning passion and their hearts beating together.

They were gathered on a grassy area amid the mountain range in Tree Valley, just near the camp of the cyborgs, enjoying a late afternoon picnic.

The sun was shining brightly, bathing the meadows at the foot of the mountains with light and warmth. For Cathleen, it was like a symbol of hope – hope for a peaceful life in the future without worrying about aliens, and also hope in having a complete, happy family.

“Master Shawn, is it really safe now?” Keith asked, after they had eaten their picnic food.

It had been a month since the last alien attack. According to the cyborgs’ surveillance equipment, the aliens had retreated. That is why they had relaxed their guard on the towns.

“Well, they aren’t anywhere near at the moment,” Shawn told the little boy. “Are you worried?”

“Of course not!” Keith declared. “I’ve got bionic legs so I can run fast if an alien comes!”

Cathleen and Shawn laughed. The little guy had decided to call Shawn “Master” instead of “Mister Hero Cyborg”.

Suddenly, Keith stood up and ran toward the mountains. “These legs are the best!” he shouted with glee.

Cathleen laughed as she watched her son having fun. She’d never seen him so happy and she knew that it wasn’t just because of his newfound strength and extraordinary ability in using his metal legs. It was mostly because of Shawn’s presence. The two of them had really bonded. Should she even be surprised?

“How old is Keith again, Cathleen?” asked Shawn out of nowhere.

Cathleen gave him a queer look. “He’s turning seven next month,” she answered quietly. Her heartbeat hastened, which she knew he could sense.

He looked at her in an odd, serious way, but she tried not to notice. She took a swig from her juice bottle and simply watched her son running and skipping around in the meadows.

“That means you got pregnant during that time I’d just left Reilly Robotics…” Shawn said thoughtfully. “Is that the reason you left? Because you found out you were going to have a child?”

Cathleen nodded but refused to look at him. Her palms were getting sweaty. A part of her wanted to spill the beans at that very moment. But she wasn’t sure if the time was right.

Without warning, the sky darkened. It seemed as if a cloak had suddenly been thrown over the sun. Cathleen stood up in fright when she noticed an enormous dark shadow looming above Keith. At that same time, the boy looked up because of the abrupt darkness. That was when he saw the eerie figure swoop down on him.

Keith cried out as he was lifted into the air. Cathleen ran toward him, screaming.

“Mom, help me! Master Shawn!” Keith bawled.

In a swift motion, Shawn lunged upward like a rocket, propelling himself toward the scary creature. Cathleen saw the beast lash out with its slimy fangs and thick, sharp claws, making Shawn swing sideward to avoid getting hit.

Keith started to cry, flailing his arms and legs in fright and panic, struggling to get himself free from the brute’s grasp.

“Keith! Oh, God!” Cathleen shrieked from underneath them. They were just a few feet above the ground.

The monstrous creature raised one hand above Keith’s head, seemingly preparing to strike with its razor-sharp claws.

Cathleen screamed just as Shawn charged forward and threw his body above Keith’s head. The claws smashed into Shawn’s steel back instead, making the monster recoil. In the process, Keith was released. He dropped to the ground and rolled in the grass. He clutched his arms in pain while Cathleen embraced him and took him far away.

From the distance they watched Shawn fighting with the strange creature. To their horror, another similar figure flew toward them, slicing its clawed hand across Shawn’s human torso. He tried to duck, but was not fast enough. He got hit. Blood spurted out from his right side.

At that moment, more of the creatures attacked. With a heavy heart, Cathleen ran away to take her own son to safety. And as she did, she found an army of cyborg warriors sprinting toward them. She paused, crying with great relief. Turning around, she saw them clash with the bloodcurdling creatures. Everything became a blur.

She tried to look for Shawn, but could not see him anymore. “Shawn!” she tried to shout above the noise. But then, somebody clapped his hand over her mouth and dragged her and Keith to the nearby camp.

It was a human doctor working for the cyborg military force. He hid them in a building and checked Keith for injuries. He had a few cuts and bruises, but nothing serious.

Cathleen embraced her child in relief, although she was still afraid for Shawn. What had happened to him?

“What about Master Shawn, Mom?” Keith whimpered. “I’m scared he might get hurt.”

“He’ll be okay,” Cathleen assured him as fresh tears welled up
in her eyes. “He’s a hero, remember?”

“Yes, he is,” Keith agreed. “He saved my life again.”

In less than an hour, some cyborg soldiers had come back. “We defeated those beasty aliens,” one of them told Cathleen. “But unfortunately, many of our own were injured. Some were killed.”

Cathleen’s hands flew to her mouth. Her eyes widened as she searched the mob of warriors entering the camp. There was no sight of Shawn.

No, he’s not dead, she told herself repeatedly. Oh, God. Let him be okay. Let him be okay.

She dashed toward the area where some of the warriors were being treated for injuries. “Where is Officer Shawn Armstead?” she asked, a trace of panic growing in her voice.

  Nobody could give any response.

She turned around and ran back to the meadows. The sun, although appearing again, was already setting. It was dusk.

“Shawn!” Cathleen yelled, whipping her head from one direction to another, scanning the area where the melee had taken place. On the ground lay a couple of dead bodies. A few of them were already being taken by other soldiers.

She saw him then, sprawled on the ground, seemingly lifeless. “No!” she screamed, running toward him and dropping to the grass. She took his face in her hands and tried to feel for a pulse. She couldn’t find any.

“Oh, please, don’t do this to me, Shawn!” she whispered, fear gripping her heart. “Wake up, please Wake up, Shawn! Damn!”

There was no movement. He had a huge wound not only on his torso but also on the neck and head.

“Somebody help him! Please!” she screamed, looking around frantically.

A medic came forward and checked on Shawn. “He’s still breathing, but barely… His pulse is faint…”

With the help of another man, they carried Shawn back to camp.

Inside one of the rooms, he lay on the bed while a doctor treated him. Cathleen was sobbing beside him, clutching his hand close to her heart. “Don’t leave yet, Shawn,” she whispered between her sobs. “I need you. Your son needs you. Can you even hear me? Yes, Keith is your son…”

His fingers moved slightly. He made some sort of gurgling sound, but did not open his eyes.

Cathleen, filled with hope, leaned forward. “We can be a family, Shawn. You, me, and our son Keith,” she whispered in his ear. “Please don’t leave us.”

Suddenly, his eyelids fluttered. He was beginning to stir.

The doctor and his assistants were able to stop the bleeding. They had bandaged his wounds and stabilized him somehow. His vital signs had steadied.

Cathleen breathed a sigh of relief, still clutching his hand. She kissed him on the forehead before letting him rest. “You’re going to be alright. Thank you for fighting.”

After an hour, with prompting from the doctor, she brought Keith in to see Shawn.

Shawn looked tired and in dire pain, but he smiled nonetheless when he saw them. Fully awake now, he spoke clearly. “Hello, brave boy. How are you?”

“I’m okay, Master Shawn,” Keith said, smiling. “Because of you.”

“I’m glad,” Shawn said. “Did your mommy tell you yet?”

  “What is it?”

Shawn glanced at Cathleen. She did not say anything but felt her heart soaring as she realized that he might have really heard what she had whispered to him earlier.

“You are my son, Keith,” Shawn whispered, his eyes brimming with tears. “Isn’t that wonderful? You don’t have to call me Master anymore… because… I’m your… daddy…”

Cathleen began to cry again. Keith turned to her as if to ask if it was true. She nodded and smiled through her tears. “He’s your real dad, Keith,” she whispered.

Keith looked at Shawn again. This time, he grinned. “Now I know why we look so much alike… Daddy Shawn!”

Shawn smiled. “Now I know too… my son…”

Cathleen could hardly believe what was happening.

Shawn looked at her then. He reached out and touched her hand. “Cathleen, you have no idea how happy this makes me. I’d like you to know… that I don’t only intend to be in Keith’s life from now on… I want to be in yours too, if you’ll have me.”

Cathleen squeezed his hand gently and leaned forward to kiss him on the cheek. “That would really make me happy too,” she told him.

They gazed into each other’s eyes, connecting and understanding. They had a long journey ahead of them, but it looked like it was going to be filled with fun and love.

  THE END

  Alien’s Bride

The bright morning sunshine tickled her soaked flesh, but her mind was still adrift, lost in another realm of space and time. She could hear the gentle lapping of the sea, which seemed to relax her tired muscles and clear her chaotic thoughts.

“The Warrior King has made his decision,” the announcer had said to the congregation of Martians gathered in the enormous glass dome of the planet’s central city.

Her heart had skipped a beat as she’d leaned in closer to listen. About a thousand other hopeful women had done the same.

“He has chosen… Gemini!” he’d finished.

She’d almost fainted upon hearing her name. Suddenly, a huge spotlight had been turned to her.

Something cold brushed against her feet, making them wet. The memory of the big event in the dome vanished from her head, replaced by nothingness. What’s going on?

There it was again- a loud, crashing sound followed by coldness wrapping around her ankles.

Her eyes flickered open, but were immediately blinded by intense brightness from all around. She closed her eyes, although she was now fully awake. She could feel the fatigue rolling in, along with the aching in her shoulders, arms, and legs. Actually, her whole body seemed to be exhausted. The pain was tolerable, but more bothersome was the fact that she did not know where she was or how she’d gotten there.

One moment, she had been enveloped in joy and pride as the chosen bride of the Warrior King. And then the next, she was lying on the sandy shores of an unknown island.

She opened her eyes again, revealing their unique beauty and depth. This time, they quickly adjusted to the sunlight that bathed the entire island. She forced herself to a sitting position, just as another wave crashed onto the shore and washed up toward her. Her alertness was back, but not her complete memory.

“Shit, how did I get here on planet Earth?” she whispered with combined fear, shock, and worry as she now recognized the natural elements from photos and videos that she had studied while in the academy.

Apparently, she had somehow come to be on a beautiful beach that looked deserted at the moment. She knew that such natural wonders were currently quite rare on Earth.

Looking down upon her body, she saw that she was still wearing the special dress she had carefully picked for a special occasion. It was a plain, long dress in red with a high slit on one side. It looked like a casual cotton dress for Terrans, but was actually made of a different kind of material that was more suitable for Mars. It’s a good thing the fabric was also waterproof so only her skin had gotten wet.

“Am I just dreaming?” she asked aloud, puzzled. She tried pinching herself and immediately felt the pain. “I guess not…” She figured she had somehow ended up in the water and had just washed up on shore.

She straightened up, trying to focus. She again remembered what she’d considered the happiest moment of her life- the announcement of the bride. How could she get married to the Warrior King if she was on a different planet? Her heart sank as the disappointment and frustration settled within.

“I have to get back to Mars!” she declared, standing up and looking around for any clue as to how she was supposed to return. Perhaps there was some portal that she had accidentally entered.

Her planet was the nearest neighbor of the Earth, so it should be a breeze to get back, right? She walked slowly toward one side of the lengthy stretch of the beach, trying to figure out what to do next. “
I need to get back,” she repeated to herself as she walked. “I want to be Queen.”

On her planet, it was always a great honor to be chosen as the next Queen of the Warrior King. Whenever a new decade arrives, the Big Announcement was made. All the young ladies would gather at the central dome, hoping to be picked. Everybody who could fit inside would often flock to witness the event.

Every ten years, after living in power, influence, and wealth, the Queen gets replaced. Nevertheless, she would forever be part of Martian history.

Gem felt her heart constricting as she began to panic. What if she never got back? Would they choose another Queen? She had been overjoyed when she’d finally stood face to face with the King. Rather than thinking of the kind of wedding she would be privileged to decide on, such as what most of the previous queens had been first preoccupied with, she had already started noting down her plans for the planet and for their people.

Her speed did not seem ordinary for a Terran, so she was able to reach one end of the beach in a couple of minutes even without running. Weird, she thought as she remembered that their planet’s gravitational pull was supposedly lighter than that of the Earth. But then she realized that perhaps it was due to her unique body makeup. Maybe it was reacting differently to the Earth’s atmosphere.

She stopped to look around, surveying her surroundings. There were sand dunes with a dense forest behind them. And then there were majestic mountains in the background that she had never seen in actuality before.

For a minute, she paused to admire the scenic view. “Just as I thought, Earth is so beautiful up close,” she whispered. This was nothing compared to mere images.

If only she’d been transported here at another time that did not have any conflict with her life on Mars, she would have been thankful for the opportunity to explore an amazing planet teeming with life for numerous years already! After all, she had always been aware of the existence of Terrans, who were the only known life species similar to Martians in their entire galaxy.
