The tentacle played at her most intimate flesh, teasing her gently. Amanda was wild with desire. She moaned and thrashed against the water, her back arching, her hips grinding down onto the tentacle. She cried out in pleasure and shock as the tentacle slipped into her slowly. It impaled her gently, filling her inch by inch. The tentacle lay over her belly and curled downward, the suction cups pulling and playing at her clit in the most tender, amazing way. The suction pulled and twisted whenever the tentacle moved, pushing inside, filling her. The friction was delicious and almost sent Amanda over the edge.
The arched her hips into the creature’s touch again, tension building in her body with every single movement. She couldn’t form any coherent words. Her world had narrowed to a tunnel that was just pleasure, just sensation. Just the sharpest, purest need she’d ever felt. Her pulsing flesh and quivering sex took every thick inch of the tentacle as it filled her.
The tentacle started to move back and forth slowly, doing a sort of thrusting motion that sent Amanda into a tailspin. She was totally out of control. The sensations sweeping through her body was so frantic and raw and real that it was hard to believe this was just a dream.
Now Amanda. Surrender to me now.
The world exploded at the creature’s words. Amanda felt something rush into her. Something warm and wet, some incredible erotic sensation that blinded her. She shattered, screaming out her pleasure into the cave. The walls resounded with her screams, her whimpers, her sobs as she begged the creature for more. He pulsed inside of her, secreting that erotic, hot liquid that sent her soaring higher and higher. He filled her, the juices a pure aphrodisiac to her, pumped her while he let himself flow into her body.
Rough spasms and tremors shook Amanda’s thin frame. She never in her life imagined any kind of sex could feel this good. The tentacle hammered hard into her, shaking her body, sending an erotic friction dancing through every single nerve ending. Every limb went numb as Amanda was consumed by the pleasure.
It was over all too soon. Amanda lay limp, shaking, completely spent. She doubted she could move a muscle if she tried.
Just lay there Amanda. All will be well. Sleep now, if you want. I’ll make sure you are safe.
The creature’s words lulled her into the pit of blackness she was fast descending into. Was it possible to fall asleep in a dream?
All Amanda knew at that moment was that she felt safe and desired and protected for the first time in her life. Shutting her eyes, she slept.
Chapter 7
Amanda awoke with a start. She sat up on her towel, half covered with sand. The sun was low in the sky and she wondered how many hours she had been asleep for. Her book was tossed into the sand beside her. Her clothing was discarded at the edge of the towel.
That had been one hell of a dream. Why wasn’t she wearing any clothing? Amanda remembered he’d gone for a swim. It was strange that she didn’t recall falling back asleep after. She must have been so exhausted she dragged herself onto the beach and passed out in the warm sun.
Geez, she sure as hell wasn’t doing that again. Amanda put her clothes on with a hurry, thankful that no one had come up to the island and spotted her naked. She wondered again what the hell she had been thinking. Swimming by herself certainly wasn’t safe. Sleeping naked on a beach was a sure way to get herself attacked.
She threw her life jacket on and gathered up the cooler. There was a dull ache in her breasts and between her legs, reminding her of the violent passion of the dream. As she picked her way across the rocky outcrop back to her boat, Amanda’s face flushed. She’d lost her ball cap somewhere and her blonde hair spilled out behind her, cascading down her shoulders, tangled and still half damp.
The boat’s engine started on the first try. Which was a damn good thing because Amanda didn’t have the strength to battle with it. She was utterly exhausted after that swim. Again, she wondered how she could have done such an incredibly stupid, dangerous thing. It was a miracle she was still alive.
As she roared away from the island she glanced back at the cave once. She sure as hell wasn’t going back there again. She’d felt a strange calling earlier and she felt the pull of it now. It was creepy and eerie. No, she was going to stay far, far away from this island.
***
Amanda stripped naked on arriving back at her little cabin, ready to jump into a warm shower and wash the sand off her body. It chaffed painfully under her clothing.
She’d undressed and when she was climbing into the shower, she caught sight of red, round marks on her breasts, belly and thighs. Suction marks.
That had sure as hell freaked out her. Maybe it was something in the water. Some strange parasite causing the red marks. She’d got into the shower and rubbed herself raw. When she got out and checked herself over in the mirror, the marks were gone. It was just her creamy skin and generous curves, glowing red with the force of her violent cleaning.
Amanda almost wondered if she had sun stroke. She’d been passed out on the beach without a hat for god knows how long. She was seeing things that weren’t there.
Wrapping a towel around herself, Amanda went to get dressed. She was going to force herself to forget about that cave. And that weird dream.
Chapter 8
Amanda knew, three days later, when she woke to find her abdomen sore and her breasts engorged that something weird was going on.
That thing in the cave… that thing that had sex with her… it had all been just a bizarre dream… hadn’t it?
Though she had vowed she wouldn’t return to that island, she knew that she needed to go back to the cave. Amanda knew with a sinking certainty that it was the only way she was going to get answers. Her body was changing. Her breasts were almost twice their normal size and sore. Her belly had little cramps on and off. She was growing more and more afraid that the dream hadn’t been a dream at all and some creature had mated with her. That made no sense at all but it didn’t change the fact that something strange was going on with her and it had all started after her visit to that island.
Taking the boat out early in the morning, Amanda made her way back to the island. This time she’d thought ahead and put on a bikini. She anchored the boat and swam from the point of the island to the other. This time she’d also thought to wear her life jacket and bring a waterproof back pack with a flashlight and other materials in it. She wore it strapped high to her back, above her lifejacket.
Amanda paused at the entrance to the cave. The water was chilling and her breath came in short little gasps. She counted to three, marshalling her courage, before ducking down and swimming through the entrance into the blackness beyond.
The cave was dark but not sinister. The water flowed in and out of the entrance with little gurgling, crashing noises. It was somehow peaceful in its seclusion.
“Hello?” Amanda called, though she felt silly for doing it. She knew that what she felt here was just a dream. It wasn’t real. Yet it had been so real and there were strange things happening to her body ever since that night a week ago.
The cave remained silent except for the burbling sound of the water lapping and receding away from the entrance. Amanda walked in further. The water was cold and her legs were growing numb. She wanted to test just how much about her dream was accurate. She had already found the cave and it was located pretty much exactly where she’d dreamed it was.
She waded in a little deeper. The water was up to her waist now. Just ahead, if she remembered correctly, there should be a little shelf. A rocky ledge where she could pull herself up out of the water.
Amanda fumbled around in the near darkness, the tips of her fingers brushing the surface of the water around her waist. She stepped forward, to the right, took another two steps and there it was. Like a rocky staircase, the bottom rose up. She found her footing and stepped carefully. The rock was slippery but her water shoes kept her from falling.
Another six steps and Amanda was able to pull herself all the way out of the water. She sat do
wn on the cool rock, dripping wet. The feeling slowly came back to her legs, the rush of warmth and return of blood flow making them tingle and burn.
She slung her backpack down onto a dry area and was about to pull out her flashlight and shine it around the cave when a noise to the right stopped her. She glanced around wildly, fear choking her throat.
“Hello?” She called again, feeling ridiculous. “Is someone there?” She fumbled at the zipper on her backpack, finally taking the two sides and tearing them open. The zipper hissed apart with a whispering zinging sound and she reached inside, grabbing her light. She switched it on and gasped.
There was a man standing waist deep in the cave. There was something strange and surreal about him. His was incredible. Like a god from the sea. His body was tremendously built. Broad shoulders topped a massive chest, chiseled abs and narrow waist. Water sluiced down his rigid, rock hard muscles. His hair was waist length and soaking wet. It was a strange light blue colour. Even stranger was the fact that his skin seemed to be the same hue. It reminded her of a pale blue like the sky on a cloudless day.
Amanda could only stare. She felt frozen in place. Her light wavered on the man’s chest before she raised it up to his face. God, he was beautiful. Surely the most beautiful man or creature or whatever she had ever seen in her life. His blue skin accentuated his carved features. His jawline was square, his lips full, his cheekbones pronounced. His eyes were crystal blue and were set into a strong brow.
“Am I dreaming again?” Amanda asked. She felt silly for saying the words but what else could she say? She was trapped in the cave with this man with blue skin and blue hair. She should be afraid but it all felt so unreal. Like she was back in her dream. She didn’t felt threatened. She felt something else entirely.
Anticipation. That was it. Strange, shivery thrills raced up her spine. Her insides did a quivering dance and her breasts, already heavy since the dream, seemed even fuller. Her stomach spun as butterflies took flight. Her lungs deflated a little and she felt breathless.
“No Amanda. This is very real.” The man walked out of the water and joined her on the rocky ledge. Little shimmering beads of water sluiced off his skin to trail back into the black pool below. Amanda shone her light on him but then swung it away just far enough that they were both illuminated in the gentle glow not the full harshness of the light. “You won’t need that anymore,” the man said. His voice was heady and deep and an erotic tingle shot through Amanda at the rich sound of it.
“Why not?” She stammered. She was answered a second later when the man began to glow. His skin shone as though he had trapped the full richness of the summer sun just below and its rays were peeking out. “What the hell?” Amanda shut off her light because she wanted to see that beautiful blue skin in all its richness. “Why am I here? What is going on? You can’t tell me that this is real? Men aren’t blue and they sure as hell don’t glow like you do.”
The man reached out and touched her cheek gently. Amanda’s heart rate accelerated rapidly. Her breath caught and came out as nothing more than a whisper. “I am no man Amanda. You don’t have to fear me though. I don’t want to hurt you. In fact, you have been chosen for a very special duty.”
“The dream… it was real then?”
“Yes. It was real. All of it was real Amanda.”
“You… you touched me… I had marks on me like a suction cup. You had… tentacles.”
“I have other forms than this Amanda. I just decided to show myself to you like this so that I would frighten you less. I want you to believe me when I say I don’t want to hurt or frighten you.”
“Alright,” Amanda whispered. She could tell the man really was speaking the truth. There was no hint of malice or guile in his words, just a sincere honesty she felt right to the marrow of her bones. “What do you want with me? What have I been chosen for?”
“I knew from the moment I saw you by the shore, standing in front of that little cabin that you were the right human. There is a great compassion in your soul Amanda. You are very kind. You can mean the difference between life and death for my species.”
“Your species? What are you exactly?” The man paused for a minute. His face grew pensive, his brow furrowing. Amanda watched it all with wide eyes. She let his words sink in.
“I guess you would call me an alien. But this is just a human word to describe a being that comes from another place. Anywhere but Earth. Some people fear this and some welcome it. It depends how you view the larger world. I mean the Universe around you. Earth is just a tiny spec in the grand scheme of things. There are so many other worlds and dimensions that are undiscovered.”
“Why did you come here then? Surely there are better places… others better suited to your needs than I am…” Amanda couldn’t really even believe she was having a conversation that included other universes and aliens but somehow she felt, deep down, that it was all true. She believed him though the blue, glowing skin weren’t enough to prove to her that this man really wasn’t from earth.
“I came to Earth because it was the closest planet I could reach when my own was destroyed by an asteroid. We had little time to get off before it happened. We are some of the few survivors. This planet could not have been better suited for our needs. It is filled with water, which we all need to survive and multiply.”
“Multiply?” Amanda stammered.
“That’s right. My two guards and I were the only beings who survived. We are all males. I needed a female being to help me carry on my species. I know I perhaps should have asked you first but I think we both know what the answer would have been.” Surprisingly the man’s mouth turned up in a ghost of a smile. Amanda should have been outraged but for some reason she wasn’t. She was dead calm, which was really strange. Maybe she was in a state of shock.
“You’ve already done it then?” She asked, voice flat. “Put your eggs into me? That’s why my breasts are swollen and my belly feels strange.”
“Yes. That day you came to the cave. You thought it was a dream and I let you believe that because that’s what you needed to believe in order not to be afraid. I knew you would help me Amanda. I didn’t want to take advantage of you or trick you. I sensed a deep, abiding kindness and compassion in you. I know you would have been afraid had you seen me in my other form. That’s why I appear to you now as a man, so that I might explain.”
“You’ve planted alien babies inside of me?” Amanda asked incredulously. Her voice did raise a couple notes then and there was anger and disbelief in her tone.
“I did. But my species is not born like yours. There is no need to give birth. I needed a female to incubate them for a week. Luckily humans and my own species are very similarly built when it comes to having a womb type feature. The eggs need to mature for another week. You will know when the time is right. You will just feel it. You will have the urge to go swimming and they will be released into the water where they can hatch under our watchful eyes. I just ask that you come back to the cave so they may be watched and hatched in safety.”
“Oh my god!” Amanda scooted a little further away on the rocky ledge. “You think I would have agreed to that had I known beforehand?”
The man leaned forward. His eyes seemed to glow but it was a light of tenderness, of love, of compassion. Amanda felt herself drawn in. She was utterly lost in the depths of those otherworldly blue orbs.
“Would you have said yes?” The man asked. His voice was tender. Amanda’s heart skipped a beat in her chest.
It wasn’t rational. None of this was sane or real or believable. Perhaps her feelings now went along those lines. Perhaps they were feelings born of shock and disbelief. She didn’t feel used or mistreated or outraged. Instead she felt… tender. She felt needed. Wanted. Like she belonged here. Like she truly had been made to help this man. She felt the deep stirrings of companionship. Of a strange bond that had already been forged between them. It didn’t make any sense but her heart ached for this being who had lost his home a
nd all he held dear.
“Yes,” Amanda whispered. “I would have helped you.”
The man’s eyes lit up, the strange glow growing even more intense. He was incredibly handsome and Amanda was helplessly drawn in. “There is something else you can do to help us Amanda.”
Chapter 9
“What’s that?” She asked after a moment’s pause.
“You can take the eggs of my soldier’s also. My two guards who survived with me. There is still time to give you more eggs to ensure our survival.”
It was an insane suggestion. She wanted to ask how she knew that these beings were even peaceful. Could she be about to populate the planet with something that wasn’t humane but was also dangerous?
No. She knew in her heart that this being was telling her the truth. He was begging her to help him. To replenish a species that would die out without her help.
“What would I have to do?”
“You would mate with them in their human form. I promise it would be even more pleasurable than what you experienced in the cave a few days ago. It would be incredible. Unforgettable. We would repay you for your help in a way you never would forget.”
Amanda swallowed with difficulty. “What would happen to the young? I mean, would you try and leave here? This planet can be harsh. People don’t really take to those who are different than they are.”
“We are already preparing to build a ship to leave. My guards will go first and try and find a planet where we can live and thrive again. We would take the young that survive and find a new home.”
Amanda nodded slowly. “And these guards? They look like you do? Like men?”
“You don’t have to be afraid Amanda. I promise you that none of us will hurt you. You will be sacred to us for this gift you are giving so selflessly. You would be the mother of an entire species.”
Amanda regarded the man carefully. His eyes were pleading. They were filled with sorrow for all he had seen happen. For the loss of his loved ones including his own people and his own children. In those glowing blue eyes there was hope as well. Hope and other emotions that Amanda couldn’t quite define but she felt the stirrings of them deep in her own chest.
