Sacred Moon: Book 2 Page 8

by Alejandro Marrero

I watched as Abbadon blinked and lowered his eyes. I could tell from our bond he was probing and scanning both of us. It kind of tickled. I didn’t dare interrupt him because I wanted an answer.

I don’t like unknown variables. It sucks not to be ‘woke’ and stuff. I’m not totally different in that regard from the time when I was mortal. I always hated surprises. Give me the tranquility of stable, comfortable, monotonous routines, and everything rationalized or understood. Wake up. Prepare a cup of green tea and get caffeinated. Brush my teeth, shower, and get ready for work. Read the technology news on my smartphone between calls from moody customers at the call center. I would work out for a bit when I woke up or got home. Meditate, and do yoga. Help Leilah with her garden. The results were predictable. I was gaining muscle, core strengthening, having a peaceful mind, earning money, paying bills, or spending time with my friends. My life before might have been a bit more mundane, but it was predictable.

Not that I would trade my previous life for the one I’m living now. Yes, of course, if I could change some things, I would. Who wouldn’t? I’m okay, though. I have a purpose, love, and friends. It may be beyond my scope of understanding and beyond what I’d commonly endeavor in for funsies. Yet, I was accepting of it. I am tackling life’s adventures day by day. Asking questions as they arise. I’m totally winging it and hoping my good intentions guide me in the right direction.

“You are correct in your observances of our transformations,” Abbadon said, interrupting my inner monologuing.

  “I am?” I asked.

“Yes,” he answered plainly. Well, that’s not detailed at all.

“Do you want to elaborate a little? Because your man here is lost, and that was straight up vague even if it was an affirmative answer,” I replied.

Abbadon untangled himself from my arms and stretched. I just lay there, fascinated by his muscles, upper torso, the way his hair waved behind his ears and beautiful body. The sheet was dangerously low on him as he cracked his knuckles then stifled a yawn. He looked at me with a knowing smile.

  “Admiring the view?” Abbadon asked.

“Hell yeah, I am! You’re effing hot. Might have to do more than merely admiring in a moment, but first, your answer?” I said.

Holy nucking futs. My mate is a living, breathing invoker of my perpetual heart-boner. It’s like when someone you love not only turns you on physically but emotionally. In essence, it’s a heart-boner.

“Fine,” Abbadon said with a faux pout. Or maybe it was a real pout. It doesn’t matter. After we get some answers for clarity purposes, I was going to nail him to the bed again. If anyone interrupts it better, be with pudding and caffeine.

“Threaten me with a good time! Remember the walled garden, babe. I’m fully expecting you to follow through on your nailing me to the bed mission. I’ll stop delaying my incredibly patient and insatiable lover to answer,” Abbadon said with gusto.

Awe, whoever said flattery doesn’t get you anywhere, is a damn liar. Incredibly patient! Ha! Yeah, so not me.

“After scanning our energy and physical bodies thoroughly, I feel I can give a more precise answer. We have gone through physical and energetic transformations. I know you’ve observed as much, but I’m not speaking of cosmetic changes. You and I both have two additional energy centers. We now have nine chakras.

“I’ve always been an immortal being. Angels do not expire from natural causes. Angels never ever age or get sick. You were a godling with immense power before. However, you only had seven very luminous chakras like all other beings have. Aside from having additional energy centers, we have synchronized heartbeats. Our energy is also no longer finite. We seem to be drawing energy from the ether and the distant stars. It appears that together we have a near-endless well of power. I’ve scanned for its origins or limits and have not found any. I’m confident in saying you are no longer a godling but a full-fledged god. I’m also sure my form is no longer accurately described as an Angelus. Through our vows and bonds, it seems we’ve both evolved into godhood. Though I’ve not met any pantheon gods that have energy centers like ours,” Abbadon concluded.

There was no skip in his heartbeat or mine. He was right. Holy provolone cheese! Our pulses were synchronized.

I adjusted my focus and scanned our bodies. Then I examined Abbadon’s energy-body. He was right. We had nine equally bright, radiant chakras. One new chakra was in the space slightly above the crowns of our heads. Then the other new chakra was faintly below the ending of our spines. The chakras we had before were multicolored like a full spectrum rainbow. When I had previously observed them, they were different. They used to begin at the base of our spines in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and white. The color was distinct, but mine was always a bit muted by my golden, spinning eddies of energy. Now we both had nine chakras, and they were all white swirls of gold. I expanded my awareness further and noticed us both were the same in energy signatures. Abbadon was right. We were complete and complimenting reflections of each other.

“Holy nucking futs! That’s awesome! Is that awesome? I mean, are you feeling right about this? I feel like this is a good thing. Tell me it’s a good thing. We may even be able to have a fighting chance to succeed in restoring Lunaria for the unicorns! We may be able to defeat Lillith! We could also free Leilah and Jeremiah! Oh, my Buddha! Do you think we could level up our non-tethered friends?” I asked a million things at once. Or maybe just a few important ones while poking Abbadon everywhere rapid-fire style with my fingers. Pew, pew, pew!

Abbadon, my serious but still smiling sidekick, quickly stopped my barrage of tickle-pokes by bringing me into a firm embrace. Awe, he feels so warm and lovely. Love my star-coursed lover! Heart-boners!

“I don’t know the answer to most of those questions with certainty. However, I can assure you that it feels positive and pleasant. The night is waning, and the new day is coming soon. We can discover the extent to which our unique abilities and the energetic states go later. For now, I believe you were about to fulfill that threat earlier and nail me to the bed,” Abbadon reminded me. Total heart-boner! Oh yeah, and a real one down south too!

I threw the beige-colored cotton sheets off the bed in haste. I was exposing all of Abbadon's gloriously smooth and well-muscled skin. No layer of cloth was going to be allowed between us. Modesty is leaving the bedroom right now. You have been warned.

I used my strength to pin Abbadon down with my chest. He smiled and wrapped his arms around my neck and shoulders. I leaned on my left elbow and forearm to use my right hand to trace my handsome lover's beautiful face. I smoothed out any lingering worries from his forehead then tucked his hair behind his ears, staring into his beautiful golden eyes.

“You’re perfect,” I whispered lovingly before closing my eyes and capturing his lips with mine.

We both moaned in delight as we opened each other into a passionate kiss. No morning breath was present. Abbadon, my mate, tasted like fruits and a bright spring day. He was mine, tasty, and this feeling was pure happiness.

I led my right hand to trace down his neck, past his collar bone, over his firm chest and squeezed his nipple. This effortless play of hands earned me a moan and a gasp. I was hard as iron and could feel he was too. I lifted myself a bit and aligned our cocks together and settled back down, which was more comfortable and the right thing to do as both our cocks spilled some pre-cum on our firm stomachs. The wetness was warm. I brought my hand down and smeared some of his excitement on my finger and spooned it into my mouth. Divine. I then did the same to my cock that wept as eagerly and gave him a taste by putting my index finger into his mouth. He took my finger like a champion and sucked it down his throat. He was humming in contentment, and I was just getting started.

I removed my finger from his mouth and kissed him again. I sealed off any moans of pleasure from escaping his mouth with my lips. I felt his delight and heat, bouncing back and forth between us through our bond as we rutted against each other. I br
oke from our kiss, leaving him winded. He whined from being separated from my lips. I put my finger to his lips to silence his whimpering and assure him with a gesture that more was to follow. I placed my hands on each side of his arms and pushed myself up. I then grabbed his legs and hooked them both on my shoulders, lifting his ass from the bed slightly and spreading him into a delightful position. I tore my gaze from his fiery eyes and glanced down at the spreading sparkling pool of precum on his stomach. Abbadon was in definite need and wholly wanting. I could see and sense how close we were. I guided his hand to his cock.

“Squeeze hard at the base, babe. You’re not allowed to cum quite yet.” I instructed. A barely perceivably nod of his head and widening of his eyes told of his acceptance to my instructions. Abbadon did as I asked.

I balanced myself onto my knees and grabbed my pillow from the right of his head. I tucked it under his ass.

I looked down at his spread cheeks, narrowing my vision to my target below his balls. Abbadon’s tight ring had no ministrations from me. Yet, it glistened wet, puckered, and clenched as he impatiently bucked himself closer to my cock. I decided to give him what we wanted so desperately without any preparation as it appeared his body did it without a thought.

I speared him with my cock in one long and tight thrust. I was sheathing myself entirely inside his self-slicked ass past his ring of muscle and prostate till my balls rested on perfectly on his ass. I scanned Abbadon’s face for any discomfort, healing magics at the end of my tongue should it be needed. There was no pain in his expression, and his fangs were now like mine. They were spaced further apart and long in their excitement.

He bucked his hips again, clamping his slick channel tight, trying to choke my cock, and I saw stars and moaned loudly, almost collapsing on him. It took all my will not to spill at that very moment into him. I backed my cock out a bit till only the head remained inside. Looking down at where our bodies joined had me so turned on. My dick was shiny with my precum and his slick. Then I pushed myself all the way in again. “Let go of your cock, babe,” I instructed. He let go. To hell with it. I was ready to go and couldn’t wait any longer.

I started to hammer and nail him into the bed. I pistoned myself in and out of his tight and heavenly rear. I was picking up the pace. He gripped both my arms to stabilize himself while I hammered into him. I was unhinged. I couldn’t stop even if I tried, the pleasure shooting back and forth through our bonds had us in thrall.

Then I felt Abbadon clamp up, and that was the end of my restraint. I grunted and buried myself as deep as I could inside him and let go. As I emptied my seed inside him, his seed burst out between us. His seed covered our chests, his chin, and his face. He was painting magickal swirls of our passion all over our bodies. The orgasm was endless as he clamped and clenched, milking my cock for every bit of seed my balls had.

Finally, the orgasm ended, and I collapsed on Abbadon. There was no shame in the stickiness of our afterglow. With our chests pressed together, I whispered in his ears, “I love you, Abbadon.”

“I love you too, Donovan,” he replied.

“I know you do, babe. I feel it everywhere, in every cell of my body, and trust you with my whole being,” I said. Sometimes words don’t need to be said out loud, but they have power nonetheless. Sometimes our words can be used simply to improve upon the silence. In this case, they did as I looked upon his face and saw I earned a smile from him. A smile that warmed my heart each time he gifted them to me.

“Also, babe, you definitely self-lube!” I exclaimed, which earned a raised brow from him.

“It doesn’t make any sense. However, I know you're honest, and I felt it this time, too,” Abbadon admitted.

“Well, I, for one, think it is phenomenal and impressive! I love the foreplay, but when pressed for time, this is hella-convenient! I know I’m not hurting you or need to search my void-bag for lube or conjure oil,” I said excitedly.

“You mean your void-murse!” Abbadon said with humor and a barely restrained laugh that sounded like music. Even his laughter, I could devote myself to.

“Ha! Yes, whatever you want to call it, babe. My void-murse,” I replied with a grin.

Abbadon smiled then cocked his head to the side. His gesture had me expand my awareness.

“The others are waking up,” Abbadon confirmed.

“Yeah, it seems that way. Let us rinse off and get this show on the road. It doesn’t matter what awaits us as long as we do it together,” I said with conviction, which earned me a nod of assent.

Only in my secret garden, behind a locked garden door, did my worries betray me.

  Chapter 7

  Quicksilver

Lunaria was beautiful, and with the help of the light-wielder Donovan, it may be restored to its former glory. His quest, though wrought with perils, is altruistic and for the greater good. His companions are virtuous and kind. The only challenge to their tribe is Leilah’s lack of free will and Jeremiah's enthrallment with her. This is why we have come up with a plan for Leilah and Jeremiah's liberation from their pantheon’s tethers. With those two being free, we’d have a better chance of succeeding in our shared goals for Terra.

It’s been hundreds of years since what few unicorns are left have been in exile in Silver Leaf City. Forced out of our once beautiful realm by Lillith and her retinue. Before the light-wielder godling, Donovan, awakened in the Terran sphere, we had lost nearly all hope for Lunaria to be restored. Then he was roused, and the sound of his presence was felt through all the realms of Terra.

We knew little about Donovan until he stepped foot in the Twilight Forest. He crossed the thinning veils of the Isle of Mu and onto our hidden shores. His powerful godling magick was felt in all our crowns, warming our horns pleasantly. His arrival was a good omen. His personality was refreshing and the first genuinely benevolent being of such power. We’d experienced a multitude of supramundane beings that had divine origins. However, we had never interacted with any that were of such pure hearts. He was the light-wielder indeed.

Donovan had also shown great wisdom. Not only had he trusted our advice and offered help on his quest, but he’d even taken the initiative with Leilah’s sword. With the help of our overproduction of magic dust from his ‘Death By Hug’ powers. Fevian, with Abbadon’s assistance, was able to create a perfect forgery of Verdadera. Now the god-killer sword would be in the hands of Donovan and not in the hands of one that is shackled to other gods. We must protect the godling, Donovan, from so many threats. We have faith in his powers, but we must also be wise as he has been.

It matters not what dangers we face as long as we embark on the quest together. It’s a matter of great importance that we hide our true nature from Leilah for our plan to succeed. She has only ever known us as unicorns. Only a select trusted Fae and Donovan’s companions know of our abilities to shift into human form. It was time to prepare for the task at hand and the journey that follows. I called to the others in mind-speak.

Spirit, Fevian, Swift, Onyxia, and Jetsunma, it’s time. Gather dried fruits, loaves of bread, waxed cheeses, water skins, teas, bottles of magic dust, gemstones, healing salves, grains, nuts, some iron cookware, salt, spices, armor, sharpening stone, and anything else necessary for our travels. We unicorns don’t feel the burden of weight, so pack for a month's journey. Hopefully, we’ll be able to restore Lunaria before then, but it’s good to be prepared.

After all necessary items are collected, then everyone, please shift into our traveling forms and meet us outside the Tavern. Leilah and Jeramiah must see us merely as conveyances for their journey with no suspicion.

All our communications should continue like this in mind-speak. Do not engage in mind-speak with Jeramiah or Leilah. Once they are both unfettered with their wills restored, we may speak freely.

Our time table for severing the tethers from Leilah has been accelerated with the help of Donovan and Abbadon. We are already in possession, as some of you may know, of the god-killer sword. That un
doubtedly posed a threat to Donovan. Leilah holds an unrecognizable forgery crafted by Fevian and Abbadon. As soon as we cross into the Shadow Realm, our former home sphere of Lunaria, we will place Leilah in a slumber. The state of the Shadow Realm, its malice, malevolence, and failing veil, will assist in severing her cords.

Make haste! Dawn approaches! I mind-spoke and disbanded my selected unicorns brothers and sisters.

With the planning set forth, I went to my room at the top of the tavern. I packed my share of the supplies needed for our quest. Then I went and informed our Fae and Were staff of their duties to take the next shift at the tavern. I instructed them to guide our guests once they awakened at dawn to the outside of the tavern, where I told them that conveyances for our guest's journey would be awaiting.

When the shift change occurred, I met with my brothers and sisters behind the tavern. Onyxia, Jetsumna, Fevian, Swift, and Spirit were already in their traveling forms. I quickly shifted, as well. Then together, we galloped lightly to the front of the Tavern fully equipped with supplies for our journey ahead to wait for our riders' arrival.

As the night birthed into the day, we suddenly felt two flashes of immense golden power.

Did you all feel that? I asked. This invoked a chorus of agreement from my brothers and sisters.

It feels like the power of two god-ascendants have awoken in the Isle of Mu, Onyxia mind-spoke to us, confirming my suspicions.

Two god-ascendants here on Terra? I asked Onyxia in mind-speak.

It feels that way, Onyxia replied.

It does indeed. Let us remain focused on the task ahead. If anything, these visiting god-ascendants may distract the pantheons of the Terran World system while we journey to Lunaria. This may work in our favor. As some of the more powerful Terran pantheons would undoubtedly focus their attention on receiving them. No doubt encouraging them to leave their world system quickly staking their claim,’ I mind-spoke to Fevian, Spirit, Swift, Onyxia, and Jetsunma.
