  ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

As always in my writing endeavors, I want to thank my wife, Gina, and her continued support and encouragement. She makes my books better by simply letting me bounce ideas off of her or reading and making suggestions. I always think afterward that her insight has made the book better. And, of course, sometimes she provides the praise I need to keep at the laborious task of editing and re-editing and re-editing.

Thank you to my reading Squad, who provided excellent feedback and have helped make the series as success. I really appreciate your efforts!
