Evan is storming off in front of me, pushing through the crowd.
I have to jog to keep up with him. Sean the bands bodyguard meets us at the door ushering us into the waiting limousine. The space between us feels like an ocean.
“Want to tell me what that was all about?” I scorn, turning towards Evan, who is squashed up against the door far away from me.
“Some drunk person spilt red wine all over me and I need to go back to the hotel and get changed,” he said. He couldn’t even look at me.
“I get that, I see the stain, but why the hell do you need me to pick out a shirt for you. I’m pretty sure you can do that all by yourself,” I huff, folding my arms across my chest.
“Oh, I’m sorry to interrupt your make out session so you could do your job,” Evan yells back at me.
“You’re right, Evan, how could I fucking forget that I am just your employee?” I yell back at him, turning my back to him now.
“Sienna.”
“Don’t, let’s get back to the house, grab you a new shirt so you can get back to your adoring public.”
We were staying in a luxury home in the exclusive Salamanca area. As we arrive, Sean opens the door for us and I storm upstairs towards Evan’s room. Opening the door, I ignore his scent lingering in the room. Walking towards his closet I pull it open and search through the racks of clothing, pulling out a navy shirt.
“Here you go, no need to worry about stains with this one,” I growl, slamming it into his hard stomach.
“Sienna,” Evan barks, grabbing my wrist.
“What?” I bark back, feeling the anger bubbling just below the surface.
Letting go of my hand he takes a step away. “Sorry.” It was all he said before he started to undress. Taking off his ruined, white shirt and throwing it onto his bed, he exposed his taut, tanned stomach. I hated how my body still responded to him; it wasn’t fair. It didn’t take him long to dress again in the navy t-shirt.
“Okay, well you better get going, your fans will be wondering where you are.” I quip, turning around, trying to get as far away from his bedroom as I could.
“You’re not coming back?” He questions. I could feel him behind me; the heat radiated from his body.
“Not in the mood anymore,” I answer. Not giving him a chance to respond, I hurry down the hallway towards my room and slam the door. My back pressed against it; the tears start to fall onto my cheeks.
Fuck, I’m a prick. I didn’t mean to let my jealousy get the better of me. It’s been so fucking hard watching Sienna dancing and flirting with men when we go out. Even worse watching her kiss them, watching as their hands slide over her body knowing exactly the way she feels under their fingers. But hearing about this Sebastien guy, knowing that he has been in her life for a while was too much for me.
The look on her face when she saw him – hurt like hell. The way she wrapped her arms around him, pushing herself up against him, I didn’t like it at all. As the night progressed, they got closer and closer until finally he kissed her. That’s when I had to stop it. I’m not proud of pulling the boss-employee card, the drunk fan was the icing on the cake giving me an excuse to pull her away from him. But I think my jealousy may have fucked things up. Should I let her go? Or should I sort it out? I hesitate for a moment working out my next move. I promised Sienna I wouldn’t hurt her and tonight I did. Walking down the hallway to her room, taking a couple of deep breaths steadying myself, I knock on her door.
“Go away, Evan,” Sienna sniffled.
Shit, she’s crying. “Sienna, please open up.”
There was silence on the other side of the door. I waited, hoping for a miracle when finally the door opened. Sienna’s eyes are red-rimmed with her makeup smudged around them. She still looked beautiful. Holding the door open, but not letting me in, she huffs, “What?”
Grabbing her face between my palms, I whisper, “I’m sorry, Sienna, I’m so sorry I made you cry.”
Her eyes wouldn’t meet mine, Shit! “Sienna, please look at me.”
Finally, her jade green eyes look up at me.
“Baby, I’m sorry. I just …” Just what Evan? You need to have a damn good enough excuse to pull her away from some guy and demand she come home with you. In all honesty I didn’t have an excuse other than being jealous. Words were not going to cut it right now, so I let my lips do the talking. Capturing her mouth in a kiss, a kiss that I have wanted for weeks, my body responding instantly remembering exactly how she feels, how she tastes. I want more. Except I feel hands on my chest pushing me away. I look at her and take a step back dropping my hands from her face.
“You think you can just knock on my door, kiss me, and I will forget about how much of an asshole you have been? If you think I am one of those girls you are sorely mistaken Evan Wyld,” She yells, as she slams the door in my face.
Knocking again, she ignores me. No, fuck it, I need to make this right. I need to think of a way to get through to her. All the rooms have large balconies off of the bedrooms, so I push the door open beside hers, it’s Derrick’s room, I’m sure he won’t mind. I move past his mess and out to the double doors leading to the balcony. Opening them the street noise filters in, I can see the balconies are joined which is perfect – if they weren’t, I would have tried to jump across it. Making my way across the balcony, I burst through the doors, and there stands Sienna, dressed in only her underwear.
“Evan,” she screams, trying to cover herself.
Stalking over to where she is standing, I admit, “I don’t like you kissing other men, Sienna.” I seize her face hard and kiss her. I can feel her pushing against me trying to break the kiss but I’m not going to allow it – not this time. “Do you have any idea how long I have wanted to kiss you again?”
Sienna stops struggling and allows me to kiss her. Walking her back towards the desk in the room, I pick her up and palace her on the hard, wooden desk. Looming over her our lips stay connected.
“Sienna, I need you. I need to be inside of you again, baby.”
Breaking the kiss, her lips all swollen, her cheeks are flushed, her green eyes bright with desire. “Evan I need you, but …”
“No, don’t think just feel, Sienna. Just give me tonight, please. Let me make it up to you.”
Biting down on her bottom lip, Sienna nods in agreement.
Capturing her lips again in a frantic kiss, her legs wrapping around my waist as her hands push up my t-shirt. Throwing the shirt on the floor, I unclasp her bra and let it slide to the floor. “I’ve missed your tits, Sienna,” I declare. Palming them, I roll one her puckered nipples between my fingers, making her groan. Her head slumping back against the wall in ecstasy.
“You’ve missed my lips on them, haven’t you?”
Sienna mumbled an agreement as my lips explored her tits. I felt her pushing them against my mouth, her back arching with each suck.
“You want more, baby?”
Sienna only nods.
My hands rip off her G-string.
“Hey,” she complains, sitting up and frowning at her shredded panties in my hand.
“I just got them.”
“Sweetheart, I will buy you more, I promise.” I say, as I let the fabric fall from my fingers onto the floor. My hands make their way to her core, spreading her lips and dipping my fingers into her hot pussy. “Fuck, you are so ready for me.” I tell her. Her slickness coating my fingers, each touch making her wriggle on the desk.
“Why do you tease me so much, Evan?” She’s breathless as my fingers play her like one of my guitars.
“I love how you are so eager for me to fuck you, sweetheart,” I reply, unzipping my jeans with my left hand while I get her ready with my right. I push the jeans down my legs and reach for a condom to cover myself. Thank God I am ambidextrous when it comes to slipping the condom on because I don’t want to take my fingers out of her. I tease her with my piercing as my fingers work her on the inside, back and forth across her folds. Slowly I ease my fi
ngers out, replacing it with my cock. She’s sitting at the perfect height on the desk for me to ease inside of her. Feeling her wrap around my cock is heaven. It had been way too long. Sienna didn’t need to know that she has been the only girl I have slept with over the past couple of weeks. I know she’s seen me take women home, but I haven’t been able to take it any further. I’ve been faking being too drunk to do anything and they eventually get the hint and leave. Sinking into Sienna feels so right at this moment. Maybe one last time and I can move on from her. It’s like she’s cast a spell on me and she is the only one that can stop it.
“Fuck, I’ve missed this Evan,” Sienna calls out as I pump into her, her fingernails digging into my shoulders as she holds on for her life, the desk rocking back and forth with each thrust. God, yes, I’ve missed this too. My thumb finds her clit and rolls her tiny bud. I can feel her body squeezing me harder.
“Shit, Sienna, do that again.”
She uses her internal muscles to press down hard around my cock again. That simple act has my body tingling. “Fuck, you are going to make me come doing that.”
She does it again, and again, and again, and as promised, I come. Sienna’s not far behind me. My arms are clutching her as she collapses. Holding her up I shuffle towards her bed and lay her down. I kick off my jeans and shoes before disposing of the condom into the trash. Making my way back to her, I jump into the bed pulling her into my arms. “I’ve missed you,” I whisper, kissing her forehead.
“I’ve missed you as well, Evan, too much.”
Maybe I can be the man that she deserves. We stay silent for a moment looking out the large glass doors, the street lights illuminating the room.
“What happened tonight?” Sienna asks.
Not sure how to answer her so I say nothing and stay silent.
“Maybe you should go, Evan,” she says, sounding annoyed and pushing away from me.
Oh no, she doesn’t. I pull her back against me, my body wrapping around her. “I’m staying tonight; I miss sharing a bed with you, Sienna. Let me stay tonight then you can kick me out.”
She lets out a sigh, “I don’t want to kick you out.” Her confession was so quiet I almost missed it.
“I never want to leave either, sweetheart,” I whisper, kissing her shoulder.
We both fall asleep wrapped around each other.
Waking up the next morning alone in Sienna’s bed, I guess our night is over. I sneak back to my bedroom where I take a shower and try to work out these feelings I have for her.
***
“Morning,” I say, directing it to Sienna, who is sitting at the breakfast bar eating some fruit.
“Morning,” she says, sunnily.
Walking past her, I let my fingers graze along her arm, and watch her shiver at my touch.
Her green eyes are looking up at me when she says, “Thank you for the flowers.”
Flowers? “I didn’t send you flowers, but fuck, now I wish I had.”
Her cheeks turn red from embarrassment. “Who sent me flowers then?”
“Sebastien did,” Derrick answers Sienna’s question as he walks into the kitchen.
My hands ball into fists hearing his name.
“Really?” A smile lights up her face.
“Yeah, he felt sad not being able to catch up properly last night,” Derricks says, as his eyes bore into mine. “I suggested flowers would be a good idea,” he continued, while giving me a triumphant smile.
“I should go and thank him; they are beautiful.”
Once Sienna was out of earshot, Derrick turns to me with fire in his eyes. “Not sure what game you’re playing Evan, but it won’t involve Sienna. She deserves to explore her singledom, so unless you want more than just a quick fuck with my friend, I suggest you back the fuck away from her and never pull a stunt like you did last night again.”
I’m in total shock at Derrick’s confrontation. He is usually so relaxed and easy going. Seeing him go into protective mode over Sienna was impressive.
“And you think this Sebastien guy is good enough for her?”
“Of course nobody will be good enough for my girl; men suck, but she deserves to find out doesn’t she? If you care about her, then stop whatever hold you have on her, and let her move on. We both know you don’t want a girlfriend, and even if you do, could you stay faithful when you have all those women after you? My girl deserves not to worry about her man. I was there when Beau cheated; I will not let her go through it again. You hear me?”
“Loud and clear, Derrick, I hear you loud and clear.” I can’t be pissed at him for voicing his concerns because they are the same as I’ve been thinking. I don’t say another word as Derrick storms out of the kitchen.
“What was that all about?” Axel asks.
“Nothing,” I say, grabbing an apple.
Axel doesn’t look convinced. “He’s only looking out for her,” he adds, pouring himself a coffee.
I ignore him because I don’t need another lecture or someone to tell me that she deserves better than me. I get it!
“I know you like Sienna; I know you probably have done something with her, last night it was pretty obvious by the way you acted. It surprised me though, I haven’t seen you that jealous, not since Hailey.”
I can’t believe he brought my ex into this.
“Nothing is going on man,” I say, patting him on his shoulder.
“Okay, fine nothing’s going on. So you wouldn’t mind if I maybe show her a good time then.”
That’s it. I’ve had enough of other men trying to take what’s mine. Grabbing him by the shirt I push him up against the kitchen cupboards. “You don’t fucking touch her,” I growl.
Axel bursts out laughing. “Wow, never seen anyone get so riled up over nothing.” Pushing me away he adds, “Man, I’m not my brother, I don’t cut anyone’s grass, but your reaction just proves to me she’s more than nothing.”
Slamming my hand against the kitchen cupboard, I mumble, “I’m not good enough for her.”
“Why? Because you’re a rock star, a successful businessman or because you’re a good guy underneath? I think most women would believe you’re a catch,” he says, punching me in the arm.
“She deserves a guy that will stay faithful to her.”
Axel stills and stares at me before saying, “You’re already thinking of cheating on her?”
Shaking my head in disagreement I add, “No, but I know I will fuck it up eventually?”
“Why?” Axel asks. “Is it because of all these chicks hanging around us? Are you seriously telling me that when you have a girl at home waiting for you like Sienna that any of these women are going to tempt you?
I shrug at him without answering.
“Seriously, if that’s the way you think then yeah, you don’t deserve her. I don’t want to be stuck with fucking groupies for the rest of my life. Fuck that would be sad. I’ll leave that for Christian,” he laughs, slapping me on the arm. “Just think about it, it doesn’t have to be Sienna, but if it is, either man up and do something about it or man up and let her go.”
Yep, I’m a coward, keeping my distance from both Evan and Sebastien over this past week. I feel bad; Sebastien sent me flowers just after I had slept with Evan. How the hell did I let myself have sex with Evan again? I just can’t seem to say no to that man. I declined Sebastien’s dinner date; letting him know I was too busy with the band’s media commitments, it was a half-truth. I don’t think I can face him after what I did with Evan. I’ve spoken to him via texts this week and he still wants to meet up when we arrive in Paris today. I like him, but it feels more like a flirty friendship then anything more.
“Evan.” A woman’s voice calls out, then I see a flash of blonde skip past me jumping into Evan’s arms, hugging him tight.
Seeing the way Evan’s face lit up at the mystery woman in his arms really sucked. Whoever she was he was familiar with her. She looked a lot younger than him. Long, blonde hair cascading down her back, she
is tall, slim, like a model. I wanted to hate her. Nestled into his side, everyone seemed to know who she was, each of the boys coming up and giving her a hug or a kiss as they talked with her. Evan’s eyes found mine and he gave me a grin. I was trying to play it cool, playing on my phone while the love fest was going on.
“Sienna.” Just hearing his voice made my body hum. It was like the further apart we were, the more my body vibrated for him.
“I want you to meet someone,” he stated, as his arm hung lazily across her shoulders.
Put on your TV smile, Sienna, you can do this.
“This is my sister, Charlotte.”
I try to mask my surprise. But now that I look at her I can see the family resemblance; her blonde hair, tanned skin, the ocean blue eyes.
“I’ve heard so much about you,” she says, pulling me into a friendly hug.
Evan visibly elbows his sister.
“I’m sure your brother has been complaining about me dressing him in hideous outfits,” I reply, giving her a smile.
Her eyes glancing between the two of us, she laughs, “So you are the one responsible for my brother finally getting some fashion sense.”
“Um, excuse me, I was voted sexiest man of the year last year. I think I was doing okay.”
Charlotte and I both look at each other and laugh.
“Seriously, you are both ganging up on me already; I knew I should never have introduced you to each other,” Evan pouted.
“You just make it so easy, brother.” Charlotte smiled, giving him a hug.
“Did you know Sienna used to be a fashion commenter in Australia? She also used to own some fancy boutique.”
He remembered.
“No way, I’m studying fashion photography. I’d love to work with magazines one day. That’s why I’m here studying in Paris,” Charlotte explained, excitedly.
“I love Paris. So jealous you get to live here.”
“I know; everything about this place is amazing, the people, the fashion, the food, the men,” Charlotte giggles at the last bit.
“La, la, la, your brother doesn’t want to hear that,” Evan explains, putting his fingers in his ears.
