by Marie Dry
The last of Kratos’s evil darkness left her. Her world was wonderful life giving sunshine. “That long ago?”
“That’s when I realized if anything happened to you, Kratos would look like a boy scout in comparison to what I’d do to the world.
“We will stay in your house, where you feel happy and safe. I’ve come to like your neighbors,” he told her.
“We don’t need to. Wherever you are will be home to me. I used to think if I just stayed in this house, I could be happy. But happiness for me is being with you.” She smiled and cupped his head. “I love you Mark.”
“You have been home to me Sabrina, since that first day, when you opened your front door and looked at me with eyes reflecting your beautiful soul. I love you.”
He lowered his head and she fell into the red wine and chocolate kiss of this man she loved with her whole being. This man she’d follow into danger, this man who would follow her anywhere.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Ever since she can remember Marie Dry wanted to travel. She had had the privilege of living in Zambia, Morocco, and Spain and sees herself as a bit of a gypsy. Every few years she gets restless and has to be some place new.
All her life she has read romances and was fairly young when she decided she would write the perfect story that had all the elements she looked for in a romance. In 1997 she shared a pizza with a friend. She promised her friend to go all out with her writing and get published. With her friends cheering her on ever since, Dry found it a wonderful experience to see the characters in her head coming to life on the page.
There are several wonderful moments in her life that she would never trade for anything. One of them is meeting President Nelson Mandela and the second being published.
