Charlie gave a huff of outrage as he came up from my groin, his lips swollen and his cheeks slightly flushed. Never in my life would I have thought Mr. Angrypants would be complaining about having to stop blowing me. Especially given that he was only stopping to let his husband take his place.
But my thoughts about my luck vanished from my mind the second my cock found itself in Jasper’s mouth. He took me to the base immediately, and the sensation of being surrounded by the hot, tight walls of his throat made me groan long and loud.
“He likes to brag, but he has every right to,” Charlie said to me proudly.
I couldn’t speak at the moment, but I nodded my agreement. If Jasper kept going like this, sucking me this hard and deep, I wasn’t going to make it to the next option. And I wasn’t even going to mind.
My skin was alight, every inch of it burning for more. My pulse raced and my legs shook. At the moment, I didn’t care if this was my last chance to try all the different possibilities with them. No “option” could be better than this one. Not when his lips and tongue were doing such unbelievable things to my body.
“Make him come,” Charlie told Jasper.
Between my legs, Jasper looked up, and his eyes met Charlie’s. His sucking intensified—I couldn’t have said whether he was sucking me faster, harder, deeper, or what. All I knew was that he had me completely under his spell, and that Charlie’s hoarse words were only getting me more excited.
“Make him give you everything he has,” Charlie told him. “Make him empty every last drop in his balls and then make him keep coming some more.” His voice was raspy, his breathing ragged. “Then you swallow it all. Don’t fucking stop until you’ve swallowed it all.”
He was jerking himself now, too—his hand moving in a blur over that long, thick cock.
And somehow, seeing his arousal was what sent me over the edge.
Jasper
When I finished sucking Reuben to completion, it was his turn to demonstrate his skills on me. That led to Charlie wanting round two, and by the time he was done, Reuben and I were ready to go again as well. Even without doing any kind of anal, we managed to try a whole bunch of new options from our list.
Now that everyone was satisfied for the moment, Reuben rolled onto his side to look at me, then onto his other side to look at Charlie. “So,” he said.
“So.” I reached for his hair and smoothed it back, enjoying the silky feeling under my hands. Charlie sat halfway up too so that we could all see each other.
“We should talk,” he sighed. “Like… an actual conversation about what we’re doing.” He bit his lip. “I told Charlie the other day that I’m not looking for a fuck buddy. Not two of them, either.”
“And yet you’re here,” Charlie said dryly.
Reuben’s face fell. “I’m not asking you for anything more than that. But I like you two. If this is just sex to you, I’m going to have to say goodbye.”
My heart stuttered. “No.” I exchanged a glance with Charlie. We’d already talked about this, and it hadn’t taken much time to decide what we were open to. “We like you. Not just the sex. We like you as a person.”
“So you want a friend with benefits?” Reuben asked, still not seeming too happy.
“Not exactly,” I said. “Are you familiar with polyamory?”
He gave me a sharp look. “That means having relationships with more than one person.”
“Yes, but not cheating or anything. They’re consensual relationships where everyone is aware and okay with it.” I nodded to Charlie, silently telling him to take over.
“Jasper and I never planned to have an open relationship,” he said. “When we hooked up, it was always just about fucking. But you’re different.”
“I am?” Reuben breathed.
“Charlie and I are married,” I told him. “We’re each other’s primary partners, and we’re always going to be.”
He blinked. “Which makes me… ?”
“If you want,” I said, “we thought maybe you’d be interested in being our secondary.”
Now he sat up, his gorgeous body gleaming in the fading sunlight. As if sensing my gaze was becoming sexual again, he pulled the blanket over his waist. Charlie and I sat up, too, one of us on either side of him. We each took one of his hands as he continued to try to understand.
“What would that mean?” he asked quietly, looking from Charlie to me. “I’d be your boyfriend?”
“Both of our boyfriends,” I said. “And we’d be yours.”
“Yup.” Charlie smirked at Reuben’s shock.
Reuben looked like he was about to start hyperventilating. “I… I…”
“Do you need some time to think about this?” I asked. “I know it’s probably a new idea for you, and it’s not the kind of relationship you had pictured for yourself. We understand if you need to do more research or get some outside opinions.”
“No, I don’t need to do any of that.” He swallowed, his Adam’s apple bobbing. “The only thing I need is for you to tell me I’m not hallucinating this whole conversation.”
I laughed. “It’s real.”
“Then yes, I want to be your boyfriend.” A grin burst onto his face. “Yes, yes, yes!”
Now I was grinning, too. “I’m so happy to hear that.” I squeezed his hand while also taking Charlie’s. “You don’t know how much I’ve wanted this.”
“And this is really what you want?” Reuben peered at Charlie.
He got a grunt in return. “Charlie means yes,” I assured him. “He doesn’t want to give away how much he’s into you, but trust me, he hasn’t been this crazy about anyone in, oh… fifteen years.”
Charlie scoffed, but I knew he knew I was right.
“Holy shit,” Reuben said. “I just can’t believe this is happening. What… what…” I prepared myself to discuss whatever logistical question he was about to ask. “What’s your sign?” he said instead.
I choked on a laugh. “Don’t tell me you believe in that stuff.”
Charlie interrupted me. “I’m a Leo.”
Raising an eyebrow, I turned to look at my husband. Just when you thought you knew everything about someone, they surprised you all over again.
“Makes sense, because I’m a Gemini,” Reuben said. “Super compatible. I can see the Leo in you for sure. Self-confident, dominant, extremely difficult to resist.”
I wished I had a camera on hand, because I’d never seen that little proud look on Charlie’s face before.
Reuben turned to me. “Seriously, Jasper, what are you?”
Seriously, I didn’t believe in this stuff. “Aries,” I muttered.
“Exactly what I would’ve guessed.” Reuben smiled blissfully. “You’re optimistic, energetic, and enthusiastic. Also an excellent fit for both of us.”
“But I’m on the cusp of Virgo,” Charlie said, looking ashamed of himself for even knowing this fact. “Does it matter for our compatibility?”
“Hasn’t seemed to slow us down so far.” Reuben gave him a kiss, then turned to give me one as well. “I can’t believe it,” he said again.
Neither could I. We had a boyfriend. Who would’ve seen that coming?
Reuben
Dating a couple as amazing as Charlie and Jasper was, well… amazing. After a few weeks of being together, the two of them still blew me away individually. I found it almost impossible to convince myself that I honestly had the right to touch or kiss either one of them.
And the fact that they wanted more than sex from me… that they actually liked me and enjoyed having me around… I still questioned whether it was all just a hallucination. How could I ever be this happy in real life?
I floated through my days on a cloud, my smile hardly ever faltering as I went to work and came home. Almost every day, I was over at Charlie and Jasper’s place. We were keeping things discreet, so we couldn’t really go out.
But there was so much we could do between those four walls. Cuddling, watching movies, coo
king, ordering take-out… oh yeah, and an almost infinite number of sexual possibilities. I barely noticed we had to stay in.
Once we’d become official, we agreed that we could share the truth of our relationship with a select group of people. For me, it was my friend Gordon. When we chatted, he was so ecstatic about his new husband that I had to tell him about my guys too. And tonight, I was in the middle of telling Hannah.
“You’re seriously telling me Mr. Angrypants is nice when he’s at home?” she asked as she swept the floor at the end of the shift. “And that you can actually stop arguing long enough to have a conversation?”
“Yes and yes.” I dropped a filter full of coffee grounds into the compost. At least she was keeping it to PG-appropriate questions.
“How’s the sex actually, you know, work?” she asked. “Like is it all three of you all the time, or can you hook up with one of them if the other’s not around? Oh, do they still do it without you?”
“Hannah,” I warned.
She was on a roll. “Do you guys, like, rotate through who gets to receive? Is it always two on one? One on two, rather? Or do you sometimes just stack one on top of the other?”
“Stack what?”
“You know,” she said innocently. “If Guy A’s got his junk in Guy B’s business, and Guy B’s got his junk in Guy C’s business.”
I gaped at her. That actually wasn’t a bad idea. I wondered how it’d work logistically, and whether the other two would be okay with me being Guy B. I wondered if Guy A could also blow Guy C at the same time…
“You’re totally thinking about it, aren’t you?” Hannah grinned. “You guys should do it.”
“We’re not doing anything!” I said. “Tell me more about your boyfriend, why don’t you? How did it go with the threesome you were looking for?”
She stuck the broom back in the corner with a clatter. “We’re not going to do it after all. He thinks it’s too weird since I already know the guy. Now he says we can only do it if he picks out the guy. I just know he’s going to pick out some uggo so I won’t go through with it.”
I almost felt bad for her… almost. “How can you be so sure?”
“Because that was my plan if he insisted on having a two-girl threesome.”
I laughed as I sealed the lid on the compost bin. “You poor darling. I have to go. I’m meeting Charlie.”
She pouted. “Want to give him my number? He’s even hotter now that I know he has a decent personality under all the grouchiness.”
“Um… he’s gay, first of all. I don’t think he’d be interested.” I stepped out of the front door and locked it behind us. “Second of all, he’s got a husband and a boyfriend. I think his dance card is pretty much full right now.”
“Whose dance card is pretty much full?” Charlie’s deep voice raised goosebumps on my arms. Glowing with contentment, I turned to embrace him.
“Hannah was just leaving,” I told him.
Hannah obediently headed for her car, but not before giving me a wink that said she was still going to ogle Charlie every chance she got.
As I climbed into Charlie’s passenger seat, I really couldn’t blame her. I’d done plenty of ogling before I ever knew I had the slightest chance with Charlie. And now that we were sort of together, I still stared every time I saw him.
“What’s the plan tonight?” I asked.
“Jasper’s working late,” he said, as if I didn’t already know that from our group chat. “I figured we could go see a movie if you want.”
“What’s playing?” I asked.
“There’s a new superhero movie, or the documentary about the starving penguins.”
Even with his sweet words, his voice was gruff, as if he was unaccustomed to being nice to people. I loved being one of the rare few who got to see this side of him.
“Neither of those sound great,” I said. “I’d kind of rather just head back to your place. I have some other ideas for things to do.”
“Sounds good. And Jasper will be home eventually.”
I licked my lips. “Perfect.” We all agreed that as good as any of the two-man combinations were, all three of us together were infinitely better.
He drove in silence for a minute, one hand on the steering wheel and the other on my knee. “When will we see your place?” he asked.
“Mine?” I snorted. “You don’t want to. It’s barely big enough for me, never mind the two of you.” I made a show of sizing him up. “I literally don’t think you’d fit on my bed on your own, never mind all three of us together.”
“It can’t be that small.”
“It can and it is.”
My blood began to boil—a familiar feeling at this point. Charlie could argue about anything, absolutely anything. But seriously, he was going to argue about the size of my apartment? A place I’d lived in for years, and which he’d never even seen in person?
So much for my unbelievable happiness. And yet the zipper on my jeans was suddenly feeling tighter. I stifled a laugh at my reaction to him. Of course, I knew he got as turned on by our fights as I did.
“Something funny?” Charlie demanded with a glare.
I let another chuckle come out. “Just that you’re telling me how big my own apartment is.”
“I’ve seen it in pictures.”
His argumentative voice was such a turn-on. “And I’ve seen it in person,” I said. “Many, many times.”
“I’d like to fuck your ass many, many times.”
Seeing my plan was working, I grinned. “I’d like that, too.”
He pulled into their driveway and screeched the car to a halt. “Let’s get to work on that, then.”
“Fine by me!”
After “fucking it out,” as he liked to call it, we nestled in each other’s arms. Exhausted and content, I blurted out a random thought that’d been on my mind earlier. “This house is huge. You could have a tenant in here if you wanted.”
“We don’t want to,” Charlie said. “Neither of us has that kind of spare time.”
“You could have a pet.” I nuzzled his shoulder. “A puppy. Or maybe five puppies.”
Charlie snorted. “Yeah, right. No time for that, either. Besides, I can’t stand dogs.”
I sat halfway up, then eased back down. “I was going to ask if you were joking, but on second thought, I’m not surprised.”
“Puppies are even worse than normal dogs,” he muttered. “Yappy little things. You’d really want five of them?”
“As soon as I have a big enough place, I intend to start my puppy family.” I laughed. “Although I’ll probably just start with one.”
The door creaked downstairs, and I hopped out of bed. Jasper was home!
“Want to put some clothes on before you run downstairs?” Charlie laughed from the bed.
“Nope,” I said. “Not at all.”
Charlie
A few months into our relationship with Reuben, things had become calm and stable. We chatted over our group text all day, every day. At night, it was a given that he’d come over after his work shifts and yoga classes.
Tonight was a Friday night, which meant he’d be coming over later than usual. On Fridays he got off work at five and went to yoga at five-thirty. Yeah, whatever, I’d memorized his schedule.
Jasper and I were in the kitchen, him reading his law firm’s newsletter while I fiddled with a wood carving. Both of us were slightly on edge from not having Reuben around, and it was a relief when a knock came at the door.
“That must be him,” Jasper said with visible excitement.
Getting up, he headed over to let him in. I listened to him greet Reuben, and when they came into the kitchen a minute later, I stood up to also give our boyfriend a kiss. His lips were as heavenly soft as always, and I melted a little at the touch of them.
Not many people could get past my exterior defenses and into my heart. And I was lucky enough to have found two of them. I held onto Reuben a second longer than I usually would’ve,
appreciating how amazing it was to have him in my life.
Glancing at the wall clock, I saw it was past seven. Even though I tended to eat later at night, I couldn’t let my guys’ stomachs start rumbling. “We should think about dinner soon.”
“Let’s order something fancy,” Reuben said, his eyes flashing with excitement. “We have something to celebrate.”
“What’s that?” Jasper asked.
Reuben clasped his hands together, a radiant smile spreading over his face. “I got a job!”
Both gasping, Jasper and I embraced him and kissed him. I squeezed him tight as Jasper peppered him with a hundred questions. “What kind of job? When do you start? When did you even interview? You didn’t tell us you had an interview!”
The job was in the legal field, and unlike the coffee shop, it was truly worthy of Reuben. He’d be working with unions to improve working conditions for employees—not quite what he’d envisioned, but he was ecstatic anyway. He’d still be working to make the world a better place.
He’d gone to an interview a few weeks ago, which he had actually told us about. We’d just forgotten because so much time had passed. But he’d gotten the job, and we both hugged and kissed him some more.
“This is all too perfect,” he said, eyes still shining. “Literally too perfect. This job, and you guys… I think I figured out what happened.”
I frowned. “What?”
“See this mosquito bite?” He pointed to one on his arm. “I think I’ve had it since we started dating.”
“And?” Jasper asked.
“Since when do mosquito bites last for months and months? Maybe time isn’t passing the way we think it is.”
Now we were both lost. “Huh?”
“Remember how I used to always say I was hallucinating you two? My theory is that I’m actually lying in a hospital with malaria and this is all just a fever dream.”
“You know you sound a little cracked, right?” I asked.
Reuben smiled serenely. “I don’t even mind if this is an illusion. My life has everything I could ever want. I’m just going to enjoy this hallucination while it lasts.”
