He came over her open mouth, his semen mingling with her hot tears as they fell toward her lips. She looked spent again, and frankly, so was he, so he instructed her to crawl to the make-shift bed he’d erected at the end of the cabin. She obeyed him wearily, and he watched as her punished behind wriggled past him. She was just as hot without the chains, and he decided there and then to leave them off as they slept. After all, he’d be right beside her, and only he had the key to get out. There was no way she was escaping now.

Molly blinked into the blackness of the hut, counting her breaths as she lay beside him. She needed her inhaler, but she didn’t even know if Connor had brought it with them, and she’d been too terrified to ask him. She had spent the entire afternoon playing his games, each as lurid and denigrating as the next. She gulped as she recalled how he’d made her lick his filthy boots clean, her ass receiving a hard paddling every time she’d failed to meet his expectations. She was ashamed to say she’d found the whole thing rather intoxicating, but she swore she could still taste the mud at the back of her throat. That was despite the water he’d made her take from her bowl after the event, and the hot, salty cum he’d deposited there before he’d slept.

She sighed, planning her next steps as he slept peacefully to her right. She might be messed up writing about this stuff, liking this stuff even, but there was no way she could endure much more of this. She had to get away, and she had to get away now. Rolling onto her right, she allowed her fingers to trace the outline of his hard torso. Her touch was feathery light as she traced a line north, searching for the pocket at his chest. The one she knew contained the key to the door.

Molly’s heart began to race as the tension in her mounted. What if he stirred and woke up? How could she explain her hand on his body? Squeezing her eyes shut, she tried to calm her erratic breathing. She had to stay calm, and she had to concentrate. He’d been one step ahead of her since the signing. It was time she took control. If he woke now, she would feign an attempt at seduction, and fuck the guy. What difference did it make at this point? Despite her fear, she could still feel the slick lips of her sex between her thighs, and she knew she could use that if she needed to.

Finally, her fingers located the outline of his shirt pocket. She could feel the stitching under her fleshy tips, and she followed it slowly until her hand dipped inside. This was dangerous, and to reinforce the point, her heart pounded out of control inside her chest. If Connor woke now, there would be no explaining the situation, and no opportunity for seduction. She’d be fucked.

She inched her digits down the small pocket, barely daring to breathe as her fingers moved until they made contact with the metal. She grasped it lightly, easing her digits back up the length of the pocket. It was then that he stirred, his rhythmic breathing interrupted, leaving only black silence. Molly gulped, her body paralyzed with terror. Her hand was right at the edge of the pocket now, so close to comparative safety, and yet so far. There was a long moment of protracted stillness where she didn’t dare to take a breath or move a muscle. Inwardly she prayed that he’d settle back into another deep sleep, but in the dark, there was no way of knowing. He could very well be awake right now, and plotting his next move. With terror clutching at her insides, all Molly could do was wait and see.

It was the longest period of her life, but at some point, she heard the sounds of his breathing settling back into a sleepy rhythm. She swallowed as she waited longer, her fingers still poised over his body, the small key between them. Her muscles were trembling, but still she refused to move, afraid that it was too soon. Molly had no idea how long she stayed that way, but after what felt like hours of blackness, she dared to finally move. She shifted away from him, rising slowly to an upright position. The key was caught tight in her fist as she slid from the blankets. She felt one wrapped at her ankles, so she snatched it up toward her breasts. Her ass screamed at every movement, but even the pain wasn’t enough to stop her now. Adrenaline was flooding her system, and she felt defiant. Enough was enough. This was her time, and she had to seize it.

Molly edged in the direction of the place she knew the door to be, every moment filled with panic in case she nudged one of the large boxes around the place and woke Connor. In the darkness, the journey seemed to take forever. The cabin seemingly endless in the black of night. At last, she felt the abrasive wood of the other side of the wall, and her left hand rose to scan over the area. Her digits caught on metal, and to her relief she traced over what she believed to be a hinge. Her heart raced even more. A hinge meant a door, and the door meant freedom.

She inched left toward the door. Wrapping the blanket around her shoulders, she used her free palm to feel for the bolt she knew was overhead. The tension in her body was fraught. At any moment Connor could hear her, he could wake naturally and find her missing, and then what? She shuddered reflexively at the thought, trying to focus her effort on the bolt. She needed to find it, and the padlock, and then somehow, she needed to negotiate both in the darkness. Molly had no clue how long she was there searching, her fingers eventually locating the top bolt, and fumbling gently for the padlock. Time had very little meaning since Connor had taken her, but the hours had been punctuated by certain routines. In the blackness of the cabin, time had no meaning at all. Molly could have stood there for over an hour, or it could have only been minutes. All she knew was every second was perilous, and the next could mean the end.

When she finally negotiated the key into the lock, Molly was running on adrenaline alone. He’d stolen everything else, her time, her freedom, and her dignity, and this was the only thing she had left. On the one hand, she was relieved to hear the lock spring free, but on the other, she was petrified the sound would give her game away. When there was no sound from Connor, she pushed her fingers on, trembling as she unhooked the padlock and fumbled for the main bar. Her trepidation was so great that she felt barely able to take a breath as she pulled the latch back, praying that the bolt would be smooth and silent. It seemed someone answered her prayers that night, and as the bolt slid away, Molly knew all that was left to do was open the latch and slip away.

As she felt for it, her hands began to shake. Molly was close, so close now to the fresh air of the woods, and despite her nudity, she craved it like she’d never craved anything. Lifting the latch, she eased the door open slowly, sending a flood of fresh air rushing past her. She squeezed herself through the gap to the outside grass as quickly as she could. She didn’t want the cool air to wake him, not now – after all this effort. Swallowing hard, she closed the door as best she could from the outside and backed away, her eyes trying to make out the outline of its frame in the dark forest. Sharp, contorted branches and roots grasped at her calves, and she stumbled into the trunk of a large tree before she could finally tear her eyes from the way she’d come.

She’d done it! She was free of Connor’s clutches, and as she pulled the blanket around her aching body, Molly was filled with a hope she hadn’t realized she’d lost. Just yesterday the ordeal had seemed manageable, but his actions today had proven what a psychopath Connor Reilly was. There was no bargaining with that kind of man, and no reasoning with him. She was just an animal to him – a thing - and what does any animal with a reasonable sized brain want? Freedom.

Making her way through the forest, Molly’s heart continued to bang inside her chest. She knotted the blanket as best she could in front of her body, and held her hands out, protecting her face from the punishing branches of the trees. She was blind, and had no idea where she was going, but Molly knew she had to keep moving. Connor could wake at any moment, and when he did, he would be out looking for her. He’d already told her as much. She began to run, breaking into a jog as his words rang through her mind.

“I will chase you because you’re mine, pet. You belong to me now, we both know that, don’t we?”

Paranoia ate away at her. Was he there, right behind her, hiding in the darkness? That was just the sort of mind fuck he’d play; lettin
g her believe she was free before pouncing on her again. Her feet scuttled on in the black of the forest, catching on broken twigs on the ground, and tripping over exposed roots. Whenever she fell, she got back up again, thoughts of her friends and her family sparking her defiance, and her will to survive.

Somewhere out there was the main road, and with the road would come people, the police and a plane back home. This was England after all, the place was tiny. It wasn’t anything like the expanse of Pennsylvania she knew and loved. Someone had to be out there, someone who would help her. Swallowing back her fear and exhaustion, she forced her feet forward. Molly had to keep on moving.
