  Relax It’s

  Just the Flu

This story centers on a pandemic of a very virulent and deadly strain of the flu. So deadly a strain of the flu that much of the population succumbs to this new disease. A small group of survivors in a hospital in Montana face the situation in which they now find themselves. They each have to decide for themselves what they will make of the future as they come to the conclusion that their safety and very survival is now just in their own hands.

  Thar She Blows

  When Yellowstone Erupts

This is a story of what happens to a few groups of people when the Yellowstone Caldera erupts and devastates a huge portion of the United States. Everyone in the most effected states have to run for their very lives to escape the copious amounts of toxic ash that spews forth from the new super volcano. The story characters face adversity and hardships in their attempt to escape the volcano and then to try and restart their lives in a new location.

  Nice Day

  For Armageddon

When an unknown country launches multiple advanced EMP strikes against the United States it spells doom for most Americans and severe hardships for those few who manage to survive. To the surviving Americans it really matters not who launched this crippling cowardly military strike against this great nation or what the USdoes as a response to this act of war, for they are way too busy just trying survive the after effects of these EMP bursts. This is the story of a few of those survivors.

  A Brutal Reset

The once great United States has slowly eroded from within to become a very different place than what our forefathers had hoped for and even what our grand parents grew up in. Many in the country wished for America to shed the all the political correctness, the greed and back stabbing, and the convoluted corrupt political quagmire and go back to its roots. They hoped for a re-set.

When our nation’s economy crashes and the whole nation turns quickly into chaos they get their wish for a major reset only to find that it also means brutal violence, starvation, and the loss of a great many lives, most of which are innocent lives. Once started down this road to chaos does America still have what it takes to rebuild and restore our culture again to become the great land our forefathers envisioned?

This story only follows two brave Americans trying to cope with a country in chaos.

  The End Times

The population of the Unites States is on edge. Most people are facing financial troubles and many do not see any way things will get better for them in future. Many are frustrated and angry at their personal situation and at the world in general. Tensions are high across the nation and it takes little to spark big trouble.

Racially motivated riots erupt in many cities across the nation. Instead of things getting gradually better they instead just get worse. When police alone can not seem to keep the peace then National Guard units are deployed in many cities. Instead of making things better it just seems to escalate the situation to another level.

Many people can see the writing on the wall and know that very bad times are coming and this is a story of two such people. From very different walks of life they each do what they can personally to survive what they believe is likely to be even worse things to come. They both know that preparation is the key to survival if things do get as bad as they think they might.

Though a story of a frightful future for this once great nation, it is also a story of hope.

  The Good Sam

When multiple terrorists attack many of the electrical substations across the United States and cause enough damage to bring down the whole national electric grid it is only the first step in their terror attack plan. With no electricity the nation quickly turns into chaos and the continuing terror attacks only add to the total chaos. A young couple living in a small rural community thinks that that they might be immune from the rash of brutal violence that as swept across the whole nation but discover the hard way that is just not the case.

  One Man’s Path

When a massive CME strikes the Earth it changes everything in this highly technological world we are living in. One young couple is surviving and is waiting for our government to bring things back to normal or at least to supply aid for all the stricken citizens. The young family suffers hardships while waiting for this government help to arrive.

The family gets separated and the husband suffers with terrible grief which is almost too much for him to bear and this man then searches for some reason why he should try to continue on with his life. He does find one possible path and this is his story.

  Bound for Home

While traveling for work a man finds himself almost two thousand miles from home when a terrorist attack cripples the whole system infrastructure across the United States. His one and only thought after this event is to get home to his wife as quickly as possible. The man encounters personal hardships during this trip back home but he will let nothing stop him from achieving his one goal of reuniting with the one he loves.

  Stormy Weather

Following the Great Recession of 2009 the United States enjoyed several years of economic ‘recovery’. At least that is what our government and the media kept telling the nation’s population. Chip, a construction worker in Nebraska was not too sure about the whole economic recovery thing. He never really saw too much improvement where he was living and working.

Then things really started to go down hill with the nation’s economy. It just kept getting worse and worse and soon even the media could no longer hide the truth that this time the fake recovery was turning into the Second Great Depression.

Chip still had the old farmstead that had been passed down through several generations in his family. Could he make a go of it on only the small piece of that land that was still left? He knew he would have to use all the old knowledge that his parents had passed to him just to keep his belly full in this new depression with even longer ‘soup lines’ than there was in the first Great Depression. Chip never said he was the brightest bulb but even he knew the nation was in for some stormy weather.

  This is his story.

  After The

  Second Great Depression

The second Great Depression came about from many factors. The non-existence of a recovery from the recession of two thousand eight, the war with the Islamic State, the bungling actions of the Federal Reserve Bank, and when things got worse the last straw was the declaration of Martial Law here in the United States. This story is not about any of those events. This story is about one man who lived through those events and the many years following the Second Great Depression. Now eight years later the United States is a very different place. It is a harsh place where everyone must be strong to survive and everyone has to rely just on themselves for their survival.

  A Girl’s Gotta

  Survive

In a little different twist from my other books this story is about a young woman. Told in her own words it follows the trials and tribulations she has faced in her life from an early age. Just when it seems she has a handle on things and it looks like a brighter future may be in front of her the nation’s economy falls into serious decline. This of course causes problems for our heroine but also for the whole nation. But she is a fighter with a serious will to survive. Will she succeed?

  Dark Days

In this story a hacker group gives fair warning that they are about to shut down all computers in the USA. All scoff at the warning as being a totally impossible feat. When the grace period ends the hackers shut down America’s power grid and just using computers they are also able to cause severe physical damage to the entire grid system. This story tells of the aftermath of this very possible event on a small family owned ranch in southwestern Colorado.

When the family learns the electric power will not be coming back on anytime soon they think through the awful effects that will befall all the citizens of this nation. They are very grateful that at least they are together to face the disaster ahead.
