Taming the Alien Prince: Sci-Fi Alien Royalty Romance (Intergalactic Lurve Book 2) Page 2

“Would you though?” Crossing my arms, I peered down at her.

She pushed her glasses up her nose with one fingertip and flipped a badge open in my face with her other hand.

  NASA. Impressive.

Not as impressive as a true not-blue alien standing right in front of her, I was willing to bet.

“Aren’t you the least bit curious, Miss Scientist?”

She tugged her bottom lip between her teeth before letting the plump flesh free. “Fine. Mind if I get a blood sample? Take a selfie with you to prove the existence of an alien species?”

A vision of her in a lab coat swarmed over me. She even made the sterile uniform look enticing.

I’d like to give her a sample . . . of my cum.

  I shrugged. “Go for it.”

From her pocket, she pulled out a phone. She sidled up to me, head tilted as she studied me, full lips pursed in suspicion.

I swallowed down a chuckle when she held the phone up and out. The short angle wouldn’t even capture me from the shoulders down.

I bent toward her, my breath, my low rumbling voice, brushing against the shell of her ear. “Perhaps I should take the photo.”

“Annoying,” she grumbled before handing the phone over.

I lined up the picture, put on a smile, and wanted to wrap my arm around her until I felt her breasts against my chest. “Say cheese.”

  “Limburger.”

I swiped my fingers across the growing smile on my lips, giving her back the phone.

She looked at the picture, fanning herself momentarily—her cheeks flushed—before she stopped herself.

I wondered what it’d be like to kiss her. To make her nipples tight, hard, and slippery from my tongue before traveling lower down her belly and—

The female cut into my musings, muttering to herself, “I can’t show this to my parents. It’ll just feed their delusions.”

“If your parents believe in the existence of aliens, they’re not delusional, I assure you.”

“Wait, wait, wait. Let me guess? You’re from the Sharonite Galaxy?”

Her casual mention of our solar system completely poleaxed me. “Uh, how’d you know?”

She laughed from deep within, which made her tits wobble enticingly beneath the fugliest sweatshirt I’d ever seen. My dicks thickened, rock-hard and drooling in my jeans.

I’d never had this intense instant reaction before, and yet she seemed unmoved. That’d never happened to me before either. If I wanted a specific female, I merely hooked an eyebrow in her direction, and she came running to service my cocks like her life depended on it.

Human women are docile, X had said.

Apparently Prairie wasn’t the only ballbuster of human nascence.

“And you’re Zenithian, right?” She rolled her eyes.

More and more perplexed, I scowled. “I’m the Prince of Zenithia.”

“Of course you are. And I’m the Queen of Atlantis.”

“Atlantis is a dead civilization. Zenithia is alive and thriving.”

Throwing her hands up in the air, she paced a small circle in front of me. “I can’t even with you.”

“Perhaps we got off on the wrong foot. I’m Zaneeviex.” I offered her my hand.

She scoffed at me. “Zaneeviex? Sounds like a prescription drug for erectile dysfunction.”

“My friends call me Zane. And as for limp dicks . . . that’s not an issue where I’m concerned.”

  “Right.”

  “And you are?”

She heaved an impatient sigh. “Astrid.”

“Astrid.” I rolled her name around on my tongue.

It sounded right. She felt right.

“So, Zane of Zenithia, do you know Cozmo?” Her mind flashed to an image of a young blond man with a big jovial smile.

Jealousy flared inside me, sharp and sudden. “No.” My spine stiffened as I loomed over Astrid. “Do you know Prairie?”

“Prairie?” Her head coiled back. “Can’t say that I do. And anyway, all this stuff is just a make-believe story Old Mr. Hobbs conjured because he’s lonely and a little bit off in the head. I hope he paid you well for your act out here, because I almost believed you.”

Astrid stepped around me. “Well, this has been one of the strangest conversations I’ve ever had, but I better be going now.”

I blocked her path, trying to be as unthreatening as possible. But I couldn’t let her go. Nor could I force her to come with me. The little blonde with the big glasses and the pert nose and the curious mind compelled me to entreat one last time. Plus she got my cocks raging harder than ever, evidenced by the double bulge in my jeans.

“You said you’re an astrobiologist?” Taking her hand in mine, I knew she felt the same sizzling chemistry as I did when she wet her lips and her gaze clung to my mouth. “I can prove I’m telling the truth.” Deep and rumbling as the thunder that receded, my voice shivered near her neck as I leaned down. “I can prove the existence of life on other planets.”

Astrid arched, and I banded an arm around her waist, slim beneath the bulky sweatshirt.

  “How?” she asked.

My lips nuzzled her throat where a pulsebeat hummed. “I’ll take you to Zenithia tonight.”

As I moved up her neck, her hands pulled at my shoulders. My chest collided with her breasts, and I licked slowly, softly, seductively at one corner of her mouth.

When she turned her head, I took the invitation. One wild plundering kiss, hands on her ass, tongue exploring languidly, and I had to have her completely.

Breaking away from her mouth, my breathing heavy and my cocks heavier, I dragged shadowed eyes to hers. “Come with me.”

She looked up at me, dazed. “Did you do something to me just now?”

“It was just a kiss.” Bullshit. It was the kiss of the millennium, more like.

“I can’t stay long. My parents have already . . .” Astrid’s sweet mouth pruned as her words halted.

I nearly laughed. I can’t stay long. Like an intergalactic space jump was just a trip to the corner store. “I’ll return you soon.”

  “How soon?”

“A week?” Hey, seven days had worked out for X and Prairie.

“I still don’t believe you,” she said, yet she leaned into me.

“As long as you trust me.”

She held out parted fingers, Mork & Mindy style. “Na-nu Na-nu. Take me to your home planet.”

Laughter chugged from my chest, and I gathered her hands in mind—enthralled, captivated, wanting.

“X said this might help with the journey.” I leaned in for another kiss.

  “X?”

“My brother. The King of Zenithia.”

  “Obviously.”

The next kiss was longer, lusher, and I held her completely in my arms as I rendered her unconscious.

Brilliant desert lightning shafting around us, I easily carried Astrid to my abandoned motorcycle. Holding her in front of me, I roared through a midnight storm that had nothing on my planet’s nusoon season. Rain began to batter down, and I shielded Astrid’s smaller form with my own until we reached the Lex XXXRAWR spaceship.

Invisible to the human eye, the shuttle lay low and sleek and silver, the portal opening on my command. Turbo boosters came to life with silent whirs, sending up swirling sand devils. I deposited Astrid gently on a seat, took my post, and set us in motion.

A blazing burst of light—like a comet—trailed behind the Lex as we rocketed into outer space and shot through to the next dimension.

My mortal mate would only wake once we completed the trip to Zenithia.

I only hoped she didn’t freak the fuck out when she came to, because I had big plans for her. Many, many plans . . . in my bed.

  CHAPTER THREE

  Zane

I WAITED FOR Astrid to awaken after our light-speed journey to Zenithia, wondering how she’d react to the reality of an entire alien population. Although, as a scientist, maybe she’d adjust quickly?

More than likely I could expect a massive meltdown.

X entered the white-lit assimilation chamber, the same place Prairie had learned of our true nature.

He glanced at my chosen mate, one eyebrow lifted in appreciation. “Good choice, brother.” X turned from Astrid as she lay on the soft platform. “Did she give you any trouble?”

Snorting, I crossed my arms over my chest. “Did Prairie give you any trouble?”

“You know that female. Her middle name’s Trouble.”

I laughed broadly. “This one came across as,” I hesitated, “docile at first—”

  “So in other words, trouble.”

“She’s a scientist with NASA. Brainy. And she seemed to know about our planet.”

Frowning heavily, X studied her again. “NASA-brainiac or not, she shouldn’t be aware of Zenithia.”

“Agreed. It’s fucking weird, but intriguing.” I smirked. “That’s how I knew she was the one. Plus her tits are more magnificent than I expected.”

“That’s all you can think about?”

I cupped my crotch. “You’ve got sex on the brain, and you’ve only got one cock. Think about what it must be like for me.”

“Prairie’s going to ask her a million questions about that, you know?”

“Jealous?” A wicked grin stretched my lips.

“Just treat this one right. I mean, the human chicks have balls, but this one here,” his head quirked, “she looks a little fragile.”

“Haven’t gotten my dicks wet since I decided to go to Earth. Not like I’m going to do anything to mess up the possibility I might’ve found the woman for me.”

“Good.” He clapped me on the shoulder. “I’m putting Magnar on her for protection.”

  “You think that’s necessary?”

“Better safe than sorry after the attempt on Prairie’s life.”

I stepped closer to Astrid’s sleeping form, caressing the soft slope of a shoulder bared from the woven blanket draped over her. “You’re right. Astrid’s safety is worth every measure. But Magnar better not drool all over her.”

“He knows how to behave properly. Mostly.” At the door, X paused. “Be careful with her.”

I hunkered beside Astrid, pale blonde hair fanned around her delicate face, eyelids closed in repose, hiding the blue of her irises, bright as the zlilue stone.

The healer entered, her tall stature and lavender-hued skin only made Astrid seem more exotic. The healer inspected Astrid before inserting an ear translator implant efficiently and painlessly. She checked her pulse and heartrate.

“A healthy specimen.” Gliding a scanner above Astrid’s body, she studied the readouts. “Twenty-nine years old. Definitely of viable age.”

Just then, Astrid came awake with a gasp. Her eyes flipped wide, oceanic blue irises swimming in confusion.

“What’s happening? Where am I?” She saw me beside her and shoved up to her elbows. “What did you do to me?”

Before I could speak a word, she discovered her naked state—the blanket pooled down to her hips—and she crossed both arms over her tits.

  “Ack! Where are my clothes?”

I didn’t answer, too busy appreciating the view. As I’d mentioned to X, who would’ve thought she’d be concealing such epic curves beneath the baggy jeans and hideous green-alien sweatshirt? She was stacked, a full figure for such a tiny frame, and her ass was two great big handfuls of feminine flesh I’d discovered earlier while undressing her for the initial examination.

As Astrid sat up, still fuming, I licked my lips hungrily.

Despite having human slaves—the chattelian system now abolished due to Prairie’s influence—I’d never felt compelled to join with an Earthling.

  Astrid was different.

She regarded me as if she wanted to eat me whole as I stood before her in the usual warrior-class garb only slightly more elaborate because I was royalty. A hammered metal chestplate, the gauntlets on my forearms, a loincloth of tanned tazek hide, and boots laced up my calves.

Or perhaps she just wanted to stick me under a microscope to examine me. Either way, it didn’t matter. I wanted to pump Astrid’s cunt full of cum immediately. I wondered how she was going to react to my formidable endowments as my dicks throbbed and beat against the scant garment at my groin.

“Can you at least get me something to cover up with?” Astrid huffed in irritation.

I nodded to the healer, and Astrid shot a gaze at the tall older woman who approached with a robe.

“Who’s she?” Astrid’s eyes widened even more as I held her hand and helped her off the platform.

The blanket fell to the floor, and I spun the small female in my hands. “Our healer. She’s only here to aid you.” I glided the robe over her arms, hugging her from behind to tie the cord. “She fitted you with an ear translator so you can understand Zenithian.”

“What?” Astrid wheeled around in my arms, tapping both ears. “You’re not talking English?”

  I chuckled. “No, meehri.”

“If you’ve kitted me out with this magical translator then why did I just hear you say me-rie.”

My cheeks colored, and I hesitated. The healer bowed and stepped from the room.

“Well, I’m waiting, Mr. I’m the Prince of a Planet No One’s Ever Heard Of?”

“Meehri. It’s a special word. An endearment.” I peered into her dazzling blue eyes. “And you have heard of Zenithia. You already admitted that.”

Whirling in a circle, she surveyed the room, the furnishings. “You’re really telling me I’ve just woken up on Zenithia?”

  “Yes.”

“Did my parents put you up to this?”

“I do not know your people, Astrid.” Drawing a fingertip down her cheek, I cupped the side of her face. “Besides, I promised I’d prove aliens are real.”

On command, my irises flickered from the usual icy blue to the royal gold, and my pupils flipped vertical as they had in the desert.

Astrid held up her hands, backing away from me. “No no no. Sharonite, Zenithia . . . that was just a story Old Mr. Hobbs told. This can’t be real.”

Ah. The five stages of denial had set in. Compressing my lips together, I listened to her rant, expecting the usual:

  Total disbelief

  Awe

  Sexual awakening (my personal favorite)

  More denial

  Truth

Right now we were in the middle of total disbelief.

Her eyes turned wide then her hands flapped toward her face. “Where are my glasses?”

“You won’t be needing those anymore.”

“What’ve you done to my vision?” My little scientist was about to lose her shit.

I sauntered toward her. “Corrected it.”

“What if I like my glasses?”

“I’ll have your vision uncorrected.” No big.

She let out the longest sigh I’d ever heard, closed her eyes, and shook her head. I hoped she wasn’t close to tears because I was ill-equipped to handle a weeping female.

Offering her my arm, I asked, “Now, would you like your proof?”

She balked again. “And just what exactly are you wearing?”

“Customary garb. You like it?” I gave her a lewd smirk.

“What happened to your other clothes?” Her slow appraisal of my mostly unclad musculature was anything but scientific.

The low throb in my groin intensified with hot pressure.

“Those were just Earthly street clothes so I could blend in.” My thighs straddled wide, I made sure she got a good indecent look at the definitely nonhuman part of my anatomy barely held in check by the loincloth. “Can you imagine if I strutted around the streets of America looking like this?”

“You’d probably end up with a . . . codpiece full of phone numbers,” she muttered.

At my deep rumbling laugh, she braved a faint smile, finally accepting my arm.

Her slim fingers curled over the metal
gauntlet, and I wished she’d slip her hand higher, to my bicep, or lower, to my cocks.

That would come soon enough, I was certain.

The doors whooshed open and, sure enough, Magnar waited in the hall, bristling with a full array of weapons, including his favored whip.

Astrid blinked at him as he towered beside us. “Who’s he?”

  “Magnar.”

  “And?”

“You’ll meet more of our people later, but first I’ve got something to show you.”

I navigated her through the hallways, Magnar setting a steady pace at our heels. The Valkrane were always on guard even though Prairie had been safe since the assassination attempt during her challenge in the arena with Dylka.

Astrid swung her head left and right as we walked through the palace—home to most royals, the court, and of course the most accomplished Valkrane warriors like Magnar and his comrades, Jedrek and Dex.

The structure was sleeker, more modern, and more technologically advanced than any building on Earth. Nothing like a medieval castle Astrid might’ve been familiar with through her world’s history books. No woven tapestries but, instead, changing holograms depicting famed Zenithian events and ancestors of old. Crystal pillars and walls that glowed with light from within as the floors beneath sparkled in a shimmering pale gold. Windows shaped like prisms that looked out to the landscaped grounds and the Idris Sea.

Astrid inspected each ornamentation with a keenly aware light shining in her vibrant eyes, her silken blonde hair swirling from shoulder to shoulder.

“I’ve never seen anything like this,” she breathed out just before the massive doors in front of us slid silently open.

I grinned, stepping outside and taking her hand in mine. We walked onto one of the hundreds of balconies—night had long descended, and soft air fragranced with night-blooms caressed our skin.

“I’ll bet you’ve never seen anything like this either.” Guiding her to the far edge of the verandah, I pointed upward.

The sound of the ocean waves crashing below billowed to our ears, and Astrid followed my hand, gazing up to the sky. Millions of stars twinkled much more brightly than any constellation seen from Earth, shooting stars crisscrossing the black dome above.

The heavy orbs of our two moons hung like pendants in the sky, and I listened to Astrid gasp.
