Love is Blind (G Street Chronicles Presents) Page 20

by Nicole Jackson

She refocused on the mirror. He stared into her eyes as he pushed her forward to enter her. Although she was soaking wet, he struggled to get inside of her. She was incredibly tight. “Fuck,” he moaned as he gripped her hips.

Necole gripped the counter as she received pain and pleasure. He slowly stroked her as she bit her bottom lip.

“Yeah,” he let out as he watched his dick slide in and out of her. “Squeeze this dick,” he told her as he smacked her ass.

“Unh,” she panted as he rammed himself inside of her. “Fuck,” she uttered as their skins began to clap, echoing off the bathroom walls. “Yeah!”

He roughly grabbed her neck and bit it. The dick was feeling so good that she didn’t think twice about him leaving a mark.

“Mmmmm,” she moaned as he yanked her by the hair and shoved his tongue into her mouth.

His hand uncontrollably roamed her body. He squeezed her breasts as they pushed and shoved. They could hear her cell ringing off in the distance. The thought of Carmelo sitting around while he fucked his bitch motivated Mark. He fucked her just a little harder.

“Oh God!” she screamed as he murdered the pussy.

“Mmm hmm, mm hmm,” he panted as she rolled her hips. “Work that pussy.”

The next thing they knew, they were both on the floor as Necole squatted down on his dick. They were now both completely naked. He gripped her tits as she bounced up and down. They stared into each other’s eyes as she rode him with her legs gapped widely, insuring that she felt every inch of him.

Necole looked down at her pussy hiding his dick. She loved the sight as she began rubbing her own clit. “Yeah, yeah. Just like that,” she breathed as her ass slapped against his thighs.

“You a little nasty girl, huh?” he asked as he pinched her nipples. “That’s why that nigga blowing up that phone. He worried about this good pussy. Tell him it’s mine now.”

“It’s yours, huh?” she smiled as she continued to work him.

“Hell, yeah,” he let out as he flipped her over and placed her legs over his shoulders. They could hear his balls slapping her pussy lips.

“Awww!” she yelled out as she dug her nails into his back.

“It’s coming, baby! It’s coming!” he roared as he body tensed up and he let loose inside of her.

The feel of him cumming inside of her caused her to cum as well. “Mmm,” she moaned as she kissed him one last time before laying her head back on the cold ceramic tile.

  Chapter 16

Necole stepped into her apartment at three the next afternoon. She and Mark had cum five times apiece and she had to force herself to leave. During the time with him, all her problems didn’t seem to matter; but now she was back to reality. She didn’t know how Carmelo would react, but she knew that drama lied ahead.

Carmelo sat on the couch, eyes blood shot red. He hadn’t slept in two days. The first day was at his free will, but the second was because of Necole. He had been worried out of his mind. When she didn’t answer her phone he didn’t know what to think. Now that she was walking through the door unscathed, his worry had transformed into pure fury.

He was so pissed that he didn’t quite know what to say. She stood near the door staring at him. He toyed with his phone never bothering to look at her. “Where you been at?”

“I was at my mama’s house,” she lied. She knew that it wasn’t full proof, but it was the only thing she could come up with at the time.

“Yeah? Well, I called ya mama’s house and she claimed that you wasn’t there. You know our history, so I figured that she was lying. So I drove out there and wouldn’t you know it…the kids were there, but no Necole. So I waited around thinking that you’d show your face…but nothing. And now you standing your lying ass in my face telling me that that’s where you been,” he looked up at her. “Bitch, come better than that.”

Necole didn’t know what to say, but suddenly she felt enraged. “Why the fuck does it matter where I’ve been? If you were so concerned you would have been there with me instead of leaving me alone.”

“What?” he shouted incredulously. “You don’t think that this shit is fucking with me?!”

She shook her head. “I don’t know how this is affecting you. You haven’t said shit to me. All I know is that my friend is gone, and she’s never coming back and you were nowhere to be found, Carmelo.”

  “Didn’t I lose a friend too?”

“That’s different! He took his own life! He had a choice, something Amber didn’t have!”

“So what you saying, Necole? I shouldn’t mourn my boy?”

“Did you hear me say that? But did you stop to think that this is a time for us to be there for each other? I went to that funeral alone and everybody wanted to know where you were. It’s fucked up knowing that the world knows that you are not here for me.”

“Fuck what those muthafuckas think! I don’t live for those bitches!”

“Yeah, I know…but the question is who do you live for? ‘Cause it’s obvious that it’s not for me and your kids.”

“How the fuck could you say that?”

“How could I not?” she folded her arms.

He stood up and glared at her. “Bitch, don’t try to turn shit around. I know what this shit is really about. You just fucked around and now you want to use this guilt trip bullshit.”

“Who the hell am I fucking with, Carmelo?”

“Bitch, don’t insult my intelligence. You think those niggas didn’t come back and tell me how you were all hugged up with that nigga, Mark? And then you left with the nigga. You don’t answer your phone. Oh hoe, I know how to read between the lines. And besides that…how did the passion mark get on your neck, Necole?”

Necole had been caught, but for some reason the guilt that should have consumed her body was absent. Carmelo had done it all and she always forgave him. She had been his naïve young broad, but her eyes were now wide open. So, she fucked up. Shit happens. That was how she saw it.

“You don’t think that you had a hand in this?” she asked him.

He looked at her in disbelief. “Bitch, you don lost your fucking mind. I had a hand in this?”

  She nodded. “Yeah, you did.”

He stepped toward her. She stepped back. “Say that shit again, Necole.”

  “You weren’t there!” she shouted.

“Bitch!” he spat as he slammed his fist into her face. That was the first time he’d ever hit her with a closed fist.

“Ah!” she let out as the blow sent her body crashing into the door.

“What the fuck you say?!” he belted as he continued to throw jabs.

Necole had never experienced a beating of this magnitude, still she didn’t give in. She struggled to get a lick in, but only every once in a while she would connect.

“Was that dick worth it?! Huh? Tell me, you dirty hoe!” he lashed as he gripped her by the top of her dress.

  “Fuck you!” she lashed.

“Fuck me? Fuck me, bitch? I got you,” he seethed as he dragged her through the apartment; all the while she was kicking and screaming.

  “Stop it!”

“Shut the fuck up,” he slapped her.

Necole felt as though she was having an outer body experience. This couldn’t be her receiving a beating by the man that swore he loved her. This couldn’t be her being dragged like an animal. This wasn’t how her life was supposed to be. How did she get here? Why did she stay? Was she going to be the next Amber?

When Necole went to pick up her children with sunglasses covering her face, her mom knew exactly what had happened. She was so tired of saying the same thing over and over. As much as she wanted to throw her body across the threshold to prevent her daughter from going back to that loser, she just didn’t have the energy. Necole had to learn on her own and every night her mom prayed that it didn’t cost her life before she’d realize that she deserved better.

Necole sat at home with her kids. Things were
getting worse by the day. Her savings were pretty much non-existent and Carmelo would stay gone for days at a time. A few times, he’d come home high reeking of embalming fluid. She hadn’t said a word. She was tired of fighting. That was him if he wanted to ruin his life. She just tried her best to stay out of his way.

Once it was time to change Carma’s diaper, she realized that she was down to two pampers. “You can’t be fucking serious,” she mumbled.

Carmelo had been home for about two hours and was passed out on the couch. As much as she didn’t want to bother him, her daughter needs came first. So she walked over and shook him. “Carmelo, get up.”

He groggily opened his eyes. “What, man?”

  “The baby needs some pampers.”

“What? I just bought her some.”

She rolled her eyes. “That was two weeks ago. She used them all.”

Carmelo yawned as he sat up. “Fuck. Why the fuck are you just saying something?”

  “Because I just realized it.”

He sucked his teeth. “Yeah, right.”

  “What does that mean?”

He glared at her. “That means that your irresponsible ass should have been on top of this.”

“Irresponsible? Carmelo, I’m doing everything on my own. Don’t you know that I just received a pink notice from the light company?”

“Well, what the fuck you want me to do?!”

She stared at him. “Obviously nothing. I’ll just get what my kids need on my own as always.”

He stood up. “On your own? For real, Necole? I don’t break bread in this bitch? You paid all these bills by yourself?”

“Look, I’m not about to argue with you,” she waved him off. “I’ll just call your mom.”

“You gon call my mama for what?”

  “I need some diapers.”

“So, you trying to say that I ain’t a man? I can’t afford to buy my daughter some damn pampers?”

“I don’t know, Carmelo. You tell me. You might have something if you didn’t spend all your money on that shit.”

“What? You got me fucked up,” he fumed as he ran into the bedroom. She ran after him. He flipped the mattress up and grabbed his nine.

“What the hell are you going to do with that?” she asked a little frightened as she watched him load the gun.

“I’m going to get some money,” he snapped as he allowed the mattress to flop down before he stormed out of the room.

She followed him. “Are you fucking crazy?”

He stepped to her and got in her face. “You said that we need money around here, right? Well, I’m about to go get it.”

Just then Carma started crying. Necole looked over at her baby sitting in her swing. Carmelo grabbed his jacket and shot out the door.

Necole walked over to the door and watched him hurry down the stairs. She didn’t know what he was about to do, but she prayed for whoever he came across.

  * * * * *

Two long days went by with no sign of Carmelo. As much as Necole didn’t want to care, she was worried sick. She didn’t know if he’d gone out and killed anyone or had someone killed him. He hadn’t answered his phone or called his mama. Something was definitely wrong.

“Well, you call me if he comes there,” Brenda said as she and Necole spoke over the phone. Like any mother would be, she was about to lose her mind. She knew exactly how her son was, so she was preparing for the worse.

“I will,” Necole said before ending the call. She paced the floor trying to calm down. “God, please let him be okay.”

Just then her front door opened. Carmelo stumbled through the door wearing the same clothes he’d left in.

Necole turned to look at him. In all the time she’d known him, he had never looked that bad. His clothes were dingy and his facial hairs desperately needed trimming. He looked like death rolled over.

  “Where were you?” she asked.

He could barely stand as he tried his best to focus. “I was handling bu…bu…business.”

Necole shook her head, completely disgusted. “Carmelo, you need help.”

Carmelo’s gaze fell to the floor. “How the fuck are you going to tell me what I need? Huh? Tell me, little girl. What the fuck do you know?” he looked up at her. “Huh?! Answer me! Everybody wasn’t fortunate to have their mama pay their way through life. Some people actually had to struggle for everything they have. When have you ever done that, Necole?”

She scrounged. “What? You have officially lost your everlasting mind. Yeah, I did live a privileged life until I met your sorry ass. You didn’t waste any time dragging me down to the gutter with you.”

“Gutter? Naw…you came willing. This is what you wanted, remember? So many times I tried to kick you to the curb. You was like a little puppy clinging to my leg. You wanted to know what it was like to live in the jungle and now you realize that you wasn’t ready to play with the big dogs.”

“You know what? For once you’re right about something. You didn’t force me to stay. That was my decision. I can admit that. I can also admit that this is not what I want for myself…Carmelo, I want you to pack your shit and go.”

He gave her a wicked grin. “Okay,” he nodded as his eyes searched the room. He zeroed in on her car keys. He walked over and snatched them off the coffee table.

“Wait, what are you doing with my keys?” she stepped in front of him.

“I need to borrow your car for a little while.”

“What? Oh hell no. Use your own damn car.”

  “I would if I could, but I can’t, so I won’t.”

“What the hell does that mean?”

“My car is totaled so I need to borrow your wheels.”

She had to examine his face to see if he was serious. “Your car is totaled? How did that happen?”

“I wrecked it,” he shrugged as if everything was everything.

“How the hell did you…you know what…don’t even answer that. You’re not using my car.”

“I didn’t ask,” he let out as he shoved her out of his way. He snatched the door open and once again he was gone.

“Fuck!” she shouted in frustration. She threw her hands up. “Un-fucking-believable!”

  * * * * *

  “Baby…baby, wake up.”

“Huh?” Necole asked still half sleep.

  “Get up.”

Necole’s eyes slowly fluttered open. It took her eyes a few seconds to focus. “Carmelo, where is my car?”

“You haven’t seen me in three days and your car is the only thing you concerned about?”

  “Yeah. Give me my keys.”

“Okay, but it’s something I gotta tell you first.”

  “What?” she rubbed her eyes.

He took a deep breath. “The police towed your car.”

She sat up in bed. “What?!”

“Shhh,” he placed his finger to her lips. “You gon wake up the kids.”

“I don’t give a shit! Why did the police impound my car, Carmelo?”

  “Baby, I don’t know.”

“Don’t baby me!” she lashed as she pushed him away and hopped out of bed. “How much will it cost you to get the car out?”

He shrugged. “Honestly, I don’t know. It’s been in there two days now.”

“TWO DAYS?! My car has been in the pound for two days and you just come to tell me?!”

His nostrils flared. “At least I told you!”

“I can’t believe you. Where’s the money so that I can go get my car?” she asked with her hand out.

He shook his head as he stared at her hand. “I ain’t got it right now.”

“Please tell me that you’re kidding.”

He patted his pockets. “Shit…I wish that I could.”

She tried her best to keep her composure, but the tears had her choked up. “You…you sorry muthafucka!” she sobbed. “You can’t do shit right! Get the fuck outta my house.”

“I ain’t going no fucking where,” he gritted
.

She nodded. “That’s okay. We’ll leave.”

He nonchalantly shrugged. “If that’s how you want it,” he fell onto the bed as she proceeded to pack her and the kids’ clothes.

Necole grabbed all that she could before gathering her kids. She knew that she couldn’t take everything right then. She didn’t even know where she was going, but she wasn’t staying under the same roof with Carmelo one more night.

She knew that she must’ve seemed crazy pushing a stroller with two kids and a gang of shit. She had too much going on to even be embarrassed as she pushed the stroller through her apartment complex. She dialed Mark’s number on her cell. They hadn’t spoken since the day they had sex. He’d tried to call a few times, but her life was too hectic to even entertain a normal conversation.

“Hello,” he answered after a couple of rings.

“Mark, could you please come give me a ride?”

“Yeah, what’s wrong?” he asked, hearing the shakiness in her voice.

“I’ll explain everything when you come get me. Please come.”

  “Where are you?”

  She gave him directions.

“Okay. I’m on my way, mama.”

“Thank you,” she hung up and let out a sigh of relief.

Thirty-five minutes later, Mark pulled up to Necole’s complex. She was already standing in the front waiting. He knew that she had some drama going on, but he wasn’t expecting all of this. For the first time, he was witnessing her fucked up. Her hair was all over the place and her babies were wearing just diapers.

He hopped out of the car and helped her load her things into his trunk.

The baby began wailing. “Shh, girl,” Necole said as she picked her daughter up. With her other hand, she grabbed Junior out of the stroller and placed him in the backseat before sliding in with him.

Mark fought with the stroller before figuring out how to close it. He placed it into the trunk and then hopped in the car. Necole was now talking to her mom on her cell. “Mom, please. I have to get my car out,” she cried. “But…I know mom…I…okay,” she sniffled before hanging up the phone.
