“Human?” Kingsley stated. “Yeah, but I have people working for me who are not.” He lowered his voice before continuing. “I had help that day at the coffee shop. They weren’t fast enough to keep up with you, but we managed eventually.” He swept a hand her way with a grin, and then he left.
Jaden slumped down into his seat, appearing as relieved and fatigued as Emma felt. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and drew her close to his side.
She relaxed against him for the first time in years. Not only was she free from discovery, but she had two big shifter men to spend the rest of her life with. The running could stop here.
Chapter 11
“What is that?” Emma backed up against the wall of the cabin. It suddenly seemed smaller than it had earlier that day. Ever since they’d returned, hustling about putting things away, she’d been aware of both men as though they filled the entire space with their pheromones.
Finally, she could enjoy them without fear. She didn’t have to look over her shoulder and wonder if someone was going to fly through the door and shoot her—and them.
It was hard to let go of old habits, and she had to remind herself she was safe over and over again each time she jumped at a noise.
Liam stalked toward her. “Remember that bag of toys we mentioned?”
Jaden joined him, grasping at the item swinging from Liam’s fingers. “Now’s a good time to put some of them to use. Are you game?”
She stared at the black fabric in Jaden’s hand and swallowed. “I’m not sure. Will it hurt?”
“This?” Jaden asked. He chuckled. “I’ve never hurt anyone with a blindfold.”
“Ha ha. That’s not what I mean, and you know it.” She crossed her arms, partially to make a defensive stance and partially to cover her hardened nipples. After all, she wore nothing but a tight tank top. Her small breasts were framed beneath the material and had seemed to make both men drool throughout the day. Every time she glanced down, she saw her nipples pointing out and puckering the cotton.
Liam took her hands in his and pulled her arms down. “Emma, we would never ever hurt you in any way. Anything we do with our bag of tricks will be for your pleasure and ours. I swear to you, we would never leave a mark on your gorgeous body or cause you any pain. Trust us?”
She nodded. She did trust them. With her life. She glanced at the handcuffs on the bed. “You know I’m not a flight risk anymore. I swear. You don’t have to strap me down to keep me in your bed.”
“We know,” Jaden stated. “But we’re still going to strap you down for purely sexual reasons. You get so fucking aroused when you’re restrained, and that makes both of us harder.”
“Will you release me after?”
“Will you promise not to run?” Liam joked.
“Never. I’m…” She hesitated.
“What?” Jaden prompted.
She lifted her chin and looked them in the eye. “I’m in love with you two oafs.”
Liam grinned. “Good, ’cause I’m in love with you too.” He turned to Jaden and took his hand. Emma had the feeling he was about to profess something he’d never said before to Jaden. In fact, his fingers shook. “I love you too, Jade. I have for a long time.”
Jaden swallowed and opened his mouth. Seconds ticked by. You could have heard a leaf fall. “I love you too, Liam. Always have. I suck at saying it, and I’ll work on that, but know that I do love you. And you, Emma. I love the hell out of both of you.” Jaden grabbed them both and pulled them into a group hug.
Before Emma knew what was happening, Jaden had pulled her shirt over her head and Liam was tying the blindfold behind her, blocking out the room.
Her arousal shot sky-high instantly.
Liam rubbed her cheek. “I bet it’s been a long time since you’ve let all your defenses down and just felt…everything.”
She’d never. Not once in her life.
Jaden took her hand and led her across the room blind. “Tonight we’re going to change that. Your job is to relax and feel. Without your eyes, you’ll have to give us your trust. We’ll protect you, always. And, in the meantime, we’ll make you come like you’ve never imagined. Over and over.”
She bit her lower lip as her knees hit the edge of the bed.
Soft noises ensued, made louder by the silence and the anticipation. A snap. A zip. A rip.
She shook, and her pussy wept against the tight denim of her shorts, but as Liam and Jaden laid her down and stretched her out on the bed, she relaxed into their touch. It was going to be a long night. And she was going to love every minute of it.
The End
