"Come on!"
It was the voice of the person who made me happy the most. It was a nice girly voice of a girl who just became a women. She has turned 20 years old.
"Let's sit over there!"
She said holding my hand and leading the way to the bench in the beautiful garden. The garden that was filled with colorful and spring flowers that had vivid colors spreading across where my eyes could see.
We sat on the bench together still holding hands. Butterflies were flying around and landing on the flower. They had beautiful wings that brighten up the place even more.
One of them landed on her head. It looked like a cute decoration on her hair.
"Haha, how do I look?"
She looked amazing with her beautiful light brown eyes. Her brown hair was flowing gracefully in the calm breeze.
"Sora, you're beautiful"
I replied with a smile on my face. My eyes were staring into her eyes that were filled with joy.
I looked down at her finger. It had a twinkling diamond ring. She noticed what I was looking at.
"Our special day, is coming next month" said Sora with a smile on her face.
"Ahh... We're getting married next month... I couldn't wait any longer!" I thought.
Spica has been planning the marriage for a while now. She may be a little upset but she's happy for the two of us.
It has been 7 months since the ordeal that took place in the arena with Mia performing on stage. It was also 7 months since the day Sora and I got engaged. Everything has been going great since that day.
The TRC or Tech Research Center has been releasing new products for the public. These new products include things from kitchen appliances to weapons.
The new stove has been doing amazing. Instead of using fire from firewood or coal, it uses electric instead. The heat it produces heats up the metal part underneath the pot, pan or anything else that was metal.
Sora has been happy about the stove. She said "It's much easier to cook now!", I was so happy to see her being so happy.
The weapons department hasn't done almost any weapons other than the Water Arrow. The arrow was kind of useful but it wasn't much. Ayla was really happy about this though, as expected from her.
The portable sword was said to be dangerous. The laser was too dangerous to be used. The TRC has been working on something else to replace the classic sword.
The sword I was using by that time was the sword named Illuminate. It was about time until a new weapon from TRC was made. Sora, Spica, Ayla and I would love to try it out.
"The sunset is amazing, right?" said Sora.
"It really is. Time flies..."
"Well, fly faster because I couldn't wait for our wedding!"
"Hahaha, be patient! I know how it feels because that is how I feel now!"
"Hahaha"
The sun was setting upon this wonderful world. The scent of the flowers made the moment feel much happier. The sky was orange in color was the sky slowly faded into darkness.
"I wish we could've talked more" said the princess twirling her fingers in her hair.
"We actually talked quite a lot today"
"I know, it was fun"
"That horse ride was quite fun even though I'm not good at it. You were screaming a lot behind me there"
"It was fun because you weren't good at it. I was screaming because it was fun!"
"Haha, yea"
The darkness was starting to eat up the light from the sky slowly turning the blue sky into the starry night sky.
"It's getting dark, let's go inside and have some dinner"
"Ok. Let's go!"
We sat up. I wrapped my left arm around her, she tilted her her head so that it laid on my left shoulder.
We walked back to the castle together. The stars were starting to appear. We were enjoying the beautiful view of the night sky.
"Beautiful" said the princess.
"Yup... Beautiful"
We entered the door that led into the castle. The royal interior was revealed as I opened the door. It really was a beautiful night. I was happy to be with my angel.
CLO 2: Project has Emerged
The sounds of our footsteps could be heard. The golden light that was emitting from the lanterns on the walls of the hallways. The scent of flame could be smelled in the air.
Sora, who was wrapped in my arms was walking alongside me with her head on my shoulder. The warmth of her body could be felt.
We eventually reached the door that leads to the dining room. The door that was red in color had golden ornaments and two torches on each side. I opened the door.
The dining room was lit with a giant golden colored chandelier that was hanging from the grand white ceiling. The torches on the pillars lit the room with golden light. It was like there was magic dust sparkling in the air. The faint smell of cuisine was in the distance, most likely coming from the kitchen.
As we walked inside, the guards who were at the sides of the door greeted us with "Good evening, Your Highness and Sir Alt". It felt a bit weird because I wasn't used to being called 'Sir' yet, I would then became a prince after marrying Sora since she's the heir to the throne.
I nodded my head and continued the walk to our seats. Our seats were changed to a maroon colored fabric with golden railings. The old seats had pink colored fabric instead. The king's seat was a big throne like seat that had bright red colored fabric and golden railings with the Cielo coat of arms on the top rail of the seat.
The king eventually arrived in the room. As he sat down, the maids were serving the food. The other girls, Spica and Ayla also entered the room.
The food served was a loaf of bread that was sprinkled with toppings. It looked like a shiny polished shoes. There was a white colored cream next to it. It looked like something that Sora would cook.
Sora leaned towards me and whispered to my ear "This was my recipe". I was expecting it to be. I whispered back "I guessed so".
As I was digging in to my meal. The king wanted to say something to everyone. He stood up and gained the people's attention.
"Sora, Cel, Spica and Ayla, you shall come to the TRC tomorrow after breakfast. We want you to test something out"
"Alright" I replied.
"Ok" said Sora.
"Will do" said Spica and Ayla.
The king sat down and continued his meal. He doesn't talk much, he does when needs to. Well, that was what I guessed.
After dinner, the girls and I went to have a talk in the courtyard. The place had a forever flowing fountain. The trees surrounding it had flowers blooming off of it, giving the place a sweet smell. The concrete road was lit by the light in the fountain. The water glowed like it was a big candle. The water movement made shadows in the surroundings. The place looked like a fantasy land.
"Why do you think we have to visit TRC?" Spica asked tilting her head.
"If it's about bows and arrows, I'm so~ in" said Ayla.
"I'm guessing it's about the new weapon TRC was making. A sword most likely" I said as I was standing up.
"Yea, swords aren't much of a thing for me..." said Ayla as she crossed her arms.
Ayla has improved a lot in swordplay. Her skill is equal to an average knight now. She prefers using the bow and always says that she's not into swords.
"I'm actually quite excited for this. I hope that they would make something amazing like that new stove!" Sora said putting her hand together.
"Haha, yea. That was innovative" I replied.
Sora nodded her head. Her eyes were closed while doing so. She was also smiling, which was cute and made me happy.
"It's getting late, I'm going... Yawn*" said Spica as she closed her mouth while yawning.
"Me too" said Ayla as she stood up and waved goodbye. She followed Spica back in the castle.
"Let's go back in" said Sora. "Sure!" I replied with a smile. We held hands and walked back in the castle, leaving the mystical fountain.
At Sora's room door.
/> I accompanied her back to her room. She said she had a great day. It was eventually time to go.
"Goodnight, Sora"
"Sweet dreams!"
I walked to my room and jumped in bed. The were closed, it was not too dark. The soft and cozy bed was a night feeling for a body that has gone through a busy day. I slowly closed my eyes and drifted into a subconscious state, which was sleep. "I got another day ahead of me" was the last thought that was in my head before sleep.
CLO 3: Trip to the TRC
"Tweet tweet"
The birds were tweeting in the morning. It was quite early in the morning. The sun has just rose. The sky was starting to light up slowly turning blue.
I was opening my eyes. I saw the faint sunlight shining through the window. The curtain was slightly flowing in the light breeze.
I sat up and looked around the room. I didn't see anything that was different from what it was the night before. The closet door was still slightly open. The window was half open too.
I got off the bed and went to the closet. I took out my towel. I glanced to the right of the closet. There was a uniform that I have yet to wear. It was a black uniform with some white parts. Its length would reach my knees. It had the black symbol that belongs to the knights of Cielo.
Next to it was the white jacket that I wore in Galaya. I heard that a certain person has brought peace to that world. I was happy about that. I saw my winter jacket from Ayrus too. I realized that I forgot to wear it during the trip to defeat the Gyronorme. I also remembered about my first uniform that I left in Ayrus, I was planning on getting it back someday.
I closed the closet door and went to take a bath. After the bath, I decided to wear the new uniform. It fits me perfectly, it wasn't as tight as the one I wore in Galaya. It was fairly loose on me.
I got the uniform a few weeks ago. I didn't bother to wear it though. I was used to the uniform that I wore last year. This uniform actually looked quite good on me in my opinion.
I immediately went to the dining room for breakfast. I was thinking about what the TRC has in mind. The portable sword was a good idea but it was a bit dangerous to use.
"Cel!"
I heard the voice of the person I had great connection to, Sora. I was happy to hear her voice in the morning. Her footsteps were coming from behind.
"Hey" I said as I turned around.
"Hey! New uniform, eh? Looks cool!"
"Yea, thank you" I said scratching my head.
We entered the dining room together. Some people were there already, including Spica and Ayla.
"Hey!" greeted Spica as she raised her hand. Ayla simply waved her right hand at us.
"Morning!" greeted Sora cheerfully.
"Hi..." I said waving my right hand a little bit.
We went and sat down at our seats. I realized that my new uniform was quite comfortable. The fabric was soft, it didn't feel hot too.
The king eventually entered the room. As usual, the breakfast was served immediately as he entered the room. His eyes darted at me as he sat down.
"We'll go after this, follow me later"
I nodded my head once. The meal was revealed in front of me. It was a sandwich, there was a piece of beef, steamed peanuts and sauce inside. I guessed that it has a lot of calories.
I took a bite at it, it tasted great! The meat wasn't hard, it was easy to bite. The sauce and peanuts were perfect together.
After the meal, the maids gathered the plates, bowls and other stuff. They took them back to the kitchen.
CLO 4: Crystallite
We entered the TRC room. The room was a big place, scientists were at their stations minding their own business.
The scent of burnt wires can be smelled. There was also a pure fine smell that I wasn't able to define, it felt so refreshing as it entered my lungs. The scent made me feel at peace inside.
A scientist approached us. He wore a white coat, he wore a tie that has red and blue stripes on it. The coat of arms was on his pocket.
"Your Majesty! Your Highness and Sir Alt! ... And you gals!"
"Why did he say that?" whispered Spica to Ayla's ear, it was audible enough to be heard. The scientist nodded his head down in embarrassment.
"A-anyway... Please come over here" he said.
We approached a table that was black in color. It had a glove on it. He took the glove and wore it.
"This is a new type to sword. These are Crystalline Swords, just call them swords though. You have to do this gesture with your hand"
He quickly swung his right arm to the side with his hand with an almost-clenched gesture. A bright cyan like color light flashed from his hand, I saw crystals forming between his hand and quickly creates a blade at the end. A sword was formed from his hand.
"Waaahhh!!!" said the girls with an amazed expression.
It was a simple sword. But the technology used to make a sword out of nowhere was amazing!
"This glove forms crystals that form into a certain shape, in this case a sword!" said the scientist.
"Can you make bows and arrows?" Ayla asked with a tilted head.
"Yes, bows and arrows are possible"
"Yes!" said Ayla with a clenched fist and happy face.
I smiled from seeing her reaction. "She sure loves bows" I thought.
"What about you try, Sir Alt?"
"Sure" I said taking the glove and putting it on.
The glove was black in color. The back of the hand had a blue rectangle. The palm area had a completely black part.
I backed away a few steps and swung my arm. The sword was formed in my hand. "Amazing!" I thought.
"This sword does not need to be sharpened, will not disappear nor burn like the portable sword. If it breaks, just reactivate it!" said the scientist.
"Woah!" said the girls and I.
"A sword is awesome?! Wow!" I thought in excitement. I was amazed with this sword, it wasn't like the portable sword where I would have to bring the hilt around.
"Come here, I'll give you some of these gloves" said the scientist.
"Seriously?!" I unintentionally said.
"Yes"
We followed him to another table. The table had an illustration of the sword it generates.
"You're so excited, right?" Sora asked.
"Yea... I'm so hyped"
There was a pure white sword with light blue diamonds as decorations. The blade of the sword had two edges. The scientist noticed that I was looking at it.
"Interested? That is Crystallite. It is a light sword, very good for one handed"
"I'll take it" I said.
I took out the glove and put it on. I stepped away from the table and activated it. It was a beautiful sword, it looked better in real life.
"Looks cool, Cel!" Sora commented.
"Thanks" I replied.
Her sword was a double bladed sword. It had a white blade and a golden crossguard. The grip was red in color. It looked elegant to me. Her blade was shorter in width than mine.
"Nice!" said Ayla.
She was swinging and thrusting her new rapier. She seemed to be quite good at using it.
"Perfect for me" Ayla commented.
Spica's had a blue colored blade. It was a single edged sword. It had a silver hilt.
After talking for a bit more about the swords, it was eventually time to leave.
"Thank you for the swords! Bye" the girls and I said waving goodbye.
He simply waved goodbye to us. We opened the door and left the room.
"Having a good day?" Sora asked.
"Yea" I said wrapping my arm around her.
"Ahhh!"
"Oof!"
Sounds were coming from the TRC. I looked back and wondered "What is happening?". I let go of Sora and ran to the room.
"Cel!" Sora called.
"I'm checking it out!"
"I got to check it out!" I thought as I was running to the room.
CLO 5: Mystery Thief
The sounds of
my footsteps could be heard in the hallway. I was running as fast as I could.
"Faster!!!" I thought as I was running down the hallway that had a red carpet like most other hallways.
