Love Potion #7

She took him in her mouth, sheathing his length, driving him to a frenzy. “If you keep this up, I won’t last.” He reached for her then, pulling her up so her nether lips brushed his cock. One hand reached up, testing her warmth, testing her readiness for him. A sly smile lifted his mouth. “I want to be inside you, darlin’.”

A murmured command retrieved a condom from her bedside table. Smiling, she opened the package and worked the sheath over his length. And then she wriggled over him, his cock poised at her entry.

Her hips lowered. He slid in, deep. So deep. Holding himself very still, he dragged in a breath. His mouth thinned, and she knew he was struggling for control.

Clasping his shoulders, she stared down at him, drinking in the longing etched on his chiseled features. With a low moan, he began to move. Each powerful thrust brought her closer and closer to a vortex of sensation.

Eyes dark with passion, he watched her. She could spend a lifetime looking at his face, that blend of joy and desire and elemental hunger. “Let me feel you come.” His low voice, raw with pleasure and need, stirred the brewing sensations to a raging storm. He held her then, his arms firm and gentle as she braced herself against his shoulders and reversed the circle of her hips. Thrusting deeper and deeper, he possessed her.

The storm broke, merciless in its intensity. Swept away, she clung to him, crying out as his own roar of pleasure erupted and he thrust his hips higher and higher, wild for her, wild for the connection of their bodies. Her inner walls convulsed around his shaft and he pulsed within her. Maddening pleasure swept over her and she dug her fingers into his shoulders, clinging to him as sensation swept her away.

She closed her eyes, collapsing against him, savoring the contentment found in his arms.

  She was his.

  And he was hers.

Slowly, reluctantly, she broke the physical connection between their bodies. Resting her head on his shoulder, she burrowed against him. His breaths settled into an even rise and fall before he rolled to his side. Gliding a finger over the tip of her nose, he smiled that boy-next-door smile that made her toes curl every time.

“I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of you,” he said, his voice deep and husky and so sexy she felt warm all over.

She snuggled closer. “I could live with that. It would be a sacrifice, of course, but I believe I could endure it.”

  “It might be exhausting.”

“We’ll simply have to fortify ourselves.”

He offered a thoughtful nod. “Day and night.”

A pesky little voice whispered in her ear. Why did she have to think about the whole being-a-witch thing now?

She propped herself on her elbow. “So, you do understand I’m not kidding.”

“About fortifying ourselves?” The amusement in his eyes told her he understood exactly what she was talking about.

“You know what I mean. I really am a witch.”

“You’re also cute, smart and great in bed.”

“I’m serious, Jake. This would be a problem for a lot of men. A deal breaker.”

He shrugged. “If the love potion and the antidote weren’t deal breakers, why would you think a little thing like you being a witch would get in our way?”

“Really? You wouldn’t lie to me.”

“Not a chance. Think about what you might do to me if I did.” He swept his lips against her brow. “Besides, I have a feeling you’re not the first witch I’ve known.”

Had he finally realized the truth about his mother and grandmother? “I think that’s a pretty good assumption.”

“I know this, Chelsea. I’m crazy about you. I have been since the moment I first met you.”

“Really?” How could she ever resist that boyish grin?

“How could I resist you? With that hot little red dress and your prim and proper act, I could hardly think of anything except getting you into bed.”

“And to think I believed you were there because of your charitable nature.”

“That was a factor…’til I walked in the door and saw you. After that, altruism had nothing to do with it.” His erection stirred against her thigh, pulsing with unspoken demand as he pulled her close. “I don’t care about potions. I don’t care if you cook dinner without ever touching a stove. All I care about is you. You’ve bewitched me. I never want to let you go.”

Her heart did a triple somersault, then floated down for an easy landing. “I’m yours, Jake. You’ve got me under your spell, and I suspect I always will be.”
