Pisces: Teacher's Pet Page 10

There was a pause on the other end, then Devin’s voice was clear. “Yes, I’d love to. I think that sounds very cool.”

“Well, it might be more boring than cool, but if you want to come, please feel free.”

Devin showed up before Ellie, and Adele offered him some wine. “You’ve never been here before, have you?” she asked.

“No, never,” Devin said, looking around.

“Well, take a good look because it’s all going to change. She’s going to activate my chakras or something.”

“I do believe you activate chakras and many other power points of the body when your environment is stylized a certain way. Even in martial arts, you learn to think beyond time and space, beyond the simple flesh and out toward the more complicated universal ideas.”

“I suppose that could be true, if I really thought about it for a while,” Adele said.

“It’s true, believe me,” Devin said.

Adele looked at him, and immediately looked away. His aura was far too bright for her eyes. She could barely stand it.

“Can I look at your paintings?” Devin asked. “I’m so curious to see what my teacher does in her spare time.”

“Of course,” Adele said, standing up. She held her glass of wine and took several sips. “Bring the wine.”

Devin picked up the bottle and his glass and followed her into the sunroom studio. The sun had nearly set, but the pounding surf of the beach was still visible in the dimness. The full moon was rising, glowing brightly for another day before it would turn and shrink. The water sparkled darkly, like velvet with rhinestones.

“You have a most amazing view,” Devin said.

“That’s nothing. You should see it in the summertime. All the people swimming and surfing. I can see the lifeguards and the children. All day long I watch little beach dramas and traumas unfold.”

“Can you see the nude beach from here?” Devin asked with a wink.

“Honey, sometimes the whole beach is a nude beach. Depends on people’s moods. Yes, there’s supposed to be a designated spot, but for the most part, people just do what they want to. It is Hermana.”

“I’ll have to come over with my binoculars sometime,” Devin said as he slipped an arm around Adele’s waist. He lightly kissed her on the forehead. “I like to watch, don’t you?”

“Of course, that’s why I’m an artist. I watch and record. It might be great fun.”

“I know it will be fun,” Devin said, kissing her softly on her neck. She squeezed her shoulders up as his soft beard tickled her sensitive neck.

“Now, enough of this side talk,” Devin said. “Show me your work.”

“Don’t have to ask this girl twice,” Adele said as she went over to her easels that held partially finished paintings. “Now, these are works in progress. You may notice I’m emulating some of the techniques we’ve been discussing in class. You’ll see here on this one, for instance, how I moved the brush to create that shadow instead of just relying on the color.”

“That’s cool how you’ve done that.” Devin nodded. “And here too, there’s another version of it.”

“Yes, you’ve got a good eye. And over here, these are classified by years. I only keep some samples from each year here in the studio. I have a large storage locker where there are many paintings. I also have lots of paintings hanging around town in restaurants and stores. There are even paintings of mine in Toronto in a gallery in Yorkville, and in a few cafés.”

  “Miss International Jet-Setter!” Devin teased.

“Yes, my paintings get to have all kinds of strange and wonderful adventures. I often wish that I could too. That I could crawl inside my paintings and see the world.”

“Well, we kind of go somewhere somehow with the Harmoni mural.”

“Yes, we certainly do. It’s quite amazing how we do that. I asked Lucy about it, and she doesn’t know. I’ve read about such things before. Hell, they do it in Mary Poppins, but how it’s done is a big mystery.”

There was a knock at the door.

“Oh, it’s Ellie at last. You’ll like her, she’s a sweetheart,” Adele said as she rushed to open the door. Ellie hurried through the entrance carrying several bags.

“Boy, it’s chilly out there tonight.”

“Not as chilly as it was,” Adele said. “Spring is on its way. I can practically taste it.”

“I know it is, next week, in fact. I’m counting the seconds,” Ellie said as she rubbed her hands together to warm them up.

Devin walked out of the study, and Ellie’s bright blue eyes lit up. “Oh my, you must be Devin,” she said, holding out her hand.

“Yes, I’m Devin. And you must be Ellie.”

They shook hands, assessing each other. Adele stared at the energy their hand-shaking created. Spirals of orange and red flaked up from their grasp, and a pang settled into her stomach. They were sexually attracted to each other. The idea of it made her sad, for Ellie was younger than she was and rather more interesting. She didn’t think Ellie would ever betray her, but she couldn’t hold her to it. Just like she had no hold over Devin at all, so far. She’d assumed Devin was seeing only her, but it had only been a couple of weeks. What would happen when the novelty of dating his older art teacher wore off? Then where would she be?

Adele shook her head, grounding herself back in the present. Worrying about what-ifs and wherefores wasn’t going to do her any good at all.

“Come in, Ellie. We were just having some wine. Would you like some?”

“I would love it. It’s been a helluva day.” Ellie dragged her bags into the living room and flopped onto the couch while Devin retrieved the bottle and glasses from the study.

“He’s cute,” she whispered to Adele once Devin had left the room.

“I know, I can’t believe it. What a doll.” Adele smiled.

Devin returned, and the ladies smiled at him. “I need to get another glass, and I guess another bottle of wine,” he said as he put down the wine bottle and the glasses.

“Do you know where to look?” Adele asked.

“I’ll find them, don’t worry,” Devin said, leaving the room.

“He’s a sweetheart,” Ellie said. “You look happy.”

“I am happy. We have a lot in common,” Adele said.

“That’s always a good start. And we’ll get this place whipped into shape before you know it.”

Devin returned with another glass and a fresh bottle of wine. He poured some into a glass and held it out for Ellie.

“Thank you, Devin,” she said. After Ellie had a sip, she turned her attention back to Adele. “So we have our work cut out for us, I guess.”

“I’m not even sure what you’re going to do,” Adele said. She nodded at Devin. “He’s here because he wants to learn about feng shui. He came to Hermana to learn about the metaphysical energies and Laws of Attraction. Feng shui is one of them, even if it is an Eastern philosophy.”

“Do you know much about feng shui, Devin?” Ellie asked.

Devin nodded. “A bit. I’ve read a few books and cruised a few web sites. It seems really complex.”

“It can be very complex. Some of the things I do for my clients take their astrological charts into consideration. Do you have yours, Adele?” Ellie asked.

“Right here,” Adele said as she brought over all the charts. As they carefully unwrapped the scrolls, Ellie continued to speak.

“Feng shui is about grids. I’m sure you figured out that much. Today, we’re going to activate Adele’s power centers, namely her love, money, and career corners.”

“Love is southwest, money is southeast and career is north,” Devin said with a grin.

“That’s right. Career is ruled by water, which is Adele’s element as a Pisces. We’ll make sure she has a little fountain with citrine and jade to activate auspicious energy. While I’m studying the charts, you can start to clear all the clutter away. Just put it into bags for now. Get rid of as muc
h unnecessary stuff as you can. Make a bag for Goodwill if you like,” Ellie said.

Adele stood up and took some bags. She began the task of clearing off her papers and putting a few items into a bag for charity.

“We should make sure her frog is on a lower shelf, facing the front door.” Ellie pointed to a little mahogany frog with a coin in its mouth. “I also brought three coins tied on a red thread to hang on the inside front door to attract money.”

She held out the charm, and Devin took it to hang on the door.

“The furniture needs to be rearranged. Let’s do that now,” Ellie said.

They set to work moving the furniture around the room.

“It’s a good thing you’re here to help,” Adele said to Devin. “This couch is so heavy.”

  * * *

After a few hours, Adele’s living room, bedroom, and studio were properly feng shuied to Ellie’s liking.

“All that’s left is for you to smudge the room,” she said. “I’ll leave it to you to do that at some point.”

“That sounds good,” Adele said. “I have some smudge around here somewhere.”

“Fabulous. Well, I’ll leave you guys to it. I have to get home.” Ellie said her good-byes and was off.

Adele stood staring around her new apartment. Already the energy seemed different, more inviting.

“Can you find another bottle of wine while I get the smudge stick?” Adele asked Devin.

“No problem,” he said and went into the kitchen. Adele went into her studio and opened the drawer where she kept an assortment of herbs in baggies and jars. There were several types and sizes of smudge sticks. She picked out a rather small one. She took the clay bowl with sand in it from the windowsill where it rested and returned to the living room.

“It’s always a good idea to smudge with a bowl of sand in one hand,” she said. “The smudge sometimes sparks or falls off and can be quite a fire hazard.”

“That’s the irony, isn’t it?” Devin said. “You’re trying to activate better energy, but in the meantime, you can catch your house on fire.”

“One must always be careful when it comes to manipulating energy, whether it’s just words in a spell or working with flaming things.”

Adele lit the stick and held it over the bowl. She started at her front door and walked around the perimeter of the entire apartment, careful not to break the circle she was creating. When she had finished all the rooms, she returned to the front door. The air was thick with the smell of the burning sage, and it was heavy in her nose.

“Blessed be,” she whispered as she put out the stick.

  “Blessed be,” Devin said.

Adele went to put the stick and bowl back in her office.

“So, we’re done, I guess. Let the power of the elements help shape my future,” she said, half to Devin, half to the air.

Devin turned to her and ran his hand through her curls. “Can I kiss you now?” he asked.

  “Of course.”

He leaned over and planted his lips on hers. The kiss was deep and passionate.

“I’ve been waiting all night to do that,” he said.

“So have I,” Adele said and smiled.

“Are you tired?” Devin asked, looking at the clock.

“No, not at all. In fact, I feel revitalized.”

“Me too,” Devin said, taking her in his arms. He kissed her again, his tongue searching hers out.

“Do you want to go to the bedroom?” Adele asked.

  “Yes, most definitely.”

Adele took his hand, and they went into the bedroom. She pulled at his shirt, lifting it over his head to reveal his smooth, firm chest. She licked his nipples playfully as she unbuttoned his pants. It was a bit of work sliding them down over his growing erection.

As he stood before her naked, she knelt, taking him in her mouth. She grabbed his firm, round buttocks, forcing him in and out of her mouth as he grew harder. He clutched her hair, bucking his hips into her.

“Oh, yes,” he sighed. “You feel so good sucking my cock.”

She looked up at him, and his bright eyes urged her on.

She sucked on him deeper and harder, taking him down her throat with a gulp and out again. His butt tightened beneath her grip as his excitement flooded him.

“That’s right,” he coaxed. “Oh, yes, baby, take it deep.”

She kneeled a bit higher as his cock grew larger. His excitement was contagious, and her pussy was throbbing with anticipation.

“Come on up, baby,” he said, pulling her gently by her hair. “I want to kiss you.” He kissed her on the mouth as his fingers nimbly worked at tearing away her clothes.

When she was naked, his hands pulled at her breasts. He kneaded them, enjoying their large fullness, leaning down to nibble on her nipples. While he sucked on one nipple, the other was hard beneath his fingers that tugged and twirled. He lifted her other breast and did the same.

“Yes,” Adele said, throwing her head back. “Play with my tits, I love it.”

He pushed her breasts up and together, burying his face between their soft warmth. “You turn me on so much,” he whispered as he licked her cleavage. He nuzzled her neck and held her close. Adele melted into his strong arms, leaning into his bare chest. She ran her hands along his back, pulling him closer.

He pushed her back onto the bed, where she lay gazing up at him with hungry eyes. Wordlessly, he leaned over her, kissing her gently along her breasts and neck, her cheeks and forehead, and finally her lips.

She reached up, spreading her legs. He slipped a condom over his cock, and as he entered her hot, wet pussy, she tensed against him. He was slow and teasing, barely moving as he pushed inside her. She wanted to squirm and thrust but let him take control.

Slowly he pulled out, letting her feel every inch of his hot cock leaving her. Before she could miss him, he thrust into her again, this time faster and deeper.

“Oh, yes, baby,” she cried, biting on his arm as eager anticipation filled her.

He pushed into her again and soon was working at her with a steady rhythm. She locked her legs around him, tipping herself up so he would reach her most sensitive spots. He thrust into her, harder and faster, his hot breath in her ears.

“Do you like that?” he asked, pushing into her deeply.

“Oh, God, yes,” she said. “Do it again. Do it more.”

He obliged her by continuing to fuck her, following her moans and cries until at last she was trembling in his arms.

“Oh, my God,” she cried out. “Yes, yes, yes.”

She shook her head, clamping him tighter with her legs as she writhed with her orgasm. He continued to push into her and her orgasm kept cresting.

“That’s it, like that,” she cried, not knowing what she was saying or doing. He fucked her a while longer, then sat back.

“Was that okay?” he asked slyly, his eyes twinkling. His aura was huge and orange, obscuring his face to her.

“You are so amazing. How can you read me so well?” she asked.

“I guess we’re just meant to be,” he said. “Come on, let’s do it some more.”

He turned her over so she was on her hands and knees. He stood before her, aiming his cock into her mouth.

“Lick your pussy juice off,” he said. “Come on.”

Adele stuck out her tongue and licked his hard, glistening shaft up and down and around. She took his balls in her mouth and sucked them clean as well.

“That’s a good girl,” he coaxed. “Make my cock all nice and clean so I can fuck you some more.”

He stepped away from her mouth and crawled onto the bed. He crouched over her, penetrating her from behind. She gasped at his size as he pushed himself in.

“You’re so big,” she sighed. “Fuck me with your big, hard cock.”

He fucked her hard and fast. She cried out, her voice trembling as he pumped into her over and over again. Her fingers clutched the bed sheets as he held her hips. She caught a g
limpse of them in the dresser mirror on the other side of the room.

Their auras were blinding, intertwined and dazzling. It was impossible to separate which colors belonged to whom. She looked around the room, expecting to be in Harmoni again, but there was no sign of a ripple or a change.

And why would there be? The mural was over at Devin’s house, not at hers.

She closed her eyes, savoring his thrusts, until he stopped. He tumbled off her, his breath hitching.

“Hang on a second,” he said. “I need to catch my breath.”

“That’s fine with me,” Adele said. “Do you need some water?”

“Actually, I wouldn’t mind that at all.”

While Devin lay on his back on the bed, his cock sticking straight up like a divining rod, Adele made her way to the kitchen to retrieve water from the fridge.

When she returned, Devin was sitting up, stroking his cock idly. She handed him the bottle, and he drank nearly the whole thing in one gulp.

“Just a bit thirsty?” She laughed as she stared in amazement at him.

“Working up a thirst. What a great way to do it,” he said. “Now, where were we?”

“You were fucking my brains out and I was enjoying it.” She wrapped her hand around his cock.

“I was indeed,” he said. “Climb aboard the Devin train.”

Adele straddled his lap, facing him and tried to move up and down. She was rather pinned, so she scooted herself up on her haunches, clinging to his neck for support. She lowered herself down on his cock.

“Much better. I can get some traction like this,” she said as she raised and lowered herself. His cock pushed deep inside her when she was right down on him, and tickled her when he was nearly out. She teased herself, not letting herself enjoy the deep penetration too much, making herself hold on to her orgasm for a bit longer this time.
