He pumped her faster, deeper. Each powerful thrust of his hips sent waves of fire through her.

"You ... Are ... Mine...” He growled with each powerful thrust.

Her hands pinned in his large hands. Her head bowed with the scent of grass filling her nose. She felt her self quicken, a wave of ecstasy cresting. Her center tightened around him as she came, crying his name, clawing at the grass as she felt him spill himself inside her.

Nah'Dara opened her eyes to the soft chime of the computer. It was time. She shook her head running her hands through her sweat-drenched hair. Her body felt like lead as she tried to move. She pushed it aside as well as the wet feeling between her legs.

Why did she have another dream about him, and why did she let him touch her? Even now, she craved it. Her clit still throbbed from his touch. She wanted so bad to ease the pain, but now was not the time. It was do it, or stay here to marry the liar that invaded her dreams.

No better time than the present.

She tossed the cover to one side hopping from the bed sluggishly. Her heart thumped hard as she braided her hair in one long brown braid, wrapping it into a tight ball at the back of her head. She quickly donned one of the suits the computer fabricated.

Nah'Dara took one last look at her mother and father in the folds of the golden locket around her neck before placing it on the inside of the suit then secured the zipper. She looked at her reflection as she ran her hands over the silver leather. It clung to her body like a second skin.

The sensation of pleasure rolled over her.

Spirit, she missed the feel of good leather against her skin. From the moment she moved to the Spirit forsaken castle, she was forced to wear the gowns of a lady royal, not the sleek jumpsuits that gave her better movement.

Removing one of the long cloaks from the wardrobe, Nah'Dara wrapped it around her shoulders fastening the clasp at her neck. Making sure that she was armed, she strapped her fight stick to her leg sheathing the laser to her side.

Grabbing the sack from behind the chair, she turned back to her bed. The cover was thrown back without a care and the pillows were tossed to the far side of the bed. Smiling, she instructed the computer to display the halo-vid copy of her sleeping as she made her exit for the door.

You will never be able to hide from me. Nah'Dara stilled. His words rang through her head stopping her heart. She promised nothing.

Gathering all of her will power, she cracked the large wooden door with out as much as a creek, listening for the footsteps of the passing guards on their rounds. Hearing none, Nah'Dara quietly stepped through the corridor, her feet softly padding across the carpeted floor as she headed straight to the ship transporter pad.

As she rounded the last corner, she spotted two sentries posted by the pad. She sighed and waited. No way, she would slip past them unnoticed.

Nah'Dara waited there patiently over ten minutes with no change. The sentries stood at their post like iron statues.

"Say, Ryon. Did you get a look at the new serving girl from Lorset? She's a looker huh?"

"Yeah, Dex. The one with the big tits. I saw her yesterday in the west wing. She's pretty hot."

"Perfect ass. Just makes my cock hard thinking about her."

"Reminds me about the time we pulled a train on Lyal."

"Oh, yeah. The big-lipped girl from the kitchens. Spirit, she know how to suck cock with those lips of hers.” Both men groaned.

"I got an idea. After tomorrow's shift, want to see how well of a lay she is? Purely scientific research.” Yeah, I bet.

"Sure. Anything in the name of science.

From here she stood she could see the front of their gray suits tinting against the strain of their cocks.

There were certain parts of a conversation she just did not want to hear.

Her ears burned as she heard them talking about pulling a train on one of the servant girls as if it were done regularly. She was often grossed out by the conversations of men and their sick minds.

Adrenaline surged through her in mass doses. She had to do something. Listening to the guards yammer on was about all that she could take.

Quietly, Nah'Dara reached in her pack for a small hair clip, took her aim and pitched it a cross the dock.

It worked. The clip slid across the floor hitting one of the storage canisters on the other side of the dock.

Hearing the diversion, the guards quickly investigated the noise. Smiling in triumph, Nah'Dara took advantage of it to make her way for the transporter pad.

"Computer, Sight to sight transport. Authorization D-75,” she whispered. Within seconds, the shimmering lights and the tingle overtook her on the molecular level placing her in the ships cockpit. Breathing an early sigh of relief, Nah'Dara placed the bag in the empty command chair plopping down in front of the helm.

"Computer system startup. Emergency power up.” In a matter of minutes, she would be gone. She could feel the slight pull of G's, masked by the dampeners. She breathed a sigh of relief when she was out of Habias atmosphere.

She did not dare answer the hails the security team tried to send her. They would notify her uncle, wake him from his deep sleep, if they must, and send someone after her. She could not take that chance.

Where was she going? As far and as fast as she could get without having to refuel. Hopefully, if all went well, she would not have to stop until she reached the Dinti system. Then after she refueled, she would be on her way to Jordan. To her aunt that would no doubt, turn her away, but she had to take a chance. Somehow, she felt deep in her bones that this was the last shot of freedom she was ever going to get.

On her way out of the system, her sensors picked up a sleek intrepid-class cruiser creeping past her heading towards the planet. She did not hail them, or scan them. She even masked her signatures so that she could not be traced or identified. She kept her heading straight for the Dinti System initializing the hyper-drive. The stars streaked past in shimmering rays of light as she increased in speed. The further she got, the less she would have to see of her sickening arranged marriage to a lying, no-good Great Prince.

  Chapter 5

Kiana had heard Nah'Dara sneak out of her room, knowing the moment she heard her cousin walk down the hall as she left for the transporter. Kiana waited in her bed a little longer making sure that it was safe. She wanted to keep her promise to Nah'Dara, but this was too important not to lie in bed and not let anyone know.

Kiana jumped out of bed reaching for her robe on the stand near her vanity dresser wrapping it around her shoulders. She did not bother with her slippers because she never knew where she put them last.

Walking out of her room, she headed for the one person that she could always talk to. Dayton sat at his station near Lord Trenton's office. Shocked to see her out of her room so late in the night, Dayton rose from his chair.

"Lady Kiana, what are you doing walking about?"

"I have to tell you something.” He gently placed his hands on her shoulders trying to usher her back to her room, but she would not move.

"Well, whatever it is, it can wait until morning."

"No, it can't,” she pleaded. Seeing that she would not to move, Dayton sighed and rubbed his temple.

"Okay, out with it. What has you so wired tonight?"

"Nah'Dara is gone.” Dayton blinked startled.

  "What?"

"She left a little bit ago. She's run away."

  "How do you know this?"

She was already walking towards her father's quarters. “I don't have time. She said that she had to get away and I'm trying to get her back."

  Dayton followed her.

"She's What?!", were the only words that flew from Lord Trenton's lips as Dayton whispered in his ear that Lady Nah'Dara had left the system in his finest ship. “I want her found!” his voice just above a whisper.

  "Yes, my lord."

"Alert Great Prince Eriq. We d
on't need a war started before the treaty is even signed."

Dayton bowed quickly leaving only to return with the great prince in tow.

Trenton stood as the great prince entered the room. “I'm sorry to wake you so early in the morning, Great Prince, but we have a problem."

"Obviously, as I'm awake at three in the morning."

Great Prince Eriq LoMoq sat in a chair nearest to the large wooden desk. He watched casually as Lord Trenton golden brown skin turned beet red. It was not hard to hear the thoughts as he touched his mind.

Blessed with the ability to read a man's thoughts, he learned Nah'Dara was gone.

"Let me guess. My new mate has run away."

  Shocked, Trenton only nodded.

"This isn't her first time.” He did not notice Kiana standing near her father. She eyed him accusatively not ashamed that she gave the evil eye to a Great Prince. “She ran off countless suitors before. Some were dismissed or she just pretended not to care about them."

Nah'Dara had guts, he thought. To go back on her word to an Altarian meant certain repercussions. However, he remembered the dream, she never promised anything. He had given her pleasure expecting that she would stay but she did not. His blood rose to a slow boil, but he would never dare show any sign of his anger to these people. They did not know him that well. His feeling to find her was so strong it was overpowering. Against his better judgment, he knew this was the woman he needed at his side.

"Is there a way to get in contact with her?” Eriq folded his arms across his chest. How could one little woman cause such havoc to an entire Alliance?

Trenton eyed the Great Prince with troubled eyes. “No. I was told by my security team she managed to take her communications off line even going so far as to mask her signatures."

Nah'Dara must be very clever, he thought. Never had he known anyone woman to pilot a ship in his lifetime. No matter, he battled on inside. She had escaped marriage to royal of the Altarian court causing a disgrace.

Theora staggered through the door half awake.

"What's going on?” She rubbed the sleep from her eyes. When her eyes focused on Eriq, she came full awake backing up slowly around Kiana.

  "Nah'Dara ran away."

"Again?” she waved the air with an uncaring hand. “That's the third time this year. What was it about this time?"

Kiana moved, uncovering Theora's hiding place. “Her and Father had a disagreement."

Theora scoffed combing her fingers through her sleep-matted hair.

"What's new? They're always fighting. If you asked me, it's good riddance.” Kiana eyed her menacingly, her hands balding into fists at her sides. Theora shrieked backing away to Dayton who slightly pushed her out of the way. “What? She was going to be the death to the Notalvian anyway."

"There is a way to get in contact with her, Father,” Kiana said finally taking her eyes from Theora long enough to address Lord Trenton.

  "Tell me."

"I can call her using a code that only she and I know.” Trenton's eyes seem to brighten. He turned his viewer around so that she could access it.

"How did she manage to obtain one of these ships?” Eriq tried hard to hide the smile that threatened to spread over his lips.

A small knock sounded on the door. A guard pushed the door slightly heading directly for Dayton with a small data unit in his hand. Dayton tapped the small scream frowning briefly, and then handed the unit to Lord Trenton.

Trenton wiped his tired face with his hands. “She managed to sneak past security, but when she made a sight to sight transport to the ship, the scanners picked up the activity.” He swore under his breath. “They couldn't catch her before she went in hyper-drive."

She pulled out all the tricks. Don't I feel special, he thought darkly.

"Okay. I sent it. It usually takes a few min—.” The communicator beeped with an incoming message. “It's her."

Nah'Dara's face filled the viewer. Eriq's heart thumped harshly against his chest.

"Kiana, what is it? I'm in hyper. You said it was life or death."

"Well, it is. Where are you?” Nah'Dara's eyes narrowed on her.

"You know I'm not telling that. Who put you up to calling me?"

Trenton swung the viewer around into his direction. “I did.” He boomed. “How dare you leave this planet in the middle of negotiations!"

"You had no right to put me in the middle of it."

"Nah'Dara Eryn, I want that ship back in this port in the next hour.” Nah'Dara smiled back at him.

"No can do, Uncle Dear. I'm headed somewhere where you can't find me."

Behind the counter, on the other console, Dayton was tracing her communication signal.

"You are going to have a hard time tracking a rotation signal. You won't find it. I'll see you later. Have a really nice life.” She signed off. Trenton was furious.

"Lady Lehr knows this system, am I right?” Trenton looked back at Eriq with an angry stare.

"Yes, My Lord. Extremely well. Her father was the head of the Alliance military before his death. She was in training before that.” Slowly, Eriq smiled. There was a thought playing over in his mind. He could find her himself. He would not dare send anyone else to find her. He had a feeling that they would come up empty handed.

"There is only one solution. I am the best hunter among my clan. Given my military background, I could track down Lady Lehr and bring her back."

Trenton narrowed his gaze upon Eriq as if measuring if he was the qualified man for the job. He was very qualified. There was no doubt about it. He hand spent his entire military career as highly trained assassin. An unbeatable machine. There was never a time that he could not find his mark. It was a risky idea. One made on impulse, but there was no time. If he wanted this war to stop between the two nations then something had to be done.

"She is no ordinary royal, Mi'lord. She is very skilled. Very cunning. She will try to trick you, my Lord."

LoMoq smiled. “No need to worry, Lord Trenton. I pride myself on my skill. I don't have a problem with finding her.” He readied himself for the challenge. It had been a while since he had been on the hunt, whether for the military or, in this case, for the woman he was supposed to wed.

"I will give you whatever resources you need to find her, but please understand. I do not in any way want her hurt, but whatever it takes, I want her found.” Eriq nodded. Already he was piecing together a plan to find her.

"I will need access to her logs and any data files that I should need."

"Granted.” Trenton raised a worried brow to him. “My security chief, Dayton, will assist you in anything you need.” Dayton bowed slightly to the Great Prince. Humor played about his eyes betraying his starched stature. “My apologies, my Lord, but I sure pray that you know what you are getting into."

The smiled that Eriq displayed across his lips was one filled with mischief. “Don't worry, Lord Trenton. Like I said before, I always find my target."

Eriq walked out of the room heading for Nah'Dara's empty chamber. He had an idea about her personal computer helping in the search.

Dayton followed him handing him a data pad of codes to try on her door.

"Try them all,” he said. There was a hint of a smile on his lips.

  Eriq nodded.

"I don't know if this will help,” he said when he was out of the Lord Trenton's hearing. “I placed a tracking device inside her locket the last time I had it repaired. On that pad is the signal. It is linked to her long-range sensors to give it an extra boost.

  "Thanks."

"Not a problem. You're the only one who has been willing to go after her. Good luck, watch out for the left hook.” That was a little odd information, but he would keep it in mind.

"Uhh, thank you.” He watched Dayton head down the hall before he headed for Nah'Dara's room.

Eriq entered her room with one of the access codes Dayton gave him. The room was large, fit perfectly for a royal. The scent of the room enlightened
his senses stirring something deep inside him. He walked through the large entryway commanding the computer to light the room as he did so. Large burgundy velvet drapes covered the windows. In the corner near the fireplace, sat a large chair that matched the drapes. The fireplace looked as though it had never been used. A castle this large was often cold. The only thing that looked used was the bed and the lavatory. Other than that, it looked as if she had never lived here only slept. As if trying to escape her demons.

The large wooden wardrobe sat on the other side of the room with its doors cast open. He stepped up to it peering inside at the gowns.

"Computer, did Lady Lehr take any of her gowns?"

"Negative, Great Prince LoMoq.” If all of her gowns were here, what did she wear? Surely, she would not leave naked. As much as the thought aroused him, he could not see her leaving without of stitch of clothing.

"I created flight suits for Lady Nah'Dara Lehr based on her body dimensions with her personal specifications.” The wardrobe hummed quickly giving off a white light. As the light dimmed, Eriq saw six flight suites hanging in front of the elegant gowns. Each one a different color. The feel of them soft and still carried her scent of faint roses. He inhaled the scent, memorized it, wanting nothing more than to smell it in her hair.

He walked away from the wardrobe to her bedside. The nightstand caught his eye. It was covered with halo-novels. So she likes to read, umm. He briefly picked up one before for he saw a small halo-pic in a silver stabilization frame. Engraved on it was a name, Lord Darien Lehr. He picked the picture up and pressed the button. The halo-pic came alive with the picture of a man with silver hair and deep brown eyes.

"I love you, Nah'Dara Eryn. Happy 16th Birth Anniversary. Love, Daddy.” The picture repeated itself before Eriq pressed to button to still the picture. Her bed looked slept in, probably no more than a couple of hours. Pillows had been arranged so that someone slept there. In the bed, was the halo-vid projection of Nah'Dara. Her brown hair draped carelessly across her face hiding her features from him. He could hear the sounds of her breathing. He knew that they were produced from the same halo-vid. This woman was very clever. He had to find her. This had gone far enough. He waved through the image, and it dissipated leaving the bed empty.
