An Education for Amy [Men of Kinsey 3] (Siren Publishing Ménage and More) Page 7

Arching off the bed, Amy tried to force more of her breast into Jordon’s mouth, but he only moved further out of reach before leaving her breast completely.

“Oh my god, I can’t take this, you all said that you wanted me, and the minute I tell you only a little of what Jasper did to me, you don’t want me anymore. This is why I didn’t want to do this, now get these fucking cuffs off me, now.”

She was absolutely humiliated. Trust us, they said. Yeah, sure, and the moment she opens up a little they slam the door shut in her face. How could she expect anything less? She was damaged goods. Jasper had seen to that. Sure, they didn’t want him to hurt her again, but that didn’t mean that there would be anything lasting between them. What a fucking moron she’d been.

  * * * *

Before she could hurt herself, Ethan and Jordon released her from the cuffs, and as soon as they did, she pushed them out of the way, grabbed her clothes, and headed for the bathroom.

The door slammed shut behind her, leaving all three brothers sitting on the bed utterly astonished.

“She thinks we don’t want her?” Ethan asked incredulously.

“How the fuck did she get that from us saying we weren’t going to fuck her right away?” Jordon posed.

Adam stood and started getting dressed, not exactly sure how they were going to deal with this little outburst.

Amy was going to have to realize that they wanted her, no matter what had happened in her past. That bastard, Jasper, had a lot to answer for, and the sooner he was back behind bars, the better. Only this time, they were going to make sure it was for a very, very long time.

The bathroom door flung open, and a fully dressed, really pissed off little sub came out. Adam watched as she paced back and forth between the dresser and the door, looking as if she wasn’t quite sure what she was going to do.

“Amy, you need to settle down for a minute and listen to us.” Adam was trying to keep his voice calm so that he could get her to let go of some of her anger.

“You want me to settle down…well, Master Adam,” she said, her voice dripping in sarcasm. “I don’t think I want to settle down. You three have taken over my life for the last few days. You told me to trust you and that, no matter what, your feelings for me would never change. But the minute I start to open up and tell you about what that fucking bastard did to me, you all decide that I’m not worth it.”

She had a full head of steam going, and Adam could see that there was no way they were going to be able to get through to her until she was able to get it all out, so he sat down on the bed and just let her go.

“Well, you wanted to know all the gory details of my relationship with Jasper, so now you just sit there and listen and don’t say a fucking word until I’m finished. Then you’re going to drive me back to my apartment so I can pick up the pieces of my life and figure out how the hell I’m going to deal with that prick.”

Jordon was about to say something when Adam placed a hand on his shoulder and just shook his head at him.

“I first met Jasper through my mom. Can you believe that? My mother, who was so worried about being socially accepted that she blamed me for Jasper’s beatings. She said that if I would just listen to him and do what I was told, he wouldn’t hit me.” Shaking her head she continued pacing.

“He was such a charmer when I first met him. He was sweet. He took me to dinner at nice restaurants and to the city to see plays. He did all the things you would expect a man who loved you would do for you. I was a virgin when I met him, and he knew it, so he didn’t pressure me for sex right away. But after a few months, we ended up at his apartment one night and, well, I wasn’t a virgin anymore.” Stopping mid stride, she looked at them and said, “He didn’t take me gently either, and that was the night he gave me my introduction to nipple clamps as well.”

Adam could see Ethan’s fisted hands and knew that his brother was fighting everything in him not to take her into his arms to soothe away the pain.

“After he was finished, he told me that, from then on, I was his, that I would do what he wanted, when he wanted, and that I would learn how to please him. The beating started that very same night when he got pissed at me because I didn’t make his drink the way he liked it. Over the next, almost two years, he beat me down so that I had no self-esteem. When I turned to my mother for help, well, I already told you what she said to me.

“When I went to the sheriff, thinking he could help, he basically told me the same thing. Time and time again, I tried to get help, but everywhere I turned there was someone who was a friend of Jasper’s daddy, or they were just too afraid to help. So I lived with it, knowing that, eventually, Jasper would kill me. It wasn’t until Ryder and his brothers found out what was going on that anything was done about it. The minute they found out what Jasper had been doing, they helped me pack up my things, found me a safe place to stay, and the rest is history.”

Adam stood and walked over to where Amy was still pacing. She was almost vibrating with anger.

“Okay, Amy, you’ve had your say and told us everything. Now you’re going to sit down and hear us out, and you’re not going to open that pretty little mouth until we’re finished, do you understand?” He kept his voice gentle but firm. He didn’t want her to bolt on them.

“All right, but then you’re going to take me back to my place so I can go back to work and deal with everything, agreed?” she asked.

“First you listen, and then we talk,” was all Adam said before taking her hand and leading her to the bed to sit down.

Ethan and Jordon had both gotten dressed sometime during Amy’s tirade and seemed just as ready as he was to get everything out in the open and off their chests.

“Six months ago, we walked into the club and were met by the cutest little woman we’d ever laid eyes on.” Adam was taking the lead in this conversation since it was his words that set her off in the first place.

“You were so skittish around us, but for some reason, we all knew that you would be the woman for us. So over the next six months, we came to the club as often as possible just to see that beautiful smile of yours when we came through the doors. The day we found out from Ryder, Sam, and Dan that Jasper had put you in the hospital before you were able to get away from him was the day that we knew you were the one for us.”

Jordon placed a hand on his brother’s shoulder.

“Adam’s right, if we had known you before, Jasper wouldn’t have made it to jail,” Jordon said. “When you came back with the bruises still visible and everything came out, Jasper is really lucky that our cousins are such law-abiding men, otherwise Jasper never would have made it to jail. They took care of you and made sure to keep you safe. They did their damnedest to get Jasper as much time as possible, but because a length of time had passed, they could only get that short sentence, and they knew he’d only serve some of that because of the time he had already served in jail while awaiting trial. What Jasper did to you, baby, was sick, and you should have been able to turn to your mom for help, but she was so wrapped up in her own life that she’d sacrifice her own daughter. We were glad that our cousins were there for you, and we’ll always be grateful to them for protecting you when we couldn’t, but that’s in the past. We all love you.”

Amy gasped and looked about to say something, but Ethan stopped her with just a look.

“You promised us you wouldn’t say anything until we were finished. What Adam and Jordon seem to be having such difficulty saying is that, I think we all fell in love with you that very first moment we met, but we wanted to give you time to get used to us before we really started making a move on you. The only thing about your past that we care about is that you are alive and strong and were finally able to put that bastard away for at least a little while. What he did to you isn’t how a normal Dom/sub relationship works, little bit. Hell, it’s not even how a vanilla relationship is supposed to work. Jasper is an arrogant asshole that beats on those who are weaker than him and then hides b
ehind his daddy’s money when he’s called on his behavior. You are and will always be the center of our world. We want you physically, oh damn straight we do, but it’s more than that. We want to wake up to your smile every morning and know that we helped put it there. We want to make babies with you. Lots and lots of babies and spoil you rotten. We want to make the remainder of your life the happiest it can be. And the only reason that Adam said there would be no sex is not because we don’t want you but because we want you to be able to trust us enough to completely let yourself go, to be able to enjoy and feel everything that we want to do to you and with you. You’re most certainly not damaged, baby. And I think it’s safe to say that, if we hear you talking bad shit about yourself again, you’re going to get a really good spanking.”

  * * * *

Amy sat on the bed, her mouth agape in astonishment. She always saw herself as unworthy of love because of what Jasper had done to her. She hadn’t gone into some of the real nasty stuff, but that would come with time. She knew now that these men, these strong, gorgeous, sexy men, loved her. And from the bottom of her soul, she loved them, too, and there was no way in hell she was going to allow Jasper to take anything else away from her ever again.

Almost jumping off the bed, she ran across the room with her arms open wide, engulfing as much of her men in her arms as she could.

“I love you, too. All of you, I’m sorry I got so upset, I told you I had a bit of a temper sometimes.” She laughed and cuddled close to all of them.

“Jasper did a lot of damage to me, and not just physically. I’ve been able to deal with most of it with the help of a therapist and my friends, but sometimes I slide back into that dark place, and everything around me seems out of reach. Do you understand what I mean?”

“Yeah, I think we do, baby. But you have to know that you’re not alone in this. You can come to us with anything, no matter how ugly, and talk to us about it. We know that you haven’t told us everything that happened to you, but when you’re ready, we’ll be here.” Ethan said quietly, kissing the top of her head.

“Do you trust us to protect you, little bit?” Jordon asked. “We know how brave you are, but will you let us help you protect yourself?

Amy smiled and stepped back just out of their reach. “Together. That’s the only way we can do this. That’s the only way that we’ll be able to finally get Jasper put behind bars for a long time is if we do it together. You can protect me as much as you want as long as you include me in any plans where that prick is concerned. I want to be involved in making him pay, not just for me, but for all the other people that he has hurt over the years.”

“As much as it will make us crazy, you’ll be aware of everything that is going on. You will be with us every step of the way, baby.” Adam smiled at her, then lunged to grab her, threw her over his shoulder, and headed downstairs.

“But for right now, my love, we are all going to get our coats on and head off into the club for the next couple of days.”

Amy laughed and tugged at the back pocket of his jeans. “I need to pack a few things then, Adam. You can’t expect me to run around naked. Even my bosses let Tia get dressed once in awhile.”

“No bag is necessary, baby. We’re going to buy you a few new things while we’re in town. We want to spoil you a little, so just be a good girl, and don’t fight me on this.”

Amy hid her smile against Adam’s back. She had never been spoiled by anyone, so it sounded like a lot of fun, and it would also be good to see her friend Tia again. Tia had been through a similar situation with her ex-husband, but with Ryder, Sam, and Dan’s help, she’d been able to overcome her fears, and they now had five beautiful children. Shay, the oldest, was Tia’s from her first marriage, but you would never know it. The triplets adored her, and she had her daddies wrapped around her little finger. The quads were less than a year old but had everyone in the house hopping at their slightest sound.

April Marie and her brothers, Adam, Aaron, and Ashton, were so adorable. April Marie had been an unexpected surprise for her parents. They were only expecting the three boys, so when their little girl came out from hiding behind her brothers, the triplets just about fainted. It would be good to see all of them again. They had come to mean so much to her and treated her more like family than her real one ever had.

“Are you okay, Amy? You’re awfully quiet,” Jordon said, expecting her to start yelling at them any minute.

When they got to the truck, Adam put her feet on the ground again and brushed away the hair that had fallen in her face. She smiled at him when he uncovered her beautiful face.

“And what has you smiling like a cat who just got a full bowl of milk?” He smiled right back at her.

“I’m just excited about seeing everyone, and I feel so free all of a sudden. Like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders.”

“That’s because you’re letting us carry it for you, for a while. You’ve trusted us with some of the things that have happened to you in the past, and you know that, eventually, there’ll come a time when you can tell us everything. But you’ve given yourself permission to love again, and I’m so glad that you did.” Ethan turned her and gently kissed her on the lips before lifting her up into the truck.

“I’m gonna ride my bike into town, so I’ll be right behind you. And when everything is over and done with, I want you and I to go on a long ride on my bike. Would you like that, baby?”

“That sounds like a great idea, Ethan, and along the way, we might even find a secluded spot somewhere where we can stop and….” Amy wiggled her eyebrows at him and smiled.

“Damn, baby, do you have any idea how uncomfortable it is riding with a hard-on?” Ethan laughed and then kissed her nose and headed to go get on his bike. An audible groan could be heard coming from him as he lifted his leg over and sat down.

The three of them laughed and got into the truck and headed into town to Club Kinsey.

  Chapter 6

Jasper sat across from his dad in his office, waiting for him to get off the phone with some old biddy who wanted him to come to some fucking charity event.

“Now, Molly, you know I would come if I could, but with the election right around the corner, I’m already pretty booked up.” His dad was such a schmoozer that he would be able to calm the old bird’s ruffled feathers.

“Yes, yes, Molly, I know that you and your ladies carry a great deal of weight in Kinsey, and I never said I wouldn’t come, it’s just that I’m going to have to do some rearranging of my schedule so that I can be there. But I’ll only be able to stay for a short time. You understand, don’t you? There is so much to do to keep this town running properly, you know. Okay, I’ll call tomorrow and let you know what time I’ll be there. Bye now.” Finally hanging up, Jasper leaned back in the chair across from his daddy and put his feet up on his desk.

“Get you goddamn feet off my desk, and get your sorry ass out of town now,” he snarled at him.

“What the hell is up your ass, Dad?” Jasper couldn’t believe the way his daddy was talking to him.

“I can tell you what’s not up and that’s my popularity in this town, especially with you coming back here after being in jail.”

“Where the hell else did you expect I’d go? My woman is here, and she and I have a few things to work out.” Stunned by his father’s reaction to his return, Jasper just sat there and stared at him.

“Amy is not your woman, and you stay the hell away from her, do you hear me? She’ll cause you nothing but grief if you go after her, boy. And I ain’t helping you out if you land your ass back in prison. Because of you and that stupid Felton, the whole town is pissed at me. I need to do a lot of ass-kissing if I want to stay in office. So pack your stuff, and head off to your cousins’ back east.”

Jasper didn’t know what to think, he didn’t know what to do. His daddy had always had his back, and now it was like he was throwing him to the wolves.

“I can’t go back east, Daddy. Those cousi
ns of mine out there are morons. You even said so yourself.”

“They may not be the brightest crayons in the box, son, but they’re still family and will make sure you find a job and a nice place to stay.”

“A job…? You’ve got to be fucking kidding me. What happened to ‘I own this town, son, so you don’t ever have to worry about money.’ What happened with that little speech?”

Jasper was livid with his dad. How could he do this to him? How could he treat his own son like this?

“Things have changed, son. After your trial and all the revelations that came to light, there is no way that I can stand up and protect you, anymore. I don’t want to protect you anymore. You need to think about getting some help with that anger, son. What you did to that poor girl was inexcusable, and I won’t allow you to do anything else to hurt her.”

  * * * *

Doug Collier had always protected his son, thinking that the bad things women were saying about him was because of who his father was, but after Jasper’s trial, he couldn’t hide from it any longer. His son had done all the things those women had accused him of, and he had used his considerable influence with law enforcement and the courts to make sure any charges were dropped. But when Amy had taken the stand and told a packed courtroom what his son had done to her, he knew that somewhere along the way, something inside his boy had broken. Maybe it was his fault for giving him everything he wanted, for making his life too easy. He and his wife had had a troubled marriage the last few years, but he had never even considered hitting her no matter how angry they got at each other. Had she still been alive, she would be ashamed of both of them.

“Well, Dad, I need some money if you want me out of this town. I have expenses, you know.” Jasper sat back in his chair and eyed him.
