The Flavor Of Love Page 21

by Shiree McCarver

If she had any doubt of who was in control in the bedroom, Keigo let her know he was. It didn’t matter if she started the lovemaking or if he did. By the time he was finished with her body, she was melting in his hands and under his mercy of whether it would be a slow lovemaking session or a hot and quick fuck. Tonight she felt as if it was a bit of both.

She spread her knees wider, wanting more, urging his cock to hit her wonder spot when he banged into her. Her inner folds convulsed around him and she knew she was going to come again, but before she fell over the peak of no return, he stopped. Etta thought she was going to literally die. She whimpered and was stunned to find tears actually flowing from her eyes. She tried to move her ass against him but his fingers bit into her hips keeping her in place.

As she felt herself calming down. It was as if he was in perfect harmony with her body. He picked up the pace once more, urging her towards another orgasm. Animalistic grunts tore from her throat and she bit her bottom lips to quiet them down.

“Don’t,” Keigo practically growled the word. “I love the mewling sounds you make. Don’t hold it back; just let it go, sweetheart.”

Etta was delighted to hear he liked the noise she made because she wouldn't have been able to stop the guttural sounds from escaping even if she wanted to. Once Keigo changed his strokes from long and deep to shorter harder ones, the slapping sounds of wet sweaty flesh against sweaty flesh and his deep grunts made her hotter. He fisted a handful of her hair as he spoke to her dirty words in Japanese that whipped her into a wild frenzy. She completely let go of all the baggage she’d hung onto since that fated day that distorted the course of both their lives. Now it was all so blessedly clear that they were destined to be together.

Etta released a scream. She sobbed while convulsing around his penis in ripples. Keigo thrust two more times before he followed suit. She felt his delicious body rock with spontaneous shudders and shakes before he collapsed on top of her. Etta could feel his penis twitching and pumping inside her. Hot mingled body fluids poured out of her pussy and tickled her ultra sensitive clitoris. She released the headboard and pinpricks of pain coursed through her fingers. Hell, her entire body had a wonderful numbing ache and she realized how addictive these feelings could become.

Etta welcomed the momentary weight of him on top her while a multicolored light show went off behind her tightly closed eyelids.

“Kuso, shit!” Keigo let out in a loud whoosh.

Etta welcomed the sudden rush of cool air hit her moist skin as Keigo practically peeled his front from her back.

She turned her head to look at his face after Keigo rolled off of her to his side of the bed on his back. His right hand stretched towards the ceiling and he flexed his fingers. “Whoop! Thank you!” He yelled. “Damn,” he muttered and laughed. “What a rush!”

Etta only found enough leftover strength to pull the pillows from beneath her hips and put them back where they belonged beneath their heads. The musky sexual scent of their bodies still clung to the cases and she instantly became aroused again, but she was too tired to act upon it.

When Keigo guided her over on her back, he murmured, “I love you so much,” before taking liberties with her slack mouth by kissing her. Perking up, she wrapped her arms around his neck and held his head to her by burying her fingers into the silky cap of damp spiky hair.

When he broke the kiss, he looked her in the eyes and whispered, “Don’t ever run away from me again, Etta. The drive I made to get over here today felt like it took me forever. All I could think was if I were to die before I could explain, you would always think I lied to you.”

“No, I wouldn’t.” she whispered back. “After the uncharacteristic hysterics,” she began, her dimples flashing at his mocking snort, “I would have taken the time to reasonably think about everything like I did tonight when I woke up. Then, I would have hated myself for the rest of my life for being an idiot and not staying until you got there. We’re a team and we should have faced the situation together.”

Keigo released a long sigh. His fingers leisurely moved up and down her arm. “It will take a little time for the both of us to shed the selfishness of being alone for so long. Look how we are already taking advantage of sharing a bed.”

She giggled as he tickled at her ribs, “Stop it now,” she warned, slapping at his hand. “I don’t plan on reliving one of the most embarrassing moments of my life.”

“Embarrassing? That fart was the defining moment that I knew I must really be in love with you because I found it endearing.”

“What!” Her face crinkled up in laughter. “Judge Sexy, I think you’re a very sick and twisted individual.”

“Takes one to know one,” he accused resting his head on her stomach.

“Yup,” she agreed. She almost told him that she was pregnant. Almost. She was determined to wait until tomorrow so that it would be the ultimate wedding gift.

  “Oh, I almost forgot.”

  “What?”

“Stay right here!” His slender body bounded off the bed and she shook her head wondering where the hell he got the energy? She was doing well just to hold a literate conversation. She took full advantage of admiring his naked body. After all, it was hers to admire. She realized there were millions of television viewers out there wishing to be in her shoes. Not only would she be a Judge’s wife, she’d be a celebrity wife and back into the limelight along with the fact that she was a psychic. Etta looked on the bright side. Look at all the free publicity her online cooking show will get. Hmm, maybe they could become a team in the courtroom. Whoever won their case got a free health reading. Etta giggled.

“What’s so funny?” Keigo asked as he came back towards the bed and crawled onto the mattress.

“You are.” Her laughing brown eyes made a point of looking down at his crotch. “Wore you out, did I?” To her amazement, his penis started to lengthen as it hardened.”

Keigo grinned. “Temporary reprieve. All it needs is focus and a little encouragement.”

Etta felt giddy with happiness. “What do you have in your hand?”

Keigo slid back off the bed and Etta flopped on her stomach moving towards the edge to see what he was hiding from her. “Come on,” she cried out. “What is it? Too late for a condom,” she lifted an eyebrow at him. He had no idea of the extent of those words.

He stood towering over her before switching on the light by the bed. With a clearing of his throat he dropped down on one knee. With excited anticipation, Etta stared and her eyes misted with emotions.

Keigo held the small velvet box in his palm and opened it with the other hand asking, “Etta Mae Jones, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife and promise me no matter what the future holds, we will never go to bed with any secrets or fears between us? Sorry, but I dropped the flowers I bought you on the floor of the penthouse.”

Etta gasped at the beautifully crafted ring with filigree scrolls and several diamonds, small, med and large making up the design. It was perfectly different and non-traditional, just like she was and she loved it.

“Keigo,” she breathed as he slipped it on the ring finger of her left hand. It was a little loose, but not so much that the weight of it caused it to spin on her finger.

  “Well?” He asked.

She realized he was waiting for an answer. She was so use to him making declarations and expecting her to comply; she assumed the answer would be obvious. Etta replayed his proposal in her mind. No secrets. Damn.

“Yes, Keigo, I will marry you. Also, we’re going to have a baby. Now, let’s go to bed. We have a wedding to attend tomorrow.” She scooted back over to her pillow and held her finger up to the light to look at the brilliancy of the diamonds.

She looked over to find a stunned Keigo still on the floor, only instead of being bent on the one knee he dropped to both his knees. Speechless. Etta beamed and hummed the ditty Keigo always hummed. “Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide.” It felt good to get the last word in without wor
rying if she would have to go to jail because of it.

  Epilogue

And it ends as it begins. With a wedding…

Halfway between dreams and sleep, Keigo smiled to himself. Today was his wedding day and he was going to be a father. It didn’t get any better. During his time away from Etta at the penthouse, along with the ring and flowers, he called in some favors and obtained a license. All he had to do was call and change the address to Etta’s for messenger delivery. Once they signed on the dotted line, it would be official.

Just as he was about to open his eyes, he felt a light kiss upon his lips. He stretched and grinned. Etta.

  Keigo’s eyes opened.

He jackknifed up in the bed and the sheet slid down to his hips. “What the hell? Auntie Loo, what are you doing in the bedroom?” He saw the other side of the rumpled bed was empty. “Where is Etta?”

Auntie Loo released a cackle. “Oh boy. Handsome, our Little Etta is a lucky girl,” she winked. “I knew you had some kissable lips.”

Keigo scowled. “Yeah, well, we’re going to have to discuss this, ‘open door’ policy you have around here.” His fist tightened on the sheet at his hips. He couldn’t believe the old woman was blatantly looking him over as if he was being considered for something unthinkable. Keigo suppressed a shudder from the thought. There was a limit to family love.

As if reading his mind, Auntie Loo laughed. “Get up and let’s get things started, Asian Prince Charming. Your bride, Black Sleeping Booty, is already downstairs in the kitchen. She says, ‘no one else is going to cook her wedding cake but her.’ I told her she should rest. Being pregnant will tire her out quicker and it’s going to be a long day.”

Keigo pouted. He hoped that could be their little secret for bit longer.

Auntie Loo continued, “Etta’s also pissed because she remembered everyone was standing in her house with their outside shoes on yesterday. I told her to get over it because they will be wearing them again today. There are too many people. There’s bound to be some stinky feet in there somewhere.” She nodded her head.

“I can’t believe she told you about the baby. Did she tell you before or after she told me?” he huffed and rolled his eye.

Auntie Loo shook her head. “Told me?” She cackled again. “You might as well get use to the fact that there won’t be much going on in your house that we don’t know about before you do.”

“Oh yeah,” Keigo grumbled. “How can I forget the neighborhood psychic network?”

“I’m going to give you some free advice,” Auntie Loo declared and moved to the opened bedroom door and peeped out.

“Again?” Keigo murmured. “Haven’t we had this conversation before?”

“Trust me, you need to know this.”

“Okay, you’re going to tell me any way, so go ahead.”

“Handsome, I think you better put on some underwear and quickly. You don’t want to hit the cold hardwood floor with your naked ass,” Auntie Loo stated while standing in the bedroom doorway.

  “Is that a prediction?”

“Nope.” Auntie Loo sucked her teeth. There was a gleam in her dark eyes and not a flaming red hair out of place. “Etta’s defensive lineman brother, Toby, is heading this way and he doesn’t look too happy.”

“Kuso!” Keigo exclaimed rolling out of the bed with the sheet in front of his private parts and his ass naked for the world to see. He wasn’t a coward but no man wanted to die with his pants down around his ankles. Keigo hurried into the adjoining bathroom slamming and locking the door behind him.

“Woo wee, doggie! He’s got a sweet ass, too,” Auntie Loo laughed. “That Etta is one lucky gal!”

  French Bread

  Ingredients:

  5 cups of all-purpose flour

  2 1/2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast + a pinch more (
1 pg. of active dry yeast = .25 ounces or 2 and 1/2 teaspoons per packet)

  1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

  1-tablespoon cornmeal

  1 egg white

  Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt. Stir in 2 cups warm water, and beat until well blended using a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can.

On a lightly floured surface, knead in enough flour to make stiff dough that is smooth and elastic. Knead for about 8 to 10 minutes total. Shape into a ball. Place dough in a greased bowl, and turn once. Cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Punch dough down, and divide in half. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Cover, and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll each half into large rectangle. Roll up, starting from a long side. Moisten edge with water and seal. Taper ends.

Grease a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornmeal. Place loaves, seam side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly beat the egg white, and brush on. Cover with a damp cloth. Let rise until nearly doubled, 35 to 40 minutes.

With a very sharp knife, make 3 or 4 diagonal cuts about 1/4 inch deep across top of each loaf. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes. Brush again with egg white. Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until bread tests done and if necessary, cover loosely with foil to prevent over browning. Remove from baking sheet, and cool on a wire rack.
