She walked slowly across the room, and stopped right in front of him. She reached down and pulled his knees apart, then stood between them. “It's nice to relax in a bath after a long day, isn't it?” She ran her hands through his gel-free hair as she spoke.
He put his hands over hers, stopping her from rubbing his head. “Morgan, you're absolutely wonderful, but I'm far too tired tonight.” He turned her hand over and kissed her palm. “We'll make time to be together tomorrow.” He let go of her, then smiled a friendly farewell.
Morgan almost laughed, he had so very much to learn. “Dante, here's your first lesson of the night; you are never too tired if the woman is not.” She raised her leg and ran her soft knee between his. Then she pushed him back onto the bed, and straddled his waist. When the door shut, seemingly on its own, she laughed at what Luigi must have just thought when he walked by. She didn't know, but one thing was for certain, he didn't want to see it.
Dante started to protest, but Morgan leaned down and ran her tongue from his belly button to the middle of his chest. He put his head back, still trying to decide if he wanted to go further. Temptation, that's what the girl was. He played that word over in his head until he felt her tongue glide along the length of his thick shaft.
“That's nice.” His deep voice was laden with desire, and that brought a smile to Morgan's working lips.
“Just relax and enjoy.” She put the head in her mouth, and twirled her tongue around the opening. He pushed his hips toward her slightly, he wanted more from her warm mouth. She took him deeper, and sucked gently while she ran her hand up and down his length. His body trembled, and she slowed down to the point of just running her tongue all the way around his swollen tip.
His body was exhausted, and he knew that he didn't have the self control to hold off like he normally would. “Stop, Morgan! Get on top of me.” He put his hands out to help her get on top.
She got back into position, and told him to put himself inside of her. “Put your hand on yourself, Dante.” She stared into his eyes, forcing him to look at her. “Do it, put your thick cock inside of me.” She hovered over him, waiting for the feel of his body inside of hers.
She felt his body flex under her when his hand reached his middle. He wrapped his hand around his rock hard dick, and rubbed it against her briefly before wrapping his other arm around her ass. He pushed her down gently on top of him while thrusting inside of her at the same time. She moaned out loud when he was entirely inside of her.
He put his hands at her hips, and continued to push her down on him while he thrust in and out of her. He wanted her to come, but there was no way he would last long enough. He moaned as he watched her large breasts move up and down with each thrust, and made a mental promise that he would enjoy every inch of her that week.
Morgan felt him grow even harder, and she pressed down on him and moved her hips back and forth. “I know you want to come.” She moved slowly, and smiled at his sexual torture.
He wasn't going to wait any longer, he squeezed tighter around her hips and moved her on top of him. Two more thrusts, and he pushed hard inside of her and held her still while his passion spilled inside of her. He moaned loudly as the last of his seed was milked from his throbbing shaft.
When Morgan finally released him, she crawled to his side and put her head on his dark chest. Her fingernails scraped lightly across his stomach, laughing at he moved with each slight tickle that he felt.
“Ah, that was nice. But...,” he put his hand over hers to stop the tickling, “once again, you didn't finish.” He wanted to please her, but knew that he would be far too tired to attend to her properly.
Morgan smiled, and ran her index finger from the middle of his brows to the tip of his nose. “It's alright, I have no doubt that you'll be curling my toes tomorrow.” They both laughed, and Morgan got up from the bed. Before leaving, she told him, “speaking of tomorrow, you're little schedule is going to get torn to hell and back.” She blew him a kiss, and left the room.

“Eight-thirty, nice!” Morgan put the alarm clock back on the nightstand, relieved that she had been able to wake up without its help...or Luigi's for that matter. She did her morning stretch ritual and got up to investigate the suite for any evidence of life. “Nope. On my own today!”
“Hmm,” she tapped a finger to her chin, “what to do today?” Her first thought was to go explore, after all, she was in Rome! Morgan realized that was the worst part of her job. She got to go to all of the cool places, but never got to see anything. Although her new camera was itching to be broken in, she ultimately decided to do the right thing. “Okay, Dante, we've got some work to do.”
She got ready- dark jeans, white sweater, knee-high boots and perfectly straight hair, thanks to Luigi finding her straightener- and an hour later, she was pulling in front of Dante's in a silver-blue taxi cab.
Morgan walked into the restaurant and immediately found her way to the kitchen, ignoring Franco's protests as she did so. Dante was there, as she had assumed, and she got right to work.
“Breakfast. You. Me. Now.” Morgan grabbed his hand and began walking toward the dining area, but he held her back.
“Morgan, I...I can't do that,” Dante tried to talk her out of it, but he already knew it was probably going to be a lost cause.
“Sure you can. It's easy,” she kept pulling him, “just.....walk....” Morgan grabbed his wrist with both hands and leaned back, trying to pull the man with her. “Dante! I am hungry, and you are going to take me to breakfast. Now.”
That still wasn't enough to convince him. “Morgan, I have things to do here.”
“What do you need to do that they can't? You're the owner! They work for you!” It was more of a yell-whisper, but she got her point across none-the-less. Dante looked around the big kitchen, then turned his head around the corner and looked at the dining area. There was no excuse why he couldn't go out for breakfast.
“I...I guess it would be alright if I stepped out for a minute. I think they've got this,” Dante finally agreed.
Morgan let out a little squeal of delight and grabbed his hand again. “Besides, you owe me. Let's go.”
They walked hand-in-hand out of the restaurant and Dante suggested a little cafe down the street.
“Another lesson. You need to learn to be flexible. Women are worth more than an hour of your time after work.” Morgan poked him in his arm, making sure he heard her. He put his head down and nodded in agreement. He knew how he had been treating woman wasn't fair to them.
“I guess it's just been a defense mechanism. I mean, it works for my restaurants. I set everything up to the minute and...” his voice trailed off and his steps slowed.
Morgan looked in the direction he was staring and it all clicked. There was a woman. A very tall woman with long tan legs, black hair that bounced in large curls over her full breasts and a beautiful face that made for the icing on the cake. As the woman walked closer, Morgan could see she was trying to hide the same smile that Dante was.
The young blonde distanced herself from Dante, just in case there was something between him and the mystery woman. She didn't have to wonder long. As the brunette walked by, their eye exchange made it very evident they knew each other. Morgan watched Dante's neck swivel as his eyes followed the woman's backside as she passed. When he looked forward again, his red cheeks nearly matched the woman's dress.
Morgan turned around and she saw the woman was looking at them, but turned quickly when she was caught spying. Morgan looked at Dante, it was apparent he wasn't going to make a move, so she made it for him. “Hey!”
The woman turned again, this time she smiled. “Yes?”
“You should stop into the new restaurant down the street, Dante's!” Morgan suggested.
“Maybe I'll stop in for lunch sometime.” She answered Morgan, but looked right through her; her only focus was on Dante. Morgan could tell there was history, and she was goin
g to find out. The woman gave Dante another smile and headed on her way.
“That wasn't necessary,” Dante scolded Morgan.
Morgan waited until the woman was out of earshot and jumped in front of Dante, stopping him in his tracks. “You like her! Who is she?”
Dante put his head down again, but this time he couldn't hide the big smile that spread all the way to his eyes. He shook his head, “no, just an old friend.”
“You liar! You like her! You'll thank me later, I bet she shows up!” Morgan poked a finger to his chest. “Fess up!”
It wasn't until they got into the cafe that Dante spoke again. He pulled a chair out for Morgan and the two sat at a little circular table; the only one that wasn't already occupied. Morgan noticed a new swing in his step. Whoever the girl was brought out a different side of Dante.
“Okay, spill it, who is she?” Morgan leaned in close to his face, forcing him to make eye contact with her.
“She's the one. I mean, not the one who hurt me,” he looked at his hands, and Morgan put her finger under his chin to make him look at her again.
“Go on...” she urged him to continue.
Another smile crossed his face as he spoke of her again. “I was dating Veronica for about a year, that's her name, Veronica,” he nervously repeated himself. “But then I met Annetta, and she seemed perfect. I thought she was sweet and beautiful and everything you could ask for. So, I let Veronica go. Biggest mistake I ever made, Morgan. Annetta turned out to be a wretched bitch. I loved her and she did everything in her power to abuse it. Her only love in life is stuff. Money, really. If that wasn't bad enough, I put up with it. I made excuses for her because I thought she was too good for me.”
Morgan knew the feeling. She put her hand over his and let him continue. “I quit making excuses when I found her in my bed with my best friend. But that's not the worst part. The worst part is Veronica. She was the one. The one I should have never left. I was stupid.”
Morgan finally understood why he was the way he was. He tried to make sure every minute of his, and his woman's time, was accounted for. To make sure they didn't run off with another man.
“Well, we'll just have to fix that, now won't we?” Morgan smiled, hoping it would be enough to encourage him.
Dante didn't think it could be fixed, but if anyone could do it, he figured it would be Morgan to do it. He squeezed her hand and thanked her for listening. The two of them sat and enjoyed their breakfast and avoided the topic for the rest of the meal.
Chapter Six
“Dante! Come quick, there is a table out here, and they are mad. Like, really mad. They didn't even ask for a manager, they want to talk to the owner!” Morgan briefly explained the situation to the handsome man.
She smiled at his back as Dante quickly washed his hands, and straightened his tie. He and Morgan had been back at the restaurant for an hour, and he had personally helped prepare each and every meal since then. His mind raced with what else could be the problem. When he felt he was ready, he nodded at Morgan to tell the girl to lead him to the table.
As they walked through the small dining room, Morgan was almost bubbling with happiness. The afternoon couldn't have worked out any better than it had. They returned to the restaurant and Morgan opted to stay in the dining room to catch up on her messages (none from Finlay) and to relax with an espresso or two until she could figure out how to loosen up her client even more. She didn't need to think too hard, because her answer came through the front door, and was seated right next to her.
Veronica was even more beautiful than Morgan had remembered. The blonde thought of sitting with her, to tell her how much Dante missed her, but decided against it. The meeting would feel much more natural if they were both surprised. So, Morgan got up quietly and walked to the kitchen. Her walk was nearly a sprint before she got to Dante's side.
Standing a few feet behind Veronica's table, and facing her back, Morgan nodded to the woman, then stepped back. Good luck, Dante. She watched him walk to the side of the table, then smiled like a proud parent when she saw his face light up at the realization of who the woman was.
She made her way back to the kitchen, and nearly ran into Franco when she walked through the swinging wooden doors. “Oh! Sorry.” Morgan walked around the tall man, but was stopped by his voice.
“I underestimated you, Morgan.” He looked down into her smiling eyes, and smiled in return.
“Don't worry about it, Luigi, most people do.” Then she playfully slapped the side of his arm, and went to the office to grab her bag. Her work there for the day was done, and she had every intention of enjoying a bit of Rome that afternoon.
As she stood in the office making a mental list of all that she needed to do change my shoes, check batteries in camera, find a restaurant that doesn't serve Italian food... a loud crack of thunder made her jump where she stood. “Shit! No..no...no!” She ran to the window and peeked through the blind. “No!” The sky was black, and told her that she would, in fact, not be sightseeing that afternoon.
Morgan plopped her bag on top of the desk, then dropped in a defeated heap on the large leather chair. Just as she had propped her elbows on top of the desk, creating the perfect position to hold her head while she felt sorry for herself, Franco walked into the office.
“Shall I take you back to the suite, Ms. Holland?” He actually sounded sincere, it was much better than the disdain she normally heard.
“Sure. I guess sightseeing can wait until tomorrow.” She gathered her things, and followed the tall valet through the restaurant. As they passed Dante and Veronica, Morgan gave an encouraging thumbs up to her client. He tried to ignore her, but she giggled to herself at the slight twitch of a runaway smile that was flirting with his full lips.
The drive back to the hotel made it clear to Morgan that any thoughts of waiting out the storm until later were in vain. The sky was black for as far as the eye could see, and the rain was falling to the point of painful-upon-contact when she ran into the building. She was nearly soaked to the bone from the twenty second dash from the limo to the front doors.
As she entered the suite, she told herself that she should have taken Franco up on his offer to see her in. “I'm sure he had an umbrella.” She removed her boots, then tiptoed through the main room, hoping that the move kept her from dripping water all over the marble floor. Once inside the bathroom, she turned on the hot water, and peeled her soaked clothes from her body. She also determined that she deserved extra bubbles again, since she survived a rain run in heels.
Grabbing one last essential, she stepped into the tub and put her phone on the side. Then she sunk down to the chin, hearing only the echo of her moan bounce from the tiled walls. After several moments of heated bliss, she sat up and checked her phone for any new messages.
“Fin, where are you?” She tapped the phone and pouted toward the empty messages that stared back. Morgan started to wonder if he sent the last message, or if she did. Was he waiting for her? She shook her head at her ability to over think the smallest of things.
She spoke her text as she typed, “Fin, call me. I need to hear your voice. Morgan.” She hit send, then held the phone to her cheek as she waited for his call. However, after ten minutes, her water was too cool to enjoy any longer, so she got out and went to her room. Still holding the phone in her hand, she laid in the middle of the bed, and tried to picture his handsome face.
Her Scottish hunk daydream was interrupted by the soft warning growl of her stomach. “Okay, okay!” She ran her hand over her mid section, and rolled to the side of the bed closest to the bedside phone.
It took several minutes to place her order, and she wasn't sure if she would actually end up with a burger or not, but food was on its way.
She was in the middle of printing and cutting out her most recent pictures, including the one she took of Dante earlier that day at the cafe, when a knock at the door nearly made her cut his head off. “Whew! That was clo
se!” She laid the picture down on her scrapbook and met an extremely tall man at the door. Whoa, even taller and skinner than Luigi!
Morgan's mouth nearly watered at the sight of the platter; she had never been so happy to see a cheeseburger in her life. She thanked the man, signed off for a generous tip and carried her prized meal back to her bed.
After picking off the undesirable toppings, she devoured the burger and the fries in record time and went to the window to see the verdict on the weather. “Yep, still raining.” She snapped a picture of the beautiful black clouds and printed it out to add to the the page of 'Dante'. Although it was a gloomy day, Morgan hoped it was a day of awakening for the Italian stallion. She wondered how it was going for him and Veronica, and told herself that it was going absolutely perfectly. Everyone, well, almost everyone, deserves second chances, especially Dante. He was a sweet man and definitely deserved to find love.
“You're probably the only client I'm going to have that is actually looking for love, Mr. Dante,” she spoke to his picture as she pressed it down to the pink paper. “There.” He hadn't wanted his picture taken, and Morgan admitted a moving profile image wasn't exactly what she wanted for her book, but it was going to have to do.
Morgan spent the rest of the evening catching up on her reading. She had snagged four romance novels from a bookstore near the airport in Australia and only had one left to read.
“C'mon, Audrey, he loves you!” Morgan shouted out to her book. Would Audrey get back with Austin? Even after she found out he was actually an undercover spy? The sound of the front door opening and closing told her she would have to find out the answer later. She let out a long sigh and set the book down on the bed.
The time on the bedside table's clock caught her attention. It's only seven o'clock... “Hello?” Morgan crept around the corner of her room to the main room. “Oh! It's just you, Luigi! I thought you were room service....or someone breaking in to kill me and sell my organs on the black market. Either, or.”
