I was dying to learn what the heck they were both talking about, but all at once, our conversation was interrupted, first by Rembrandt, who swooped down from the rafters to make a quick, warning circle around the barn, and next by a loud, insistent, staccato rap on the door.
For better or for worse, at least one of my guests had arrived.
