"Honestly, I had never seen Brad that way before we were on the island. But something happened between us that night. And now I feel like he's just about the sexiest man I've ever seen in my life. I can't get enough of him. We can't get enough of each other."
We both laughed at how everything turned out for the four of us. I could never have imagined any of this when we took off on that flight to Tokyo. It was so interesting the way things turned out and I was glad that my behavior on the island hadn't had any lasting effects on Brad. I had never intended to mislead him.
"So are the two of you still going to keep up the trans-continental trips together?"
"Yeah, if we can. We're sort of a team now. It's nice because we can have dates all over the world, then come home and have our days off together."
"That sounds fabulous. Speaking of flights, I should probably get going. Our plane leaves in a couple of hours."
I got up and gave Lainey a big hug.
"You have to call me as soon as you land and tell me where you are," Laine said with tears running down her face.
"Oh, sweetie, I will. The first thing I'll do is send you a picture of the two of us, where ever we wind up."
We pulled up to Malcolm's new private Airbus on the tarmac at the Farmingdale airport just in time to watch the airstairs open up and lower to the ground.
"Wow, you really don't skimp on the accommodations, do you?" I said as I watched the crew run around the five hundred million dollar private jet, doing their routine pre-takeoff checks.
"Just wait until you see the inside. I had a jacuzzi bathtub installed in the main bedroom suite and I can't wait to give it a trial run," Malcolm said with a sly smile as he squeezed my hand.
"I've never taken a bath at 30,000 feet before."
"There's a first time for everything. And I'm a huge fan of you being naked at any altitude."
Just about everything that went on with Malcolm, every minute of the day, seemed like a dream. And it wasn't just the money either. Of course, that was part of it. Having access to the kind of money he had was unfathomable to me, but it was so much more than that.
He was just so different than I had ever thought someone in his position could be. He was so incredibly thoughtful and kind and generous. And I knew that a lot of the money he was spending right now was to make me happy. It made me a little uncomfortable, but it also made my head spin.
Every need I had was being taken care of for me even before it occurred to me. Including things I couldn't even fathom, like a bath in a private jet on the way to an unknown destination. Malcolm left me swooning all day every day.
"You're going to spoil me, Malcolm."
"That's the idea. You deserve everything you heart desires, and then some. I want you to be happy, Erica. And although I know first hand that money doesn't buy happiness, I want to give you everything that's within my power to give."
Malcolm kissed me and looked at me with an intensity that made me squirm, but that also made me feel so special. We got out of the limousine and walked hand in hand to the plane, then climbed the stairs and entered the main cabin.
The driver carried our luggage on board, stowing it in a special compartment in the main cabin, and we took a seat together on a plush black couch.
The interior of the plane was stunning. It was decorated in much warmer and more classic tones and designs than the other jet. Where the first jet was modern in black and white, this one had dark wood furniture with black and burgundy accents everywhere. It felt so elegant and cozy at the same time. Exactly like Malcolm.
There was seating on multiple couches and chairs for at least twenty people and a television screen that took up the entire rear wall of the cabin, aside from the passageway door that led to the rear cabins.
"That's the biggest TV I've even seen in my life," I said as I gawked at the enormous black screen. Suddenly it lit up and came to life and twenty different squares moved around like a jigsaw puzzle. I looked at Malcolm in astonishment and saw that he had a remote in his hand.
"It's one of my new toys. It's actually twenty small LED screens that fit together seamlessly to create a screen of whatever size you want. See, you can have a smaller screen if you're sitting up close, or a huge screen if the plane is filled and people are scattered around the cabin," he said as he pushed buttons on the remote and the small screens on the way shifted around into different configurations and sizes.
"That's amazing, Malcolm."
I watched the display of multiple, brightly lit, LED screens move around to create the opening credits of an old, animated, Disney cartoon that I remembered loving when I was a little girl when the flight attendant came over and offered us some beverages.
"So are you going to tell me where we're going? You still haven't said a thing. I don't even know if I packed properly."
"There's nothing for you to worry about. Whatever you need we can buy once we get there. Or you could just wear nothing at all. I'd be more than happy with that."
"Malcolm …" I said, gripping his arm.
"Okay, okay. I've been waiting to tell you because I wanted it to be a surprise, but also because I started to worry that you wouldn't be as excited I am about the whole thing. I hope you're as happy as I am, but if you're not, that's okay too. We have the whole world to explore and …"
"Malcolm!"
"Okay, Erica, we're going back to the island. I bought it."
"You bought the island that we crashed on? Really?"
I was stunned. I didn't even think that was possible. I mean, I'd heard of private islands before, but I always imagined they were small islands, maybe ten miles across at most. That island was enormous; almost the size of one of the smaller Hawaiian Islands. But I guess everything was owned by someone and could be purchased for the right price.
"How is that possible? How could you have bought that island? Who did you buy it from?"
"Well, that sort of information is public record, so I just researched the island and made an offer. It was a straightforward business deal. Are you happy about it, Erica? Do you want to go back there with me?"
"Of course, Malcolm. I loved it there."
He made it all sound so simple. Buying an island was a straightforward business deal, almost like he was negotiating the price on a new car.
"I did too. It was one of the most beautiful places I'd ever seen in my life and after we left, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I was surprised to find out that it's actually a very large island."
"I know! It's spectacular. But it's all jungle. How are we going to live there?"
"While I was researching it I found out that it has a small city about twenty miles from where the plane crashed."
"A city?"
"Well, it's more like a town, or even a village, I suppose. There's a small, exclusive resort there with individual huts built out on the ocean as well as some restaurants and small shops. It has a population of eight hundred people already living there. Mostly people who came over from The Philippines to work at the resort and restaurants. But there are also a lot of people who barter or make enough money to live on with their farming and fishing and livestock."
"I can't believe this Malcolm. I can't believe you own that island. I've seen pictures of those little huts! I never thought I'd actually see one in real life, though."
"You'll do more than see one, Erica. We'll be staying in one until our house is built."
"You're having a house built there for us?" Every word Malcolm was saying to me felt like it was washing over me in waves and I was having a harder time comprehending what was happening every time he opened his mouth.
"I've had some construction started but it won't be ready for another couple months. I'm building a house for us and not too far from where we crashed and I'm setting up a business."
"What kind of business?"
"A tour business; hikes and snorkeling, that sort of thing."
"For the people at the resort?"
"Well, I su
pposed some of those people will want to go on tours, but not all of them. No, my main guests will be kids."
"Oh, I remember you telling me that now, that you thought it would be fun to take a group of kids through the jungle. That's wonderful, Malcolm. How did you come up with the idea?"
"Well, it's always been one of my dreams. Like I told you, when I was a kid I had to travel alone for the most part. I loved it and I wouldn't trade those experiences for the world, but I always thought it would be fun to organize a group of kids. Maybe kids that might never get a chance to do something like this, or see this part of the world. I thought maybe I could organize trips directly through some schools.
"I could bring small groups over on my jet and have a camp-like area set up, maybe with a lodge for them to gather in. But also some huts and a place where they could gather around a campfire, so that they could experience the outdoors in a tropical place that some of them might not ever see."
"Malcolm, that's so incredible. I can't believe this is all coming together. It's amazing. I really do think that island is a special place."
"I know what you mean. I feel like our time there changed the way I feel about my life, about what's important. And one of those things is you."
I felt Malcolm's hand grip mine and could tell that this conversation was a very emotional one for him. The look in his eyes told me that everything he said was true, and that he was almost overcome by the knowledge that he was finally taking control of his future, molding it into what he wanted.
"You have no idea how long I've thought about doing this, Erica. And after the whole experience with you and the crash it made me realize but I needed to do things that I want to do with my life now. Not wait until I'm too old and crabby to enjoy everything."
"I'm so proud of you, Malcolm. I don't even know what to say."
Malcolm took my hands and looked into my eyes. "Just tell me that you're as happy about all of this as I am. I would never ask you do anything you don't want to. If you don't want to stay there, just say the word and we'll find somewhere else. This isn't just about me, it's about us."
"Malcolm is all sounds so exciting and amazing. I'm thrilled by the idea of living there. But I don't know if I'll be able to lead tours."
"Well, I don't expect you to do that unless you want to. I'm going to spend quite a bit of time over the next few months familiarizing myself with the island and everything that's native to it. I'll get someone to come in and train me to snorkel and scuba dive so that I can be confident taking a group of kids down there.
"And you're welcome to join me if you'd like. But if not you're welcome to do whatever you want. Just lay out on the beach and enjoy the beauty of the island if that makes you happy."
"I can't even tell you how happy everything about this makes me, Malcolm. I never in a million years could have imagined my life taking this turn. I don't even know what to say. I love you so much."
"I love you too, Erica. We'll have to find a special spot on the island to get married too."
I looked up at him and kissed him. I knew that there wasn't a spot on that island that wouldn't be the perfect place to marry Malcolm McDaniel.
Chapter 16
Malcolm
After we finished a lunch of lobster thermidor, I pulled Erica up off the couch and guided her back to the main bedroom suite.
"How does a nap sound? Then, after that, maybe a nice long bath," I said as I pulled Erica close and buried my face in her coconut scented hair. "We still have about six more hours until we land."
"That sounds fabulous, Malcolm. Let me change into a little something I picked up earlier."
"What's that?"
"You'll see," she said with a sexy smile. "Just get in bed. I'll be right out."
Erica disappeared into the bathroom and I took everything off and got under the covers, then watched as she came back out a few minutes later. She looked so unbelievably sexy, and so shy that I almost lost it watching her walk to the bed.
"Oh my God, Erica. That's just about the sexiest thing I've ever seen in my life. You look incredible."
"Really? I wasn't sure if it was too over the top or silly," she said with a flushed face. No matter how many times I saw her face turn red I couldn't get over how cute it was.
"You look like one of the models in the ads in the back of one of my mother's magazines. I used to stare at those things for hours. I love it."
She crawled on top of the bed in a bright red see through short nightgown with fluffy red feather trim around the bottom. Then she kicked off some red feather high-heeled slippers as she slid under the covers and over to me.
"Red is definitely your color," I said, meaning her face as well as the sexy little nighty she had on. I pulled her close and kissed her. "I don't know how I'm going to be able to get any sleep now."
"Well, we don't have to sleep right away, do we?"
"Definitely not," I said, moving my hand under the silky fabric and running it over Erica's even silkier skin. "I can't believe I almost forgot the champagne. I had them put it on ice before we took off."
"It should be plenty cold by now, then."
I got up and walked across the room to a large built-in dresser that had a space carved into it for just such occasions. Inside a small, square nook stood an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne. I popped the cork and poured two glasses, then carried them back to the bed.
Erica watched me intently as I returned, my cock still incredibly hard after seeing her in that negligee.
"You have a spectacular body, Malcolm. How did I get so lucky? I feel like I don't deserve all this. Like someone's going to jump out of the closet and tell me it's all been a joke. No one deserves to be this lucky."
"You've got to be kidding me, Erica," I said as I lowered the glasses to the side table and slipped back into the bed. "I've spent my whole life waiting for you. I'm the one that's lucky. Just because I have money doesn't make me any more deserving of all of this that anyone else. I just happen to be here, and so do you. So enjoy it. But as far as my cock goes, well, that's another story. You are incredibly lucky."
I fell on top of Erica and buried my face in her neck while she laughed and squealed, then trailed kisses across her face and to her mouth. I moved between her legs and gyrated my hips into hers, feeling my hard cock slide over the smooth fabric of the matching red see through panties that I knew would be coming off within seconds.
I shifted to one side and reached down, running my hand over her soft hair, then sliding the panties down her thighs. Then I got to my knees and grabbed them, pulling them all the way off and throwing them on the floor. I spread her legs and kissed my way up her thighs but as she started to remove the red nighty I stopped.
"No, leave it on. I love the way you look in it," I said, burying my face in her soft pubic hair while I watched a smile spread across her face. She lowered the negligee back down and I watched her breasts heave and jiggle under the sheer fabric while I made her come.
I thrust myself into her immediately after her legs went slack and watched her writhe around in ecstasy as my cock filled her up repeatedly. She squirmed and gripped the pillows and the moan that came out of her throat got deeper and deeper until finally she threw her head back and screamed my name.
Her hands were no longer clutching onto to pillow, they were digging into my shoulders as I plowed into her, my orgasm just on the brink of exploding into her.
My body went rigid and I grabbed her ass and thrust into her one final time, as far as I could go, until I felt like I was part of her. Until I felt that there was nothing separating the two of us. Not even that silky red nightgown.
I rolled off of her but pulled her with me so that we were still completely entangled with each other. Her leg bent up over mine and rested on my hip as she curled her head into my chest. I couldn't understand how she could possibly think she didn't deserve all of this.
She deserved everything I could give her. And I was going to make sure she got wh
atever she wanted for the rest of her life.
We fell asleep in each other's arms and woke up when the plane hit a bit of turbulence.
"There's always some turbulence on these cross-pacific flights," she said, sounding like she was trying to convince herself more than anyone else.
"We'll be fine, don't worry. We completely forgot about our champagne," I said as I noticed the glasses sliding close to the edge of the side table.
"Let me get the cold stuff," I said getting up from the bed.
"Why don't you turn the bath on while you're up," Erica said as she rolled over and stretched in the bed.
"Good idea." I got the water going at a good temperature, then grabbed the bottle of champagne that was still sitting in a bit of ice water and got back in bed. We finished off the champagne and by that time the bathtub was ready.
She slipped out from under the sheets and peeled that sexy nighty off over her head then sauntered over to the bathtub. I could tell she was really relaxed and enjoying herself and I couldn't have been happier.
The bathtub had a high edge to it so that water didn't splash over the sides too easily and I held Erica's hand as she stepped over and into the warm water.
"Oh God, this is heavenly." She sank into the water and closed her eyes as she laid back into a reclined section. "I could really get used to this."
"I could get used to it too." I watched her large breasts bob at the surface of the water and smiled as I sank down into the water with her, then took them into my hands. I didn't think I would ever be able to get over her breasts. They were almost magical, the way they felt like water balloons, jiggling and floating on the water that surrounded them.
"I could really get used to this," I said as I massaged them a little more.
She laughed then watched me as I reclined into my own lounge section of the bathtub and then put on the jacuzzi jets.
"Tell me more about the house you're building for us," Erica said with her eyes closed but with a smile still on her face.
