Elite Dangerous is an actual game that is probably the most realistic spaceship simulator that exists. The learning curve is steep, but it's worth it for the experience of flying a cool spaceship wherever you want in the known galaxy. I wish there was more of a plotline to that game, but I suppose the free-form format just means that we can make up our own stories.
