We finally collapsed, tangled around each other, as the sun peeked over the horizon. My ass felt well used, tender, and my body completely relaxed. A smile ticked up my lips at the thought that I would definitely have a rough time sitting any horse in the immediate future, but it had been utterly worth it. I was almost asleep when exactly what Niall promised hit me.

Him promising to be on his best stallion behaviour meant that nothing would change with regards to being a jealous, possessive ass when I was around other males regardless of species. Damn glib-tongued Fae. I chuckled, punched him in the arm and snuggled against his chest. Niall grunted softly and hugged me tighter to him, his quiet “I love ye, Owen Douglas,” whispered into my ear, warming me through to my soul.

  About the Authors

Megan Derr grew up a military brat and traveled extensively with her family. She is now firmly settled in Ohio, with two roommates and their four cats. She has always been book obsessed, and writing obsessed since she first gave it a whirl in college. Romance and fantasy are her primary obsessions, but she’s game to write just about anything and enjoys a challenge. She is a sucker for stories of enemies becoming lovers. When not writing, Megan is drinking too much coffee, reading still more books, and harassing family and friends, or otherwise doing whatever possible to avoid editing.

ID Locke is an obsessive/compulsive writer who often ignores things like the need to eat and the fact she’ll be even later for work if that document isn’t closed right this minute. Writing has been a life-long obsession for her, and people have commented that she appears to get twitchy if she doesn’t do it on a regular basis.

ID Locke has been married for more than twenty years, has a grown son and has recently become a grandmother. She has an exceptionally dirty mind filled with kinky possibilities and enjoys writing hot man-on-man sex (with plot, no less) for her own amusement and the entertainment of others. Aside from working a regular day job, writing and knitting, she spends a ridiculous amount of time sewing clothes and taking photographs of her ball-jointed-dolls that have been customized into the characters from the stories she writes.
