The Midnight Club

by Love, Michelle

  ‘God, Ori, god….’

He came in her mouth, his body jerking as she brought him to climax, and she swallowed him down, before grinning up at him. ‘Better my love?’

Maceo moved quickly, grabbing her and carrying her, as she screamed with laughter, back to their bed. Throwing her down, knowing she loved it when he got rough, he ripped what remained of her dress from her, and pressed her legs up to her chest as he thrust into her, his hands pinning her down on the bed, his teeth on her neck, her shoulder, his lips sucking at her skin as he fucked her.

  ***

Eventually though, they fell asleep in each other’s arms, even sleeping through the fuel stop in Paris. At first, Maceo slept well, but then, a nightmare. He hadn’t had nightmares for years, not since the first few months after Seth died but now they returned with vehemence and far too close to their current situation for his comfort.

They were still on the plane, and making love, his cock buried deep in Ori’s warm, welcoming cunt, her lips against his. The male flight attendant, naked and erect, knocked quietly on the open door. ‘Mr. Bartoli, you called?’

Maceo smiled at him. ‘Yes, please, come in.’ He rolled off Ori, who stretched her naked body out for the attendant to admire.

The flight attendant couldn’t take his eyes from her and Maceo felt a certain pride. ‘Would you like to fuck her?’

The attendant nodded and Ori held her hand out to him. The attendant moved onto the bed and thrust his cock into Ori as Maceo watched, fascinating by watching the man’s penis sliding in and out of his wife’s vagina. ‘Beautiful,’ he said and leaned over to kiss Ori. When he drew away, he was alarmed to see Ori’s eyes widen in horror and when he looked at the flight attendant, it was Seth. ‘You didn’t honestly think I’d let her live, do you?’

And he raised a lethal looking stiletto knife and plunged it into Ori...

Maceo woke with a start to see Ori sleeping soundly, and safely, beside him. He put his arm around her and gathered her back towards him, feeling the warmth from her body, smelling the clean, fresh scent of her skin. A stupid nightmare, he thought. Why now? He lay down again, burying his face in her hair but then there was a knock.

  ‘Sir?’

His heart beat just a little faster. ‘Yes?’

‘We’re coming into land in about twenty minutes.’ The attendant made no effort to enter the room, and Maceo was relieved, however dumb that was.

  ‘Thank you.’

He woke Ori gently, kissing her mouth, feeling her lips curve up in a smile. ‘We’re almost there, Bella.’

An hour later they were on a small boat, being taken out to their private villa on the water. Ori was so excited it made Maceo laugh to see her shining eyes.

‘Look at this place,’ she said, when they stepped into the villa. Huge glass sliding doors encompassed the whole villa which stood out on its own dock, with an area outside for them to sit in the sun. The living area, kitchen, and bedroom all gleamed white; the four-poster bed was swathed in mosquito netting. The bathroom had a deep tub large enough for four, and Ori gave Maceo a sly grin.

‘Feeling dirty, husband?’ She whispered. The boat captain and staff were carrying their luggage in but soon they were alone. Maceo walked to the kitchen and pulled open the refrigerator. He pulled out a magnum of champagne and waved it triumphantly. ‘And there’s fresh bread, cheese and fruit for our supper. Good,’ he grinned at his wife, ‘because I don’t intend on letting you out of this villa tonight. In fact, you’re way overdressed.’

Ori rolled her eyes, laughing. ‘You are insatiable.’

Maceo was shaking the champagne bottle. ‘If you like that dress, Ori, you’d better take it off right now, because I’m about to spray this fine vintage all over your heavenly body.

Ori shrieked and ran, pulling off her dress anyway, and when Maceo caught up with her on the veranda, he carried out his threat and sprayed the entire bottle over her. He then proceeded to lick every drop from her body, leaving her sodden sex until last, then, when he plunged his tongue inside her, Ori almost screamed her pleasure.

  ***

Night had fallen and they sat out on the veranda, exhausted from fucking, watching the lights from across the water.

‘This is heaven,’ Ori said, leaning back against Maceo’s chest. She was wearing just one of his shirts, naked beneath and Maceo was tracing patterns on her belly with his fingers. She turned her head for a kiss. ’Mm, you taste so good.’

Maceo grinned at her. ‘Bella, I cannot compare to the way your cunt tastes – goes particularly well with champagne, I have to tell you.’

  ‘Dirty boy.’

He chuckled. ‘Tomorrow we’ll go over to Malé. There’s a fresh produce market we can stock up at if we want to keep our evening to ourselves.’

‘That’s a great idea…but I would like to sample the local cuisine too.’

‘Of course, we’ll do that, we can do anything you want.’ He moved his hand from her belly to her breast rubbing his thumb over her nipple, feeling it harden under his touch. ‘We have two whole weeks here, imagine that? Two weeks alone.’

‘Bliss,’ she said, ‘not that I don’t thank god every day for our little slugger.’

Maceo checked his watch. ‘We should call him.’

Ori nodded. ‘I warn you now; I’ll probably cry.’

  ‘Mushy mommy.’

  ‘You bet.’

  ***

For the next two days, they explored the islands during the day, wandered around the small towns, marveled over the fresh produce at the local markets. They lunched in little café’s, lingering with glasses of wine, people-watching, and chatting.

In the evening, they called Dario – who seemed not to care that his doting parents were thousands of miles away – and then they would cook together, something they had always enjoyed but didn’t often get the chance to do. Ori had taught Maceo how to make curry and now, he had perfected his own version which, Ori insisted, blew hers out of the water.

‘In many ways,’ she said now, throwing back a slug of water, her eyes watering.

‘Too much chili?’ Maceo was snickering at her but she shook her head.

‘No, it’s the way I like it. Hot…sexy…just like the chef,’ she shot back, laughing, flicking him with water.

He blew her a kiss. ‘Right back at you.’

‘Although, you realize you’ve ruined your chances for a blow job,’ it was Ori’s turn to cackle, ‘I have so much chili in my mouth right now, you’d be hospitalized.’

Maceo smacked himself in the head, feigning disappointment. ‘Damn it, rookie mistake.’

She giggled. ‘God, I love you, you crazy man.’

‘Hey, tomorrow, I booked a table at that restaurant on the beach.’

‘The ones with the tiki lights?’ She looked as excited as Dario did on Christmas morning, and Maceo shook his head, laughing.

‘You are ridiculously easy to please,’ he said, fondly, and leaned over to kiss her. ‘But that’s why I love you so much. Oh, and yeah, you taste of chili. Good call on the blow job.’

Ori grinned wickedly. ‘Well, it depends, you know, you’re easily distracted and I might just…’

Maceo gave a growl and she broke into laughter. She picked up her wine glass. ‘To us, Mr. Bartoli.’

  ***

After a day of snorkeling in the crystal-clear water, they took a water taxi out to the restaurant the next night. Maceo admired his wife’s honey-skinned body in the pink shift dress. ‘You are stunning,’ he whispered to her as they were led to their table.

The meal was superb; seared tuna with a delicate mandarin salad. Once again, they lingered over coffee, enjoying the sultry evening. Maceo reached over to stroke his wife’s face. ‘I see what you mean about the tiki lights now, Bella. They make your skin glow like gold.’

‘You make me glow, Maceo,’ she said back and leaned over for a kiss. Maceo kissed her, grinning, but then his attention was diverted by a woman,
watching them from across the restaurant. Ori glanced over to her, and the woman looked away. ‘You know her?’

Maceo frowned. ‘Of course not. It’s just she was at the market yesterday. Just a coincidence.’

Ori shrugged and brushed it off but Maceo felt his skin crawling a little. The way the blonde woman was looking at him and Ori with hatred.

He hid his unease. ‘Shall we take a moonlight stroll?’

  ‘Oh, definitely.’

He paid the check and they strolled hand-in-hand out of the restaurant, but then Ori stopped and looked at him apologetically. ‘I have to pee. Excuse me for a sec, baby.’

He waited at the entrance of the restaurant. Through a curtain of palm fronds, he watched as the blonde’s eyes followed Ori as she walked to the bathroom, then Maceo’s heart leapt as she got up and followed his wife. He moved closer, keeping his eyes riveted on the door. You’re being paranoid. He took a deep breath in and waited for Ori to come out.

  ***

Ori was drying her hands when the blonde came out of the other stall. She nodded to her, not meaning to start a conversation, but when the blonde stopped and stared at her, Ori felt uncomfortable.

‘Hello,’ she said simply, and move to walk past the woman, but the other woman moved, stopping her.

‘He’s very handsome.’ Her voice was scratchy, but her American accent was obvious. Ori tried to smile.

‘Yes, he is, thank you. Have a nice evening.’

‘And you’re very beautiful. Makes sense he would be with you. The pretty people always stick together.’

Ori didn’t know what to say to the woman but she could feel her skin begin to crawl. The blonde was pretty, but her eyes were slightly wild and Ori wondered if she was on drugs.

‘Well, goodnight,’ she said, and deliberately stepped around the woman, her body tensed for an attack. She pulled open the door and saw Maceo waiting just outside. He looked relieved when he saw her, but looked past her then to the woman.

  ‘Everything okay?’

Ori nodded tightly. ‘Let’s go.’ As they reached the entrance, she turned to see the woman following a little way behind them. She nudged Maceo. ‘Baby, let’s just go back to the villa. Save the romantic moonlight walk for another time.’

Maceo nodded and they found a water taxi and settled into it in relief. They were silent until they got back to the villa, and then they just looked at each other.

‘Are we just paranoid?’ She said, suddenly feeling foolish. Maceo rubbed his head.

  ‘I don’t know. She was…odd.’

Ori told him what the woman had said to her. ‘Hopefully she’s just the local weirdo.’

Maceo relaxed. ‘You’re right…we’ll probably never see her again.’

Ori smiled, feeling her tension drain away. ‘Totally. Hey,’ she came to him then and pressed her lips against his. ‘We haven’t tested out that huge bathtub yet.’

The water was warm, the candles Ori had placed around the tub flickered, casting shadows on the walls. Maceo, his hands stroking over her luscious body, pulled her on top of him. Ori grinned at him as she slipped her hands under the water and began to stroke his cock. Maceo ran his fingers through her long dark hair, his eyes fixed on her face. In the candle light, she looked ethereal, almost unworldly.

‘How was I lucky enough to fall in love with you?’ he said and she smiled.

‘Sweet talker.’ She shifted so she could impale herself slowly on his rock-hard cock. ‘God, you feel so good inside me.’

They made love slowly in the warm water, building to a slow but consuming climax. In bed, afterward, they continued their games, but it was a subdued kind of love-making and as Ori fell asleep, she couldn’t help feel that they were both pre-occupied with the weird woman at dinner.

  ***

The next few days were happy, uneventful. They spent time just lazing around on the white sand beaches or fooling around in the ocean. Laying on a beach towel, Ori propped herself up to look at her husband. ‘You know what? I really miss Dario.’

Maceo grinned. ‘Me too, Bella. I love being alone with you, but that little monster is still a part of us. It’s strange without him being with us.’

  ‘Isn’t it?’

Maceo looked over at her. ‘I know what you’re thinking.’

  ‘Oh yes?’

  ‘You want another baby.’

Ori smiled sheepishly. ‘You know me too well. But, it’s a decision for both of us.’

‘And I’m nearly fifty,’ he said matter of factly. He cupped her face with his hand. ‘You can say it.’

She rolled her eyes. ‘Maceo, you have more energy than someone half your age.’ She leaned in closer to rest her forehead against his, smiling mischievously. ‘And my vagina can testify to that.’

‘Filthy,’ but he snickered. ‘Ori, nothing would make me happier than to have a whole bunch of kids with you. But, we have to consider your health. Last time, the doctor said you couldn’t risk another caesarian, not with the scar tissue.’

Ori sighed and nodded. ‘I know. But I feel fine…even with one kidney, I still had no other problems during my pregnancy.’

Maceo studied her. ‘We could talk about adoption again. We were so close before you conceived Dario.’

‘We conceived Dario,’ she corrected, ‘but you may be right. We should talk about it more when we get home.’

He brought her hand to his lips. ‘I promise. Now, shall we go back to the villa and practice more conception techniques?’

Ori burst out laughing. ‘Maceo Bartoli…I swear, that’s the most un-smooth you’ve ever been.’

He grinned. ‘I thank you. Now get your priceless butt back to my villa.’

  ***

Ori’s back arched and she let out a shuddering moan as she came, riding Maceo’s cock hard, and in turn, he groaned her name again and again as he found his peak, his hands gripping her hips as he pumped sticky cum deep inside her. They collapsed back on the bed, panting, then Maceo gathered her to him, kissing her. They were both exhausted after a long day hiking around the island’s beauty spots and yet another sex marathon. In a couple of days, they would be back in Italy, and both of them were both sad at their vacation’s end, but both were eager to see their infant son.

Ori slipped out of the bed. ‘I’m going to get some water; do you want some, baby?’

  ‘Yes, please.’

Maceo admired his wife’s naked body as she sashayed from the bedroom, then got up himself to use the bathroom. After washing his hands, he was surprised she wasn’t back in bed.

  ‘Ori?’

He went into the living room. Empty. ’Bella?’

He walked into the kitchen and stopped; his heart beginning to thump loudly, adrenaline flooding his body.

Ori stood, her face drawn and pale, and the blonde woman from the restaurant had her arm hooked around Ori’s neck – and a knife in her hand. What the hell?

‘Don’t come any closer, or I’ll stick her.’

Maceo held up his hands. ‘Look…what is it you want? Please, don’t hurt her.’

The blonde smiled nastily. ‘You people make me sick. So beautiful, so smug. I came here to teach you a lesson. You don’t get a happy ever after. Not here.’

She pressed the blade against Ori’s stomach – a small drop of blood snaked its way down her naked body. Ori’s eyes were wide and frightened; Maceo felt his heart fail.

‘Look,’ he said, desperate now, ‘look at her. Look at her scars. We fought to get to this place; we went through more horrors than you could imagine. We’re not who you think we are.’

The blonde’s eyes were wary. ‘Don’t bullshit me.’

‘We’re not,’ Ori found her voice, kept it soft. ‘Look at my back, look at my belly. I’ve been stabbed, shot with a crossbow. My stepfather used to rape me. We didn’t have it as easy as you think. And…we have a son. He’s five, now, his name is Dario. We didn’t think we were able to have a child, but in that respect, yes, we
got lucky.’

Maceo stepped towards the women but stopped when he saw the look in the blonde’s eyes. ‘What is it you want, sweetheart? Talk to us.’

The blonde was trembling now but to Maceo’s relief, she lowered the knife. Ori edged away from her and the blonde let her go. Maceo grabbed Ori and hugged her.

‘I’m sorry.’ The blonde dissolved into tears. ‘I don’t know what I was thinking. Please…I’m sorry if I hurt you but please don’t call the police.’

Ori looked at Maceo. He cleared his throat. ‘What’s your name?’

‘Leah. I…had a son too, and a husband. We came here together, a year ago. They died, a freak drowning. My son got into difficulties and my husband went into save him. I never saw them again.’ Leah put the knife back onto the counter and sat down at the table, her head in her hands.

Maceo and Ori looked at each other. ‘Look, Leah, may I go put on a robe and then we can talk?’

Leah gave a quick nod and Ori darted into the bedroom, returning immediately so that Leah didn’t think she was calling the police. She handed Maceo his pants, and shrugged into the robe.

‘I’ll make some coffee,’ Maceo said, with a meaningful look at Ori, who nodded.

‘Leah, come, sit with me.’ Ori held her hand out to the blonde woman, who hesitated slightly before taking it, sensing a trap. But Ori merely led her to the living room. Maceo removed the knife from where Leah had left it, with a sigh of relief, and put the coffee pot on. God, what was it about them that attracted the weirdos? Then he felt bad; Leah was obviously a woman who had suffered the worse fate a wife and mother could – she needed his help not his judgement. With a rush of love, he knew that was exactly what Ori was thinking as she sat with the women who had held a knife to her moment before.
