The Experiment (Book 3): Infectious Thinking Page 14

by Micah B. Edwards

Then again, if that were true, there wouldn’t be two books left to go, would there? People may say that they’re rooting for Dan, but no one would actually read a book where everything went well for him. You want him to triumph over adversity, sure – but you still want him to suffer that adversity first.

I have good news for you, and bad news for Dan: things are about to get worse.

I expect the next book, Things Fall Apart, to be out by early fall of 2017, but if you’re not a fan of waiting, you can head over to http://experimentserial.wordpress.com and read it as it’s written in serial installments weekly. Check it out and leave me a positive comment! Or a negative one, if you want to see if I’ll delete things strangers say about me on the internet. Spoiler alert: I will. It’s my page and it exists to make me happy.

You’re also welcome to email me at [email protected] with questions, comments or concerns. If you’re planning on offering to cut me in on shady investment deals or notifying me about previously unknown dead relatives who left me millions of dollars, please be aware that I am adequately informed on those fronts.

  Thanks for reading!

  - About the Author -

Micah Edwards is an author, a comedian, or a systems administrator, depending on the day of the week. He also moonlights as the scribe for Richmond, Virginia’s chapter of the Hash House Harriers, an international running and drinking club.

He is also the author of Okay, So Look, an irreverent but completely accurate narrative retelling of the Book of Genesis – yes, the one from the Bible. The book is available on Amazon, as so many things are.

He collaborated with Tom Brown to produce Ricky’s Spooky House, a kids’ book version of Edgar Allan Poe’s The Fall of the House of Usher. Sounds ridiculous? It’s meant to be! But it’s also great.

And on the flip side of the spectrum, Micah joined Lilith Lore in rewriting classic children’s tales for adults in Tales Untold and its upcoming sequel, Tales Untold vol II. So if you prefer your fairytales a little more Grimm, give those a try!

He should probably narrow his focus. He’s also probably not going to.
