Derrick's Choice (Titan Security Book 1) Page 20

by Cynthia P. O'Neill

He nudged the folds of my center apart as he entered slowly. It was almost too slow for me. I tried wrapping my legs around his backside and encouraging him to move further into me, by pressing my feet against his ass. He quickly fell on me, smiling. “Don’t make me put a spreader on your legs. I’ll pin you down if you try topping me again, woman.”

I quickly released my legs from around his waist. “Sorry, Sir.”

Derrick rose up over me—his tone was that of the Master—telling me how it would be, but also providing me a choice, which I wasn’t expecting. “I’m trying not to hurt you, but with your impatience, I’ll let you decide how we do this. I can continue moving slowly and push through your virginity, which will hurt, but will also allow you to get used to my size slowly. Or we can rush this, pulling off the band-aid, so to speak, and I can break through quickly with a thrust. It might hurt like hell for a moment, but the pain will pass quickly, and you’ll adjust to my size faster.”

His words were blunt and to the point. I knew that my first time would hurt to some degree, and I knew that’s why he was trying to get toys into me: to not only puncture my hymen, but to get me used to having something in me.

My voice was barely there. I was panting with extreme need, feeling my body burn for the new touch he was providing. I tried to rock forward on his dick, but he pulled back. All I could manage was, “Quick. Do it quick.”

I’d barely managed the words, when his mouth came down over mine. His tongue plunged into my mouth, absorbing my cries, as his cock thrust into my center, tearing through my virginity. The pain was just as he said: intense. He seated himself fully inside me, causing his balls to slap against my ass. He didn’t move, just continued to kiss me senseless, letting my mind and body absorb the intrusion.

When my mind seemed to focus more on him, I started kissing him back. His hips began to rock back and forth into me, quickly replacing the pain with pleasure. I’d often wondered why people referred to things in the BDSM world as a fine line between pain and pleasure, and this was the final proof tonight. This was more enjoyable than anything I’d ever imagined. The foreplay we’d done in the club didn’t hold a candle to the things this man was doing to my body—with only his dick. Why I waited this long and was so scared, I’ll never know.

“Are you doing okay, sweetness? Ready for me to unleash the beast?” His words were in play, but I’d seen the size of his cock in the shower and had felt it stretch the edges of my mouth in oral play at the club. I knew I had a huge mound of man meat between my legs, and I was ready to experience whatever he deemed worthy of his sub.

“Do to me as you wish, Master. Take me to heights I’ve never experienced before, love.”

When he’d said unleash the beast, I thought he was kidding, but he set such an intense pace rocking back and forth into me, his muscles straining against the force needed to hold him up and keep up the insane rhythm he was setting.

“I want you to come as many times as you want. You don’t need my permission this time.” His words washed over me, knowing I didn’t have to hold out for my release; I knew I wouldn’t be able to anyway, given the feelings he was stirring inside me. I liked how he’d said “this time”, knowing we’d be doing this again.

Just as I’d expected, I had acclimated to his size and expanded to hold him; however, I wasn’t expecting that every thrust, hitting the edges of my cervix, would make the walls of my vagina vibrate and every nerve ending in my body feel like it was on edge. It took mere moments for my body to start building toward climax. I imagined if I’d been a phoenix, I would have already burst into flames. I was surprised my body hadn’t spontaneously combusted with the first climax that shot through me, forcing a small scream from me.

I thought he’d come soon after, but Derrick continued his pace, bringing me not to one but two more climaxes, absorbing my cries with his mouth, before finally thrusting in one last time while groaning into my mouth as he released himself into me, filling me to bursting.

I guess he hadn’t been kidding about being only with me. He was still hard inside me, relishing the final moments of both of our releases as he continued to spurt his seed into me while my walls continued to pulse around him, milking his cock for all it had.

Derrick pulled back from my lips, our bodies still connected. He came so much it spilled out of my pussy, down my ass, and onto the bed. One hand came up to brush the damp hair away from my face. “Are you alright? I didn’t hurt you, did I?”

I couldn’t help but smile. “I guess we showered for nothing. Here you have me all dirty and sweaty and loving every moment.”

A smile spread across his face. “I wouldn’t rush to clean up so soon, love. You’re just going to get soiled again and again, all through tonight. This was just a small taste of what I want to do with you, to you. You’re mine now, darlin’, completely mine.”

I had to agree with his statement and nodded. “I’m yours, always have been, always will be, for as long as you want me.”

His only response: “Forever.” Then he kissed me almost into unconsciousness.

I could easily deal with forever.

He slowly pulled out of me, and I winced a little. I was thankful to see that I had little to no blood from the loss of my virginity. Derrick quickly grabbed a washcloth and gently cleaned both of us up. He then untied me from the headboard and massaged my wrists and arms to return the blood flow. He’d checked all my wounds to make sure we hadn’t irritated them, and I checked his. We were sweaty and a little tired, but we were both floating on cloud nine. I’d never felt more cherished than I did in this moment.

He donned a pair of sweats and handed over one of his t-shirts for me to wear. “Stay here. I’ll go get us some food.” With a twinkle in his eyes and a smirk on his lips, he added, “We’re both going to need to refuel to keep our strength up through the night.”

I waited patiently for Derrick to return, hearing Jonas giving him a bit of flack. I guess we weren’t as quiet as we’d hoped. At least I didn’t have to worry about being a conquest or a one-night stand. I’d heard Derrick proclaim, “I’m following your advice and taking the leap, man. I love her, so fuck off.”

Jonas had told him to go for it? This was news to me. After a hearty meal of pot roast and veggies, Derrick filled me in: he’d been afraid to give me his heart, afraid of it breaking if I rejected him. Both Jonas and Cat had convinced him to give us a try. I had new respect for both of these people and a deeper love for Derrick for giving me his heart to protect, as I’d given him mine.

He wasn’t kidding about needing nourishment. Derrick was insatiable in bed, and I was discovering myself to be too. I was sore, but it was a good kind of pain that I wanted to repeat over and over again. We played out some of his fantasies, and he asked me a few of mine for future reference. We tried vanilla sex just once, per my request, wondering what it felt like, and we were both bored a few minutes in, realizing we were both adrenaline junkies needing the dominance and submission only our style of sex could give us.

We finally ended the night in a heap of sweat, exhaustion, tangled limbs, and whispered words of love and devotion for one another.

How’d I ever get so lucky?

Jesse was more amazing than I could’ve ever imagined. Our bodies, our minds, our souls fit so perfectly—as if fate had designed us to be one with each other.

The weekend went by in a blur, and we were set for things to play out as the week began. We had been given strict orders to follow, and the signs we were looking for didn’t take long to come into play.

Jesse never left my side for the two weeks it took for things to finally come to a head. She had her orders to follow when things looked to be going south. I wanted her out of harm’s way, where my thoughts wouldn’t be compromised worrying about her safety. If only things went that smoothly.

I’d sent Jesse a slight nod for her to get up and exit the office. I saw Voleur barreling toward us—his face red and his body visibly shaking w
ith fury.

She quickly grabbed her purse and tried to rush past him, when my worst nightmare had come true: he’d wrapped his hands around her ponytail and tugged her backward into the office, before throwing her against the desk and pulling a gun on both of us.

I had an alarm button installed on the underside of Tennison’s desk, just for this scenario. I depressed it to let my team know this was go time; we were in crisis mode. All cameras hidden within Tennison’s office were activated. Security personnel working for Pterodyne had been informed to have all individuals leave out of the back of the building and enter the trucks that would be waiting there to move them off property to a safe location.

I’d purposefully had Cassidy, Blaine, Amy, Natalie, and Jacob escorted onto Tennison’s plane, shortly after I’d sounded the alarm, and headed to an undisclosed location until our threat had passed. We’d already had everyone packed and ready when go time happened. They were told to follow orders, no questions asked, to ensure their safety, and in time they’d be enlightened.

It was time to bring everything to light and draw out our killer. I had Cat—who, among other things, was a trained sniper—waiting on the building across the way, ready to take a shot as soon as I gave the signal. I know Jonas was just as capable of a sniper, but I’d need his muscle inside the building in case things went nuts.

Jonas should already be here with our surprise visitor. I just hoped he’d see the feed going to his phone and try to position himself where he could get a clean shot once everything was out in the open. And my brother, Rick, had the other person of interest ready and waiting, just out of earshot. I seriously hoped I could pull this off without endangering the lives I’d come to care about most.

“Stop manhandling my woman, Voleur!” I shouted at him as he tossed Jesse around.

His face held hatred, making him look like the devil incarnate. “Tsk, tsk.” He waved the gun at her motioning for her to stand by me. “Don’t you know it’s against company policy to date fellow employees, especially ones under you? I guess in your case she’s literally under you.” He looked at her adding, “Is that how you managed to get named as co-CEO, dear? Did you offer to screw everyone who’d give you a leg up?”

“What the hell’s your problem, man? Shut your fucking mouth, now!” I yelled. Jesse’s hands wrapped around the bicep of my right arm, giving me a reassuring squeeze and helping me to calm down so I wouldn’t play into Voleur’s attempts to rile me.

“My problem is that I’m blocked out of my computer, my bank account has a hold on it, and certain members of the Pterodyne team are suspiciously absent today.” He feigned a face full of innocence. “I’m feeling a bit insulted and pissed off by the obvious lack of trust you seem to have for me at this moment.”

I laughed. “I don’t know why you think I distrust you.” I raised my hands to show surrender, wrapping one arm around Jesse’s shoulder and giving her a squeeze of reassurance that somehow we’d get through this. “I had nothing to do with any of those things. I’m completely innocent in everything that’s happening to you—we both are. So could you please drop the gun and let’s sit down and talk about this like rational adults and find out who is behind this chaos. I was about to come to you to ask if you knew anything about Blaine and Cassidy missing today, since you seem to talk to them quite a bit.”

His face paled. “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I don’t want to have any interaction with those two sniveling little brats.”

A booming voice caught us off guard, “Put down the damn weapon, Voleur. I’ve got a gun aimed at your head, and I’m ready to pull the trigger. I won’t have you talking unkindly about my stepchildren or aiming a gun at my niece.”

We watched as Voleur put the safety on his weapon and handed it off to Tennison. His voice was filled with a bit of shock mixed with contempt. “Tennison, you’re alive? How? I thought you…”

His words trailed off right as Tennison walked over to stand beside us. “I am alive and well, and I’ve been watching every move regarding my club, my house, and this company. I’ve been enlightened…”

Tennison’s words trailed off as his eyes bugged out of his head, “Who sent you to kill me? How did you find me? Who are you?”

I watched his line of sight as Calleum walked in the room. He held his hands up and walked within a few feet of Tennison. “You are a very hard man to track down, but I finally get the chance to see you in person. It’s taken me almost thirty years to find you.” Tennison’s eyes went wide as realization started to dawn on him. “The name I go by is Calleum Price, but you may remember me as Khalid Calleum Shabirin. I mean you no harm, never have. I’ve come to tell you: thank you for taking care of my kids and raising them as your own.”

Tennison’s voice echoed throughout the room, as he held up a gun, ready to fire, “Prepare to die, you bastard.”

I reached out to take the gun from him so he wouldn’t shoot, as I tried to explain, “Don’t shoot him, sir. Khalid is not the culprit in all this.” I pointed over to Voleur, who quickly drew a second gun.

“You’re more clever than I’d anticipated, Mr. Caldwell. I didn’t think you’d figure it out. Everyone drop their weapons and kick them over to me, or I shoot the bitch between the eyes,” Mr. Voleur said with a cynical sneer. In all the commotion, he’d drawn another gun, and it was aimed right at my Jesse.

We all complied with his demands, not wanting anyone in the room to be in danger. I even dropped mine and kicked it over. Thankfully, he didn’t know Tennison and I were armed with more than one weapon on our person—it had been ingrained in us during special ops—and I knew Khalid had been packing some heat too, all in fear of Voleur.

Tennison’s face was full of confusion. He began interrogating me while pointing at Khalid. “Explain yourself, soldier. Why should I trust Khalid isn’t here to kill me? He threatened years ago to come after my family and kill everyone, myself included. I even had a bounty on my head and two people sent to kill me before I faked my own death. How is this possible?”

Voleur picked up all our guns and backed up toward the door, waving the weapons at us. As his lips pursed in thought, “Before you go answering his question,” referring to Tennison, “I’d like to know how you came to the conclusion I had any involvement, Caldwell?”

I couldn’t help but laugh. “You know you could’ve offered a better fight by not using a last name associated with the word ‘thief’ in French. I’ll admit your perfected American accent and your overwhelming concern for everyone were pretty convincing, except you make for a sloppy drunk.”

  “How so?”

“It was when we’d all ended up at the bar down the street to have a drink in Tennison’s memory. You were late and had metal shavings clinging to your pant leg. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but I went back to the office later that night and saw those same shavings on the floor in front of the hidden bookcase to the vault. That got my attention, but it was your English accent that became the giveaway. It started to emerge the more you drank. You’d mentioned you needed to go to the ‘loo’, instead of the bathroom, when you asked us to save you a seat and order you up another ‘pint’, whereas we just refer to it as another cold one.

“I decided to run through the video feed in the office, and, sure enough, you’d been in here trying to open the vault. I watched as you used one tool after another, trying to drill into the impenetrable material to disable the locking mechanism.” I smirked when his eyes started looking around the room.

“But the cameras, they were removed.”

I shook my head. “No, we just let you think they were. Titan Security is the leader in fashioning new technology where cameras take on everyday objects, allowing us to invade your privacy much more efficiently than anyone ever thought possible.”

His eyes scanned the office, so I started pointing them all out: The lamp on the desk had a hidden camera; the smoke alarm had night vision installed; one of the books on the shelf was activ
ated by motion sensors, and even the stapler on Jesse’s desk provided another angle.

I crossed my arms and leaned back against the desk, not caring that he now had his gun aimed at me. I knew I needed to keep him talking long enough for one of Titan’s team members to secure a shot. He’d be taken out—it was just a matter of time. My focus was on providing a distraction so the rest of the individuals in the room, especially Tennison and Jesse, could make it out alive.

“Okay, mister man with all the answers, what else?” He seemed to think he had the upper hand and that was fine with me.

“We noticed you’d planned a trip to Paris several months back—a so called second honeymoon for you and your wife. We didn’t think much of it at first, until we realized you’d never been married. The person posing as your wife is no more than a paid escort. She’d traveled with you, but you left her in Paris while you hopped a train to Switzerland. You needed to get the account book at one banking location in order to make a deposit at another. You might have fooled the people at the bank with your disguise of a different hair color and fake mustache, but we ran your picture with some facial recognition software, along with the partial print we pulled from your bankbook and ran it through Interpol. We discovered you have quite the bounty on your head for crimes you committed in England and around the world, Mr. Devlin Stansbury, or should I say Marque Diable Maléfique.”

Everyone in the room gasped, their mouths agape. “I guess I need to fill in some of the gaps.” I watched as everyone nodded, almost in unison.

I looked over to Khalid. “Would you care to enlighten everyone as to your true intentions, Khalid?”

I watched as everyone’s head swung his direction. “My father was king of our small nation, which had long been ruled by our ancestors in a dictator-like fashion. He was the first to think outside the box and fell in love with a young American woman named Jocelyn Price. He married her, and she not only became queen of our country, but she helped to transform some of the more radical ideas and bring about small changes to our people, allowing them equality for the first time, raising them up out of a poverty level.”
