Claiming Ms Off Limits Page 2

After he opens my door, he turns and looks at me with his raised eyebrow, and the desire to jump him runs through me. What the hell? I spent days telling myself it was a one-time thing, yet he’s destroyed all my arguments with one look. I huff and follow him into my apartment.

Turning, I take the bag and head for the kitchen. Hopefully, I can slowly put away my groceries and use the time to get my defenses against him back up and secure. My hopes are dashed when Sebastian follows me into the small galley style kitchen and leans a hip up against the doorway. “How was your first day?”

His mundane question throws me, and I pause at the refrigerator door for a second before opening it and placing the milk on the top shelf. “It was fine. The first week is always rough. I’m not much older than my students, so it takes a few weeks for them to realize I’m going to be tough on them.”

Sebastian rubs his bottom lip. “Any of those little fuckers gives you a hard time, and I want to know about it. I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.”

I roll my eyes. “I don’t need you to fight my battles for me. I know how to handle my students.” After putting the bag in recycling, I slip past Sebastian and head for the living room. I can feel him walking behind me, and a shiver runs down my back.

I sit on the far side of my small leather sofa and expect him to sit at the other end, but Sebastian shocks the hell out of me and sits right next to me. After he places his arm over the back of my shoulders, I’m surrounded by his body heat and masculine scent, and all thoughts flee my mind. He leans over and whispers next to my ear, “You’re not going to keep me from taking care of you. No matter how much you fight it.” My body melts at his words, and there really isn’t any fight left in me.

“Our jobs?” is the only response I can voice.

Sebastian leans over and kisses the tip of my nose. “One look and I knew you were something special. After I had a taste of you, I knew I’d never be able to give you up. Give me some time, and I’ll figure out a way to make this work. Just don’t ask me to walk away because I can’t do it.”

There’s no way I can fight whatever is happening between us. As I give a small nod, Sebastian smiles before covering my lips with his. I’m about to lose control completely when I pull back and lay my head on his chest. “We need to take things a little slower, though. I don’t jump into bed with men I just met.”

I’m expecting anger, but instead, he kisses my temple. “You have no idea how happy that makes me. How about if we order in then watch a movie? I’ll take you out this weekend on a real date.”

“What if someone sees us?” I’m still so scared. I need my job, and I’m sure he needs his, too.

Sebastian pulls out his phone. “Let’s find something to order for dinner tonight, and we’ll worry about our date this weekend later. Don’t worry. I’ll make sure we go somewhere safe.” He winks at me, and I look over at his screen to see where he’s ordering our dinner.

All the possible issues with our relationship run through my mind, but I tell myself to trust Sebastian and see where things lead.

  Chapter 4

  Sebastian

Tuesday, I arrive at school to find Leona, the school secretary, waiting at the office door for me. Her teased blonde hair looks like a style that escaped from the nineteen-eighties. The deep red lipstick and bright teal eyeshadow are nearly blinding, but she’s the nicest lady, and I enjoy her sense of humor. She warned me last week when we were setting up the office that the last principal suffered from high school pranksters. Looks like I’m dealing with a similar situation.

“Please don’t tell me the seniors spray painted dirty symbols on the gym walls,” I beg her before she can speak.

“No spray painting today,” she assures me, and I let out a sigh. “But someone did dress the quad statue up in BDSM gear.” Fuck my life. I look over at her, and she shrugs. “I told you there’s a competition from year to year to see who can out-prank the year before. The Bay Isle Tiger is wearing an enormous English bulldog harness with a cock strap.” When my eyes widen, she winks. “Bet you didn’t think I had it in me.” She has that fucking right.

I spin around and head straight for the quad since I have no response for her. My assistant principal has already blocked it off so no students can wander through, and I find him staring at the ten-foot-high tiger statue. “Damn. Where the fuck do these kids find this stuff?” The middle-aged man is red in the face with sweat pouring down the side of his neck.

“I wish I knew.” I pat his back. “I’ll call Marvin and have him help me get this down. Thanks for blocking the entrances.”

Chris Roland looks relieved and smiles. “Thank you. I was sure my fifty-five-year-old ass was going to be removing a ball gag from a cement statue. This job is driving me to drink.” He mutters as he walks away, “I need to work with elementary kids.”

Marvin, the custodian, scratches the back of his head and looks at me. “They just don’t pay me enough to do this.”

“I agree with you.” I take the ladder from him and climb up to figure out how the students attached this crap. Luckily, they half-ass attached it, and I’m able to release it easily. As the fake leather hits the ground, Marvin sweeps it into a pile before tossing it into the trash. Once we get all the adornments removed from the statue, I turn to Marvin. “Thanks for your help. Why don’t you come in a couple of hours late tomorrow to make up for this?” I point my head at the three black trash bags stacked behind us.

Marvin’s eyes light up, and he smiles. “Thank you, Mr. Mackenzie. I’ll take my wife to breakfast before work.”

After we throw the bags away, I head back to my office to try to figure out who the guilty parties are. It only takes a little pressure before a few students cave. By the end of the day, I’ve gotten confessions from five seniors. I don’t want to come off either too hard or too soft my first week at Bay Isle, so I settle on cleaning jobs after school for two weeks for the offenders as punishment instead of suspension. Marvin’s job will be easier, and the guilty students will hopefully learn a lesson.

The rest of the week passes without any more major issues. There are some small problems as teachers and students get used to my way of doing things, but we seem to be settling into the school year. My mind is only partially on my job. Most of my brainpower is taken up by a small, curvy redhead who owns me completely.

Friday finally comes, and it’s been the longest week of my life.

Every day I’ve watched my girl, and my inability to claim her in front of everyone is slowly killing me. The dinner and movie night with Sadie only made me hungry for more time with her. I know she isn’t ready for me to push her for more, but restraining myself is getting harder every time I see my stunning girl. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to do something soon to change this situation. It may seem crazy since we only met a few weeks ago, but the men in my family are different. While talking to my brother, he explained all the men in my family fall like this. I used to make fun of the fuckers when I thought they had a choice in the situation. Now, I realize love is no joking matter.

Harden and Mitchell gave me ideas, and I’ve begun to look into ways to get past the morality clauses we both signed when we were hired by the school district. They took great joy in reminding me of the last time we were all together. It was my twin brother’s wedding. After I watched Justin fall in love with and act like a fool over Brianne Bisset, I swore I’d never fall in love, but it looks like that was a promise I couldn’t keep.

  Chapter 5

  Sebastian

Since Jacksonville is thirty minutes away, I’m sure we have very little chance of running into anyone from Bay Isle High School. I make our reservation at a highly recommended little Italian restaurant for late in the evening, hoping everyone else will be long gone before we arrive. Sadie opens the door, and I’m tempted to say screw the night out. I have a hard time controlling my hungry dick when I see the way her dark blue dress clings to her perfect curves. She’s pull
ed her beautiful red hair up into some fancy twist, and I desperately want to run my tongue up her delicate neck. “Hi.” Sadie winks, and I realize I’ve been staring at her for several seconds.

“You look stunning.” I step past her and push the door closed with my foot. Wrapping my arms around her, I cover her lips with mine and feel her luscious body melt into mine. As she groans against my mouth, I slip my tongue past her lips and her taste bursts through me. My hard cock is cradled between our bodies, and warning bells ring in my mind. Hesitantly, I pull back and lay my forehead against hers. “Damn, I could kiss you all night, but we’d never make our reservations.”

She bites her bottom lip and blushes, and I nearly come in my pants. I’m about to say fuck the reservations when Sadie smiles shyly and steps back. “Let me fix my lipstick, and we can go. I’m dying to try Rizzo’s.” Her excitement forces me to take deep breaths and control myself. As I watch her walk away, I promise myself I’m going to figure this situation out quickly. This woman isn’t getting away from me. I plan to make her mine permanently.

As her delicate scent fills my truck, I’m sweating the entire way to Jacksonville. It’s been thirty minutes of torture. After we pulled onto the highway, she placed her delicate hand on my thigh and began making small talk. I think I’ve made appropriate replies, but I’m not sure since all my blood has left my brain and flowed directly to my cock. I truly wonder if it’s safe to have an erection as long as I’ve had this one around Sadie. This may be a medical emergency. Thinking back, I’m trying to remember the last time I had a completely soft cock, and I can’t recall it. My girl has a lot of making up to do.

Sadie leans her head back on the headrest and smiles. “What are you scowling about?”

“Oh, just concentrating.” I pick up her hand and kiss the soft skin. It will be another night of torture, but I know soon my suffering will all be worth it.

A short, older man greets us at the door. After I give my name, he smiles and leads us to the back of the dimly lit restaurant. As we walk through the quiet room, I glance around, looking for any familiar faces. I breathe a sigh of relief when I realize there are only a few other people in the small restaurant, and none of them are from Bay Isle. Now, I’m even more determined to find a way to bring our relationship out into the open. I’m too old to be sneaking around like a teenager.

After we’re seated in the very back, we give our drink orders, and Sadie turns to me. “Why are you suddenly so quiet?” The fear in her eyes cuts through me.

I reach across the table and take her soft hand. After kissing the back of it, I smile. “Sorry. It’s been a long week.”

Our waiter comes to take our orders and interrupts our conversation. Once he walks away, I need to let Sadie know how I’m feeling. “I hate sneaking around with you. I talked to a family friend who is also an attorney. He’s looking over my contract with the school district and hopefully can advise us on how to proceed. I’m not willing to give you up, so I will find a way.”

Sadie is quiet for a while, and I’m starting to worry when she suddenly smiles. “I hope he finds something soon.”

“He has no choice,” I agree.

After dinner, I ask Sadie if she’d like to come back to my place to watch a movie, and she agrees. The thirty-five-minute ride to my house is mostly silent. I keep her soft hand tucked into mine and order my unruly cock to behave. Sadie leans forward when I pull into my driveway. “Oh, goodness. Your house is beautiful.”

Happiness flows through me. I didn’t realize how much I wanted her to like my house until now. After parking in the garage, I come around and help her out. “Come on. I’ll show you around.” She follows me into the kitchen door.

Luckily, the redecorated kitchen is the first room we come to. “I redecorated the kitchen last week. It looked like the Brady Bunch kitchen before I had it redone.” I’m telling the truth. I replaced the lemon-yellow walls with light tan paint and the ancient appliances with stainless steel. All the countertops were upgraded to quartz with new cabinets.

Sadie throws back her head and laughs. “Well, I love the Brady Bunch, so…”

When she shrugs, I’m tempted to say to hell with the house tour. I want to throw her over my shoulder and give her a tour of the bedroom instead. Sadie walks through the kitchen and looks around. She turns to me. “I love what you did in here.”

“Would you like to see the bedroom? I also redecorated it.”

She turns and narrows her eyes. “I’d love to see it, but I want to remind you we’re taking things slow.”

Holding up my hands, I act innocent. “Now, would I try to change your mind?”

Sadie rolls her eyes and laughs. “Yes, but show me the rest of your house. I seem to remember you promising me a movie, too.”

I kiss the tip of her nose before taking her hand. “Come on.” We walk through the house, and I show her all four bedrooms and the office. It’s a huge house with plenty of room to grow. When we get to the master bedroom, I control myself and give her the tour without pressuring her, then lead her to the living room to watch a movie.

Sadie walks over to my black leather sectional and stretches out while I call out the selection of movies. We decide on a comedy, and I sit next to her. As her soft hand runs up and down my leg, I barely resist groaning. She lays her head on my shoulder, and her delicate scent fills my lungs. After wrapping an arm around her shoulders, I pull her close and feel her curvy body melt into mine. It’s not long before I realize I have no idea what’s happening in the movie. My sole focus is on the woman curled up against me.

“I could get used to doing this every night,” I whisper against the side of her head, and she leans back and smiles at me. I’m unable to resist taking her lips and pulling her even closer. As her mouth opens beneath mine, her tongue slips into my mouth, and I’m unable to control the growl that erupts from my throat. My hand slips under her shirt and runs up and down her silky skin while she grasps the back of my head and holds me close.

When Sadie scoots around and straddles my leg, I feel the heat from her pussy through the material of my pants, and my control starts to slip as she grinds herself on me. “Baby, you’re testing my control,” I manage to groan after pulling back from her. I lay my head against the sofa and take deep breaths, trying to regain control while Sadie lays across me.

She runs her tiny hand over my chest and bites her lip before sighing. “Sorry. That was so mean of me. I’m suffering, too.”

I kiss her forehead and smile. “You don’t ever have to apologize for wanting me. I understand your reasons for wanting to wait a little bit, but it is torturing me.” I wink, and she looks relieved.

I’ll feel relieved after Tony gets back to me with ideas on how to get by Joel Roberts and his rules.

  Chapter 6

  Sadie

We’ve been keeping our relationship a secret for over a month, and the constant hiding is getting to me. After the first week, I knew I was falling in love with Sebastian. I’m more than ready to move on in our relationship, but I’m not sure how to tell him. I keep wondering if I should just strip and attack him during one of our nightly torture… I mean make-out sessions. It’s Thursday night, and he dropped me off at home an hour ago after we spent the evening together. I’m getting ready for bed when I get my nightly text from him

Miss you already. Think of me tonight.

Like I could think of anything else. I spend a restless night and wake up to the room spinning. My stomach gives me very little warning before I realize I need to rush to the bathroom. After throwing up several times, I lie down on the cool tile floor and let the chill soothe me. Almost immediately, I start to feel a little better, so I sit up and test the situation. I’m able to stand without falling over, so I walk into my bedroom and call the school. I hate calling out this early in the year, but I don’t want to give the students whatever illness I’ve got.

I don’t want Sebastian to find out at school about my illness, so I text him.
The phone rings almost immediately. “Hey,” I answer.

“What’s wrong?” He sounds frantic, and I feel terrible for calling in sick, especially now that I’m feeling so much better.

“I think I have a little bug. It’s really no big deal,” I attempt to assure him.

I can hear he’s talking to someone, and there’s shuffling on the line before he comes back. “Do you need me to come over?”

My heart warms at his overprotectiveness, but I try to reassure him I’m okay. “I’m not bad at all. I probably could have worked today, but I didn’t want to take the chance of getting the kids sick.”

He gives me tons of instructions and lets me know he will stop by after work. I try to discourage him since I could be contagious, but he ignores my arguments and tells me to text him if I need anything. I’m left reeling when he ends the conversation with, “I love you.” I’m not even sure he realized he said it.

A few hours later, I’m wondering if I have some weird bug or food poisoning. The smell of certain foods makes me queasy, and I’m super tired but don’t have a fever. I’m sitting on the sofa, looking up my illness on the internet, when I get a shock. The one condition that fits all of my symptoms isn’t a sickness at all, and it’s not going away any time soon.

After rushing to the bedroom and throwing on some sweatpants, I pull my hair up and try to make myself presentable. I’ll have to drive to Jacksonville because if I buy a pregnancy test in Bay Isle, word will get around. And fast. I decide to cover all my bases by texting Sebastian and telling him my doctor in Jacksonville wants to see me to be sure nothing is up.

He freaks out and texts back, wanting to take me. That was a huge mistake. It takes three texts and a phone call to reassure him that I’m not in bad shape, and he doesn’t need to leave school in the middle of the day.
