  ¼ cup coconut cream

  Zest of 1 lemon, grated

  3 tablespoons lemon juice

  3 eggs

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix cream cheese with flour, stevia, cream, vanilla, lemon zest, lemon juice and eggs, whisk well and pour into a big ramekin.

  Introduce in the oven, cook at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes and serve cold.

  1 cup apple juice

  In a small pot, mix the plum with the apple, oil, stevia, apple juice, cinnamon and coconut, toss, bring to a simmer, cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes, divide into bowls and serve warm.

  Ingredients:

  8 ounces cranberries, soaked, chopped

  3 teaspoons baking powder

  2 tablespoons stevia

  1 teaspoon ginger, grated

  10 tablespoons cashew butter

  4 eggs

  Directions:

  In your blender, mix flour with baking powder, stevia, ginger, butter, eggs and cranberries, stir and pour into a pan greased with the oil.

  Introduce in the oven, bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, cool down, slice and serve.

  2 tablespoons coconut oil

  1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix almonds and pecans with pumpkin seeds, coconut and nutmeg and stir well.

  Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add stevia, stir, cook for 1 minute, pour over the nuts mix, toss, spread on a lined baking sheet, introduce in the oven at 300 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.

  1 egg

  ¼ cup almond flour

  1 tablespoon peanut butter

  Directions:

  Heat up a pan with 6 tablespoons ghee and the ghee over medium heat, stir, cook for 5 minutes, transfer to a bowl, add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, egg, baking powder, walnuts and almond flour, stir really well and pour into a skillet.

  In a bowl, mix 1-tablespoon ghee with peanut butter, heat up in your microwave for a few seconds, stir, drizzle this over brownies mix, introduce in the oven at 350 degrees F, bake for 30 minutes, cut and serve.

  Directions:

  In a bowl, mix peaches with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and stir.

  In another bowl, mix the coconut with stevia, nutmeg, almond milk and vanilla extract and stir.

  Spray a pie pan with cooking spray, spread peaches, add cinnamon mix on top, introduce in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

  Serve cold.
