“Emily, I’m not finished.”
Emily thought about it for a moment. She stood and knelt in front of him again. She repeated what she’d done before to make him so wild.
When he was about to come, he told Emily to stop. “Will you come on top of me? I swear I’m almost finished.”
“Yes, Daddy.” Emily nodded at him, eagerly.
Oliver had a very serious look on his face as he lay down on his back and helped Emily move on top of him.
Emily reached behind herself and wrapped her hand around his penis. She lined him up and then lowered down over him. She moaned out loudly when he was completely sheathed inside of her.
It felt so good inside of her. She knew it wouldn’t take much to make her come for him again.
Oliver watched her glorious body bouncing on his. She was rubbing her clitoris into his pelvic bone. Once again, she was looking for her release. He was glad that he was able to fulfill her sexual appetite.
Emily laid her hands on his chest. She knew that her daddy went to a club a couple of times a week to exercise. He wanted to stay attractive for her. He had no idea how perfect he was in every way.
Oliver’s hands took hold of her bouncing orbs. They hopped so much that it was difficult to keep them in his grasp as she moved on top of him.
“Em, it’s time.” Oliver called out hoping that she’d come one more time for him.
Emily moved even faster, grinding her clitoris into him. She moved her hands over his so she could hold onto him as she came.
She whimpered and moaned as she came.
Oliver was shooting his load up into her. Her body was holding onto his penis like a gloved-hand. It was getting every last bit of his seed out of him and giving it to Emily, the one who had earned it by loving his so thoroughly.
Emily lay down on Oliver. She was completely exhausted, and she didn’t want him to pull out yet. She wanted to stay connected with him.
Oliver wrapped his arms around Emily. This was the most intimate of hugs.
“There’s a mirror over our bed,” Oliver proclaimed. He hadn’t noticed it before. He’d been looking at Emily.
Emily moved her head so she could look over her shoulder but still be lying on Oliver. She smiled when she saw their connected bodies in the mirror. “Hello, Daddy.”
Oliver smiled at her. She’d gone from be an amazing sex goddess back to a sweet little girl in a matter of seconds. “Hello, Emily,” he responded.
“I love you, Daddy.”
“I love you too,” he responded with a smile.
Emily thought about her gift. “We forgot to put on my new nightie.”
“Oh that. We’ll do that tomorrow. I meant for you to wear it this evening, but we didn’t have time for it. I’d have taken it off of you within seconds anyway,” Oliver confessed, making Emily giggle.
Oliver hugged her tighter to his body. He hoped that this pregnancy would work out. He didn’t want to lose her or the baby.
Oliver and Emily took their spot at the breakfast table. Both were wondering if anyone had heard them last night.
After Emily had fallen asleep, Oliver had taken off to join his friends for drinks. He’d been able to talk about his fears with his friends.
Ronald and Samantha both didn’t feel ready for a child. Jake seemed to like the idea, but Heather was completely against it. And Brian couldn’t give his Amelia a child, despite the fact that he wanted to.
Ronald stood up to make his morning announcements. It was clear that two of the couples were late. “We’ll wait five more minutes. If they aren’t here by then, we’ll start breakfast.” He sat back down.
Oliver covered his mouth so he wouldn’t laugh at his best friend, who took this whole retreat thing too seriously.
Amelia appeared in the doorway. She looked like she’d seen a ghost.
Ronald stood up again and went to her. “We wanted to send a search troop out to look for you. Where is your daddy?”
“The ambulance is on the way because of Heather’s appendix,” she told him.
Ronald ran out of the room.
Oliver got up and went to Amelia. It was clear that she was scared. “Amelia, I think you should sit down.” He pulled her chair out for her.
Oliver saw that Emily was smiling at her. She was telling him with her eyes that she thought that it was good of him to help Amelia.
“Thank you, sir,” Amelia said.
“You’re welcome.” Oliver went back to Emily.
The owners of the lodge brought in breakfast.
It was clear that Amelia wouldn’t want anything to eat, but everyone encouraged her to eat a little something. They told her that her daddy had everything under control.
Oliver saw a look in her eyes. It was clear that only Brian would be able to get her to relax.
Two hours later, Brian returned. He went directly to Amelia and hugged her.
He told everyone that he’d had to operate on Heather personally. Heather’s appendix had exploded.
Oliver grabbed onto Emily’s hand and held it tightly in his hand. Life was so precious, and it didn’t take much to blow out the light a body carried in its soul.
Oliver and Emily joined the others to congratulate Brian for saving Heather’s life.
Brian explained what had happened in a little more detail.
Jake came into the room and searched out Brian, who was kissing his wife. “I’m so sorry to interrupt, but I need to pack and get back to Heather. I just wanted to thank you. Thank you for everything you did, Brian. You were amazing. If it weren’t for you, my baby would be gone. Thank you. If I can ever do anything for you, let me know. No matter what it is. I’m indebted to you forever.” Jake took off to go back to his wife.
Oliver couldn’t bear to think about losing his Emily. He needed to change the mood in the room. “For he’s the jolly good fellow,” Oliver belted out.
Everyone joined him.
When the song was over, Amelia kissed her daddy on his cheek, making everyone clap.
Oliver would be glad when Emily’s pregnancy was over, and everyone was safe.
Chapter 22
Oliver helped Emily into the car. They were going to a birthday party. Emily was excited to go. Samantha would also be there, and best of all, her daddy had let it slip that a circus would be performing.
Amelia was a nice girl. They weren’t in the same class, but they’d never had problems with each other. Amelia’s friends were the smart girls, but otherwise Amelia was shy.
Emily didn’t see herself as being shy. Emily would only be going to school for another week, and then she’d be finished. She needed to rest before their son was born.
Emily smiled remembering how her daddy had reacted when the doctor told them that the baby was going to be a boy. He’d asked her how she’d known that.
Emily had confessed that she had a fifty-fifty chance to get it right.
Oliver was still treating her like a raw egg, but it had gotten a lot better after they’d passed the three-month mark. He let her do a little work in the garden. Mostly, she gave orders.
She worried that people might think of her as being bossy. When she told the gardener that, he laughed at her and told her that she was very easy to work with.
Everyone was being very nice to her. This was truly the happiest time in her life.
Oliver was excited too. He talked about playing baseball with their son, and he made plans to put up a basketball court. Emily had the idea to make an extra path to the basketball court through the maze.
It seemed like everyone had wonderful ideas to welcome their son. Elisabeth was already sending gifts for the baby and for Emily. She’d attach a card, which said that she couldn’t resist buying this or that for the baby or resist getting a scarf for Emily.
Emily sent her a note and asked Elisabeth as kindly as she could if Elisabeth could also send a gift to Oliver. Emily knew that her husband longed to feel accepted by his mother.
The next
day a book for men about being father’s arrived for Oliver. There was also a white plain tie and colorful paint included. They were supposed to paint the baby’s feet and hold him so he could walk over daddies tie. She reminded Oliver that he needed to think about getting cigars.
Oliver had been thrilled with his gift. He sat down immediately and wrote her a thank you note.
Emily was glad that he’d never know that this had been her idea.
Oliver parked in front of Brian’s mansion. “If you need to lie down, you can. If you want to go home, you can. I need you to tell me if this gets to be too much for you.”
“I promise I will, Daddy.”
“Good girl. Hey.” He stopped her before she could get out of the car. “I love you, Em.”
“I love you too.”
“Let’s go have some fun.” Oliver got out and helped Emily out of the car. He got Amelia’s gift out of the trunk.
Amelia warmly greeted Emily. She’d never seen Amelia in such a good mood.
The girls played games and had fun. There was even a treasure hunt. Inside a real treasure chest, were teddy bears for all the girls.
Emily told Oliver that she’d give hers to their baby. She told him that even boys needed toys that they could hug and love.
“I couldn’t agree with you more, Emily.” He laid his arm around her. Before he could stop himself, he bent down and gave the baby a kiss and rubbed Emily’s tummy. Usually, he only did things like that when they were alone.
As time went on, it became easier and easier to accept the fact that he was about to be a father in a few months.
Oliver joined the other men at the grill. He was feeling unbelievably happy today.
He arrived in time to hear the end of a conversation. Brian was telling a few others that he’d had to give Amelia a drug to get her to celebrate. Her father had convinced her that she wasn’t worthy of a birthday. “Today marks the day Amelia had killed her mother. That’s what he taught her.” Brian shook his head.
Oliver shook his head too. “I know her father personally. He’s a self-righteous asshole. She’s much better off with you.” Oliver assured him.
“Thanks. She still needs a lot of building up. It’s so difficult to get her to understand how fantastic I think she is.”
“Em used to be like that. With time, Amelia will understand too.” Oliver assured him.
Emily spotted Amelia at the buffet table. She decided to take this chance to thank her for the invitation. She excused herself and left Samantha to talk to a few of Amelia’s friends.
“Thank you for inviting me to your party, Amelia.”
Amelia smiled at Emily. “It was a surprise party. I had no idea. I’m so thankful that everyone took the time to come and celebrate with me. That means a lot to me.” Emily was surprised when Amelia gave her a hug.
“You’re welcome. I’m glad to be here,” Emily replied.
“I’m glad to have you here. Say, did you try the chocolate pudding? It’s fantastic.”
“I haven’t gotten to the desserts yet, but the garlic bread is amazing,” Emily told her.
“Really?” Amelia took a piece out of the basket and tried it. “This is really good.” Then she dunked the garlic bread into the pudding on her plate and took another bite. “The combination is amazing.”
Emily had to laugh. She obviously wasn’t the only one who was pregnant. “I’ll try that later.”
Emily whispered what she suspected to Samantha. They both thought that it was great.
Chapter 23
Time and months march on. Emily got bigger, and she was no longer able to move about the way she’d like to, but she didn’t complain. Being pregnant was a gift, and she’d never complain about gifts.
Still, it was difficult to do many things. Some things she’d given up on completely, such as tying shoes and hugging people head on.
Oliver looked across the table. Emily was pushing her chair away from the table. She leaned forward and tried to get at her plate, but her tummy was in the way. She was rounding out nicely.
Oliver was trying not to laugh as he watched her try to eat. “You’ll just have to starve the next month,” he teased her.
“Ha ha.” Emily shifted her chair to the side and tried to eat sideways. “I think I might really starve,” she sighed.
Oliver stood up and took hold of her chair. He moved it the way it should be. Then he lifted up her plate and placed it on her tummy. “If you got it, flaunt it.”
“You mean improvise?” She smiled at him.
“Exactly, I won’t let you starve.”
“Thank you, Daddy. I can’t find a comfortable position no matter what I do.” Emily placed the plate back on the table. She rubbed her tummy and cringed. “I guess I’m not hungry anyway.” She fought to get to her feet.
“Are you okay, Em?”
“Sure, I need to lie down. And go to the bathroom,” she added.
Oliver smiled at her warmly. Emily had to go constantly. It had gotten to the point that they couldn’t leave the house for longer than an hour. Emily was convinced that a public bathroom could harm the baby.
Three hours later, Oliver decided to check on Emily. He peeked in on her and saw her Nanny reading a book as she sat on the sofa. Emily was sleeping in their bed. She looked too precious.
He let her sleep, but an hour later, he came back to check on her. She was still sleeping. “Is it normal for her to be so tired?” he asked Nanny.
“I’m getting a little nervous too. Should we wake her?” Nanny had been standing by Emily when he came in. “I tested her pulse, and everything felt fine.”
“Are we going to be even worse when the baby is here?” Oliver joked, knowing that he’d be the type of parent to listen if his child was breathing before he went to sleep himself.
He laid his hand on her shoulder and gave her a gentle shake. “Em, are you hungry, baby?”
“No,” she responded.
Oliver sat down on the bed. “Do you want to sleep some more, baby?”
“I don’t feel good.”
“Do you want some crackers? They usually help.”
“No. I want to have the baby. I want this to be over with.”
That didn’t sound like something that Emily would say. “In four more weeks, our son will be born.”
“No today. I want to go to the hospital now.”
“How about a snack before we go?” Oliver suggested, trying to get her to calm down.
Emily sat up and panted. She got up and picked up the bag that they were supposed to have packed just in case. She walked out of the door and slowly went down the steps.
Oliver and Nanny traded worried looks. They followed her down. Emily grabbed Oliver’s car keys and went outside without her shoes on and opened the car. She put the bag in the backseat and got in the front.
“Humor her,” Nanny told him. “They can check her over at the hospital. She won’t feel better until she hears that everything is fine from a professional.”
Oliver nodded at her. She was right.
“Goodbye, Nanny. We’re off to the hospital.” Oliver made of show of getting into the car.
Nanny brought Emily a pair of shoes. “I don’t want you walking on germ filled floors.”
“Thank you, Nanny.” Emily tried to give her a smile, but she knew that they had to hurry.
Oliver took off to the hospital. “The doctors will check you over, and maybe they’ll have some suggestion about finding a comfortable position.”
Emily made a noise of agreement as she reached up and took hold of the grab handle above her head in the car.
Oliver felt a shiver go down his spine. He pressed his foot down harder and sped to the hospital.
He called Brian to let him know that they were heading to the hospital.
Oliver parked at the emergency entrance and helped Emily get out of the door.
A nurse came out to help them.
“Something is going wrong,” Emily told he
r.
“Sir, could you drive away. We’ll get your wife checked-in for you.” The nurse called for a stretcher, and an orderly helped Emily lie down on it.
Oliver got into his car and drove off to find a parking spot. There didn’t seem to be one, and he had to park far away.
He grabbed Emily’s bag and sprinted into the hospital. “Where’s my wife?”
When the woman at the desk gave him a puzzled look, he clarified. “The pregnant woman who just now came in.”
“They sent her up to the maternity ward on the fourth floor.”
“Just point where I have to go,” Oliver demanded.
She pointed to the elevators on her right, and Oliver took off.
When he stepped out of the next elevator, he had a similar conversation with another nurse, who told him to sit down, and that the doctor would be right with him.
“This isn’t how they said things would go in the class. They said I’d be at her side the entire time,” he protested.
“The doctor is checking her over. He’ll be with you in a minute.” She smiled at him, nicely.
Oliver felt ridiculous as he sat down with Emily’s pink suitcase. The CD she wanted to listen to during the birth was in there, as well as the rose oil that he was supposed to rub into her back to relieve pain.
A doctor came out pushing a bed. Emily was on it.
Oliver was on his feet in a second. “Emily?”
Emily looked over in his direction and reached for him.
“I’m her husband,” he declared.
A nurse stepped towards him. “Your wife needs an emergency C-section. Did you want to be present during that kind of a birth too?”
“Yes,” he answered her, letting her know that he wasn’t hesitant about it.
“Then you need to change and wash your hands.” She turned around, and Oliver followed. “Give the nurse her bag.”
The nurse wasn’t nervous, and Oliver was starting to relax. “Do you know what’s wrong with my wife?”
