1 Spiced Pumpkin Pie Crust

  5 cups Apples, core removed and cut into slices

  1/3 cup Brown Sugar

  1½ tablespoons All-Purpose Flour

  2 tablespoons Pumpkin Butter

  ½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  ¼ teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

  ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

  Directions:-

  Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

  Roll out spiced pumpkin pie crust dough and transfer onto a pie plate.

  Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients together.

  Pour the filling on the prepared pie crust and cover with a lattice top crust.

  Dust the top of the covered pie with sugar and bake for 40-45 minutes.

  Let the pie cool, at least 20 minutes, before serving with a dollop of whipped cream, or ice-cream.

  Paleo Apple Pie

  A delicious, flaky and crumbly pie crust filled with succulent and tangy apple filling made with ingredients that cater to a paleo lifestyle.

  Serves 4

  40 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Paleo Pie Crust

  5 Granny Smith Apples, core removed and cut into quarters

  ¼ cup Coconut Palm Sugar

  ½ cup Coconut Oil

  1 tablespoon Honey

  2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon

  1 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  ¼ teaspoon ground Clove

  Directions:-

  Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  Next, prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, then place the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Transfer the cooked mixture onto a pie plate.

  Roll out the paleo pie dough and place it over the fillings in the pie plate.

  Trim off the excess dough and bake for 25 minutes.

  Apple Hand Pies

  Compact apple pies that you can take anywhere!

  Yields 12-14

  Ingredients:-

  2 Pie Crusts

  2 cups Apples, core removed and diced

  ¼ cup Brown Sugar

  2 tablespoons Flour

  1 Egg White, beaten

  ¼ cup unsalted Butter

  1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Start by pre-heating oven to 425 degrees.

  Melt butter in a medium skillet and add the diced apples, brown sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly.

  Roll out your pie dough and cut out round circles using a 4-inch cookie cutter, set aside.

  Spoon adequate amounts of apple mixture onto the middle of each circles of dough and fold into half, pinching the sides to seal the dough to make packets.

  Brush each apple pie with beaten egg white and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  Healthy Apple Pie

  A healthy apple pie that has most of the classic ingredients swapped out for nutritious and low-carb ingredients.

  Serves 6

  Ingredients:-

  1 Healthy Pie Crust

  4 Apples, core removed and sliced thin

  3 tablespoons Orange Juice

  3 tablespoons Maple Syrup

  ½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  Directions:-

  Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

  Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to mix well. Drain the apple slices of the sauce and reserve the sauce.

  Layer the sliced apples onto a prepared rolled out healthy pie crust and drizzle the reserved sauce over before baking for 30 minutes.

  At the end of 30 minutes, cover the pie with a piece of foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

  Ingredients:-

  ½ Pie Crust

  1 Granny Smith Apple, core removed and cut into chunky slices (8 pieces)

  1/3 cup Brown Sugar

  3 tablespoons Butter, melted

  1/3 cup Pecans, chopped

  2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon

  Directions:-

  Start by pre-heating the oven to 375 degrees.

  Roll out pie dough and cut it into 8 long triangular shapes.

  In a bowl, combine ground cinnamon and brown sugar, set aside.

  Spread butter over each triangular dough and spoon the sugar-cinnamon mixture on top, followed by some chopped pecans.

  Set one slice of apple on top of the sugar-cinnamon and pecans mixture and roll the triangular shaped dough into a croissant.

  Repeat with remaining dough and place on a lightly greased baking tray.

  Sprinkle the remaining butter-mixture on top of each croissant and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  French-Style Custard Apple Pie

  Custard Apple Pie - Sweet and tart rosy apples in a delicious and moist filling finished off with a crunchy topping.

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  2 pounds Pink Lady Apples core removed and sliced thin

  2 Egg Yolks

  2 Eggs

  1 cup Heavy Cream

  ½ cup + 2 tablespoons Sugar

  2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted

  1 tablespoon Dark Rum

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  ¼ teaspoon Salt, divided

  1/8 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

  For the Topping:

  1 cup Almonds, sliced

  2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted and softened

  1/3 cup Sugar

  Directions:-

  Prepare the pie crust dough by blind baking it for this recipe.

  Start by pre-heating the oven to 325 degrees and lightly grease the bottom of a pie plate, set aside.

  In a large skillet, heat up 2 tablespoons butter and throw in the sliced apples and 2 tablespoons of sugar, cook for 8-10 minutes.

  Pour the dark rum and 1/8 teaspoon of salt in, cook for another minute before pouring the mixture into the blind baked pie crust.

  In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, ½ cup sugar, nutmeg, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and 1/8 teaspoon salt together and gently pour this mixture over the apple mixture.

  Bake for 30 minutes.

  In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the toppings and sprinkle on top of the pie after it has baked for 30 minutes. Return the pie to the oven to bake for an additional 20 minutes.

  German Apple Pie

  Gorgeous and delectable, this is the apple pie recipe to go to when you want to impress your guests.

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  2 pounds Apples, core removed and sliced thin

  ¼ cup Brown Sugar

  ¼ cup Sugar

  3 tablespoons Apricot Preserve

  2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted

  1½ teaspoons fresh Lemon Juice

  1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  ¼ teaspoon fresh Nutmeg, grated

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer onto a pie plate, set aside.

  Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

  In a mixing bowl, toss the apple slices together with brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and salt to combine.

  Let the apple slices steep for 40 minutes, after which drain the liquids from the apple and set both the drained apple and liquids aside.

  In a medium saucepan, heat up butter and pour the liquid from the apple to simmer together until it thickens.

  Gently assemble the pie by arranging the sliced apples onto the pie crust. Drizzle the thickened liquid over the apples and combine the apricot preserve with whatever remains.

  With a piece of foil, cover the pie and bake for 30-40 minutes, then remove the foil and brush the liquid-preserve mixture over the top of the pie.

  Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

  Classic Chocolate Pie

  A simple classic chocolate pie that comes together easily with the most basic of ingredients.

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  3 Egg Yolks

  1½ cups Sugar

  2 cups Milk

  ½ cup Cocoa Powder

  ¼ cup Cornstarch

  1 teaspoon Vanilla

  Directions:-

  Start by whisking together the egg yolks, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and vanilla in a mixing bowl.

  In a medium saucepan, heat up the milk and whisk in the prepared mixture.

  Cook the mixture until it thickens before pouring onto the pre-baked pie shell.

  Place in the fridge to let the chocolate mixture set.

  For the Filling:

  4 Large Egg Yolks, beaten

  ½ cup Evaporated Milk

  1½ cups Milk

  1 cup Sugar

  ¼ cup + 1 teaspoon Cornstarch

  ¼ cup unsweetened Cocoa

  2 tablespoons Butter

  1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  For the Meringue:

  5 Large Egg Whites, at room temp

  ¼ cup Sugar

  ¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar

  Directions:-

  Start by pre-heating your oven to 450 degrees.

  Heat up cocoa, salt, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until mixture is thoroughly combined before whisky in the evaporated milk and milk.

  Let the mixture come to a boil, whisking continuously, and boil for one minute.

  Pour ¼ of the hot mixture into egg yolks, a tablespoon at a time, whisking all the time. Next, pour this egg mixture into the rest of the hot mixture and whisk to combine, continue cooking for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Turn the heat off and add butter and vanilla extract, mix well and keep warm while covered.

  With an electric mixer, beat cream of tartar and egg whites on high until fluffy. Add sugar one tablespoon at a time and beat until stiff peaks are formed.

  Gently pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and spoon the meringue over, spreading it evenly.

  Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into pie.

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  For the filling:

  2¼ cups Milk

  2/3 cup Sugar

  ¼ cup Cocoa Powder

  3 tablespoons Cornstarch

  1 teaspoon Vanilla

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  For the Topping:

  1 cup Heavy Cream

  3 tablespoons Sugar

  Directions:-

  Start by pre-heating your oven to 450 degrees.

  In a medium saucepan, mix together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt.

  Pour in milk and let mixture come to a boil, stirring all the time, let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla, mix well.

  Slowly pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and place in the fridge to chill. Set up an electric mixer and beat the heavy cream on high setting, pour in sugar one tablespoon at a time. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.

  Spread the whipped cream over chilled pie.

  Keep refrigerate until ready to serve.

  Ingredients:-

  1 box (3.9oz) Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding Mix

  1 cup Chocolate Milk

  1/3 cup Powdered Sugar

  3 cups Cool Whip, divided

  2/3 cup Oreo Cookies, broken into pieces

  2 cups Oreo Cookies, crumbled

  5 tablespoons Butter, melted

  4oz Cream Cheese, softened

  Directions:-

  Mix together the cookie crumbs and butter.

  Sprinkle the mixture onto a pie plate and press down until compact; this will be the pie crust. Place into the fridge to chill.

  Whisk together cream cheese and powdered sugar thoroughly until well blended. Gently pour in ½ cup Cool Whip and add the cookie chunks. Layer this mixture on top of the prepared cookie crumb pie crust.

  Combine the pudding mix and milk, add 1 cup Cool Whip and stir to mix.

  Spoon the mixture on top of the previous cream cheese layer and spread evenly. With the remaining cup of Cool Whip, pipe swirls along the perimeter of the pie.

  1 cup Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped

  ¼ cup Butter, unsalted

  3 Egg Yolks

  2 Eggs

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Start by pre-heating the oven to 375 degrees, lightly grease a pie plate and set aside. Roll out pie crust dough and transfer onto greased pie plate, set aside.

  Whisk together cocoa powder, flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl.

  Heat a saucepan over medium to low heat and stir together half and half, butter and chocolate until well blended. Set chocolate mixture aside to cool.

  When chocolate mixture has cooled considerably, pour into dry ingredients together with eggs and egg yolks. Stir mixture together until combined well.
