½ cup Brown Sugar

  ¼ cup Butter, cut into cubes

  ¼ cup Pecans, chopped

  2 Egg Yolks

  1 cup Coconut Flakes

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  Directions:-

  Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  Melt sweet chocolate and unsweetened chocolate in the microwave, set aside to let cool slightly.

  Next, pour milk, egg yolks and vanilla extract in with the chocolate mixture and stir to combine until smooth.

  Spoon mixture onto crust and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for an hour.

  In the meantime, heat up a saucepan and bring brown sugar, cream and butter to a boil. Remove from heat when the sugar has dissolved.

  Ladle some of the hot mixture into egg yolks on a separate bowl, and pour this egg yolk mixture back into the hot saucepan with the rest of the sugar-cream-butter mixture.

  Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until mixture has thickened, stirring all the time. Turn off the heat and add coconut flakes and vanilla extract. Let cool before pouring over filling in the pie crust.

  Dot the top with pecans and place in the fridge to chill.

  Pecan Custard Pie

  Wonderfully flavorful, light and creamy, this mouth-watering pecan custard pie is sure to impress even the pickiest of eaters at your next dinner.

  Serves 8

  Ingredients:-

  1 Healthy Pie Crust, blind baked

  3 Eggs

  1 cup Pecans, chopped

  ½ cup unsweetened Almond Milk

  ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  1 tablespoon Baking Mix

  2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  ¼ cup Stevia Sweetener

  1 teaspoon Molasses

  1 stick salted Butter softened

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Set up an electric mixer and beat all ingredients for about 30-40 seconds.

  Spoon filling into pre-baked pie crust and bake for 45 minutes.

  Cover with a piece of foil and let pie rest for about 15 minutes before serving.

  Southern Pecan Pie

  This recipe for the classic southern pecan pie is easy to make and absolutely delicious. Your family will fall in love with it!

  Serves 6-8

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  1½ cups Pecans, chopped

  3 Eggs, beaten

  1 cup Light Brown Sugar

  1 cup Light Corn Syrup

  2 tablespoons Butter, melted

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer to a pie plate.

  Whisk together eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and corn syrup in a mixing bowl to thoroughly combine before adding in the pecans and give the mixture another quick stir.

  Spoon the mixture into the prepared pie crust.

  Bake for 30 minutes after which take the pie out from the oven and loosely cover the crust with a long strip of foil. Pop it back into the oven and bake for another 25-30 minutes.

  Let the pie cool completely before serving.

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  1 cup Pecan, cut into halves

  1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips

  ½ cup Sugar

  1 cup light Corn Syrup

  3 Eggs

  3 tablespoons Butter, melted

  2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  1 tablespoon Flour

  1½ teaspoons Vanilla

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust and transfer to a pie plate.

  Layer the chocolate chips onto the bottom of the pie crust.

  1 Pie Crust

  1 cup Pecans chopped

  1 cup Light Corn Syrup

  1/3 cup Salted Butter, melted

  3 Eggs, beaten

  1 cup White Sugar

  3 tablespoons Brown Sugar

  ¾ teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  ½ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer to a pie plate or tart pan.

  Layer the chopped pecans to the bottom of the crust.

  Combine both types of sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vanilla extract and salt in a mixing bowl.

  Transfer the filling mixture into the prepared pie crust over the pecans.

  Using a piece of foil, loosely cover the prepared pie and bake for 30 minutes in the pre-heated oven.

  At the end of 30 minutes, take the foil away and continue baking for another 20 minutes.

  Let the pie cool before serving.

  Whisk corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla together in a large mixing bowl.

  Pour the mixture into the pie crust over the cheesecake mixture.

a delicious classic pecan pie, this is the recipe to turn to! Whip up a great tasting pecan pie right in the slow cooker fuss-free and with minimal prep work.

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, chilled

  1 cup Sugar

  1½ cups Pecans, chopped

  3 Eggs

  2/3 cup Dark Corn Syrup

  1/3 cup Butter, melted

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  1/8 teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Lightly grease a slow cooker pot with cooking spray.

  Set the unbaked pie crust into the pot.

  Combine sugar, eggs, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl, and stir to mix thoroughly.

  Add the pecans and give the mixture a quick stir to lightly mix the pecans in.

  Transfer the filling into the pie crust in the slow cooker pot.

  Cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours.

  1 Pie Crust, frozen

  1 cup Cream of Coconut

  ½ cup Light Brown Sugar

  2 tablespoons unsalted Butter

  1½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Set up an electric mixer and beat eggs and brown sugar together until creamy and all the sugar has completely dissolved.

  Next, add the cream of coconut, cream, butter, lemon juice and vanilla extract and continue beating until well combined before adding chopped pecans.

  4 Eggs, beaten

  1 cup Light Corn Syrup

  ¼ cup Bourbon

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 325 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust and transfer to a pie plate.

  In a saucepan, heat up sugar, corn syrup and butter together medium heat, stirring all the time to completely melt the sugar.

  Once the sugar and butter has melted, take the saucepan off the heat and let it cool for 20 minutes.

  Whisk together eggs, bourbon, vanilla and salt in a medium mixing bowl and gradually pour the cooled sugar and butter mixture into the egg mixture. Do this slowly so that the mixture does not cook the eggs.

  Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans.

  Spoon the filling mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly.

  Bake for 50-55 minutes.

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, chilled

  For the Sweet Potato Filling:

  3 Sweet Potatoes, roasted

  1 cup Sugar

  1 cup + 2 tablespoons Evaporated Milk

  1 Egg

  4 tablespoons Butter, softened

  ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  ½ teaspoon Lemon Extract

  ½ teaspoon Coconut Flavor

  ¼ teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  ¼ teaspoon ground Nutmeg

  For the Pecan Pie Filling:

  1 cup Pecans, chopped

  ½ cup Brown Sugar

  6 tablespoons Butter

  2 tablespoons Heavy Cream

  2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Light Corn Syrup

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 375 degrees.

  Press the graham cracker pie crust into a pie plate and chill in the fridge.

  Using a hand mixer, mash the roasted sweet potatoes.

  Next, have an electric mixer set up and whip the butter and sugar.

  Add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and lemon extract, coconut flavor and egg and continue beating until all ingredients are well combined.

  Pour the evaporated milk and add the mashed sweet potato in and beat to combine with the other ingredients.

  Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.

  In the meantime, prepare the pecan filling by heating butter, corn syrup and brown sugar in a large saucepan over low heat. Cook until the brown sugar has completely melted.

  Take the saucepan off the heat after cooking for a few minutes and add cream and pecans, stir to mix well.

  Spoon the pecan filling over the cooked pie and bake for another 5 minutes before serving.

  Vegan Pecan Pie

  A great recipe for vegan pecan pie, so that everyone can enjoy this classic favorite!

  Ingredients:-

  1 Vegan Pie Crust, blind baked

  2 cups toasted Pecans

  1 cup Brown Sugar

  1 cup firm Silken Tofu

  ¾ cup Corn Syrup

  4 tablespoons Cornstarch

  5 tablespoons Vegan Butter

  2 tablespoons Rum

  1 teaspoon Vanilla

  ½ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Stir together brown sugar, vegan butter, corn syrup and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 1 minute.

  Add rum and vanilla extract into the saucepan and combine well.

  Blend the silken tofu in a food processor or blender until creamy.

  Pour corn syrup mixture in with the tofu and pulse a few times to mix.

  Fold in ¾ of the pecans and spoon the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.

  Layer the remaining pecans on top of the filling.

  Bake for 1 hour and let cool before serving.

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer to a pie plate. Pop into the fridge to chill while you prepare the filling.

  Heat syrup, brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Let the mixture come to a boil and cook for 1 minute to let the butter and sugar dissolve.

  Let the mixture cool at room temperature for 45 minutes.

  Combine together eggs, vanilla extract and salt and stir to mix well.

  Stir in maple syrup and whisk to combine.

  Stir in pecans, bacon and bourbon and pour into the chilled pie crust.

  Bake for 50-55 minutes and let cool before serving.
