  Cherry Chocolate Chip Pie

  This pretty little pie is perfect to whip up when you want to impress guests or simply your special other half. It is wonderfully creamy and tasty and looks great too!

  Serves 8

  20 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Chocolate Shortbread Pie Crust

  1 cup Cream Cheese, softened

  1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

  1¼ cups Cherry Pie Filling

  1 cup Powdered Sugar

  1¼ Semisweet Chocolate Chips

  Directions:-

  Press the pie crust dough into a pie plate to create the crust.

  In an electric mixer, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy and lump-free.

  Fold cool whip and cherry pie filling into the cream cheese mixture.

  Add 1 cup chocolate chips and give the mixture a quick stir to just combine.

  Spoon filling mixture into prepared pie crust and top with the remaining chocolate chips.

  Pop into the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

  Strawberry Daiquiri Pie

  The perfect summer pie that everyone will love made with creamy strawberry flavored filling and topped with refreshing and light whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

  Serves 8

  15 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  1 can (10oz) frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Concentrate, thawed

  1 can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk

  2 cups Cool Whip

  2½ cups Strawberries, chopped

  3 fresh Strawberries, for topping

  Directions:-

  Whisk together daiquiri mix and condensed milk until well combined.

  Fold in ¾ Cool Whip in with the daiquiri-condensed milk mixture.

  Add strawberries and give mixture a few quick stirs.

  Spoon the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and pop into the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  To serve, pipe remaining cool whip on the top of the pie and arrange slices strawberries and whole strawberries in your desired pattern.

  Eggnog Pie

  Instead of the usual eggnog beverage you serve at Christmas, why not whip up this delicious eggnog pie instead? It is easy and absolutely delectable.

  Serves 8

  10 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  1½ cups Cool Whip

  ½ cup Confectioner’s Sugar

  ½ cup Cream Cheese, softened

  ¼ cup Eggnog

  2 tablespoons Sour Cream

  1 tablespoon Butter, softened

  1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

  1/8 teaspoon ground Nutmeg

  Directions:-

  Press the pie crust dough into a pie plate to create the crust.

  Whip the cream cheese, butter and sugar in an electric mixer until creamy and all the sugar has completely melted.

  Add eggnog, sour cream and pumpkin pie spice and beat for another 20 seconds.

  Fold in cool whip and spoon mixture onto prepared pie crust, spreading evenly with the back of a spatula.

  Sprinkle nutmeg on the top of the filling and cover with a piece of foil.

  Pop into the freezer for 4 hours, letting the pie thaw for at least 15 minutes before serving.

  Banana Nilla Pie

  Soft banana slices mixed in with a creamy filling with a layer of crunchy nilla wafers make for a textured and palatable pie that is perfect for a mid-day snack or post-dinner dessert.

  Serves 8

  Ingredients:-

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  1 pack (3.4oz) Instant Vanilla Pudding

  2 cups Milk, chilled

  3 Bananas, sliced

  20 Nilla Wafers

  1½ cups Cool Whip

  Directions:-

  Press the pie crust dough into a pie plate to create the crust.

  Layer the sliced bananas onto the bottom of the prepared pie crust.

  Assemble the nilla wafers in one layer on top of the sliced bananas.

  Next, combine vanilla pudding mix with milk, stirring well to thoroughly combine.

  Fold in the cool whip and spoon the mixture over the nilla wafer layer in the pie crust. Spread with the back of a spatula to cover any gaps between this filling layer and the wafer layer.

  Place any remaining banana and nilla wafers on the top of the pie.

  Pop pie into the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

  Pink Lemonade Pie

  A great pie to serve up at a party or any time during the summer for a wonderful refreshing treat!

  Serves 8

  10 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  1 cup Cream Cheese, softened

  1 can (6oz) Pink Lemonade Concentrate

  1 can (14oz) Condensed Milk

  1 cup Cool Whip

  ½ cup Shredded Coconut, tinted pink

  4 drops Red Food Coloring

  Directions:-

  Press the pie crust dough into a pie plate to create the crust, set aside for later use while you prepare the filling.

  With an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth and lump-free. Add condensed milk ½ a cup at a time, scrapping down the sides of the mixing bowl with a spatula.

  Pour lemonade concentrate and food coloring into the mixture and beat for another 15-20 seconds to mix well.

  Fold in ½ of the cool whip.

  Spoon mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread with the back of a spatula evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

  Pop pie into the freezer and freeze until the filling has set and is firm.

  Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

  Gorgeous to look at and delicious to taste, this beautiful strawberry cream cheese pie comes with a creamy dreamy filling topped with fresh sweet strawberries. Heavenly!

  Serves 6-8

  40 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, blind baked

  5 cups fresh Strawberries, cut into halves

  1 cup Cream Cheese, softened

  1/3 cup Condensed Milk

  3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

  2 tablespoons Strawberry Preserve/Jam

  ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  Directions:-

  Press the pie crust dough into a pie plate to create the crust.

  Set up an electric mixer and beat cream cheese until creamy and lump-free.

  Gradually add condensed milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, into the cream cheese mixture while beating all the time.

  Add vanilla extract and sugar, mix to combine.

  Transfer into the prepared pie crust, cover with a piece of foil and pop into the fridge to chill for at least 3 hours.

  Toss the fresh strawberries with the preserve/jam and arrange half of the strawberries on the top of the pie.

  When serving, add additional strawberries on the top of each slice.

  S’mores Cheese Pie

  This is the ultimate pie to make for all s’mores lovers! It comes together quickly in less than 30 minutes and is topped with fluffy browned marshmallows that are simply dreamy!

  Serves 8

  20 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, blind baked

  1½ cups Marshmallows

  3 cups Milk

  1 cup Sugar

  1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

  ½ cup Cocoa Powder

  3 tablespoons Butter

  1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  Directions:-

  Heat up cocoa powder, sugar and cornstarch in a medium pot, stir to combine before pouring in the milk and vanilla extract.

  Let the mixture boil for 1 minute.

  Take the pot off the heat immediately after 1 minute and stir in butter.

  Spoon the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and cool at room temperature for about 1 hour before popping it into the fridge to chill for another 3 hours or more.

  To serve, place marshmallows on top of the pie and broil in the broiler until the marshmallows turn a golden brown color.

  1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust, blind baked

  2 cups Cool Whip, divided

  1 cup Cream Cheese, softened

  1 cup Peanut Butter

  1 cup Powdered Sugar

  Directions:-

  Set up an electric mixer and beat cream cheese and peanut butter. Gradually add the powdered sugar into the mix and then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip, whip all ingredients until well combined before adding in the remaining cup of Cool Whip.

  Spoon the filling into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly over the bottom.

  Pop the pie into the fridge to chill before serving.

  Snickers and Caramel Apple Pie

  An already mouth-watering caramel apple pie is made even more divine with snickers!

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  3 Green Apples, diced

  2½ cups Cool Whip

  1/3 cup Condensed Milk

  ¼ cup Caramel

  ¼ cup Cream Cheese, softened

  15-20 mini Snickers, roughly chopped

  Directions:-

  Layer mini snickers at the bottom of the pre-baked pie crust.

  For the next layer, place the diced apples and then drizzle a generous amount of caramel over.

  Whisk together cool whip, cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl and spoon over the caramel layer. Spread evenly with the back of a spatula.

  Drizzle any remaining caramel over the top of the cream cheese mixture layer and top with snickers.

  Pop pie into the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.

  Before serving, arrange fresh sliced apples on the top.

  Chocolate and Orange Pie

  A great combination of orange and chocolate comes together to create this absolutely delectable pie with wonderful flavors and awesome textures.

  Serves 8

  45 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Oreo Pie Crust, chilled

  2½ cups Cool Whip

  ½ cup Orange Juice

  1 pack (3.5oz) Orange Jell-O

  1 can (11oz) Mandarin Orange segments

  2 teaspoons Orange Extract

  For the Ganache:

  1½ cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

  1 cup Heavy Cream

  Directions:-

  Press the pie crust dough into a pie plate to create the crust.

  Stir together Jell-O and orange extract mixed with 2/3 cup of boiling water in a heatproof bowl.

  In a 1 cup measuring cup, pour ½ cup orange juice and then throw in enough ice cubes to bring the volume up to fill the measuring cup.

  Mix the iced orange juice with the Jell-O mixture, stirring to thicken. Use a slotted spoon to remove ice cubes.

  Add Cool Whip into the mixture and stir to combine well.

  Pop the mixture into the fridge to chill for about 20 minutes.

  Remove the mandarin orange segments without its juices and arrange segments into the bottom of the pie crust.

  Pour Jell-O mixture into the pie crust and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  In the meantime, prepare the ganache topping: in a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream until the mixture starts to boil.

  Place the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl and then pour the heated heavy cream over the chocolate chips.

  Let the chocolate chips sit for 4 minutes, do not stir.

  Next, whisk the chocolate mixture to thicken it. Let the chocolate cool for about 10-15 minutes before pouring over the pie.

  Old-fashioned Pumpkin Pie

  1 hour

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  2 cups Pumpkin Puree

  2 Eggs

  1 Egg Yolk

  ½ cup Brown Sugar

  1/3 cup Sugar

  1½ cups Heavy Cream

  2 teaspoons ground Cinnamon

  1 teaspoon ground Ginger

  ½ teaspoon Salt

  ½ teaspoon Lemon Zest

  ¼ teaspoon ground Nutmeg

  ¼ teaspoon ground Cloves

  ¼ teaspoon ground Cardamom

  Directions:-

  Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer to a pie plate.

  Whisk eggs, both types of sugar, spices, lemon zest and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  Stir in pumpkin puree and heavy cream, mixing well to combine.

  Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and bake for 15 minutes before reducing the heat of the oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 45-55 minutes.

  Let the pie cool for at least 2 hours before serving.

  Bourbon Pumpkin Pie

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  1 can (15oz) Pumpkin Puree

  1 can (12oz) Evaporated Milk

  ¾ cup Light Brown Sugar

  2 Eggs

  2 tablespoons Bourbon

  2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

  ½ teaspoon Salt

  For the Whipped Cream:

  1 cup Heavy Cream

  1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar

  1 tablespoon Bourbon

  ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  Directions:-

  Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer to a pie plate, set aside.

  Next, mix together sugar, cinnamon,
ginger, cloves and salt in a bowl. Set aside.

  In a separate mixing bowl, whisk eggs and pumpkin puree together, adding the sugar and spice mixture and mixing until well combined.

  Slowly add evaporate milk and bourbon and stir to mix.

  Pour filling mixture into the prepared pie crust.

  Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees before bringing the heat of the oven down to 350 degrees and bake for another 40-50 minutes.

  In the meantime, prepare the whipped cream: whip all ingredients for the whipped cream in an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Cover and chill in the fridge until the pie is ready to serve.

  Let the pie cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours, and then pop into the fridge to chill before serving.
