  Roll out pie crust dough and transfer onto a pie plate. Set aside.

  Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook onions for about 3-4 minutes.

  Add red bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes.

  Stir in spinach, olives, oregano and parsley, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the spinach has wilted.

  Take the skillet off the heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese.

  Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly over the bottom. Set aside.

  Whisk eggs, milks, ½ cup of cheddar, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture on top of the spinach layer in the pie crust and top with the rest of the cheddar.

  Pop into the oven to bake for 50-55 minutes.

  Let quiche cool for 15 minutes before serving.

  Goat Cheese, Spinach and Sundried Tomato Quiche

  A perfectly delicious and rustic vegetarian quiche that is satisfying and nutritious. You will definitely make this again and again!

  Serves 8

  1 hour 15 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  3 cups fresh Spinach

  ½ cup Sundried Tomatoes, drained and roughly chopped

  2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

  1 cup Milk

  4oz Goat Cheese, crumbled

  4 Eggs

  ½ teaspoon Salt

  ½ teaspoon Pepper

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Heat up 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet and cook garlic for about 1 minute.

  Add spinach and cook until the leaves have wilted before taking immediately off the heat. Set aside.

  Whisk together eggs and milk in a mixing bowl.

  Add sundried tomatoes, goat cheese and spinach, sprinkle salt and pepper over, stir to mix well.

  Pour egg mixture into the baked pie crust.

  Pop quiche into the oven to bake for 45-55 minutes or until the filling has set.

  Bacon and Spinach Quiche

  A simple and delicious quiche comes together easily with minimal prep work but packed with tons of flavor!

  Serves 8

  1 hour

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  6 strips cooked Bacon, chopped

  1½ cups Baby Spinach, chopped

  1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  1 cup Heavy Cream

  5 Eggs, beaten

  ½ teaspoon Onion Powder

  ½ teaspoon Pepper

  ¼ teaspoon Salt

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 375 degrees.

  Roll out the pie crust dough and transfer onto a pie plate.

  Stir together beaten eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

  Layer spinach onto the bottom of prepared pie crust, followed by a layer of the cooked bacon and then a layer of cheddar. Repeat these 3 layers over the first 3 layers.

  Pour egg mixture over the layers of bacon, spinach and cheese.

  Pop quiche into the oven to bake for 35-45 minutes.

  A delectable quiche with smoky bacon and a touch of heat from the jalapenos, this is one for the spice lovers!

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  3 Jalapeno Peppers, 2 diced and the other 1 cut into slices

  3 strips cooked Bacon, chopped

  ½ cup Cream Cheese, softened

  ½ cup Whipping Cream

  ½ cup Half-and-Half

  ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  5 Eggs

  1 teaspoon Paprika

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Spoon cream cheese onto the bottom of the pie crust and spread evenly.

  Layer the diced jalapeno peppers on top of the cream cheese.

  Heat up cream and half-and-half in a pot over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes before taking off the heat immediately.

  Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl and pour the hot cream mixture in with the egg, whisking all the time.

  Stir in paprika, bacon and a pinch of salt.

  Pour mixture into the crust and pop into the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

  At the end of 30 minutes, take the quiche out of the oven and layer the jalapeno slices on the top. Top with cheese and bake for another 15-20 minutes to melt the cheese.

  A gorgeous quiche that will definitely delight all your guests at the next dinner party! It is absolutely delectable with the flavors of the creamy egg custard accentuated by the salty ham and crunchy asparagus.

  Serves 8

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  1 cup Ham, cut into cubes

  8oz Asparagus

  ½ cup Green Onion, chopped

  2/3 cup Cream Cheese

  1½ cups Heavy Cream

  ¾ cup Parmesan, grated and divided

  3 Eggs

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Combine cream cheese and 2/3 cup of parmesan, pop into the microwave to heat on high heat for 1 minute. Spoon and spread mixture onto the bottom of the pie crust. Layer cubed ham over the cheese.

  Whisk eggs, cream, green onion and ¼ teaspoon salt together in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture into the crust on top of the cheese and ham.

  Assemble the asparagus on the top of the filling in a circular pattern.

  Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese and another ¼ teaspoon salt over before popping into the oven to bake for 35-45 minutes.

  Let quiche cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.

  Smoked Salmon and Asparagus Quiche

  A beautiful and flavorful smoked salmon and asparagus quiche comes together easily and quickly in less than an hour for a wonderfully delicious meal!

  Serves 4

  40 minutes

  Ingredients:-

  1 sheet Puff Pastry

  4oz Smoke Salmon

  20 spears Asparagus, trimmed

  1 Shallot, finely chopped

  3 Eggs

  1 cup Cream

  ½ cup Gruyere Cheese

  Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees.

  Bring a large pot of water to the boil and boil asparagus spears for about 5 minutes. Drain and place on a plate to let cool.

  Roll out puff pastry and cut into a shape that fits a rectangular, square or round tart pan.

  Layer smoked salmon onto the bottom of the tart pan.

  Assemble blanched asparagus spears over the smoked salmon.

  Heat up skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook shallots for about 3 minutes before transferring out onto a plate with a slotted spoon. Set aside.

  Whisk together eggs and cream, combining well, before adding shallots and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  Pour egg mixture into the crust over the salmon and asparagus layers.

  Sprinkle gruyere cheese over the top of the quiche and bake for 20 minutes.

  Ingredients:-

  2 Roma Tomatoes, 1 chopped and the other cut into thick slices

  4oz fresh Mozzarella, shredded

  ¼ cup Onion, chopped

  2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped

  1/3 cup fresh Basil, chopped

  4 Eggs

  2 Egg Whites

  ¾ cup Milk

  ½ teaspoon Salt

  ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 350 degrees and lightly grease a pie plate with cooking spray.

  Heat up a large skillet with 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. Transfer cooked onion and garlic out onto a plate and set aside to cool.

  Stir chopped tomatoes and basil in with the onion and garlic. Combine all ingredients well before transferring onto the greased pie plate, spreading evenly in 1 layer.

  Top with the shredded fresh mozzarella cheese and set aside.

  Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pour mixture into the pie plate over the layer of cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the mixture.

  Pop into the oven to bake for 50 minutes.

  Let quiche cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  Add herbs, mustard and parmesan into the egg mixture with the salt and pepper. Combine well.

  Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the onions in the pie plate and crumble goat cheese on top.

  Pour the egg mixture over the onions and cheeses and bake for 50 minutes.

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust

  1 pound ground Beef

  4 Green Onions, chopped

  1 can (10oz) Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles

  4 Eggs

  2 cups Mexican Style Taco Shredded Cheese

  ¼ cup Water

  ¼ cup Cream Cheese

  ¼ teaspoon Chili Powder

  ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 375 degrees and lightly grease a pie plate with cooking spray.

  Roll out pie crust dough and transfer onto the greased pie plate. Set aside.

  Heat up 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet and add beef to brown. Once the ground beef is no longer pink, drain the skillet of excess fat.

  Add green onions, canned tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper. Combine well and take off the heat. Set aside.

  Whisk together eggs, cream cheese, nutmeg and water in a mixing bowl. Stirring to combine thoroughly.

  Transfer ground beef mixture into prepared pie crust.

  Pour egg mixture in over the beef and sprinkle cheese on top.

  Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  A tasty sausage and red pepper quiche that is easy to make and sure to be a crowd pleaser!

  Ingredients:-

  1 Pie Crust, blind baked

  ¾ pound Sweet Sausage

  1 Red Bell pepper, diced

  1¼ cups Cheddar Cheese, grated

  ¼ cup Parmesan, grated

  ½ cup Half-and-Half

  ¼ cup Milk

  3 Eggs

  Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 425 degrees.

  Remove sausage from its casing and add to a skillet heated with 2 tablespoons olive oil.

  Add diced red bell pepper and cook until the sausage has browned thoroughly. Drain any excess fat.

  Transfer sausage mixture out into a bowl and stir in cheese. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.

  Pour mixture onto the bottom of pie crust.

  Whisk eggs, half-and-half and milk together in a mixing bowl. Pour over the sausage and cheese already in the pie crust.

  Place quiche on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

  Bring the heat of the oven up to 350 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

  Ingredients:-

  2 pounds Zucchini, cut into thin slices

  2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided

  2 Eggs

  1½ cups Milk

  Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  Directions:-

  Have the oven pre-heated to 375 degrees.

  Toss zucchini slices in salt, combine thoroughly. Let zucchini sit for 20-30 minutes to remove excess moisture. At the end of 20-30 minutes, place zucchini slices in between 2 kitchen towels or cheese cloth and squeeze to remove all moisture.

  Whisk together eggs and milk in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper, mix well.

  Stir in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.

  Assemble half of the zucchini onto the bottom of a tart pan and top with ½ cup cheddar cheese.

  Layer a second layer of zucchini slices over the cheddar cheese and pour the milk mixture over. Top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.

  Pop quiche into the oven to bake for 50-60 minutes.

  Directions:-

  Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.

  Place cook bacon, sausage, ham, green onions and cheese onto the bottom of the baked pie crust.

  Pour egg mixture over all the ingredients in the crust.

  Pop into the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

  Let quiche cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
