Next week we’re going to Lake Itasca for four nights. I can’t wait. And, my dad said, we can go to the North Shore next summer so we can be in awe of Lake Superior. I can’t wait for that either. I’m trying to convince Gramps that we should go to Italy at Christmas. He didn’t say no.
My mom’s happy she won’t be working at St. Anastasia’s in the fall. She said it was too much with both school and the store. My dad said he isn’t so worried about expanding the business anymore. He said in a couple years I’ll be away at college so he doesn’t want to miss any games or anything else I’m doing.
And Gramps. What can I say about him? He’s perfect just the way he is.
