The Girl.

  “LITTLE DARLING DON’T LEAVE ME!”

  Shawn just held onto his mother out cold.

  Seth comes stumbling back with two doctors and walking behind them are two police officers, as Seth hung his head.

  Shawn with his mother tightly in his arms asked, “Seth they here for the attacks tonight?” Jittering nervously, Seth mumbled out, “Aw don’t think they are brother”. Brenda was now coming to and an officer asked, “Is there a Shane William Wiley here?” Still holding his mother, Shawn replied, “Yeah, he is hurt real bad, sure hope y’all find these creeps or we will”.

  Brenda now lifted her head sitting up and the one officer asked, “Where is this Shane Wiley?” Shawn pointed and the cops went down by Shane with Seth saying, “Uh oh”. Shawn asked, “What little buddy?”

  “Guess Shane maybe in some trouble”. At that moment, when Seth made his remark Brenda jumped up quickly, saw the police searching her boy and runs down there very fast.

  Shawn with Seth rushed, right behind, as Brenda started yelling,

  “What?” Hands against her head.

  “Wrong!”

  “My boy would never do such a thing like that?”

  Paul Gene and his three brothers come hurrying down, as they heard Brenda screaming. Then saw the cops treating Shane like the criminal while Shawn and Seth looked on nervously. Hysterical, Brenda cries out, “Paul Gene their going to arrest our boy”.

  “Do something”, she cried hands over her face.

  Raising his jet-black eyebrows, Danny Ray asked, “What the heck for?” The cop replied, “Rape”. Panic-stricken dropping on her knees, Brenda cries out, “No, it’s not true”.

  Seth knelt down by his mother that grabbed his hand gripping tight in pouring tears. Pointing and upset, Paul Gene said to the cops, “He’s hurt real bad, his wife may die too, how is this possible tonight?”

  The cop replied, “It happened hours earlier behind a certain bar.”

  Brenda on her knees screamed out, “NO!”

  The cop said, “We got the charge right here and we are taking him in if he is refusing care” . Paul Gene with his brother looked down onto the paper and holding his chest, Paul Gene said, “Heck no, my son would never have done it.”

  Scratching his head looking at the report, Danny Ray mumbled, “Eighteen years old”. At that moment, Brenda freaked out yelling in tears,

  “No it’s not true!”

  “I don’t believe it of Shane”, Hands against her head and pacing.

  “I did not raise them wrong”.

  “They all know better to do sinful acts.”

  Shawn with Seth was in shock and crying Brenda was begging the cops, “Please don’t take him, he couldn’t have, because he loves Tara, you made a mistake”.

  A police officer replied, “The young girl comes from a family even had bruises all down her arms”.

  Shawn and Seth both hung their head and remarked, “Woe, no way!”

  The first officer said, “Look sorry what’s happen with your family tonight, we are not going to stand here arguing, another family is suffering”. Brenda completely lost it screaming out, “Oh lord take me now”. “I cannot bear this”,

  “Please take me lord!”

  “I beg of you just take me!”

  Paul Gene tried to calm Brenda down as she screamed in his face, “OH NO”,

  “THIS WAS THE BOMB!” Pointing in her husband’s face hysterical.

  He just walked off from her in a rage and breathing much heavier.

  Shane stood with his head down, tears hit the floor, he mumbled, “Don’t leave me Tara”. The cop handcuffed him and started reading him his rights, as Brenda was screaming out again, “NO”.

  “OH GOD NO!”

  “NOT HIM!” Literally pulling onto Shane.

  Was quiet with tears rolling, as his family had tears, distraught Brenda now yelled at the cops saying, “I may have many boys, but that’s one thing not a one would ever do!” The cops just looked at her, as she hollered, “I sure did not raise pigs.”

  “Mrs. Wiley there was a rape and your son is being charged.”

  The officers started taking Shane away and he said, “Maw keep tabs on my little darling”, and crying out, “I will boy”.

  Danny Ray said, “Will get ya out boy, there’s been a big mix up”, as Shane nodded and the cops took him away down the hallway with blood all over him.

  Tears rolling Seth knew Shane was a very good person, Brenda cried her hardest, as Shawn held onto his mother sobbing out, “Tara might die tonight and Shane will be behind bars not being there”.

  Holding her tight, she added, “My boy Sebastian is about to die or live looking like a monster!” “Oh this is just horrible”, Brenda cried very hard trembling,

  Shawn squeezed tighter mumbling, “Those guys are going to pay hurting my family!”

  Paul Gene had to go sit down again, as tears rolled down his face he mumbled “Wiley boys don’t hurt females like that, this can’t be right!”

  Brenda stood crying heavily in her son Shawn’s arms, as tears run down his face. John and Marty went over to their brother Paul Gene that looked white as a ghost and Danny Ray went walking down the hall and out the doors of the hospital, on his way trying to help another nephew, he hopes.

  What a tragic and shocking night for the Wiley family and appears the worst may be ahead. Poor Mandy and Sebastian also, as their second baby maybe in trouble.

  Sebastian though seems to come to her aid always and will he again, or perhaps another is there for Mandy?

  Doctors told the family the next twenty-four- hours were critical.

  Sebastian Wiley only twenty-five-years-old lies in a deep coma and on life support system so young to leave this earth.

  Leaving behind Kayla to grow up without both parents and then there is his daughter Ashley no one knows of, but him, Ella and Seth.

  Tara Wiley, although seems in far worse shape and already gone, as it was very heartbreaking. Charged with rape Shane will not even know this night if his wife lives or dies.

  How very sad that Shane will not be at his wife’s side.

  It appears that a group of disguised people is sure after the Wiley’s maliciously. Back home Ella had received word of Sebastian’s vicious attack, as she really lost it and cried a river in tears.

  Sat by the kitchen table in tears rolling and drifted off onto a happy memory of a special day. Ella kept rising up on the hospital bed screaming out with Brenda holding her hand tightly and Sebastian right at her other side seem worried.

  Noticed his look of panic Brenda said, “Unbearable pain is normal boy, do not worry nothing is wrong”.

  “Yeah I know maw, I just hate watching her hurt like this”.

  “Me too, but there is nothing we can do”, said Brenda wiping Ella’s face with a damp cloth. Ella was having a rough time dealing with the excruciating pain and cried out, “God help me, please!”

  Stroking Ella’s hand Brenda said, “It will be all right sugar”, as Ella screams. “OH GOD”, “OWE, THIS HURTS!”

  “MY GOD!”

  Glancing towards the door upset, “Oh where’s that louse son of mine?” Snarled Brenda. Sitting silently Sebastian just shrugged watching Ella suffering in labor and Brenda said, “Boy, I am going to go call home, will you please stay with her, do not leave”, he replied, “Not for a second maw”.

  Smiled saying, “Oh you are such a good boy, but the wrong one here, huh”, as he just nodded and Ella was rolling on the bed crying when Brenda hurried towards the door and out fast.

  Soon as Sebastian saw the coast was clear, rose up quickly from the chair and over the bed upon Ella, as she looked at him in tears pouring and said, “I hurt Sebastian very bad”. Brushing her sweaty bangs back he said, “Aw girl, I’m sure you do”, as she cried. “Ella were about to have our child”, brushing her bangs then leans forward and kissed her forehead. Panting Ella said, “ I know we are, but I just want it out!”

  Star
ing at her, “My first how awesome!” Beams Sebastian and she was panting harder, he said, “Fate put me here at this wonderful moment”.

  Panting out, “Oh-oh”,

  “I’m hurting”, and grabbing hold of her hand, Sebastian said, “You can do this, bring our child into the world Ella!”

  At that moment screamed her loudest, as two nurses and a doctor rushed in with Sebastian stepping aside glowing actually, because he knew his child was about to enter the world. The doctor now said, “Ok Ella time to push”, as she really screamed,

  “GET IT OUT!”

  She was even tugging roughly onto Sebastian’s arm when the pain become intense, as she almost pulled him down onto the bed and begging, “Oh please help me Sebastian!”

  That gave her a sad look and said, “Aw sweet baby, if I could you know I would take your place.” Ella cried out, “Great idea you have our child, do it then”, as she pulled onto him and screamed very loud, “OWE MY GOD!”

  The nurses looked at them strange and smirking Sebastian said, “Aw guess my sister in law is delirious, huh”.

  One nurse mumbled, “Guess he is too, because he just called his brother’s wife sweet babe!” The doctor said, “Ella this is it I need one big push”, Sebastian close in her face and almost on the bed said, “I’m right here Ella, always, do this”, and squeezed her hand tight. Rose up, gave such a powerful push, and screamed her lungs out, as the baby joined mommy crying.

  The doctor said, “It’s a girl”, Ella threw her head back and Sebastian literally shook looking down onto his daughter.

  “Would you like to cut the cord?” Sebastian gave a funny look and replied, “You mean I can”, as the doctor said, “You are family right”.

  Excitedly Sebastian said, “Yes, I’d love to”, and did smiling big looking down at his child.

  The nurses took the tiny baby and started cleaning her, as Sebastian bent down giving Ella a kiss on her forehead and said, “You done super Ella, our girl is here”.

  Ella reached up putting her hand softly to his glowing face and said, “Guess she will take after daddy huh!” Embracing tightly, as happy tears of joy rolled.

  The door opened and Sebastian rose up off Ella quickly and Brenda walked in with Saul at her side and said, “Look who I found, daddy”, as Sebastian teary eyed rushed by them and actually bumped into Saul roughly.

  Upset now, Sebastian stood right outside of Ella’s room leaning against the wall tears rolled he said, “Wrong maw, I am daddy, a good one, I’ll always be!”

  He just shook crying and added, “Devoted maw, because that precious girl is mine!” Sebastian had only been in the hallway for a short time, as Saul left the hospital after fifteen minutes in by the new baby.

  Very disappointed in one son and proud of another, since Sebastian did not want to leave, as he sat holding his child tightly in his arms and his mother smiled.

  Ella now stopped thinking back, the phone rings she rushed to answer it, “Hello?

  A deep voice on the other end said, “Soon you’ll be my strawberry tart only!” She becomes nervous asking, “Who is this?”

  The person replied, “Once those filthy Wiley boys are out of the picture you’ll find out!” Yelling into the phone, “Did you hurt Sebastian?”

  “Who are you, why are you doing this?”

  The person remained silent on the other end, as she yelled, “I am telling Sebastian’s brothers!” Such a deep voice now replied, “Wrong move darling or they die sooner”.

  Putting her hand over her face, Ella was crying heavily, the person added, “Do you really want to lose the youngest Wiley boy tragically?”

  Highly distraught, Ella cried very hard saying, “No, please don’t hurt Seth?” Shaking badly, as she almost dropped the receiver.

  “You’ve kept many secrets so you best keep this biggest one hidden from your Wiley loves or you bury them Ella!” That shouts in the phone, “They might bury you”.

  “Wrong darling”.

  “Stop calling me darling”.

  Laughing on the other end, he added, “Better watch Ella, the bad wolf might strike”. Completely distraught, Ella threw the phone receiver against the wall and slid down onto the floor crying out, “Oh my god, it’s the masked person who tried to rape me?”

  She actually heard the person laughing repulsively, as she covered her ears sobbing. A few seconds later, she scooted across the kitchen floor and hung the phone receiver up, slamming it, as she cried very heavily.

  The phone started ringing again, Ella jumps and covered her ears crying harder.

  Suddenly, the kitchen door opened and Saul walked in fast going over to the phone, as Ella screamed, “NO SAUL!”

  “DON’T ANSWER IT?”

  However, right, as he went to pick up the receiver it stopped ringing, Ella let her deep breath out, and he turned looking at her, as she sobbed.

  Saul walked over by her sitting on the floor and asked, “What’s going on Ella?” Glanced up looking at his battered face and was silent a moment, as she thought of what the person had told her about keeping the call a secret or the Wiley boys die and apparently Sebastian is about too.

  With her hand against her head nervously replied, “Just a bill collector”, Saul gives a look of doubt and asked, “Are you ok Ella?”

  Jumping up quickly and hugging onto him tightly, as he said, “You must not be fine, because don’t you hate my guts!”

  Hanging onto him tighter she replied, “No Saul I do not hate, you were my hero remember?” “Yes, I sure do”.

  “I’m scared”.

  “No need Ella I’m your hero, right?” Sobbing, “Yes, please keep me safe Saul”. That held her tightly replied, “I will”.

  Hanging onto Saul that added, “I am so sorry Ella”. Sniffling, she asked “For what?” “Seriously, how can you ask such a thing”.

  “I’m shaken up Saul, not thinking straight, because Tara might die, Sebastian too, this is horrible”. Pulling back from Ella placing his hands against her face, Saul said, “I am sorry for hurting the only woman I ever loved”.

  “It is okay Saul, not tonight, I don’t want to talk about it”, as she lay her head against his chest he held her tightly.

  Mumbling quietly, “Aw you hurt me bad Ella”. That pulls back asking, “What?” “Nothing”, as she looks at him and mumbling to himself, “You ripped my heart out Ella?” Embracing tightly in his arms she sobbed asking, “What if you get hurt too, or the rest of your brothers?”

  Brushed her hair with his hand and replied, “Do not worry about me, just pity those people that already brutally hurt two of my brother’s, because its war”.

  Trembling and very scared Ella broke down crying her hardest, as Saul tried to comfort her. However, she knew in her heart that they all were about to face a rocky road ahead filled with disaster. Since this night proves that whoever these people are they wanted the Wiley boy’s dead and are extremely tough, plus spiteful.

  What a tragic and shocking night for the Wiley family, as it was truly heartbreaking. After Shane had just been taken off in handcuffs, his uncle Danny Ray headed to his aid and hoping that he could help.

  However, this was a rough charge and after much hysteria with devastation that lasted a great length.

  It was now 3:00 am, Brenda finally stood silently by the nurse’s station and was looking around for the young familiar nurse Maryann, who was in by Sebastian checking his vitals? Brenda in many tears walked into the waiting room now and paused where she noticed Paul Gene crying very heavily with his two brothers at his side pleading for him to calm down.

  He could not though, as tears rolled down his face and he said, “John, Marty please make sure y’all look after my family and mostly Brenda”.

  “Aw hey now don’t talk like this” and wiping tears, “Yeah come on brother stop”, said Marty. Paul Gene was holding his chest, breathing heavy, he said, “I know Danny Ray will be right there won’t leave, because look he went to help my boy Shane”.

  Walking into the waiting room further and he rose up his head looking at Brenda that said, “Relax Paul Gene, do not make yourself sick”.

  Gave her a head nod breathless, “Yes maw guess you really know it all huh?” Considering the horrible situation, Brenda gave a slight smile and said, “Well I have learned from the best”, and he winked.

  Brenda stood giving a smile in tears as he had teary eyes, suddenly his head dropped back, instantly his two brothers jumped up fast yelling, “PAUL GENE!”

  “NO!” Shaking and crying.

  Immediately, Brenda runs off very fast in screaming tears to find a nurse or anyone at this point and sure was getting a work out tonight, as she run fast as lightning this night. Terrified, Brenda rushed around that main hospital floor in circles actually, because she was beyond losing it and grief stricken.

  Then running even faster, she accidentally bumped right into Maryann coming out of Sebastian’s room, Brenda cried out, “ My husband”,

  “Oh god my husband!”

  “PLEASE GET HELP!” Brenda shouted.

  Therefore, Maryann rushed to find help when a team of doctors comes hurrying to Paul Gene’s aid. Wiping flowing tears John stood telling them to late, my brothers gone and rushed away crying. Brenda feared that he was gone and Maryann actually wiped tears, since this was very heartbreaking and a lot for one family to face all at once.

  A stretcher comes with two male nurses, Paul Gene placed onto it and now Marty had to walk off too.

  Leaving Brenda standing there in complete devastation, as tears were pouring she held her locket tightly and said, “Of all nights to leave me Paul”.

  Paul Gene placed onto the stretcher Brenda kissed him saying, “Goodbye my love” and he was covered, Brenda trembled and said, “Oh god will I miss you, lord knows I have needed you all these years”.

  The stretcher was now being rolled down the hallway, as Brenda gasped saying “Oh lord, what will I do now facing this hardest times alone without my true know it all!”

  Brenda just slid down the hospital wall onto the floor crying very hard, “Paul Gene, no why did you leave me like this!”
