“Play your cards right and that might not be the only thing moving fast tonight…”
Damn! When this girl saw something she wanted she really went for it! Not that I was in a mood to deny her. Or in a mood to go looking insanely hot gift horses in the mouth, for that matter.
“So how does this work? Do we meet at your place or mine?”
Melody giggled. “Hold on there a minute stud. I’m not talking that fast. Let’s meet at the park entrance in an hour. That should be plenty of time for me to get ready.”
“Sounds fine to me,” I said.
Melody brushed past me. And don’t think I didn’t notice the way it felt as she pressed her body against mine. That was a body that I wouldn’t mind feeling against me in different scenarios. Damn.
I walked back over to the control area where Tiffany was still looking at the control panel. Finally she looked up at me and cocked an eyebrow.
“So what were the two of you talking about over there?” she asked.
“Believe it or not, she just asked me out on a date.”
Tiffany crossed her arms under her breasts. A motion that just so happened to bring attention to her chest. Which I’m sure was completely intentional on her part. It looked like a very nice chest. Just not the chest for me. Not tonight. Maybe there was a chance of something happening in the future if things didn’t work out with Melody, though I wasn’t sure about that now considering the look on Tiffany’s face.
“She just asked you out?”
“Yup.”
“Bullshit,” she said. “Stuff like that doesn’t happen. Even with a guy as hot as you. You’re not an actor.”
“And why couldn’t something like that happen to a guy like me?” I asked.
I decided to ignore the part where she called me hot. It was nice to get an ego boost like that, but it didn’t seem like the thing to draw attention to in the moment.
Luckily I was saved from being called a liar as Melody popped her head in from the employee entrance. She smiled.
“Are you going to be able to recognize me in my regular clothes?” she asked.
I laughed. “Of course I am. I’ll see you in an hour for our date.”
I put extra emphasis on “date” and Melody gave me a funny look. She looked at Tiffany. She smiled, and it wasn’t the nice princess smile she used with little girls who were getting the princess experience. No, it was a smile that was triumphant. As though she’d just won something.
It seemed I’d become a prize in a game I didn’t even realize we were playing. Very interesting.
“Oh, did somebody not believe you about our date Isaac? Well either way I’m really looking forward to it!”
She closed the door leaving Tiffany alone in the room with me staring in disbelief. Finally she shook her head.
“I suppose I should be mad, but I can’t say I blame you. She’s a hottie.”
I blinked. “You think she’s hot?”
Tiffany reached a finger up and ran it down my chest. That elicited a couple of reactions. The first was panic because there was a chance Melody might stick her head in again and see what was going on here. The second was arousal because there was a pretty girl running her hand down my chest and stopping just short of grabbing my cock.
I swallowed. Damn. If she’d done this a little earlier then I might not be going on that date with Melody after all!
“Oh sure I do. And that’s just one of many fun things you might’ve learned about me if today had gone a little different and I got to you ahead of her. Now you might never know though.”
And with that she left me. Talk about confusing. Talk about insane. Two girls hitting on me in the course of a half hour. It had happened before, but never like this. Somehow this felt like more of an accomplishment than pulling a couple of girls at some drunken party.
I grinned. Whatever. I had one hell of a night to look forward to! I could think about what I might be missing out on with Tiffany later when I was all alone and doing what comes naturally to a guy all alone in his bed thinking about the hot girls who got away.
But for tonight I was going to be with the insanely hot girl who most definitely didn’t get away. Score!
8: Date Night
Melody:
“I still can’t believe you’re going on a date with a photographer,” Brandy said.
I finished putting on the last touches of my makeup. I was so glad to get out of that stuff that was caked on during the day. Talk about uncomfortable after awhile. I turned to Brandy and rolled my eyes.
“He’s a really cute guy, and I told you what he did with that big burly guy who was trying to feel me up.”
“So you tell the guy thank you,” Brandy said. “You nominate him for employee of the month or something. Let your manager know that you really like the job he’s doing. You don’t go on a date with him because he saved your ass!”
“Would you stop that already?” I snapped. “If you say one more time that I’m going out with this guy because he saved me I’m going to…”
My fist clenched down on my pencil in a fairly good approximation of what I wanted to do with Brandy’s neck.
“I’m just saying… You could have a date with William right now if you wanted to.”
“That’s the thing. I don’t want a date with William. I don’t want anything to do with him!”
Brandy held up her hands. “Fine. That’s your business. I’m just saying he’s fine.”
“Fine and an asshole,” I said.
I gave myself a final once over. It was odd looking in the mirror and seeing the reflection of a regular girl in regular clothes. I paused and cocked my head. Okay, so maybe not a regular girl in regular clothes. I knew I was hot stuff. And the tank top and shorts I had on left absolutely nothing to the imagination, but then again that was the idea.
Besides, as fucking hot as it was here, even at night at this time of year, there wasn’t a chance I was going to wear anything less modest than this. Not when I had the figure to get away with it, and boy was I getting away with it right now. I was getting away with that and then some.
“What do you think?” I asked.
“I think he’s going to be drooling over you from the moment he lays eyes on you,” Brandy said. “After all, he’s the lucky bastard that gets to go on a date with you.”
I shook my head. “It’s not like that. He’s a nice guy. There’s something about him. I knew it the moment I saw him across the commissary.”
Brandy rolled her eyes. “Are you still going on about that love at first sight stuff?”
“Maybe I am. What’s it to you? You certainly fell in lust at first sight with William!”
“Sure I fell in lust at first sight with William, but damn. Have you looked at him?”
“Oh yeah I’ve looked at him. Right into his black soul. No thank you.”
“Suit yourself,” Brandy said. “Less competition for me.”
“That’s what I’ve been trying to tell you,” I said. “We were never in competition with each other. “There isn’t a chance in hell I’m dating that guy!”
“So you won’t mind if I take him up on his offer to take me out tonight?”
I rolled my eyes. “Brandy, you do whatever you want. If he wants to go out with you then that’s your business.”
“Fine,” she said. “I just wanted to make sure we were cool!”
And with that she disappeared down the hall to her own room. I heard the familiar clattering sounds of her getting ready for a night out. Maybe she really did have a date with William tonight. I felt a flash of jealousy, but I quickly pushed down on that. I was not jealous of her going out with him. No, I didn’t care. If I told myself that often enough I almost believed it, too.
I had another date tonight. A hot date. A date with a guy who was nice and hot and willing to defend me. A date with a guy who wasn’t a complete asshole to everyone around him. As far as I was concerned that meant I was going out with the right guy tonigh
t.
I sighed. If I was going out with the right guy tonight then why did I feel so jealous thinking about Brandy going out with William?
I stared at myself in the mirror. I really did look fucking hot tonight. Isaac was going to have a hard time resisting me, but then again wasn’t that the point? I smiled as I looked at the reflection. I liked what I saw there, and I liked who I was going out with even better. This was going to be a fun night.
Stupid Brandy and stupid fucking William didn’t matter. At all.
Ten minutes later I was standing at the front entrance to the park. I’d taken one of the minibuses that ran from our apartment complex over to the park proper. They ran day and night, constantly shuttling people going to and from work. That was one of the nice things about being down here. I didn’t have to worry about driving for the entire summer. There was even a nice grocery store within walking distance of the apartment complex that had discounted prices because it was owned and run by the park.
They really did think of everything, whether you were talking about the park or their employees behind the scenes. It was one of the things I loved about working here.
I paused at the entrance. The park entrance was massive, and it wasn’t often I got a chance to appreciate it from this point of view. From the perspective of somebody going in as a visitor.
The gates leading into place were massive. There were lines of people having their bags searched out front. It was starting to get dark, our shift got off late, and the lights flickered on even though there was still plenty of sunlight to see by.
I realized there was one problem with agreeing to meet Isaac out here in front of the park. It was such a large area and there were so many people in the crowds that it was going to be difficult to track down one person in that press of bodies. I mentally kicked myself for not thinking to get his phone number. Stupid. There was nothing for it, though, but to go ahead and go in and hope I found him.
Something told me he’d be searching high and low to try and figure out where I was.
I breezed through the entrance lines since I didn’t have a bag to be searched. I didn’t even bother to bring a purse. I had a little keycard I carried with me as an employee that gave me access to everything in the park. Well, almost everything. I couldn’t get into some of the backstage areas if I wasn’t on the clock or about to be on the clock.
When I stepped through after getting a quick once over from a security guard who looked like he was maybe only a couple of years older than me I saw Isaac standing right there with a goofy smile on his face. Well then. So much for searching all over the entrance for him. Once more I got a chill and the distinct feeling that this had “meant to be” written all over it.
Either that was true or I was spending too much time believing the stuff they were selling here at the park.
I smiled right back at him. God he was so hot. And looking at him now all the jealousy I’d felt at the idea of Brandy going out with William melted away. She could have that prick. I didn’t give a fuck. All I cared about was Isaac.
Damn he was so hot. I was getting the same sort of reaction from him that I got when I thought of William.
I shivered. This was going to be an interesting night. Especially considering how fast things tended to move here. We only had the summer, after all, and so people tended to move at light speed when it came to relationships. I found myself wondering where the night might lead. How far would we go? I had a pretty good idea of how far he’d take things if I let him. The question was did I want to do that?
I knew what the feeling between my legs was telling me!
“I was starting to worry I wouldn’t get to see you,” Isaac said.
I smiled and shook my head. “What, did you think I was going to abandon you or something?”
He chuckled. “Let’s just say I had to spend the past half hour listening to one of my roommates talk about how I made up the entire story about you wanting to go on a date. After listening to him going on about that for long enough I almost started to believe it.”
I wrapped my arm around his as we stepped into the park proper. “Well your roommate is full of it. This is the place where dreams come true, after all.”
I was talking about the idea of him getting with me, but I had to admit that the idea of being with him was something of a dream come true as well. I was breaking that stupid fucking stigma that everybody stuck to, and it felt great!
“So where do you want to go first?” Isaac asked.
“I was thinking we could go on the tunnel of love?” I half asked, biting my lip.
Damn. I really was being forward, but I couldn’t help it. I was so hot at the idea of going on a date with this guy. Maybe it was the way he’d stood up to that asshole earlier today. Whatever the reason, I was hot and bothered and I was so ready to go.
And there was a part of me, a part that I refused to acknowledge, that wondered if maybe part of the reason why I was so hot and bothered was because I had something to prove. My stupid roommate was out on a hot date with that William asshole, and I wanted to prove to myself that I could have just as hot a time with Isaac. Even if he wasn’t working in the acting program.
He looked down at me and cocked an eyebrow. “I didn’t know they had a tunnel of love here. Seems a little racy for a ride name here too. Is that new? I haven’t been here in a few years…”
I giggled. “That’s not the official name silly. Can you imagine Royal Realms having a thing named the tunnel of love?”
Isaac shrugged. “Well you said that was the name so I just assumed…”
“This is your first year here, right?” I asked.
“Sure is,” Isaac said. “Why?”
“It’s showing right now. After you’ve been here for a year you’ll learn some of these things, but luckily you have a guide willing to show you around the place right now. The tunnel of love is actually the Princess Cruise ride. It’s sort of an unofficial name.”
Isaac blinked. “You mean that ride where they have all the creepy wooden animatronic princes and princesses singing that song? Why would that be the tunnel of love?”
I started angling him towards Princess land. On a normal day I wouldn’t be too interested in going back to the area where I worked on my off time, but I really wanted to go on that ride. I was heating up more and more with every passing moment. I needed some private time with Isaac. Hell, I was starting to think that maybe I’d made a mistake in telling him we weren’t going to move too fast.
I needed this.
“It’s actually a well-known secret amongst workers, but they never let it get out to the public because then that would ruin the fun.”
“What’s this secret?” Isaac asked.
“None of the cameras in that ride work, and they haven’t worked for the last five years.”
Isaac blinked. “Seriously? That sounds like the kind of security thing they’d fix right away!”
I giggled and shook my head. “You’d think, right? But it’s been sitting like that for five years now and it’s still dark.”
“How do you know about that but the public doesn’t?”
“You’d be amazed at what some of the security guys are willing to tell a princess if she acts a little interested in him.”
“So why don’t they just fix the cameras or something?”
I shrugged. “I’m not an engineer or anything. I just heard there was something wrong with the wiring system where replacing the security cameras would require gutting the entire ride and replacing all the wiring to the dancing animatronics as well as the cameras. I guess it was so expensive that they just decided to say nothing and keep up the dummy cameras so the public thinks they’re being watched.”
“And meanwhile we can do whatever we want in there…” Isaac said, a look of dawning realization coming across his face.
I reached up and patted his cheek. “Exactly!” You learn fast.”
After that Isaac’s pace seemed to pick up just
a little bit. I smiled. He was just as eager as I was, and why not. I’d seen the way he was looking at me earlier when he was taking pictures. He couldn’t take his eyes off of me, and I liked it. Especially after that whole thing where he leapt to my defense earlier. I kept coming back to that. Something about that had made me really fucking hot!
Soon enough we were at the ride and we went right to the quick access line with our employee cards. Another perk of being workers at the park was that we got to go to the front of the line. It was perks like that which made it worthwhile working here, because it certainly wasn’t for the money!
Soon enough we were in a small car that looked like something off of a Tilt-A-Whirl at a county fair with a high back and a bar in the front to keep us from causing trouble inside the ride. Ours was done up to look like a chariot or something from one of the Royal Company movies.
The best part about it was once we were inside there was the tall back of the car separating us from anyone who might be looking from behind, and there was the same high back on the car in front of us keeping us from looking in on them or vice versa. There was a privacy in this ride on a level that you just didn’t get on any other ride in the park.
I sometimes wondered if the people who designed this ride hadn’t been thinking of giving people a little bit of privacy when they made the thing. It was a nice ride for mom and dad to go on without the kids so they could have a little quiet time together before they went back to taking care of their yelling screaming spawn.
Whatever the reason, I was glad it was here. I was glad I got to be here with Isaac.
He certainly didn’t waste any time once we were alone and moving through the ride. He seemed just as hot, just as turned on, as I felt. As soon as we were in the darkness he moved closer. His hand touched mine. There was none of the hesitation that I might have expected. No, this was the same bold man I’d seen earlier when he was confronting that guy. He was taking what he wanted here as well.
And I was more than happy to let him take it!
I shivered as I felt his hand trace a line up my arm. Up to my shoulder. Up to the straps holding my tank top in place. Then his hand moved to my neck. To my cheek. He moved around to the other side and he was pulling my face towards him. A light overhead suddenly illuminated him and I could see the pure lust on his face. The desire there. I could sense how much he wanted me. How much he needed me. And it turned me on.
